You guys are answering Complaintsboard.com reviews/complaints faster than you are legit support tickets submitted through your website... wtf? I've been trying to reach a customer rep. via your Live Chat feature, which states its open Mon-Fri 11am-2pm PS... It is currently 3:13PM EST, so 12PM PST, I've been trying for the last 45 minutes or so, and cannot get anything but that stupid annoying automated bot. I just signed up this morning, my first shipment of 4 blades and 1 base (the 4 blade one) was ordered and will be shipped today it says (6/3)... but it says my next order will be shipped on 6/17? Why so soon? I changed my delivery frequency to once every other month. And even if i didnt change my frequency, why would I be getting charged for another box like 14 days later? I didnt do a trial, i paid the full 7.95 or whatever... Its a pretty simple question, but I have no way of asking it to you other than posting here I guess? Your website says it will take 10 to 14 days to get an email response (WTF?!?!?!) and your stupid live chat thing only takes me to an automated bot (when using my computer) and when using the DSC app it says "No Agents Available At This Time"... and again, im well within the very short window you say your open (11am - 2pm PST)... While I've heard great things about your service, this is an absolutely horrible start. There is no reason I (or anyone else) shouldn't be able to get ahold of a customer support agent, even with COVID... live chat is easy enough to do in a work at home environment and plenty of other companies have figured it out... there is no excuse for this. Dollar Shave Club I was a customer of DSC since 2016, until 2020

I was a customer of DSC since 2016, until 2020. The razors shipped on time and were easy to track, until 2020, when suddenly I would get charged, a month would go by, I would never receive the razors, I'd get charged again, no razors. So I would complain to their customer service. And a new box would get sent out and I'd get it a week after the complaint. Finally in June I got tired of begging every month for my razors, and tired of buying disposable razors at the store while I waited to receive my DSC razors in the mail. I told their customer service to cancel my account. They apologized and refunded my $10.66 for the razors that never arrived. Well in November, my husband still had the DSC handle and wanted a box of razors. Unfortunately, I ordered him a box of the executive razors on November 26th, which charged $10.66 to my credit card. According to the website, the box shipped out November 28th. The track button simply brings you to a screen saying they are experiencing shipping delays and razors could take 10-14 days, with no tracking or shipping information listed. It is now January 12. Still no razors. Complained to customer service over a week ago. I received a response January 10th saying they are sorry they haven't responded yet and are working diligently to get me a response. This is not acceptable customer service. Almost 7 weeks later, and I have no razors, no response, but I am out $10.66. I should have never given this company a second chance. I switched to Billie razors for myself, as they sell female razors and I get them on time. As for my husband, the search for a reliable company that ships men's razors begins.

Dollar Shave Club I have been on auto-shipments for years

I have been on auto-shipments for years. Beginning in August , every order has been at least 2-3 weeks late. I've been refunded for missing orders. Here we are in January. I received an email notification that my December order was supposed to be shipped Dec. 15. Wheni clicked the link to track my package, it says I'll receive another number once my package arrives to USPS. What?!?! Today is January 15 & no order. Oh, I've been charged for it. I've spent 2 weeks trying to use their ridiculous excuse for Help Chat & have sent emails. I got an an auto response email about 3 days after my first email stating "we haven't forgotten you & you'll hear from us within 10-14 days." Anywhere you check their website says that because of USPS, orders may be delayed. So, obviously, I tried tracking my order with the tracking number sent to me in December. Guess what? According to USPS, my tracking number is not a valid number still. Through Complaintsboard.com, we gained a phone number. Guess what happens when you call it? A recording says their state mandates require their call center to be closed. And to you this all off, I got an email yesterday asking me to confirm my next shipment! Heck no! I keep having to have this fight to get my orders & refunds because they never apparently take my orders to be shipped off. It's ridiculous. (I have screenshots of all of this, also.) I will be canceling my membership if/when this is finally sorted out...IF I ever have contact with someone from DSC. My final note, as I said, we've been customers for years & never had any issues whatsoever. That's what makes this so incredibly frustrating. I will NOT recommend DSC any longer. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.

