Fraud brandshield | digital risk and brand protection fake spam
This company brand shield is a global leader in scam
They send out spam emails to domain registrars claiming that the domain is operating illegally.
They have no business in regulating private domain owners and operate their scam by sending out emails to knock your domain down by suggesting you are an illegal website.
As we all know online reviewers are increasingly fake,. Here's why, brandshield.com attempts to target legitimate websites.
When you contact them they recommend you join their services to be legitimate for $1,000's of dollars. This is their scam as most website owners do not want to become their member.
They operate out of israel and have no jurisdiction in the united states.
Beware of brand shield as their fakes are facilitated by marketing their own services who have targeted numerous businesses that operate legitimately in order to scam them into becoming part of their memberships.
Brandshield.com approached us and our domain registrar by just a random spam email. They are not based in canada or the u.S. But based in israel.
Brandshield has a rating of 1 star from 3 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Brandshield ranks 632nd among electronics sites.
Recommendation: Absolutely Not! Brandshield.com is a scam
This company sends thousands of scam emails to domain registrars and hosting services on behalf of their clients once they notice any mentions of their trademarks. They demand domain blocking without presenting any proof or legal decisions and pressing hard to pretend they are legal agency. But they are just company with a team of spammers hired to blackmail. Instead of do legal and legitimate investigations they do nothing that totally unacceptable and harmful
Terrible customer service: my experience with domain names
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with DomainNames. Their customer service is non-existent, and if you do manage to get a response, it's usually pretty sarcastic. It's like they don't even care about their customers.
I had an issue with my account and tried to get in touch with them, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They just ignored me and didn't even try to help. I even checked their terms and conditions and I was well within my rights to get a refund, but they just didn't care.
I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with them either. I've read other reviews and it seems like this is a common problem. It's really frustrating when you're trying to get something done and the company just doesn't care.
Honestly, I just want my money back at this point. But if they keep ignoring me, I don't know what I'm going to do. It's like they have all the power and I'm just stuck here waiting for them to do something.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend DomainNames to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company.
Poor Customer Service and Confusing Policies at DomainNames
So, I bought a domain name from DomainNames and it was all good until I tried to cancel it. I scheduled the cancellation for the end of the billing period, which was one year, but the service was cancelled right away. I was pretty upset about it, so I contacted customer service. The response I got was not very helpful. They asked me if I paid for the services I cancelled, which I thought was a bit passive-aggressive. They also mentioned something about registration discounts, which I didn't really understand.
Then, they told me that I cancelled a FREE service, so there was no billing period. I was confused because I definitely paid for the domain name, so I don't know why they would say it was free. They said I would need to order a new package, which was frustrating because I just wanted to cancel the one I already had.
Overall, I was not impressed with the customer service at DomainNames. They didn't seem to understand my issue and were not very helpful in resolving it. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a domain name provider.
Warning: Terrible Experience with DomainNames - No Refund Policy or Invoice Provided
I had a really bad experience with DomainNames. I wanted to buy a domain name and they charged me $1,300 for it. I thought that was a bit expensive, but I went ahead and paid it anyway. Then they told me that there were extra charges that I had to pay, but I refused. They said that the payments were "non-refundable" and that there was no cancellation policy. I was really upset because I didn't even get an invoice for my $1,300, let alone the domain name that I paid for.
I tried to get in touch with them to sort things out, but they wouldn't even provide me with an invoice. I was really frustrated and angry because I felt like they had just stolen my money. I tried to get a refund, but they said that there was no refund policy. I was really disappointed and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
If you're thinking about using DomainNames, I would advise you to be very careful. They don't have a refund policy and they won't provide you with an invoice. If you have any problems with them, you might have to go through the courts to get your money back. I wouldn't touch them with a ten-foot pole. Be careful and watch out for the salesperson.
Terrible Experience with DomainNames: Rude Customer Service, Useless Product, and No Refund Policy
This website, DomainNames, is just plain rude. I can't believe how terrible my experience was. The product they offered me was completely useless. I was pressured into signing up for multiple years, and then when I finally got to use it, the data allowance was so low that I couldn't even handle a few emails. It was a complete waste of my money.
