Lack of communication and to product received. I placed an order on April 17th for 2 iced earth masks, the ship date was May 13th and I received no communication so I contacted them May 30th. On June 1st they said it will ship in the next few days. I have still yet to receive a ship date, tracking, or product. Order Receipt

I received a defective item twice now. I've now been ignored for a week now regarding the incident. Ordered a t shirt on 2/15. Received a defective item on 2/20. Contacted customer service the next day and I returned the defect on 2/21, didn't get the replacement sent until 2/24 (w/ expedited shipping) and I received an email from the customer service rep "Ryan" notifying me that he's noticed a pattern in the manufacturing of the shirt I got coming out as defects on 2/25; I then received the replacement item on 2/26, but the item was another defect. I've been trying to contact "Ryan" the customer service rep who was helping me at first multiple times a day now since then and have been flat out ignored. I've tried calling numerous times and opening up now support requests numerous times now and I have not been contacted once.
I ordered something over 10 days ago for $65. Still not shipping number. I called and left a message, trying to get a shipping number, no reply. Order number ***. I need my shipping info or a refund ASAP. Figure it out, this is unprofessional of your business.

Shirt was supposed to ship months ago. I bought a t-shirt earlier this year that was supposed to be shipped on 7/24, it is currently 10/15 and I still have yet to receive any notice it has been shipped at all.I also purchased a vinyl album that is supposed to be shipped tomorrow but I am now very worried that it may not be shipped either. I tried to contact the business yesterday through both phone and their help page on their website, and I have yet to hear anything in response as well. I placed an order on 4/20 for a hoodie, after reaching out I still haven't received my merchandise. Its been almost 2 weeks. I placed an order for a hoodie on 4/20. After 10 days I reached out via email because the first email they sent said the delivery date would be 2019/25/06. After reaching out they said dont worry about the date the email said and that my order is a top priority. Well I still haven't received any email saying that my merchandise has shipped. It's been two weeks any I still haven't received a shipping number or any idea when my merchandise will arive.

I purchased the owl city Cinematic 2 Lp set on april 7th. The item was never shipped even tho they took my money. I have contacted customer support on april 7th and they said they would send it soon. I just looked and it has not been sent as of may 20th. The product i ordered and paid for is now listed as sold out. Nothing I made an order on district lines on November 27th where they took the amount out of my account immediately I called a few weeks ago and spoke with a nice young man and he reassured me my package would be arriving before Christmas. It has been two weeks since I have been able to talk to someone about my purchase I have left several messages and issued a trouble ticket to get my issue resolved and nobody has contacted me or anything. I just want my package or my full refund.

Shipped out my order with the vinyl and hoodie. I had received both items but the hoodie was the wrong size. I contacted them and they had me ship it back so I could get the correct size. They sent out another package once they have received mine. The new package they sent out was the vinyl I have already gotten in the first and not the hoodie. I have contacted them enough, I do not want to deal with them anymore as they cannot get the correct item to me.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I waited patiently for my order and they dropped the ball. I placed an order for 3 shirts. 1 being a special pre-order shirt for a live event. My order came after waiting almost 60 days. My order showed that I was refunded for the pre-order shirt (my bank account says otherwise). When I was waiting for the order to ship, I contacted district lines 4 times asking about my order. During this time, I would've expected to be told that the shirt wasn't in stock (which makes no sense considering it was a PRE-ORDER). No. I have to wait 60 days to find out. That shirt was the only reason I even made an order. I would've canceled the whole order if I had knowledge of this beforehand. And I certainly haven't been refunded. This company has poor communication skills and zero accountability for their actions.

I cannot get the tracking number because the website sucks Here I am about to throw my phone across the room because this is so frustrating. I made an order about a week ago on the 29th of December. Never received any sort of confirmation that the order was made and obviously I don't have a tracking number because of it. I've never ordered anything offline where I didn't get an email, so I feel that this is incredibly unprofessional and lazy. I am angry at myself for even buying through this company. I tried for about half an hour to make the district lines tracking webpage work, but it is so bugged that it's annoying to even try to work with. If you can't even make a website that works, then it is beyond me that you even sell things to begin with. Where do I even go from here? Because I'm started to get really angry.

