DSC kept sending my products to my old address despite me providing them with my new address. I've never received my orders; however, I'm out the money.
I contacted DSC three days ago via email. The information provided by the company indicated I would be contacted within 48 hours. I've never been contacted.
At this point I will cancel my subscription.
Recommendation: Use your own descretion.

I have used DSC for several years. That relationship ended today. After recently changing the frequency/date of my order, they took money from my bank account a day ahead of time, causing me to incur a $5.00 Trans Fee to cover the cost. I contacted them, to explain the situation, and advised them that I would find a credit to my DSC account to be an acceptable solution. I was told that (somewhere in the fine print) they are authorized to take funds, the day prior to shipping the box, (Had I known that, I would have changed the date of shipping to one day later) and they were unwilling to make it right. Sad to see that this company cares so little about keeping it's customers happy, that it is willing to loose them over $5.00. I would advise anyone thinking about using Dollar Shavers Club to 1) Read the fine print, and 2) Use another Shave Club.

In September , my account was charged and I did not received any product. The only way that I could notified the company was through their Facebook Page. They told me that they would credit my account and send me the product that I was supposed to receive. Never happened! They charged my account and emailed me that my order was shipped for this month (February 2022). I tried to access my account on their website to cancel my subscription and I received an Error 404 Page. Their website is not allowing you to access your membership account. I have cancelled my debit card. I learned that you should never use a debit card for subscriptions like this because even if you cancel your debit card and obtain a new one, companies like this can reach out and get your new debit card information. One of the worse customer service I ever had in at least 20 years. I bought some blades on Dec 30, 2020 and they never arrived at my house. I have tried contacting DSC several times through Chat, which is impossible to do since they only have 2.5 hours of service during the day, their call center is closed to to the fake COVID bull ***, they don't answer any of my emails and I don't have a way to get my money back. The tracking history for my package stopped on Jan 5, 2021 just 2 states away from me. It's now Jan 12th, 2021 and the package is no where to be found, and there is no way to track it. To make things worse DSC is supporting criminal organization blm just like the rest of the sheep's in this country. I will never again buy one more thing from them and will make any efforts to make sure people know how they operate so others don't fall pray of them.

So I was ordering razor my son at school. But also ordering them to my home. We cancelled (3 years ago) the razors to the school. I cancelled them myself and changed the address etc. It's on my I didn't pay better attention but the subscription never cancelled. So I finally chatted today to get that cancelled and at least partially refunded. They screwed up. They admitted they screwed up. That they see where I cancelled. But b/c I didn't follow up (?) they didn't actually cancel. So its a buyer b ware for subscription services!

I've been a happy customer since 2017. I've never had any problems with the quality of products or customer service. A illustration of the quality is my first handle finally gave way just recently after being dropped on tiles for the millionth time. I have a second handle for travelling so wasn't short. I can't recommend highly enough,and I love not having to buy the expensive razors in the supermarket. Tip... If you always have a spare handle and a spare stash of razors, you can't go wrong.
This company is a sham
This company is a sham. They use 3 different carriers apparently to ship one small box. I was able to track my package for the first 2 days and then it was gone. I have been waiting for over a week for this package and when I notified the company all they said was sorry. Supposedly they are going to ship a second package but when I told the the person on chat, (because you can't talk to a human with this company) that they needed to overnight the package for compensation, I was told they only use one method of shipping. When I talked to the shipping company I come to find out that they use a space available shipping, so my package will only get on a truck when space allows, no priority what so ever. Funny they sure withdrew my money from my bank overnight but they can't overnight a package. I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone I know not top use this company.