When I contacted their customer service, they were incredibly rude and disrespectful. They spoke to me in a tone that felt like bullying. I couldn't believe how terrible they were. I would never recommend this website to anyone.
To make matters worse, their prices are significantly higher than other providers. I can't believe how much money I wasted on this terrible product. And when I asked for a refund, they refused to give me one. It's just unbelievable.
I wish I had read the reviews before signing up. I would have saved myself a lot of money and a lot of frustration. Stay away from this website at all costs.
Stay Away from DomainNames: Terrible Customer Service and Confusing Renewal Terms
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with DomainNames. They seem to be all about taking your money and not giving a hoot about customer service. Their renewal terms are a real head-scratcher, and I couldn't make heads or tails of it. When I tried to reach out to them, they just kept sending me emails telling me to go read their terms and conditions. Like, seriously? I don't have time for that! And when I finally did get a hold of someone, they were super unhelpful and just told me I waited too long to complain. What a load of baloney! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Stay far away, folks.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with DomainNames: A Review
I recently had an experience with DomainNames that left me feeling disappointed. I received a call from them regarding the renewal of my email service. I explained that I was considering shopping around for a better deal due to the financial strain caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The representative seemed understanding at first, but as soon as he realized he couldn't secure my renewal on the spot, his tone quickly changed.
I was disappointed by the representative's behavior, especially given the current economic climate. I would have been happy to renew for the sake of convenience, but after the way I was treated, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I am willing to pay more for a company that values its customers and treats them with respect.
After reading other reviews of DomainNames, I see that I am not alone in my experience. It's a shame that a company with such potential has let its customers down in this way. I hope that they will take steps to improve their customer service and regain the trust of their clients.
Overall, I would not recommend DomainNames based on my experience. The phone call took place on June 10th, 2020 at 3:30pm AEST.
Review: DomainNames.com.au - Great Selection and Easy Buying Process for Domain Names
So, I decided to check out DomainNames (domainnames.com.au) and see what they were all about. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Despite the initial email that rubbed me the wrong way, I found that they actually have a great selection of domain names to choose from.
Sure, they have some generic ones like www.EventPhotographer.com.au, but they also have some really unique and specific ones that could be perfect for certain businesses. For example, they have www.TravelPhotographer.com.au, which would have been a much better fit for me.
I also appreciated that they offer a variety of extensions, not just .com.au. They have .com, .net, .org, and even some country-specific ones like .co.nz and .co.uk. This makes it easy to find a domain name that works for your business and your target audience.
The process of buying a domain name was pretty straightforward. I just searched for the name I wanted, added it to my cart, and checked out. The prices were reasonable, and they even offer a discount if you buy multiple domain names at once.
Overall, I was impressed with DomainNames. While the initial email was a bit off-putting, I found that they have a great selection of domain names and a simple buying process. If you're in the market for a new domain name, I would definitely recommend checking them out.
Terrible Customer Service and Email Issues with Domain Names.com.au
So, I had this website guy who did some work on our website, and he moved us over to Crazy Domains. But, as soon as we left DOMAIN NAMES, my emails stopped working! This was a big problem for our business, so I reached out to Domain Names for help. But, they didn't seem to care at all! They wanted me to pay $199 per hour just to look into it, and they even told me that I wasn't a client anymore - even though I am until October 2018! They also said that I should have stayed with them, and it would have been cheaper. Every email I sent got a really patronizing response back. I'm so frustrated! How am I supposed to get my emails back? Honestly, this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I'm really upset, and I would strongly advise against using DOMAIN NAMES.COM.AU.
Warning: DomainNames website engaged in fraudulent acts
I had turned off the auto renewal option for my domain name on DomainNames website. However, they called me after the renewal date and tried to convince me to renew it. They said I had until midnight to decide. I asked them to send me an invoice so that I could think about it. But, to my surprise, they rushed the payment through without my authorization. When I found out about this, I asked them to reverse the payment as I had not agreed to pay. I also pointed out that they had fraudulently debited my card as I had turned off the auto renewal option.
To make matters worse, the representative who spoke to me made a huge mistake. He switched the auto renewal option back on and then emailed me to inform me about it. This was the dumbest thing he could have done because if the option was on, it would have renewed automatically. I was furious and felt cheated. I believe that this was a fraudulent act and I have reported it to the banks and the Ombudsman.
