I am writing to formally complain about the delay in processing my parcel with tracking number 9608625920, which has been at the DHL office in Cuba since November 4th. Despite this, it has still not been entered into the system, causing unnecessary delays.
This parcel is intended for delivery to the Canary Islands, Spain, and the lack of system updates is preventing me from tracking its progress. I chose DHL because of its reputation for reliable and efficient service, but my current experience does not reflect this.