Product is fine, but I suggest you change your 30-day refund policy. Does it makes sense that we have to test out each blade in the first 30 days? One of my blades broke when I tried to put it on and I was told, "too bad - too late". I have just purchased a couple of Harry's razors for me and my son - not a big deal to me, but it seems short-sighted for your bottom line.
Have been trying to get ahold of the company for weeks now about an order that shipped wks ago but has not been delivered. There is no contact number on the website that I can find and upon finding one via google, no one to answer. They got my money, I don't have my product. I'll be leaving them after my order arrives. This company has absolutely 0 customer service. And if you think your going to disassociate your payment information when you go to cancel your account your wrong. A tried cancelling my account but it won't delete my PayPal bank connection. What kind of company wants to keep my payment method linked to their business within their website after I have cancelled my account? That means they have internal access to my bank, which would really suck if they had a data breach. This is not OK. Now I have to wait for a non existing customer service to email me -if they ever will- since their chat feature is only a bot not an actual human, and there's no call center AT ALL to call. I do not recommend this company, their new razors suck they take the skin off of you with wayyy too many blades. Store bought razors are now better quality. My husband refuses to use the overpriced dollar shave club razors, Gillette as much better.

When I found and called the phone number listed on this site, I listened to a message that said that they take calls between Monday and Friday between 10am and 12pm PT. What, that's two hours a day for customer service? Good luck getting through. I called their parent company, Unilever, and was told that all Dollar Shave Club decisions were made by that company and not Unilever. Once again, what? Unilever buys a company and leaves all decisions with them? Yes, according to their customer service rep, who actually doesn't work for Unilever but rather a third-party company. No chance. So, don't waste your time with Dollar Shave. Their products are not very good, no longer inexpensive and are not backed by a company (or parent company) that cares the least about its customers.

I have to first say that I have thoroughly enjoyed DSC for almost since its inception. Their blades and products are exactly what I needed being in the military and having to shave everyday and with sensitive skin. However, since DSC has changed shipping vendors and like everything else, COVID impacts, my monthly subscription has been 2-3 months behind and I have to contact the company every month for an update and replacement. There is no way this can now be blamed on COVID and is now a shipping related problem vice fulfillment. I have now been waiting over 2 weeks for an actual response vice the automated email stating "it is working diligently" and will reach out soon. Being stationed overseas makes contacting them in person difficult so emailing is best and used to not have an issue at all getting an almost immediate response. Truly saddened with how this company has been operating lately. Hope it gets fixed soon and I can get my much needed razors.

This is very scary because they now have my payment details and can keep charging me for things that I haven't ordered (As I have come to find out through other people's' reviews). They clearly mentioned that you can unsubscribe if you're not happy with the product, and I did! But they continue to charge me. It's horrible. I am quite frankly worried and helpless. I just want them to take my personal details AND card details off their databases and give me my money back. I don't want any emails from them. It really is horrible and disorganised. I've tried contacting them regarding this (I also put a screenshot of the money being deducted from my account- as proof) and they just replied to me with another Advertising email- as if I'd still be interested in buying. Very unprofessional and really feels like a scam.

Having major issues with my account! I cannot locate my email or account number or anything for it, therefore i cannot access my account online AT ALL. There is no forgot password *** reset available that truly helps when you lose track of a monthly subscription such as this. I been trying to contact Dollar Shave Club for days! None of the phone numbers work, the email listed to inquire to just bounces back, the website sends you in circles when you need help with no resolve, and the instant messaging option is useless. Contact is so poor, i have been forced to leave a review with the Complaintsboard.com in hopes of a response! How crazy is that! The only account information I have, is my card that is being charged $7.66 monthly on the 14th, as well as the address being shipped to: 5001 Vanalden Ave, Tarzana Ca XXXXX. I am wanting to cancel this subscription at this point, this type of company that does not provide real customer service or access to its users is an unfit shark in my opinion.

We have been customers of DSC for 2 years now. Never had to reach a customer service rep until now. We tried in many different ways to change our address. Until it finally showed as changed in the website. We moved at the end of December and the box was set to ship on January 27th. Well we were charged and the box was shipped to our old address. We received the delivered email. You cannot reach anyone. The "Live" chat is a bot and sends you in circles, not helpful at all. The emails are just generic replies and everything from Facebook to Insta to regular email gives you the exact same response. Our box should have been shipped to the correct address. I even tried their text msg service which also sends you a link that doesn't even work. It seems to me that they try their hardest to not have to talk to their customers. This is very upsetting. I have liked their products but by reading all of these reviews I feel like we should just cancel. I didn't realize they had such bad reviews in the Complaintsboard.com page.

