Very rude customer service. Poor quality furniture for the price . Definitely would not recommend this place .

I wanted to purchase a queen size bed frame; from the Normal, Il store; paying cash; was greeted by a sales rep.; I told him what I wanted; he said no problem and then asked; is that what I wanted; a bed frame? I stated that was what I was there for! Duh! He proceeded to the cash register and asked for my phone number! I said no; that I just wanted a bed frame! He said he would not sale me anything without my phone number! Then the manager said the same thing! What a joke; went to furniture row next to denver mattress and was told the same thing by another manager! I will urge all my friends co-workers and family not to ever go to Denver Mattress!

I made a purchase the first week of March in preparation of a major ortho surgery
I made a purchase the first week of March in preparation of a major ortho surgery. The original Salesmen at the Cedar Park store where happy to sell us a mattress and we had made it clear that we needed the mattress prior to March 12th. As the 12th got closer I made contact with the store manager who said the mattress would arrive either that Friday or Saturday depending upon who they hared a truck with. I called that Saturday afternoon and a new salesmen told me the mattress would not arrive for another week or so. This was prior to the Covid 19 halt. I was not happy the manager had not called and asked for the regional manager's phone number. I called the regional manager and never got a call back. Eventually the new salesman called and said he could send a "Loaner" mattress until our arrived to help us for the surgery. We agreed and we took delivery of a loaner mattress. A week or so later (well after the 12th) we received our purchase. I never did get a follow up call from either the store manager nor the regional manager. I was very disappointed at the lack of follow up throughout this process and would not recommend purchasing anything from them in the future.

On 01/09, I purchased a mattress, mattress protector and a set of sheets. As of today, March 21, I have not received the sheets. I have gone to the store multiple times and I have called the customer service number 3 times now. The last call to customer service, I was told that I would get a response and nothing yet. I had to purchase sheets from another store. The bed was for a 2 year old and he needed sheets to sleep on. I purchased a set of sheets (SH-MAMFPAF part MA90FFPA Microfiber Pacific Full) with my mattress purchase on November 14. I still have not received them and each time that I contact Denver Mattress (five times now), I am told that they will be delivered with no searching to see what the process might be and no answer to a timeline to expect them.

I bought an *** Mattress from Denver Mattress about 3-4 years ago at the Fort Collins Store. About 2 months ago, it started giving me trouble and eventually just quit working. I went to the store location, told a young lady about my problem and asked her if they had a person who could repair the problem. She said, just a minute, I will check with the Manager. She returned in a few minutes and informed me that no they could not help me. I asked her to give me a solution to my problem and she told me to throw it away and buy a new unit. I did not feel that this was a proper way to handle a service problem.

We were told that it still held the same manufacturer warranty as new so we jumped on the deal. Fast forward to 2020 and there are 2 large sink holes where we sleep and I called today to start working through the warranty process to get our mattress replaced. Once I spoke with the salesman on the phone I was informed that because we received a clearance model that we were not eligible for the warranty service. Very disappointed that I now have to purchase another new mattress which I will do through another manufacturer.

We went into the store on 6/17 & was talked into a step up of the same mattress brand, we had to oay the difference. The mattress was not delivered until 7/06, we called today on 7/13 & asked for a full refund due to the poor quality of mattress. We were told by the manager that was not an option. We were never informed if we exchanged the first mattress for the one they stated would be better that we could not utilize the return policy for the 2nd one. We are not going to lose over a $1000 due to lack of communication on the companies end.

I was told at the time that I purchased the item that there was a FULL 20 year warranty on the frame. I paid over $3,200 for this bed because I thought I wouldn't need to worry about it again. As of this week, the motor appears to be going out so I called for warranty information and they told me that it is no longer under warranty and I had to call some 3rd party company who didn't have any of the information so I had to text it to them. I then got a text message telling me that my claim would not be processed. Then today I got a call from a VERY RUDE representative at *** who argued with me and told me that the warranty was only for 3 years and that the other 17 years is only on the frame. Seriously, who needs an adjustable bed without a motor?

Parts had to be ordered and reordered because they kept on ordering the wrong parts. We finally got a delivery date however when the delivery men brought the bed it still was missing pieces but they insisted it would be safe for us to sleep in. The 2nd night we had it our mattress fell about an inch because the support beams were taken from a queen bed and put on our king bed. My fiance *** tried to fix it so we could sleep on it and the 3rd night the same thing happened only this time the support beams actually snapped. We are still waiting for parts and they will not do anything to fix the problem.

I purchased an adjustable base bed, mattress, and 10 yr service plan on August 11. It was delivered on Aug. 28, 2019. The second night we used it a 10 inch piece of plastic broke off. They replaced the base on Sept. 25, 2019. The new base quit working (the head raises up but would not stay up) around the 20th of Dec. I wanted to return everything but they would only refund a portion of the money i spent. I then a greed to have it fixed. They said they would send the part, which they did, and would send someone to fix it which has not happened. I have called them numerous times. We purchased this bed for medical reasons and we are tired of being ignored. I was arguing with someone on the corporate level and she hung up on me. We are tired of being jerked around.

I called after 5 days and was told by the same manager that I returned the mattress to, at that point he told me that it takes 7-10 days. I waited a total of 11 days called again the same manager told me he hadn't seen the check yet and it was being processed. I complained so he gave me the regional manager number, I called it only to get an answering machine, I left a message then called the customer service number was told that they sent an email to the regional manager and switched me to his number, again to get his voicemail yet another time. I still haven't gotten a reply nor a check. I paid cash, yet I still can't get a refund.