Dollar Shave Club I ordered a$5 beginner set

I ordered a$5 beginner set. My son has a ton of lotions from dsc so I didn't need anything but razor cartridges. I ordered 3 cartridges of razors. Afterwards I cancelled my membership because all I wanted was the razor cartridges I ordered. I was charged $30.50 for those 3 cartridges of razors on 5/29. After the fact that I cancelled my membership, for some odd reason on 6/1 I was charged $30.50 a second time. I tried calling. I was given an email. I sent an email and was told the email address didn't exist. I haven't received shipping confirmation from the first order. I have tried several different ways of contacting dsc with no one reachable. Covid is no excuse. My trial shipment was made in late April and I got my shipment and charged correctly. Which was in the midst of covid. Customer service should be reachable at all times. I have demanded a refund for my order I placed and I want my money back for being charged a second time today which had no business being charged to my card from the get go. I want my money back and I don't even want no apology. I want my $30.50 times two put back in my account immediately. Keep your blades and everything! I want my money back asap. I checked the dsc site. It showed that I was charged twice for the one order I made as well. This is bad business and it involves my debit card. That is wrong. I would like my money back now and I will not be conducting future business with dsc. Fix your customer service problem. Being the first shipment wasn't made and you charged my card after the fact that my membership was cancelled, I want my $61.00 put back in my account. My debit card should have absolutely nothing to do with you guys anymore after you refund my money.

Dollar Shave Club I am very upset and disappointed with this company

I am very upset and disappointed with this company. I canceled my membership after the trial package over 30 days ago. I was then charged on June 10th $42 since I was camping in the mountains where I had no signal and no ATM I had taken the money out of my account to pay for items with cash. I had gone to the end of the road we're ahead of signal I found out that my account was in the negative do to your debiting my account for products which also caused my account to incur a $35 fee I had sent a message I tried to go online and chat but your chat hours are so limited I was not able to make it.you have no phone number to contact you with so when I was down the mountain on Sunday I sent you a message I also sent Facebook messages no replies I have sent you pictures of my account to show you debited my account and I was charged a fee and I still have not received a reply. It shows that the products were shipped on June 10th it is now June 17th and I have not even received the products that I paid for regardless of the fact that I canceled anyway. I went back to your website I canceled again I sent another message again and I am still not getting a result. I understand due to covid-19 may have short-staffed or limited hours but this is totally unacceptable I am out $77 and I have no product to even show for it despite the fact like I said I canceled over 30 days ago. I expect someone to resolve this problem. I've already contacted my bank they are aware that this is a possible fraud charge that if I do not receive the product they will file fraudulent charges. I would also like to be sure that this account going forward is closed and I will receive no more shipments after this last one. who do I have to talk to to get this resolved.

Dollar Shave Club A decent product that I was excited to get behind, until I ordered a trial kit

A decent product that I was excited to get behind, until I ordered a trial kit. I understand that it takes a bit to process orders these days with COVID going around, but to receive what is for me a 2 month supply trial kit and then 4 days late be mysteriously charged $43 without warning is frankly complete and utter ***. I never signed up for that, I would not have picked that package, and to be billed for one without any contact from Dollar Shave Club less than a week after getting a trail set is just seriously bad business ethics. I then struggled for about 3 hours trying to find a way to get the order canceled, which I eventually did. I also sent about 4 emails directly to Dollar Shave Club, but only received a reply to my question about how to cancel an order, which was met with a response that simply stated "click this link to cancel. It sounds like you just want to buy single orders when you need them." YES EXACTLY, that's EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, but instead of asking or at least a warning, you just assumed i wanted more product and decided completely on your own to charge me for something I DID NOT order. I even went as far as to intentionally unchecked the box at my first order saying I wanted a bi monthly subscription, BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT THAT. So you signed me up for one, without my permission, and then had the AUDACITY to charge me LESS THAN A WEEK after receiving the first order. And yet I have not yet received a refund for the money I was charged without my permission. Then I come here, to the Complaintsboard.com website, and I find that THE BULK of customers experienced this exact issue. So it's definitely not just me. What really sucks about all this is I was genuinely excited to try a better and cheaper alternative to Gillette, but at least Gillette doesn't straight up steal 42$ from my bank account without asking. I will be reporting the charge to my bank as fraudulent, because it was.