This company is facing some real issues that will inevitably tank the company. You will notice all of these comments are generating from at least the 1st of December, all stating the same thing. Charges for product, never to be seen. My guess is they have been hacked or they are having supplier issues. None the less, hiding this from loyal customers and or crutching COVID as an excuse is the worst thing they could do. With VPN technology, they could still use live chats with humans and not a stupid "Bot". With VPN's and softphone technology, you don't need a "call center". I have been charged for two shipments and have received zero product. I have canceled any future orders, and have sent multiple emails. I have not received any response. The issue I notice with my orders, is my confirmation email shows old address and account profile shows the new. New as of 6 months ago. I have been getting orders up until just before December. I better hear something soon from the company. If it looks like fraud and feels like fraud...

I was pleased with the products in the past as the blades were fairly decent quality with a great price. I briefly left when I used Costco's Kirkland razors. Those razors weren't on par so I made the decision to come back. The past two orders have been absolutely pathetic. They never shipped just provided with a tracking number that usps had never received. Making any contact with their customer service took forever. But I got the first order replaced over a month later. Now that my next shipment is due the same thing is happening I will not be attempting to contact customer service. I will just let the contact the credit card company and have them deal with it. I think DSC is due for a class action law suit. There is no reason they should be charging for orders they haven't shipped and from what I'm reading many never end arriving. If they are having shipping or supply issues billing should be adjusted accordingly but it's not. Things have really gone down hill for this company. I canceled my membership and will be going back to Costco for my razors.

My last package was "shipped out" June 6th. I never received an expected delivery date to begin with. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with the current state of the world and shipping time everywhere. It shows a tracking number in my email, however when I click on it or enter it into a tracking search, it says the tracking number does not exist. I waited over the 10-14 days to try to contact someone about my missing package but the website makes it impossible to get in contact with anyone. The "live chat" is just a robot that sends automated responses with articles and FAQs, completely useless in a situation like this. There is no phone number anywhere on the website to contact a real person. I have sent emails, filed request on the website and direct messaged their Instagram account and have not heard from anyone. I have read multiple comments on their Instagram posts from subscribers that are having these exact shipping and contacting issues. I cancelled my membership so I wouldn't get charged for another package that won't show up. I would like a refund for the one that never showed!

I joined the club in February and got my first box. I was in love. I set up my account and thought I was good to go. A couple weeks later I got an email telling me that I had cancelled my membership. What? No I didn't. I contacted customer service and was informed that my information was noted and someone would be contacting me shortly. Nothing. No call, no email. I called again and the next representative told me to give it some time. Not sure what they meant by shortly? Less then a week later I got an email telling me that they were no longer a club and I would be able to just get my products at will. I thought okay! Only problem was when I went back in, it says my account cannot be found. So I created a new one and still can't access that one either. Have talked to 2 more customer service representatives and I'm still waiting for a response that never comes. I recently added 1 of 2 gift cards that I have and can't access it to buy the products I need. I have never dealt with a company that seems to be so incompetent. Something that should be so simple, is made to be so hard. Honestly, what's the problem?

Dollar Shave Club intentionally designs their website to hide recurring subscriptions. Go to their menu, not once will you see anything relating to "membership" or "subscriptions". All they do is give you information on "boxes". WARNING! IF YOU START WITH THE TRIAL BOX YOU HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION! This subscription is then hidden from you, and impossible to find information on. If you go to your Account page it will only give you information and shipping data on these "boxes" and not on your actual subscription. According to them, my last shipment went out Feb 2019 and my shipments have stopped. Anyone looking at that would think cancelled right? Wrong. I have been receiving them every 3 months since then. They do not give you this information anywhere, you have to pay attention to your bank transactions to catch it and they won't even let you delete your CC info as a quick way to stop it. The only way is to navigate their *** website, and *** FAQs, to get one single well hidden link to "cancel membership". 90% of the bad reviews are people who thought they cancelled and didn't. Dollar Shave Club actually goes out of their way to design their website for this purpose.

