DEAL FIND Deal Find voucher not accepted by merchant

Deal Find is not credible. Bought 2 vouchers for a ### car service in Boston called Quick Livery. Tried to redeem the voucher for trip to airport. When called to arrange pick-up I was asked how will I be paying..cash, credit card or voucher. When I said voucher they hung up on me. This happened several more times. I have written several times to Deal Find and have not received a response. I decided to contact my credit card company, the BBB and will send out a release to the media about how bad Deal Find is. Will never do business with Deal Find again and would advise anyone to steer clear of them.

DEAL FIND sell voucher on closed restaurant

There had been many times that Del find sold voucher that the merchants do not honor or closed, email them 4 times and made calls, no response, very frustrated business practice, DOES NOT WORTH ALL THE HEADACHE AND STRESS !
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN !

DEAL FIND Non useable voucher and misleading adv

Voucher ( CHICAGO DIRT BUSTER ) purchased not able to redeem, may be is a scam.
Dealfind voucher cannot be redeemed and after many attempts to contact them by email and phone call, they keep ignore you.
Haha, no kidding,
I purchased a ( Chicago Dirt Buster ) voucher to have my gutters and windows clean, it had been a whole week that I have been trying to schedule an appointment, first, it was a NON WORKING test center phone number in the voucher and redemption site, after 3 attempts without any luck then 3 phone calls and 3 emails were made to Deal Find Support, finally was given another phone number that had a blurry message and another email announcement JUST CANNOT BE HEARD due to the bad pronouncation, I asked 3 others to listen what everyone giving a different outcome, then another call and email were made, Deal Find still have NOT reply and seem like they give up and don't care.
I purchase others voucher for sleek and acupuncture too, but had no more confident in Deal Find any more!

Stay clear if you are a business. They promise customers that pay well over the value of the coupon when in fact they do not.

I purchases 3 vouchers for House and carpet cleaning, at a price of $117.00, that never expires.. I phoned and phoned the number on the voucher to find that it was out of service or mail box full. This voucher was to expire July 1st 2013. What is a person to do when NO body replies to calls or e-mails. I have in the past spent a fair amount of cash on different items from Dealfind that is now going to be a thing of the past, unless I get some type of response

I purchased vouchers for butcher block and smoke house in Sherwood park. Coupon states it is valid for two years with expiry April 18, 2013.
On March 7, 2013 I went in to redeem my voucher. The owner of the store will not honour it. He said he only wanted it to be valid for one year and so he is not accepting vouchers. He was extremely rude and arrogant about it. (Which really makes me not want to spend a penny there and does the opposite of what I think the reason for the promotion was in the first place.)
I came home and wrote dealfind about it that same day. After waiting almost two weeks for a reply, I got a generic response stating their policy does not allow them to do anything after one year. Then why are you selling vouchers valid for more then one year? Dealfind will take our money but then not do anything about it. There is absolutely no customer service from dealfind. I intend to report this to the BBB and to local tv station consumer watch. People need to know that dealfind promotes scams and is a scam!

I have been having a lot of trouble trying to use dealfind coupons. I wrote to you towards the end of Feb. and was told that I would be contacted within 2-4 business days. I am still waiting. This is for deal case #[protected] ref:-00DAOaCyv.-500:re
Voucher #[protected] It is, of course, impossible to reach you by phone.
For my second, and far more expensive problem, I can only give you a voucher number because nobody from your company has had the courtesy of replying to me. The voucher numbers are:[protected], [protected] and [protected]. These are 3 vouchers for house cleaning. The phone number on the voucher is incorrect and they do not respond to their email. IU am a senior on a fixed income and I am having major surgery at the end of this week and wanted to set up some appointments to use the cleaning coupons. The first thing that I wrote to you about was for a pedicure and they would not honor the coupon. I would like a refund for all 4 services and as quickly as possible because I shall have to hire another cleaner. Can somebody at dealfind [;ease help me?

I bought a photo shoot at sepia digital photography studio worth$334.00 the phone number must have been connected but message box always full went to the address on the voucher to find it for rent and another business name on the outside contacted dealfind they never answered back ! something seems too good to be true it usualy is!

DEAL FIND SELLING VOUCHERS ARE NOT HONORED

Purchased 2 coupons for Mani-Pedi at Mani-Kir in North Hollywood California on 5/2/11. Called immediately for an appt as I had an event on 5/6 - they said they were overbooked from a previous coupon deal they had with another similar company. I have since called several times, mostly getting a machine; last message said I could have an appt August 7th! - 3 months after purchase! and I have two coupons!
Contacted Dealfind - they said too bad because it has exceeded the 30 day refund time - I called the day I got the coupon! How was I supposed to know that would lead to 3 months?
I tried to contact them again but they have not answered.
STAY AWAY FROM DEALFIND!

I wrote to you that I ordered hair chalk in October 2012 which I have paid on my visa. To this date I have received nothing. Dealfind you should read what you put on the bottom of your deals daily. Please let me know what you are going to do. Thank you Diane