Misleading website, deceptive sales tactics and unhelpful customer service Signed up for a trial for $16.80 CAD and before I even realize it, an unauthorized second charge of $47.38 CAD is charged to my credit card for a re-stock order. So naturally I do a little digging to try and figure out why this happened... Turns out, under the Account section of their website, the "Your ship date" refers to the NEXT recurring shipment which makes no sense and is very CONfusing. I had changed the ship date from mid-June to May 14 thinking the trial that I ordered was originally set to arrive in OVER a month. So I changed my ship date to the next available date (2 days after my trial order) and set my subscription box frequency to monthly, in case I enjoyed the product and wanted to continue using it. My next step was to contact their customer service department via email on May 13th before the subsequent restock shipment was fulfilled. But they (CSR) was unable or unwilling to assist with cancelling the second shipment, and was generally unhelpful. To top it off Dollar Shave Club (DSC) had no phone number to contact a call center, no active social media agent (Twitter or Facebook) and no live chat - NOTHING! Thoroughly disappointed by this company's misleading website, deceptive marketing and unhelpful customer service center. A VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OVERALL! Will be boycotting DSC and its parent company Unilever too

Dollar Shave Club The subscription cancellation page does not load

The subscription cancellation page does not load. Contacted customer service which couldn't locate my account even though I provided my email. The subscription cancellation page is the only page on their website that doesn't work. It shows that it's loading indefinitely. I tried loading it five times. It's not possible that they can't locate my account when I contacted them while logged in and they have my email address for the account. They asked me to provide my mailing address to locate it. I'll be cancelling the charge with my credit card company instead. They obviously make people jump through as many hoops as possible to cancel. The cancellation page not working is very suspicious. They've had enormous amounts of funding so I highly suspect this is intentional especially since it's the only page that doesn't work. Likewise, customer service has likely been told by management not to help anyone attempting to cancel. This is unethical business practice that would be especially hard on seniors and other vulnerable customers. Aside from not working, no link to the cancellation page is provided anywhere on the website. A page on their website supposedly links to it but that link is broken. I had to manually edit the URL to that page in order to access that section of the site. And again, after completing the first step, the subsequent page to process the cancellation did not load. *** is likely illegitimately gathering fees from thousands of customers who have intended or intend to cancel.

Unauthorized charges on bank statement - two separate incidents.Reached out by email several times. No resolution. On April 5, a charge for 10.89 appeared on my bank statement. I made phone calls and sent emails to company. This is from my bank statement. RECURRING PURCHASE AT *** Again on April 15, the following appeared: CARD TRANSACTION *** -$122.62 Multiple phone calls and emails have received little help. The last one asked for information that I did not feel comfortable giving on-line: ***, Apr 17, 10:15 AM PDT: Hey ***, My name is *** and I'm a supervisor here with Dollar Shave Club. I would like to start with apologizing for the trouble. I can assure you I'll get this taken care of right away. Can you please provide me with the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card that was charged? This will help me locate the charges in our system. Please do not send the full card number. As soon as I hear back from you, I can look further into this. I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks, My response: ***, I have never given that much information out, especially in a situation like this. You have my name, address, phone number, and last four digits of my card. I have never known an organization not able to resolve a situation with this much information. Please call me so that we can resolve this in another way. *** Please call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX. Dollar Shave Club I am billed for months with no recieved product

I am billed for months with no recieved product. I tried cancelling by online website and email per *** procedure but get no resolve or result. My bank has been billed continuously for un-recieved product yet I have requested Cancellation of 'Membership', many times since August , recieving Emailed responses from *** on how to cancel online by accessing 'my account' (non-existent) on their website, however, my online account credentials never work and instead generate only un-ending 'Error' messages, advising to 'Try again at another time'. I have tried literally for 6 months now and have emailed many times with no further response from *** (other than the initial auto-generated email acknowledging their receipt of my email inquiry) nor have I ever had an answer to my phone calls to the Call Center phone number referenced on my Bank Statements, which only accesses a recording that 'Call Centers are currently not operating'. I want full refund of my monies AND proper CANCELLATION of the auto-debits that continue to occur. This company has shown itself to be deceitful and dishonest and uses avoidance, computer bots, looping error messages, generic email responses with no contact names or ability to communicate with real live persons, and mis-represents their product and services while taking no action to resolve customer, product, account, or billing issues. Will never recommend this company to anyone and would strongly discourage all interested people to seek out and find shaving tools and products anywhere else besides this *** company. No benefit to getting products through *** Pay more at any store and get a great product you can actually use!