My last order and I will emphasize last order, was completely unacceptable in that the blades would not even remain attached to the handle. I tried to contact Customer lack of Support to find no phone numbers on their website, a poorly written bot unable to provide the most basic information, and a message to just send an email to support. I have given them over 14 days to reply and not a word from DSC. Today I told them I wanted a full and complete refund of my last order according to their "30-day guarantee". I have pushed my next order to the end of July 21 to give them a chance to fix this, otherwise Bromley will start getting my business. Heck, a safety razor would at least keep the blade on the handle. I only found their phone number on the Complaintsboard.com site. All you get is a pre-recorded message with no ability to leave a voice mail. Has DSC not heard of call forwarding or using a call tree? Completely incompetent in this day and age. Just maybe, someone at DSC will get notified of this and respond appropriately. Next step is a formal complaint along with the full and complete cancellation of my account and relationship with the company.

On December 2,2019 I went in the DSC site to purchase a razor. Period. I didn't join the club. I had a account that I cancelled. I went into this site separately from my account. I paid for the Shaver . That was all I wanted. On the 17th they billed me 20.14 for additional product accessing my credit card via PayPal without my consent or knowledge. Then after continued every month for the next 4 mons. To bill my thru PayPal without my consent or approval. I unfortunately did not recognize this charge for a number of reasons. Finally yesterday, April 16,2020 I accessed my PayPal, which hasn't been in use for many months to realize they were accessing my account charging me every month some Dec. for product I did not order. Now I did recieve product last month. I immediately got on the web site access my account that said I was inactive but yet they continue to bill me. I am beyond infuriated. They took it upon themselves to active a account that o had no knowledge of nor access to. I tried to contact but each time was not able to reach anyone. This is a outrage as far as I'm concerned. I want to file a grievance and suit against Dollar Shave Club for unauthorized payments and inability to cancell. The company says the only way to get on the monthly delivery is to have a account. I do not have a active account or any way to stop this repetitive charge. I called PayPal and stopped further payment. I am furious!

That's what a Billion Dollars has become? I ordered a trial (which I still have as I don't shave much) many months ago and apparently had a renewal for Aprilish. The thing is, with the pandemic going on I had no balance on the account and up until I got paid last week in June, MINUTES after my account balance I see Dollar Shave Club charging me $43.36 for razors I don't want or need. Hours after that charge took place on my account, I contacted Dollar Shave Club support via email (the only accessible medium) to cancel that order and return the held processing balance to my account. I got an automated email response saying that I should skip the order, but how can I do that if you guys already charged my account? I needed the order canceled and my funds returned to my bank account. It's been 5 days (counting the day they were able to issue the charge) and I have received no response from their "support team". I need a refund, and I can't believe I might need to pay for return shipping (which would be ridiculous considering lack of contact from customer service) on this when hours after they made the charge I asked for it to be canceled. Your "Contact Us" page is pretty frustrating. It simply redirects the client to the FAQs, and in no way to contact a Live Person. How does a Billion Dollar Brand have ZERO customer service? Don't give me the COVID excuse because they could work from home, or you could outsource to Asia.

I have found no way to get in touch with dollar shave. I need to review the subscriptions being charged to my credit card. I am billed and receive emails from the company monthly, but when I tried to reset my password, I am told that they don’t have a customer with that email on file. I tried talking to the robot But could not get my issue resolved. I emailed and received an automated response, assuring me that they would respond when they had time. When I use the phone number above, I am disconnected before I get to anybody.

I have a subscription not linked to an account somehow, so I can't cancel through traditional means. I've tried reaching out via chat/email/FB/Twitter to get it cancelled... I can't get anyone to respond to me. You get NO confirmation when you've submitted an issue they're supposed to respond to. So I keep getting charged and can't cancel. They have no phone number available to contact them (this should be illegal for any business).
Desired outcome: I would like a refund, my account cancelled, and this company to be forced to set up real time customer service through chat or phone.

