We all know that internet providers and telecommunication lines are one of the most usable in business operations. In this regard, we notice that one of your posts which was used for cables and telephone boxes with wires located in front of our building is blocking one of our parking slots which were allotted to the customers of our building. Kindly relocate the post that is making hindrances to our parking slot, since the business operation is back to normal and we are lacking parking space for our customers.

Misinterpretation by telemarketer
Telemarketer misled consumer that there will be a free phone for signing a 2 years postpaid 120DS contract. However, there is a device payment monthly of RM15 being charged into the bill. Checked with digi offer that by signing 2 years postpaid 90DS contract also eligible for a free phone. Why is there a need to sign a more expensive postpaid package for 2 years contract and still being charged for the device payment monthly?
Desired outcome: Either to deduct the monthly payment of RM15 or void the contract of 2 years or reduce the postpaid plan to 90 instead of 120 monthly.

I have been a premium user of digi post paid service since more than 10 years. I regret the day I decided to buy this service. I am paying tremendous amounts of bills monthly, but regretfully the worst ever ever ever service. Internet connectivity is probably the worst ever experienced, call lagging etc. No customer care and no respect for its users.

Worse service at digi aeon cheras selatan
I come to Digi Aeon Cheras Selatan to purchase a postpaid plan package, but there no greeting, eye contact from both chinese Staff on duty. I understand there still customer they need to serve, but why there a new arriving customer came after me and 'cut the queue'. And that customer got nice service but both of the staff just ignoring me like im not there, is it because I were track suit only and not look like rich people? Very very dissapoinment, and for your information I just leaving the shop without any word from your staff.
Desired outcome: Please treat all customer like they are human being, and put yourself as customer when you are working on marketing and sales industry.
Mobile data false advertising, phone coverage in general.
Terrible service, generally.
Spent 7MYR on unlimited "high speed" data for 1 day. Speed was capped at 200kbps. Until about 2am, at which time it seemed to become actual high speed. So for 18 of the 24 hours, it was capped at a barely usable rate. Phone did not move from the location it was in all day, it was not down to coverage, it was down to bad capped speeds. Coverage was 2 bars minimum at all times.
Phone is unusable in most areas with no reception at all.
Desired outcome: Refund, finding a new provider.
No Digi line/connection all of sudden
Dear Digi,i would like to know when i can use Digi to call out/receive call/sending and receiving messages or even going online via internet?!...Im using Digi in my house area in Kampung Potuki,Lokawi Baru,Jalan Papar Lama,Penampang,Sabah for the past 15 yrs,and all of sudden theres no line at all since yesterday morning around 7am+(10th July)I thought my sim broke,until my family members complaining about it saying that theres no signal from Digi(0 Bar).It never happen before(sometime no internet due to Digi upgrading something)...I hope u guys do something about it asap...Im using wifi just to complain to u guys,so i hope u guys understand how i,as Digi user,feel about this...tq

Network Coverage
Even if I'm at an open field and not under a huge roof structure, some areas is Puchong (if not most) has bad internet coverage

RM40.00 Prepaid Service could not access for Internet & Youtube.
I'm tired of calling your Digi Complaint Center since Feb.2022. They are not efficient and not professional in handling problems and solving simple technique issues. Please hire & train quality staffs in order to run successful business .
I'have been using this service for more than 5 years. I never had any issues for youtube and personal hotspot. Since Dec.2021 youtube totally malfunction but I'm still able use for waze and emails. The technician asked me to turn on flight mode for few seconds because they have co-incidentally changed the package plan. But nothing happens and this time disturbed the waze internet service. Till today they don't bother to call me and resolve the problem.

As on last 10 years plus until now, i am having difficulty in poor or none digi line and internet coverage in my house area. My home address is at Taman Sri Kluang, postcode is 86000.

Line connected very bad
Would like to inform that the line connection around bandar baru klang-klang, selangor area was poor since march 2022. Really hope digi in charge person to have a look the connectivity at this area for better use of customers in future.
There was an incident happen on march that 3 days no connection at all. After repair since then the connection is very poor.

internet speed
Recently (March 2022), internet speed is very very slow especially during 7.30pm - 10.30pm and weekend. slow until every page of loading wait 45 second to 1.5 minutes. I am staying at Apartment Kinrara Mas, KL, near BK1, and bukit Jalil and Puchong.
Desired outcome: resume as before speed, that is normal 4G LTE speed.

Dear digi customer in this past 2 weeks we having internet and connection problem at tatau (bintulu) due to this problem i having difficult doing my work on time. The connection showing off 4g unfortunately its not like what we expect.. 4g but still poor connection like we still on 2g program... Unfair treatment to loyal customer
I have been using Digi for many years and hence received loyalty bonus for being a loyal customer. I recently upgraded my data plan from RM80 to RM90 as i pre-order the Oppo Reno 7 pro phone with Digi. Upon changing the plan, eventhough I am upgrading, I lost all my loyalty bonus which is given to me all these while. Meaning I am PAYING MORE FOR LESS DATA!
May I know why am I being penalised for being a loyal and supportive customer?

I have been a satisfied customer with DIGI for a long time. My mobile number is [protected]. But I regret to inform you that nowadays I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network reception. The handset's network indicator shows full signal, but I cannot make a clear phone call and the data line. This unwanted obstruction is posing lots of inconvenience for me.
When I first learned of this problem, I have already made a complaint, but no one took any action upon it. I have made several calls to your number, but no one answered my calls.
I expect a quick response as satisfying your customers should be your priority. This is not a professional way to run a business. You need a proper customer service department. I always pay my dues within time, and still, I have to face such issues. In this situation, I would request you to take the necessary actions to resolve this problem as early as possible.

Weird charges for the month of december 2020
I have been charged with an amount of RM129.00 which I did not spend or make use of the Digi purchases.
I was not aware till I have received the Dec 2020 bill dated 1/1/2022.
I believed in any normal purchase online, we will apply & receive an OTP code or password before making payment.
1. I did perform any payment transaction
2. I did not even know there was a transaction till I received the Digi bill on
1/1/2022
3. In any event of purchasing & application of payment, we must have an OTP code provided by the payment provider.
I would like to seek for the proof of the OTP code that Digi has sent to me.
I am awaiting for an urgent reply from Digi Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia.
I would like to make an official complain to Digi Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia for an unknown charges to the 1 - 31 Dec 2021 bill dated 1/1/2022.
I would like to have reimbursement of the amount of RM129.00 when Digi Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia failed to provide me with the proof of the OTP code that you have sent to me.