Went in to buy mattress and we had informed the customer service rep. That we did not want a credit card because we were working on our credit score and he deceptively stated that Credova Retail Credit was a leasing company like Progressive Leasing that we were very familiar with. We told him we were interested and applied and we were approved, but he failed to mention that this was a credit card and we only consented to running our credit. My credit score in turn not only showed that we maxed out a credit card, but also opened a new account. We have been actively for the past year working toward buying a house and this has affected us in such an adverse way that we no longer are able to get the house or the credit score that we deserve due to the negligence of the representative. He also never got our signature to show that we even had received our mattress. He was completely negligent.

Delivery window for a bed was confirmed less than 24 hours prior. I arrived at the address 15 minutes before delivery window and proceeded to wait. I noticed two missed long distance calls from the drivers. The drivers tried to deliver and hour before the scheduled time when no one was there. I tried returning the calls 4 times and left voicemails. No one called back. I called the Furniture Row store and I was told the items were on the truck and should be delivered. Then I received another call that said the drivers were there for 30 minutes in the window and left because no one was there. This was not true. My partner and I were were both there and have surveillance footage during the delivery window. Then I was told I could reschedule for four days ahead. Well the previous bed was already torn down and hauled off, so I had no where to sleep. The drivers lied about showing up at the scheduled time and left me without a bed. No one offered to comp. me a hotel either.

In February My husband and I went into Denver mattress to look at purple mattress. We looked at all they had to offer in the purple mattress when we found the one that we liked the sales person that we were working with told us they had a purple mattress on clearance that some one had returned within 30 days. They assured us that the mattress has been cleaned and disinfected and that the 10 year manufacture warrenty from purple would still be good. We decided to purchase this mattress because the warranty was still good and it would save us some money. It is now November and the mattress is starting to breakdown I called the store and talked to *** the store manager and he proceeded to tell me that my 10 year warranty is void because we bought a used mattress. This is not what they told us when we bought it. It looks like I will be buying a new mattress but it will deffently not be from Denver mattress. I have never felt so appalled about how they have treated us after spending so much money on a junk mattress.

on 5/16 I purchased a Purple Queen Original Mattress from the Denver Mattress location in Marion, IA. The product has a 10 year warranty. In October this year, we began the process of trying to resolve a warranty issue with the mattress. We purchased a new recommended bed frame from the store in an attempt to resolve the mattress sagging issue. With no success, we began the process of dealing with the manager and assistant manager of the store to try to come to some sort of resolution. The issue with the mattress is 2 areas of sagging, with a high spot in the middle. Per the stores instructions, we took numerous pictures to try to show the nature of the sagging, but as the mattress has a high spot and a protective cover, it is difficult to show that the mattress is sagging more than an inch. However, if you SIT on the mattress, it is very obvious that the material has broken down. Numerous email exchanges later (all available on request,) the store has stopped responding all-together. My last correspondence with ***. left things in the hands of their manager, no response.

The mattress and box springs remained in plastic til today 3/25 when we had other furniture delivered and we noticed a tear along the seam of the mattress. I called the store and spoke with Greg or craig and he asked me to text him the picture. I did that.. about 5 mins later I received a call from store who told me we bought off clearance (which we were never told that) and that we would need to pay difference. I told him I didnt think we got clearance and I handed my phone to my husband. My husband told him same thing and he started laughing at my husband when my husband told him we would go above his head.my husband then told him he wouldn't laugh if he was in store and that he was being unprofessional.. the store clerk hung up on my husband.. We called back and asked for Mike Loera who sold us the mattress and we also asked for a manager. Was told he was manager and he hung up again. Our receipt does say clearance but salesman Mike said he was just giving us a discount because we weren't able to get what we originally wanted. Our receipt says "in the event of damaged or defective merchandise which is our responsibility, the seller will, at its option, choose to repair or replace in order to correct the damage or defect."

Back in August we purchased a purple 3 mattress and the store manager told us that we had 365 days a full year to decide if we liked the bed. Nothing about a decrease in price or anything. A couple months after buying it I called the store to let them know that we were getting sore sleeping on it with shoulder and hip pains and that it was uncomfortable. The gal said that it takes a bit to get used to it and it just needs to be broken in and to give it time. So we kept trying it. A few months later I called again and explained that we are still having issues with it and now we are even so sore we went to a Chiropractor and the gal said that it is probably just the pillows but to come in to the store. So then COVID happened and we didn't get a chance to get into the store until last weekend. When we went in the manager helped us and we told her that the purple was uncomfortable and that I called several times and we wanted to exchange it. She told us then that we would only be getting up to 50% store credit. After purchasing the Purple mattress for $2300 we were only able to get a $1150 mattress unexceptable. So I explained to her how dissatisfied I was about spending that kind of money on a mattress and now I have to settle for an $800 mattress this Athletes Choice memory foam bed (which by the way feels like a $300 mattress). She said it was top of the line and great for side sleepers so we checked it out and the mattress in the store seems soft and thought it might work. We have now had it for 5 nights and it is so hard that my hip is already hurting and what she said about side sleepers is not true because my husband was a side sleeper but ever since we got it he has been sleeping on his back and now snores like crazy. So we went back a few days ago to explain all of this to the manager of the store and she said there was nothing she can do we already had our switch out replacement of a mattress. But suggested jumping on it to break it in what in the world is that. Which is unexceptable. I purchased a $2300 mattress and I expect to get the quality of a $2300 mattress. I'm so upset and can't believe the customer service of this store on how they would treat their customers and the lack of communication. There are many mattress stores around that we could have gone to but we went to this one and this is what we get. A good night sleep is so important and I shouldn't have to settle.
