I was unable to buy my tickets to fly on Jun 18-25 for $388 I had credits for about $199 I want to apply but your system was down and saying there was an error. I kept trying and certain ecredits would register and others would not. Then when they finally did load it said there was an error. I tried to call customer support bu the wait time was 4 hours. I requested they call me back and I have a message from them that they did but no information was given about their techinical error.
I finally had time to call back while being sick and going to the doctors on 1/4 with no follow up from Delta on my issue. I finally got through today only to be told that 1/3 was the last day they were willing to assist with these issues. There was no email/notifications/text/calls given to me or any customer about this issue. So if you were lucky you got to redeem yours if you got through to customer service if not you were out of luck.
They did not accomdidate the amount of customers that would have been performing the same task and bc of their negligence someone who was complient is now being penalized. I did everything possible, attempted all night on my computer, called in and was placed on hold, even tried call back service with no luck. All I want is to be able to book my flight and use the credit that were given to me.
Desired outcome: I want them to honor my ecredits.