I ordered merchandise over 2 months ago. Shipping date was continually pushed back and now District Lines won't answer the phone or return calls. After ordering back in June (Order *** placed online on June 12), I was given an estimated ship date of July 19. After I didn't get an update after July 19, I decided to reach out and check on the status. The customer service rep was very friendly and assured me he was heading to the warehouse to get my order shipped right away. Another 2 weeks passed with no update on the order so I called again. Just like the last call, the representative was friendly and assured me that they're sending my order within the week and to check back in a week if I didn't hear anything. I didn't hear anything so I called back. This time, the rep says that the item was out of stock but that it will be restocked soon. He assured me that I would get a tracking number within 2 weeks and even offered express shipping free of charge. 2 weeks passed and it still hadn't shipped (sort of defeats the purpose of comping express shipping if the items never ship) so I decided to call back. I've called several times (at least 7 calls) this week and never reached a representative. I left voicemails detailing the problem and providing my contact information this week and haven't gotten an answer from District Lines. I've contacted them through their website more recently but haven't received any return communication. Because of the lack of communication and lies from District Lines, I'm concerned that they've stolen from me at this point. I'd like a full refund but they won't answer or return communication for me to ask for it.

I made a $114.79 order on May 28th for Subtronics merchandise and still have not received my order. My order is also listed as processing. I made a $114.79 purchase on May 28 for three merchandise items. One of my items was on presale and was set to be sent out around June 7. This item was meant to be a gift! Since my order was still listed as "processing" weeks later, I emailed the customer service team on June 25 and was told that the pashminas (the presale item that had been a part of my order) "just recently arrived" and that they were in the "shipping queue for dispatch". I received this email on June 26. Since I had received no package, no shipping confirmation email (that I was promised by the customer service rep), and the order was still listed as "processing," I emailed the company again asking where my order was on July 12. On July 17, 5 days later, I was responded to with a message saying that the Cyclops face masks (another item that I ordered) was suddenly out of stock and that the company expected more to arrive on July 20. Ian, the customer support manager, closed this email to me by saying that they would expedite my order so that I would receive it right away. It is now over two weeks after July 20th and my order is STILL listed as "processing." The fact that there was no communication between the company and myself to inform me that one of my purchased items had become out of stock (which would result in a longer wait time for shipping) is absolutely outrageous. Not to mention that the presale item was apparently not ready by the signified date. Finally, the fact that I had been told TWO TIMES by the CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER to expect soon shipping, a shipping conformation email, and expedited shipping is absurd and extremely disappointing.

Placed an order over 3 weeks ago. Have not received any shipping notification. I have contacted this company many times without any response. On January 1st, I placed an order for 2 shirts from this online merchant. The receipt stated "Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to ship out." After 1 week of purchase, I contacted Direct Lines with a request for an order update. Below is the first email I sent on 1/8. "Hello, I placed an order 7 days ago. I have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Was just wondering if my order has shipped yet. If it hasn't been shipped yet, do you have an approximate date? Thank you." After not receiving a response, I followed up via email 2 days later. Below is the second email I sent on 1/10. "Hello, This is my second time emailing since I have not gotten a response. I placed an order about two weeks ago maybe? I have not gotten any information since. I am just curious when my order is going to ship. Looking back on the site, I see one of the shirts that I picked is a pre-order. I'm guessing that's why my order is delayed. There is no info saying what date it is estimated to ship so please let me know when to expect my order. Thank you. Order #:***" Again, I never received any response. I waited 2 more days to send a third email... "I placed an order about 2 weeks ago and I have not received a shipping notification. I contacted two times without a response. I'm getting increasingly frustrated with the lack of customer service. I would like to know when my order is going to ship. Please email me my estimated ship date. Order # ***" Again, I did not receive any response. I then waited a few weeks to allow them some more time to process this order as the holiday season just passed. On 1/24 I sent my fourth and final email so far... "I don't understand why I haven't even received a response. I placed an order on January 1st. It's now the 24th. I'm assuming you are waiting for both shirts to be in stock at the same time, which is ridiculous! When I placed the order, one shirt was in stock and one was pre-sale. Instead of either shipping a partial order or putting the one shirt aside, you did nothing. Then when the pre-sale stock came in, my other shirt was now temporarily out of stock. I have sent several e-mails and not even a single response. When the other shirt came in again, the first one was out of stock again. The only reason I know any of this is because I've been watching! It could be months before both items are in stock at the same time. It is ridiculous to conduct business this way. Either ship my order or cancel it or I will be reporting you to the ComplaintsBoard.com. It is horrible that these bands are looking bad because of your company. " Again, I have not received any response nor, updates regarding my order. As my last email stated, I was going to contact the ComplaintsBoard.com. Upon looking up Direct Lines on the ComplaintsBoard.com I noticed very similar complaints. This discovery helped me confirm that a complaint at this point is necessary. The transaction was processed and the funds were taken from my account the day I ordered these shirts. All I want is them to update my order status with a realistic shipping date or, a full refund for products that were promised and never delivered.