Dollar Shave Club My account was debited twice, I only received one product

My account was debited twice, I only received one product. Customer service is non existent! Help! Dollar Shave Club debited my bank account $10.68 on 12/15 and again on 12/31. I know the mail system has been behind so I patiently waited for my first package from the 12/15 debit and then received another debit from my account on 12/31. By the 9th or 10th of January I still hadn't received either package of razor's. I emailed the company January 9th or 10th of 2021 stating that $10.68 was taken out of my account on the above dates and that I didn't receive razor's for either debit, so they either needed to credit me back my $10.68 or send me both packages of razors. I received a generic email back on 1/11(copy of email response attached) and on the bottom of the email it states that their so called "Club Pros" are available for live chat from 10:30AM-1:30PM. Their "Club Pros" aren't there to "live chat" with anyone! They're freaking bots that don't answer your questions and it just gives you links to other questions and it's just infuriating and pointless! It is so hard to get a hold of anyone from this company and their lackadaisical response is mind numbing. Unfortunately, I could only check mark one complaint box so I had to go with customer service because it's non existent and so unbelievably hard to contact anyone. Even by email! I had to search the internet for their email address because it's not listed in their "CONTACT SECTION"! I did receive one package of razor's on 1/12. However that only covers one debit from my account. I still have yet to receive money back for a second debit taken from my account or my other package of razor's I paid for. And of course I still have yet to receive a follow up email or response from the non existent customer service department at Dollar Shave Club!

Dollar Shave Club No way to cancel, leaves an endless cycle in member svcs

No way to cancel, leaves an endless cycle in member svcs. No representatives, an undeliverable email, phone message only, bots on chat. Bad service! There are no order numbers, no item numbers, no confirmation except an email. The phone number doesn't help because its a recording and on the recording it offers an email (***) and that email comes back undeliverable (does not exist is what it says), the online chat is a bot, the time allotted for chat is 11-2 but it is a recording. I made an order on June 21, and wanted to manage it under my account so that I would not get the same order automatically delivered two months later. I only wanted to reorder part of it. There is no way to do this. There is no access to the account, there is no way to cancel the order or the account. It's a scam, and a trap. I got an endless runaround. The page for member services sent me to an endless loop on a log in page that continuously blinked on and off. I couldn't even access my account after that. I would like my money back for the June 21 purchase, because I cannot do business with a company with 0 customer service. Problem Date June 21 Purchase Date June 21 Model Numbers None Order Numbers None Account Numbers None Sales Rep No Humans Available Payment Amount $42.45 Payment Method Visa Because of this absence of order numbers etc, I cannot reference my order in my attempt to cancel it. The website is designed to redirect all inquiries to a loop of unrelated questions. It never opts to change anything specific, and offers questions that are not relevant to the original one. It offers if your question was answered and when you say no, it sends you right back to the original page. There is no way to get any customer service online, on the phone, or through an email. What other options are there? I will send a letter to the physical address as well I suppose.

Dollar Shave Club DSC's referral promo is scam - the promo offers $10 credit on app but DSC's rep said it's $5 and in the end he claims it was credited to someone

DSC's referral promo is scam - the promo offers $10 credit on app but DSC's rep said it's $5 and in the end he claims it was credited to someone else I will explain the problem below in a chronological order: 8/22: I sent a referral promo link to my friend to join DSC. He joined DSC by clicking the link I sent to him and also placed his first order right after signing up. 8/27: The package of his first order was delivered to him. 8/27: I sent email inquiry to DSC, asking when $10 will be credited to my account. 8/28: I received the response below: Thanks for sharing the Club! When a person signs up for a Membership using your referral link, you earn $5 in Club credits. I'm not showing a new signup using your referral link at this time. However, If you could reach out to your friend and get the e-mail address they used to sign up. I'll definitely look into this further. Awaiting your reply. Thanks, ***. 8/28: I sent the response below: Hi ***., Thanks for your reply. Please see attached screenshot from my DSC app, which says, "For a limited time, get $10 in DSC credit for every friend who joins with your link." As of today, the app still offers the same $10 credit as a referral promo. And that is the link which I sent to my friend. He signed up DSC using this email: ***. When will my account credited this $10 DSC credit? 8/28: I received the response below: So sorry for the trouble. It looks like that account used someone else's referral link and they've already been credited. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions or concerns. Thanks, *** 8/28: I sent the response below: "that account used someone else's referral link" is not possible because my friend signed up DSC before my eyes. Please double check. And you were wrong about promo credit being $5, instead of $10 as is shown in the screenshot of my app. Your response has been just sloppy and inaccurate so far. I haven't heard back from DSC since my last message. $10 credit has not been honored so far.