Absolutely awful, unresponsive customer service
I ordered two sets of their 6 blades. They don't fit the razor handle that I have been using for many years now. They do not have a phone number to contact them (and the 866 number listed on this website is non-functional). And there is no way to contact via chat as there is no buttons to on their website to start a chat session. I emailed them last week, they suggested one email only per issue, but except for that auto reply I have not been contacted by DSC to resolve the issue. I want them either to send me a handle for free that fits these blades. Or send me a postage paid envelop to send these blades back (as they are useless without the new handle) and give me my money back. I will buy from Harry's Shave Club instead, at least their customer service I heard is much much better than Dollar Shave Club.
I have attached two pics of the the handle and the blade that I have been using for ages (I sent this to DSC in my email as well).
Desired outcome: Please resolve this issue ASAP by either sending me a free handle that fiits these newer blades, or refund my money.
Not received handles to match new shipped blades, unable to contact
Unable to contact Dollar Shave club by email. The email given will not go through to their posted: [protected]@dollarshaveclub.com site. I receive an error that the TO address was not recognized. I do not use FACEBOOK messenger to communicate, which is the only other way to communicate with them.
Problem: I have been receiving for a long time now, new blades from DSC that do not fit the older handles (2) that we have. I requested newer handles on an order last year but it was not fulfilled. Blades keep coming. Unable to reach them. I want to stop the blade order and obtain 2 handles to match all the blades we have.
What business ethic would do this without offering or sending the new handles with the new blades? They are useless without the handles. ?

I have been a member of Dollar Shave for a couple of years. I became overloaded with product, so I paused it for a few months. Suddenly without warning I get an email that I am "Welcome to the club" and that they have sent me a razor handle, shave butter and blades. Of course they banged my checking account. I tried to log into my account only to find that they have done something to change their system. Now, it doesn't allow me to log in because it says that it doesn't recognize my email account. I have tried a variety of ways to establish a new account and when I try, I get a prompt that says that email account is already taken. Well duhhh! Yes it is...it's my email account. They don't respond to their frigging AI chat nor does anyone get back to me. I'm going to have to block them from accessing my checking account. I don't know who runs this fkg organization but they have a major problem and I can't even cancel my account.

I have attempted to contact *** Club three separate times now in the last month via their apparently automated email service and have not received any kind of response aside from an email which read "You reached out to us recently and we haven't gotten back to you yet. We're working diligently to address your concerns, and this note is to let you know we haven't forgotten about you. We're disappointed that we haven't given you the quick reply you deserve, however, you can still expect to get an answer back from us as soon as possible." received on January 17th. Having worked as a *** for six years, never in my professional experience has any company had a month-long backlog of emails without response, which makes me worry as to how this will be resolved or if it will happen again in the future. I'm also extremely bothered that I paid *** for shipping but no tracking number was provided.

On 11/21/22, I ordered three items from Dollar Shave Club: prep scrub, shave lotion, and moisturizer. The cost was $21.18. It shipped on 11/23/22. It is 12/6/22 and I have not received my product. I have tried to use the chat function on the DSC website (which says it's open from Mon-Sat 8 AM-6 PM, PST) but I received an automated message after just a couple minutes saying nobody was available and it created a ticket on my behalf. I have also tried to message DSC on *** as that's listed as one of their contact methods and I haven't received a reply. Others are complaining of the same problems (product not arriving and no way to communicate with DSC) on ***. I would like a refund on the items I have not received.
They've been billing me for years despite my payment method expiring. I signed up and hated the razors because they CONSTANTLY fell off while I was using them, but I couldn't cancel my account because I no longer had access to the email address I used to sign up and my password stopped working. The only option was to send a password reset link to an email address that I couldn't login to. In three years, I have not been able to get ahold of an actual customer service agent to cancel my account. I just keep getting chat bots offering to send me a password reset link to an email address I don't have anymore. They have been billing me this entire time and sending razors to an address that I no longer live at, so I haven't even received any product for the money they are withdrawing from my bank account. At this point, I feel their ability to keep me from contacting them has amounted to them stealing my money because I don't receive any product, I don't consent to the charges, and I'm unable to stop them.