I strongly advise everyone to be careful when dealing with DomainNames. They are criminals and need to be exposed for their fraudulent acts. I hope that my experience will serve as a warning to others who are considering using their services.
Avoid Domainnames.com.au: Unprofessional, Insulting, and a Waste of Money
Domainnames.com.au is a website that you should avoid at all costs. They will take your money and provide you with nothing in return. They are not professional and will insult you and your family. They offer domain and website hosting services at a competitive rate, but they do not deliver on their promises.
Their website builder, which is hosted by someone else, is a complete waste of money. It does not work, and when you ask for help, they tell you to find someone who knows how to use a computer to do it for you. This is not helpful at all, and it is a waste of your time and money.
If you try to contact them for assistance on a Saturday night, they will not be helpful. They will ask you if there is anything else you could be doing on a Saturday night. This is not a professional way to treat customers, and it is not acceptable.
Their complaints department is not helpful either. The lady who manages it is rude and abusive, just like the sales staff. They receive a high number of complaints, and they do not handle them well.
In conclusion, I would advise you to stay clear of domainnames.com.au. They are not a professional company, and they will not provide you with the services they promise. They will take your money and insult you and your family. Do not waste your time or money on this website.

Terrible Experience with DomainNames: Avoid at All Costs
I had a really bad experience with DomainNames (domainnames.com.au). They disabled my site just because I wrote a bad review about them. Can you believe that? I mean, come on, everyone has the right to express their opinion, right? And then, to make matters worse, they cancelled my emails even though I had already paid for the service. What kind of company does that? It's just sad, really.
I would definitely recommend avoiding this company at all costs. They clearly don't care about their customers and are willing to go to extreme measures just to silence any negative feedback. It's just not worth the risk. There are plenty of other domain name providers out there that are much more reliable and trustworthy.
Overall, my experience with DomainNames was a complete disaster. I would never use their services again and would advise anyone else to do the same. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. Save yourself the trouble and find a better provider. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.
Stay Away from DomainNames: False Promises and High Costs
I gotta say, I ain't too happy with DomainNames. I thought I was getting a sweet deal on a domain name and a free web design, but all I got was the name registration. And let me tell ya, it cost me a pretty penny. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near these guys. They'll take your money and leave you high and dry with no refunds or any help whatsoever. It's a real shame, too, 'cause I was really looking forward to getting my website up and running. But now I'm stuck with just a name and a whole lot of frustration. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of DomainNames.
Beware of DomainNames: Unethical Charges and Scamming Practices
I had a really bad experience with DomainNames. Last year, I bought a domain for only $29, which was a great deal. But this year, when I checked my credit card statement, I saw that they charged me $280 for web hosting that I didn't even ask for! And to make matters worse, they also charged me $398 for an additional two years of my domain name, which I didn't authorize either.
I was so angry that I immediately canceled my credit card and took legal action against them. It's just not right for a company to charge you for things you didn't agree to. I felt like they were professional scammers posing as a domain provider.
I would definitely not recommend DomainNames to anyone. They are not trustworthy and will try to take advantage of you. It's a shame because I thought I had found a good deal with them last year, but now I realize that it was too good to be true.
If you're looking for a domain provider, I suggest you look elsewhere. There are plenty of other companies out there that are honest and won't try to scam you. Don't make the same mistake I did and trust DomainNames.

Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with DomainNames
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with DomainNames. Their customer service was just terrible. I mean, seriously, it was the worst I've ever seen. If you're thinking about using this company, I'd strongly advise against it. Trust me, it's just not worth it.
The thing is, whenever we had a problem, they always seemed to blame it on something or someone else. It was never their fault. And that just really rubbed me the wrong way. I mean, come on, take some responsibility for your own mistakes, right?
Anyway, I finally got fed up and decided to transfer my domain away from them. And you know what? All the issues we were having magically disappeared. It was like a miracle. So yeah, needless to say, I won't be using DomainNames again anytime soon.