Dollar Shave Club I ordered a $5 trial box off of Instagram

I ordered a $5 trial box off of Instagram. I then received an unsolicited $42.08 charge to my card. I would like this charge to be refunded. On April 4, I ordered a $5 trial box from Dollar Shave Club off of an Instagram promotional ad. I knew the package would take longer than usual to arrive due to the COVID-19 crisis, but after waiting 12 days, it still hadn't arrived. To make sure I had actually made the purchase, I checked my email for either a receipt or confirmation of purchase, but I found neither. My card, however, had been charged for $5. I sent an email to Dollar Shave Club through the "Email Us" function under "Contact Us" to make sure I had in fact made the purchase. After waiting a couple days, the only response I had received was one telling me that my complaint had been receivedno answer. On April 18, I finally received my trial box (I actually do enjoy the product), but, after checking my bank statement, I saw that I had been charged another $42.08not a small sum for a college student. Once again, I had not receive a single email from Dollar Shave Club neither letting me know I had been charged, nor giving me a receipt! Because I was not expecting this charge, my account went into the negative putting me dangerously close to a sizable overdraft fee. Just to be sure I had not missed something in the fine print, I went back and checked the same Instagram ad I had made the purchase through and read all of the information given. After going back, I saw that I had agreed to a second charge two weeks after the trial, however, there is a specific section that says the customer should receive an email 3 days before to make any changes to the order. I did not receive a single one of these emails. Furthermore, the page says there is a 30-day money back guarantee, so if I did, in fact, make a legitimate mistake, I would hope that this stipulation would allow me to get my money back anyway. All things considered, could I possibly be reimbursed for the $42.08 charge? I would be happy to provide any extra information necessary to make this happen.

I have not altered my subscription in any way, however I have not received shipments for the last 2 months. I cannot reach anybody to resolve issue. I have a subscription to receive 1 box (4 razors) each month. I have not altered this subscription at all, (I did add a box to my October shipment, but this was not to change the plan). I noticed a couple of weeks ago that I was using my last razor and had not received a shipment in quite awhile, so I checked my account on the *** Club website. It said that I do not have a box in the "Now" or the "Next" and in the "History" it shows my last shipment was on October 8th. On the main account summary page it shows my next shipment isn't until January 8th, but again, did not show anything in the Boxes Now or Next. I cannot wait until January 8th, so I changed my ship date, and the earliest it would allow was December 18th. At the same time I tried every method possible to contact the company. The "live chat" is a bot and is completely worthless. I tried email, and still have not received a reply after a week. I have checked my account several times, and it does not show anywhere that my rescheduled December 18th box has shipped. It's not in History, Now, or Next. It doesn't show on the main account page, and I have not received any emails with tracking. It is December 22nd. It also now shows on the main account page that the next shipment is not until January 18th. I did check my bank account, and I have not been charged since the October 8th shipment. I would like to know where my last two shipments were, why it doesn't show anything in now or future shipments, and why nobody will get back with me and answer my questions. This is completely unacceptable customer service. I have been a "member" for several years and never had issues until now. This is frustrating enough to cancel my membership subscription if I don't get answers and RAZORS. Please note, the email address I am subscribed with on *** Club is *** which is different than the email address I am using to file this complaint.