This is approximately the 5th time in past 12 months that my delivery did not ship after deducting my payment from my account. This time I got notification of shipping on June 20th and the USPS tracking number still does not work. 24 days later and trying to get in touch with someone all the overseas person could do is ship a new box. Come on I did my part by paying but it cost me double now because I have to make a trip to the store. Mind you I have cardiomyopathy with CHF not a good thing to have to do. I have been patient each time especially during this time dealing with the pandemic but I have waited and then not to be able to get help with issue has exasperated the issue. Customer service for 3 hours a day 5 days a week is unacceptable. I would love to see this issue fixed once and for all. The customer service provided by the Dollar Shave Club has become abysmal in the 4 years I have been a member. I would love to speak to a person that can drive improvement and cares about customer service. Im sure if someone knew and would dig in to this issue I am not the only person.

I was told that my box for November was to be shipped November 14. I added some things to the box but not so many items to raise the price to the *** that I was charged. I made an order online, 6 days later the order still wasn't shipped or even the order processed. This was to be a birthday gift, I in turn had to order something else from a different company to ensure proper arrival for the birthday. This business shipped my subscription box to the wrong address and is now ignoring me on all platforms of communication that they provided to the public. They have also been deleting inquiries from their *** page instead of addressing the many people that are having the same issue as I am. Delivery date 11/18. I placed an order for a 5$ trial box on November 26th, I waited about a week to receive a notification for shipping, the tracking # that was provided to me was apparently through DHL shipping services, i tried about 3 or 4 times to check to the tracking number that was provided to me from Dollar shave club through DHLs website, the tracking # came back with no results! I tried calling during their normal customer service business but got a robot that once again told me the normal business hours and that i should call during normal business hours? I took it to email, and someone named Devin emailed me back about my issue. I still have not received my box, or a refund even though i asked for a refund. Devin never replied to my email about getting a refund. Its going on a month now with my money stolen from me, and still no product either. Coming from a customer service background, this is absurd and ridiculous and i am not happy what so ever. I inquired about this box because I cant seem to find replaced shaver blades anywhere so i figured i would give this a shot. It is super sad that i wanted to give this service a shot and they are not doing anything for me.

Then my card was charged with no order number or transaction history to obtain because no one answers. I believe this company has been fraudulently charging former members after becoming a brand and not a company. I am in touch with my banking institution to have the charges reversed and the company reported for fraud. They went to selling in retailers and began taking advantage of payment information they kept while being an online company.

I have been a loyal customer of Dollar Shave Club for years and have used their merchandise exclusively. However, I did not receive my order this month. They have a link in the email that they send to announce when an order has been shipped. However, that link only shows a screen that says tracking isn't available. I have attached a screenshot of that screen. I wrote to them to ask about my order and received the response for which I have also attached a screenshot that shows exactly their response. I paid for merchandise on time, but I see that guarantees me nothing and I'm only told not to write to them too much about not receiving my merchandise. By email, I thought my issue was finally resolved today after repeated attempts to contact *** Then I received a phone call from *** (XXX-XXX-XXXX) the same day I thought the issue was resolved by email. The man from *** said my son *** signed for the razors because the law says you have to sign for razors. I said I don't have a son named *** He said I was lying. He said he can call *** and create a third party call to prove he signed. I reluctantly agreed. *** (told me his last name) said yes he signed for the razors because he thought they were a gift. Then he claimed to be my son? I hung up. The *** representative called back and said he listened to the call and that I lied and *** is my son and I was just trying to get extra razors by fraud. I denied that *** is my son again and that I don't even know anyone named *** I've been a *** member for many years getting razors for myself and my son *** The solution for the *** representative was to cancel both my razor deliveries because I lied he said. Then he called me a *** and I hung up. The most bizarre call I ever had with a company and I am senior citizen. I will be canceling my membership with *** immediately.