Overall, I'd say that if you're looking for a reliable domain registrar with good customer service, you should probably look elsewhere. There are plenty of other options out there that are much better than DomainNames. So save yourself the headache and go with someone else. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
DomainNames Review: Cheap Domain with Hidden Costs and Poor Customer Service
So, I got myself a domain from DomainNames (domainnames.com.au) and it was pretty cheap, which was great. I didn't need any extra services, so I just went for the basic package. But then, a year later, when it was time to renew my domain, they sent me an invoice for a whopping $398! What the heck, right?
I tried to call them up, but all I got was an automated system that told me to send an email to their customer support. Like, seriously? I just wanted to talk to a real person and figure out what was going on. But nope, I had to send an email and wait for a response.
Honestly, I don't know what to make of this whole situation. It's just frustrating and confusing. I mean, I thought I was getting a good deal on my domain, but now I feel like I'm being scammed or something. I just wish they had better customer service and were more transparent about their pricing and fees.
Overall, I guess I would recommend DomainNames if you're looking for a cheap domain, but just be aware that there might be some hidden costs and their customer service isn't the best. So, yeah, let that speak for itself.
Beware of DomainNames: Poor Customer Service and Billing Practices
!
I recently had a not-so-great experience with DomainNames. I found their customer service to be quite rude and unhelpful. Whenever I asked a question, they responded with sarcasm and arrogance, which made me feel frustrated and disrespected.
To make matters worse, I decided to cancel my website with them, but they continued to send me invoices for hosting that I no longer needed. They even claimed that I needed to renew my subscription, even though they were no longer hosting my domain name. This made me feel like they were trying to scam me out of my money.
Overall, I would caution anyone considering using DomainNames to be very careful. While they may offer some good services, their customer service and billing practices leave a lot to be desired. If you do decide to use them, make sure to keep a close eye on your invoices and subscriptions to avoid any unnecessary charges or confusion.
Disappointing Customer Support and Refund Policy at DomainNames
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with DomainNames. I got an email from their so-called "support" team and it was a real letdown. They basically told me that my opinion didn't matter and they weren't gonna help me out. They didn't even answer my question or give me any direction. And to top it off, they wouldn't even give me a refund when I hadn't even used their service yet. It's like they don't even care about their customers. Honestly, if they're gonna act like this, they shouldn't even be in business.
Warning: Avoid DomainNames - Negligent Company with Poor Customer Support and Sneaky Charges
I gotta say, DomainNames is not the best company I've dealt with. They did some sneaky stuff with my card details and charged me for things I didn't even want in my cart. And when I tried to get a refund, they just ignored me. Plus, their customer support is a joke - they don't seem to know anything about IT. And to top it all off, they straight up refused to give me services I already paid for. I even tried to get Fair Trading involved, but they didn't respond to them either. Honestly, this company is just plain negligent and lacks any kind of integrity. I'd recommend avoiding them if you can.
Avoid DomainNames: Terrible Support and Lost My Domain
I had a domain with DomainNames for like a decade, man. I gotta say, it was a pretty rough ride. They didn't give no support at all, and you couldn't even get a hold of them on the phone. And if you forgot your password, they'd try to get you to spend more money just to get it back. It was a real bummer, dude.
But the worst part was when they straight up gave my domain name to someone else. Can you believe that? And when I asked them about it, they were just like, "Don't worry about it." Like, what kind of customer service is that?
Overall, I wouldn't recommend DomainNames to anyone. They're just not worth the hassle, ya know?
DomainNames Review: Untrustworthy and Deceptive Practices
So, I was just minding my own business when I got an email from DomainNames saying that my domain was about to expire. I was like, "What the heck? I haven't used that thing in ages!" But I clicked on the link anyway, just to see what was up.
Turns out, they wanted me to renew my domain. But I never set up auto-renew, so I was a bit confused. I asked them for evidence that I had agreed to renew, but they couldn't provide any. And yet, they still charged my debit card for the renewal fee. What a bunch of crooks!
When I asked them about it, they just sent me a generic response telling me to log into my account. But I had already explained that I didn't have access to my account anymore. Ugh, these guys are the worst.
Long story short, I wouldn't trust DomainNames as far as I could throw them. They're clearly just out to make a quick buck, even if it means ripping off their customers. Stay far, far away from these guys.