This company charged me a $32 fee for supposed NSF, before even trying to process payment and ship. Nowhere in their terms list this. Unethical. I have been with DSC for more than 4 years. On Christmas day 2019, I noticed a $32 fee with an NR next to it and the address for DSC, in my bank account online. Next there was the usual charge for my shipment, AFTER the fee. They charged me the fee first, before even debiting the account for the usual shipment. Also, nowhere in their terms and conditions does it show that they have this policy of charging you a fee! No human to speak to about this. It is unethical, in many levels and especially since the money was available to process the $10.70 for my subscription. I cannot even speak to a human regarding this, as i want to demand a refund of this strange and unexpected fee. It was Christmas and this is ridiculous. I am a long time customer who they clearly do not value. They stole $32 from my debit account in file with them for the subscription and for nothing! They did not even attempt to first debit the price of the usual subscription. They did this on Christmas. Unless someone from the company contacts me somehow through this and actually refunds me the $32 random fee that is not even a part of the terms and conditions, I am canceling this immediately. I guess DSC just decided they needed to charge me 3 months worth of shipments in one month right at Christmas, with no warning or agreement by me to do this. I guess they felt they would just charge themselves a Christmas gift from my bank account. Well, you are losing way more money than the $32 greedy gift you stole from my Christmas day. I would have remained a loyal customer for years to come, faithfully paying the $10.70 every month, which would equal way more than the one-time gift from my bank account that they stole. Yes, it is theft, when a customer agrees to a price, as well as terms and conditions that do NOT include overdraft or whatever kind of fee they consider what they charged me. I never agreed to any terms of use where they are allowed to randomly debit my bank account and help themselves to whatever price they decide to make up that day, for fees that do not exist. Refund my money thieves, and hire humans for customer service, or I am certain you will have many more horrible ratings on the Complaintsboard.com. I am going to be giving a public warning on all my social media accounts about DSC's new SECRET policy of charging bank style overdraft fee's processed from their Cali Address,( not my bank's charge!), all while their is also plenty if money to cover it. That is theft and I am a loud person about this kind of stuff. I am sure there were more people who this happened to if it happened to me. With no customer service phone # I should have canceled long ago. I never had a problem until now so didnt realize there was not a phone number. You would expect that a legit business in 2019 would have it together enough to actually have a working phone number and customer service by now. I am disappointed in this company. It has slid down the crapper completely. I will just go to Harry's, a competitor if they do not reach out to refund.

was charged days earlier than i should have been for a box i was unable to cancel, business does not reply for multiple days until i threaten complain On August 12, i place my first order for the dollar shave club box, after placing the order it doesn't give me the option to cancel my subscription so i think okay, maybe it'll let me cancel it closer to the shipping date of my next box, which clearly said September 12. On September 9 i check my spam mail to see that dollar shave club sent me an email, extremely suspicious considering i had already saved their email as a contact specifically so that wouldn't happen. The email was sent out the day before, stating that my box would now be shipped out on the 11th of September instead the 12th. Since it was late i left it for the next day, the 10th of September, first thing i did when i woke up was go on their website and scour for any information i could find on how to cancel my subscription. I found the link to do so, multiple times, yet every time i click it it says i followed a broken link/page does not exist. I even checked my order history to see if i could edit or cancel the box directly through there, and there wasn't any box listed for September. Around the same time, i receive an email from paypal stating that i have been charged for this non existent box. Immediately i give up on searching for how to cancel my subscription, and i directly emailed dollar shave club asking for a refund and a cancellation of my subscription as their website was providing neither. That was September 10, i gave them a few days to reply to me out of consideration of the current state of the world, but September 13th came around with no reply. So i email again, threatening to open a paypal dispute and a complaint here if they don't refund me. The next day, today, they finally emailed me back saying this, " When you signed up for a Starter Set on August , the Sign-Up page explained that your first restock box would be billed one month following for a total of *** and contain 2 Executive Blade Sets and 1 Shave Butter Then after your first restock box, you'd receive future boxes every other month. We also sent a Welcome email detailing the benefits of being a Member as well as how to access your Account page to see your Ship Date, make changes to your box, etc. An email would have been sent to you three days prior to the billing date letting you know what is coming, and how much it will be." My restock box was sent out earlier than a month after my trial box, i was billed even earlier than that, and the welcome email contained absolutely no useful information. The website did not let me edit my box, cancel my subscription, or even change the frequency of my restock boxes. They stated that i would be billed three days before my box was due to be shipped, yet I was billed on the 10th and according to them my box was sent out on the 11th, one business day later. I asked for a refund and cancellation to my subscription well before my box had been shipped out, they ignored my email for days and only replied today after they claim there is nothing they can do about it. I checked my order history and this "september restock box" that I was billed for is not even there. I shall be including the email they sent me today, the email they sent to my spam, and the email i sent on the 10th to prove that i am not lying. In short, not only did they lie about the days i would be billed, the days i would be informed, and the days it would be shipped out, they did not give me any option to cancel or edit my box or subscription.