I have been a member since 2015. I have never had a problem before and i like the products. I have an order that was charged to me but never got delivered and i only want what i paid for or a refund. Problem i have is I've spent a ridiculous amount of time on a chat with a bot that keeps telling me its getting an agent. I have attempted to cancel our subscription to Dollar Shave Club for over a year. This company keeps using my expired debit card, somehow, to keep sending me payments. Shipment record are not on my account. As of [protected], I received yet another package from Dollar Shave Club. This is one of many packages they have sent which I did not put under any subscription. Under my account, there is no recollection of any of the listed items under "Box" on their website that I receive in my package. The only time I submitted my debit card information was on the initial first purchase before August, which is when that debit card expired, however, they keep sending me the same items, and it is being charged under my new debit card. I contacted them, (them, as in their websites bot for automatic replies), and I received the same message from 2 "clients" . Each time, they have sent a link that redirects the website page to their "membership settings". however, the page never loads, it continuously refreshes the page endlessly, so I can never reach the page to cancel my payments. Even on their homepage when I log in, there is no tab to go to membership settings, even though they stated that the link is directed under shipment settings. I have no shipment settings either on my accounts page. I believe the link they send me is deliberately made so that you can never change your settings.

I cancelled my membership and I am still getting billed. I set up a membership with Dollar Shave Club 11/25 to get razors delivered to my home. I had it arranged to get a shipment each month and had my debit card saved to my account for the monthly fee and orders. I decided to cancel my account. I followed the directions provided on the website to cancel my membership. My last shipment was shipped September 17. On September 18, I was charged $7.47. On October 8, I was charged $7.51. There were no charges in November. On December 8 I was charged $7.51. I am continuing to have charges on my debit card from Dollar Shave Club even after I cancelled my account. When I login online it says my name, we miss you and gives me the option to Rejoin. It say that the shipments have stopped. There are edit buttons but it does not allow me to remove my debit card or my personal information. I clicked the link that says contact us. I have sent a message through Messenger regarding this issue and I did not get a response. I sent an email regarding this issue as well. I got an automated response of suggestions that did not help resolve my issue. I responded to the automated message as instructed to say the automated message to not resolve my issue. I still have not heard back from the company.

I've been a customer for several years now, and have never had any issues with the company until last month. I subscribe for razor delivery, and was charged on 12/11 for my box, which never arrived. I messaged the company on 12/31 with only an automated response. The tracking number with USPS is not valid, so it's impossible to know if the box was ever shipped. I received a response on 1/3 stating, "You reached out to us recently and we haven't gotten back to you yet. We're working diligently to address your concerns, and this note is to let you know we haven't forgotten about you. We're disappointed that we haven't given you the quick reply you deserve, however, you can still expect to get an answer back from us as soon as possible." I sent another message through the automated bot chat (it's impossible to get ahold of an actual customer service rep through their website) and still have not received an answer. I submitted another message to their *** email account per their phone message left describing their COVID office closures. I also submitted a DM to their Twitter account with no response. I'm pretty disappointed by the whole experience.

Charged a second time without consent, three weeks later and said charged shipment has not even arrived. I subscribed to dollarshaveclub from an Instagram ad for a $5 box. I wanted to make sure the subscription was worth it first so I changed my settings so that my subscription wouldn't charge or be shipped for two months, giving me more than enough time to decide if I would like to continue with the membership or not. I made my order on April 7th, so my next shipment should not have been charged or sent until June 7th if I decided to keep the membership, however I was charged again on April 22nd for 21.63 without my knowledge or consent. I did not receive any email to give me a heads up and did not expect a charge because I specifically set my next shipment for two months from the last. I put this on a credit card, so the only reason I knew was because it appeared on my credit card bill. I have found this situation to be very sneaky and unprofessional, because if I had known I had no charges on my credit card for this month and didn't check my app, I could have missed a payment for something I did not consent to purchase and my score could have been negatively impacted. As of now I have cancelled my membership and would like a refund. To add onto that, the shipment I have not even received the shipment I was charged for. Unimpressed.

