DEAL FIND review: Services won't schedule, products never received

Of the 10 purchases I've made, there are only 2 that I've not yet attempted to redeem. In the Products catagory, items were never sent- fun & functional gadgets or were sent but missing parts (fun&functional gadgets, some orders were sent @50% of order (bought 2, recieved 1), items were misrepresented (colored pens are black ink). Services: some have gone out of business and Dealfind fought me stating they were not out of business, some are impossible to schedule with, some are not accepting new business on line (the only way deal find allows voucher redemption).
I have complained to them so many times I know they won't do a thing about any of it but repeat their return policy in private emails but offer to work it out here, publically. They have stolen my money and I want it back.
