phone call
Called asking info about people who haven't had the phone number in at least twenty years. Wouldn't tell me anything until I told them who I was, despite them calling me with my address and phone number being repeated several times. After being told multiple times I was not the person they wished to speak to, or any of the other six people on the list, the man said this was awkward and he'd contact me at a later date
constant unnecessary phone calls. will contact counsel...
This company is fraudulent and they call at least a total of 5 to 6 times per day even after telling them you're not interested and to stop calling. I've explained to them that the insurance company is not vested with them and to remove my number; constant harassing phone calls are still continuing. This has started on Monday, July 22nd to present, calls starting at 8:00am - 6:00pm.
Keep calling and I will report to the Attorney General as well as to the local police authorities.

phone call
I got a call today, someone with a very thick foreign accent guy.He said he is from Doctors Network. Very persuasive I listen to him, but when I said I'm not interested, he said he's not selling anything and and that he is just offering me a product I'm eligible for and when I said no, he then called me stupid. Pathetic guy, sounds like a scammer. He needs to sell to eat, I guess. Or work descent somewhere and not harass people.
call harassment
They call me at least 3 times a day from different phone numbers (see attached pic, 4 calls already today). I have asked them to stop calling and to remove me from the list and they get very combative and say it's not a sales call and that my benefits are going to expire. [censored]ing lies, I have private insurance through my employer and would know if there was an issue with my benefits. Stop [censored]ing calling me!
People never listen they think there trying to sell something. There not. These people work for you. Not your insurance but you the members. Of ppo network. They are not scammers they are trying to tell you about benefits your insurance company won’t tell you about. Because it cost them money. Instead of costing you money. You pay your premiums to insurance and these items are a service that are 100 percent covered By your insurance. That you pay for you shouldn’t have to pay for these things over the counter if they cover them. So ya the real scammers are your insurance company’s who keep these things from you. Maybe try to listen to these people they are not trying to do anything but there job.
unsolicited calls
The Doctors Network refused to remove me from their list unless you take their survey. They claim to not be subject to do not call because they aren't selling anything. Isn't harassment illegal? I received the call at 10:47am on 9/28/18 from [protected]. They have called several days in a row multiple times per day.
They are also calling my mother, an elderly woman on fixed income causing grief and worry.
health benefits
This "Doctors Network" has been harassing me with 2 calls a day stating they are working with my insurance company and need to ask her some medical questions and to inform me of important changes coming up soon to existing policy.
My contractor knows nothing about this company and they are trying to get you to purchase additional benefits.
I blocked their number and they call from three other number, I asked to be taken off list and he tells me that does not apply to them. The caller is hard sell and asked me why I don't want health benefits I am already paying for. I asked him to send me email and he says they cannot. I was curious and told him to tell me about the benefits and first question is about pain. I replied you cannot ask questions of this nature due to HIPPA and he replied I am not going to steal your identity. Bizarre response. I ended the call and will report them to Do not call list.
I actually work for the Doctors Network and know for a fact the products are real and do work. All this creams made by hardworking slaves, spinning this millstones on the roof just for you, making sure you receive your benefits. How dare you!?
All day long they got whipped by ogre warden, whose name is Jimothy J. Fungal (very nice guy, hero, specialist, cannibal), just to work harder and faster, so every one can receive this amazing, extremely useful creams.
Me myself work there, company is legit and loyal, paying me with rice and blood of my enemies. I'm very thankful to be part of this incredible team and help people with their issues, providing this benefits. So I will not tolerate anyone talking [censored] about this blessed company!
Well if they're such a blessed company, then when legitimate questions are asked you should be able to answer all questions. You guys are fake and definitely when someone tells you that there's no interest then take it for what it's worth rather than constantly badgering someone.
Nakela I will be more than glad to answer your legitimate questions. Of course if you do give me some time to do so. Instead of historically asking one and the same question over and over again.
This is not even a call and you are already brushing everything off "You guys are fake and definitely when someone tells you that there's no interest then take it for what it's worth"
So you are not interested in receiving products to your door step without spending ANYTHING out of your pocket?! I mean sure I get it, there are some people who are fortunate enough, but I mean just get it and gift it to your neighbor. Or better yet get it and you will definitely find need for it in future. You get mosquito bites? paper cuts? you or your little angel fell down? Multivitamins?
I bet you are one of those people who hang up on "Hello".

I actually work for the Doctors Network and know for a fact the products are real and do work. I have helped several people with the medication and people honestly do like the benefits. If people would give us half a chance they would realize we are legit and do actually care if they are in pain or really need these benefits. They are geared towards people suffering from arthritic pain which allot of people do, or diabetes, we did at one time offer medication for diabetics. So please, until you have listened and i mean really listened to the call don't be so quick to judge.
Tks
Actually i worked with them and they are totally legit they were able to help me with my problems and the products they offer actually work.

dental plan
To all who are being harassed by phone calls from Doctors Network,
It is important to understand that there are multiple companies named Doctors Network, and only one is harassing individuals by strange phone calls.
I am the representative from Doctors Network (www.doctorsnetwork.com), which is a legitimate dental plan provider, and we do not have a sales team, and we do not contact individuals who have not signed up for our dental plan.
SInce our website www.doctorsnetwork.com is very prominant, individuals find our website easily and associate those phone calls with our company.
We are a dental plan company based in Brooklyn, and not California, so please make sure you get the correct Doctors Network to voice your concerns.
We feel terrible that you have a bad experience, but our company is completely different that the one that contacts you, and there is nothing we can do about that.
Thank you for understanding

I have been receiving calls from "Doctors Network" every day several times a day and they argue when I ask them to get me off their call list. The number that shows on the caller id is local and keeps changing so I don't know if I'm getting legitimate calls or telemarketing calls. When I pick up the call, they insist on telling me about their benefits even...

Calling every day, I block there number and they are calling again from a different number. This has been going on too long. I tell them to stop and they say the calling will not stop. My wife answered the phone this last time and talked to them trying to get more information regarding who they were and where they were located and a phone number so she could call them back after checking the company out with the better business bureau and they told us that they did not have to disclose that by law. She tried to get them to explain where they got the number and my name they also said they did not legally have to disclose that either, furthermore they said even if you were on the do not call list they would continue the calls even after requesting them to stop and threatening a law suit. When all was said and done she finally told them we did not need or desire anything that they would be able to offer benefit wise to help supplement our insurance policy such as that fact that our insurance covers multiple vitamins imagine that that is how we figure that it was probably a scam
phone call harrassment
I have been receiving calls from "Doctors Network" every day for several weeks. The number that shows on the caller id is [protected]. When I pick up the call, there is no one there. When I try to return the call, I hear a beep and then I'm disconnected. It's driving me crazy! How do I get these calls to stop? Thank you.

I receive at least one hang up phone call from "Doctor's Network" a day for at least 3 weeks. I have called the number back on 8 occasions. I get a recorded message stating that if I would like to be removed from their calling list to leave my number. I have left it 8 times, yet they are still calling and hanging up. I have caller ID logs if needed