Dollar shave club will not allow you to cancel their subscription. I decided to try Dollar Shave club with the current promotion of the trial box for $5.00 trasnsaction ID 0HXXXXXXXXXXXXXXL. I set the boxes to be shipped out every 3 months so I had time to actually try the product and make a decision on keeping the services or not. A week after I received the trial box I received a new box from dollar shave club transaction ID 3VAXXXXXYVXXXXXXT. I still have 90% of the trial box and now I have a new box with a lot more product to use although I set it up to be sent every 3 months. I have attempted to cancel my subscription but the company will not allow me to cancel although it advertises how easy it is to try their product and cancel right away. The chat help will only give you links to explain how to cancel. However, it is impossible to cancel when the membership settings tab does not exist in this website. It will load for a second then automatically take you to order more product from the company. If there is a way to get a refund for the last box and send it back that would be wonderful. I need to cancel my subscription to Dollar Shave Club immediately, I will not be a customer for a company that uses special trial offers to get more money out of you. I was excited to try your product and be a customer but I can assure you; you have lost a customer for life.

I signed up on October 18 for the $5 starter pack, and immediately cancelled my subscription and removed my card info (I used Venmo to pay). I got the starter pack and honestly really enjoyed it and considered buying again, until on Christmas Day 2020, I was charged $21.20 by Dollar Shave Club. I went onto their website and it said they did not have any payment info on file for me, which is very concerning that they can keep my information but not tell me. I reached out to them at the beginning of January (I had to send an email because there is no other way to contact them) and they have not responded. Their website gives no way of contacting a real person except for email, which they ignored. I DM'ed them on Instagram and Twitter and also have been ignored. I did see many comments on their posts about others who are in the same situation as me. I have not even received the shipment (which I didn't order anyways, but if they're gonna charge me without my consent, it'd be cool if they at least sent the product). I did DM them on Twitter and Instagram just today, but based off of the other angry customers commenting on their posts, I don't expect a reply. And since I've waited a month for them to respond to my email, I just wanted to file this complaint to get it over with as soon as possible.

I signed up for the DSC starter kit for my husband on July 26th excited to try what products he liked and didn't and customize his box, after ordering I went into the account and changed the next box to come December 3rd so I could customize it for Christmas and know what he liked by then, but yesterday Late on a Saturday I was notified of a charge on my card for $41.58 I actually thought my card was hacked and used with them, I couldn't login to my account with the email I used and couldn't find any original emails from them at all. I finally looked at the screen shot I took of my order to realize that they allowed a typo in my email to actually go through as .con instead of .com after realizing this I was able to login and see they did in fact charge me for a box of random items just 8 days after signing up. They have nobody to call, nobody to actually chat with just some not they charged me and took my money on a Saturday and won't apparently respond until Monday, if ever? Naturally I'm very upset, I want a refund for my order and have my box actually be ready when I CHOOSE the products for December 3rd! Although now I'm not sure I'd like to use this company at all, my husband was so happy with his razors wanting to shop their site and now this happened! Please refund my money and stick to the shipping date I chose.

I want to cancel my account. The website provides a link to cancel my account, but when I follow the link the page is blank. There's no contact number I logged into the website to cancel my membership. There is no link within the account settings to cancel my account so I had to check the FAQs link. Here, they give a link to membership settings where I should be able to cancel my account. However, when I follow the appropriate link the page never loads. I've tried doing this from my mobile phone as well as from my laptop. It seems they've set it up so that members don't have the option to cancel their account. Then, I tried to send them my complaint by clicking their "contact us" page. They give no customer service number and they don't even give the option to send a complaint through email. The contact us page is useless because there's absolutely no way to directly contact them or send correspondence. It's just a loop that leads right back to the "how can we help you page" where there's only a dropdown box of common questions. USELESS! I've been a member for over 2 years now and never had a problem. I love the content they provide and their products are top-of-the-line. However, I think it is very slick and unethical how they are operating. It's like they set it up so that once they have you signed up, there's no way out. Way to go DSC, you've lost a customer for life. Not that it matters to you guys anyway.
