Two days ago I placed an order which included two salads. I was watching the tracker which displayed a time of 840or940. When the driver finally arrived 3 minutes until 10, he did not even have the salads. He did end up bring the back about 30 minutes later. I had already went to sleep at this point. I am very unhappy. this is the second time. I have been trying to call the local store and I cant get an answer. I work and attend college so i am busy.

Im very irritated with dominos over all. Everytime i order from there they always manage to forget some of the iteams i buy or i wait nearly an hour to pick up an cold pizza order. Yesterday i had no choice but to order Dominos and of course it took excatly 17 minutes just for someone to pick up the phone i ordered 3 large pizzas one pepperoni and ham the other pineapple and ham and lastly jalepenos and pepperoni well the guy on the phone didnt know if he could sell me 3 large pizzas witch i though was very upsetting then he put me on hold to seek help anthor 13 mintues just for him to say ok what else i wanted i told him thats its he said my order will be ready in 45 mintues and hanged up then 18 mintues later dominos called me to tell me that he didnt put my order in because he forgot to ask me if it was carry out or delivery witch i clearly told him it was carryout so i had to wait anthor 45 mintues at this point i was irritated and knew it was a bad idea to order fron them since last time they forgot my drinks and i had to wait for them to deliver it to my house took them like an hour. So this point i just went up there and it wasnt even 45 mintues they gave me my pizzas. I went home looked atvthe. Pizza and the pepperoni qasnt cooked right all the pizzas were cold and it didnt have any flavor on tge crust it was really just cold dry and flavorless im really upset and would like something done from this its been too many times with this company.
manager cancelled my order several times
The manager who works at 2048 Rockaway Pkwy Brooklyn NY 11236 | [protected] cancelled my order TWICE without informing me whatsoever. I placed an order at 1230-45 and he deliberately cancelled my order. I don't know what kind of business you're running but this is ridiculous. When I tried to call several times he hung up on me. If this is the kind of customer service you are offering it's pathetic and horrible. You need to serious reprimand that branch because this is not the first or second time this has occurred. Your workers need to be trained properly. I will escalate this issue until it reaches someone who is actually able to handle this situation properly. [censored] sick and tired of your company's [censored]! This will be the last time I order from dominos. [censored] all of you!

I placed an order on the app on 6/15/18, I did the 2 for 5.99 deal I placed an order of pasta and the breadsticks. After placing the order I get a call saying that they were out of pasta and that they were going to upcharge me for the breadsticks. The lady I talked to was very rude so I asked to speak to the manager and the manager was also very rude. This has happened on more then one occasion and the customer service is horrible when it's their fault. I will not be ordering anything else from them until they learn how to talk and treat the customer that is spending their hard earned money. I recently ordered 14 boneless wings from Dominos, which cost me nearly $20 (after tip) to which I opened the product to discover what looked like popcorn chicken. This is absolutely unacceptable in many ways. I am 110% unsatisfied with this product and my order. I would like some compensation for this. In no way should this be on the menu nor even cost that much. It is a complete waste. Please reply as soon as possible.

At 12:24 I ordered a $19.99 meal deal. I watched the tracker make my pizzas and it was stuck on checking perfection of order for 20+ minutes. I waited until 1:20 pm and called my Mesa As location on Broadway Road. Joe answered the phone. I explained I ordered online and gave my address and its been 50 minutes that I've waited on my order. Joe explains there's one delivery driver and four orders ahead of me. I asked may I cancel my order, he said ok and he hung up on me while I was trying to ask him for a Courtney call if this was the case so I could come pick up my order. I'm so angry because I'm a parent. I order tons of pizzas epically for my sons high school soccer and football team after games and before games. We have 8 people in my home and have been loyal customers. I understand things happen, all I wanted was a call or to pick up MY order. Just WOW...

MY order was placed at 11:49 pm track the order it says it left the store at 12:09 am I did not receive my order until 12:59 am delivery time said 20-30 minutes the driver arrived super late did not bring my 2 liter soda appeared to be under influence and also told me he would not give me items which where already paid for before arrival and also told me to shut the [censored] up when I asked him about the delay and why it took a hour wait since he left store he said he didn't leave at 12:09 am and he don't care what the tracker said I am very upset and disgusted with my Dominos experience today to say the least.

I ordered online a little before 6pm, at 6:36 the tracker stated it had been double checked. 7:10, a delivery driver tried to deliver half my order (cold pizza box) When I explained it wasn't complete, he said "I' Be back" and jumped in his car. I called the store at 7:22 and was on hold 38 minutes only to be hung up on. At 8:05 the tracker said out for delivery and the same driver gave me the same pizza (cold) and the remainder of my cold order that had been out with another driver. I switched pizza companies for that? And to still have my debit card charged with delivery at 8:14 !
proper handwashing
I was in a dominos saturday night about 7:30 pm in dennis ma... I was appalled what I and my boyfriend and a friend... Saw they were preparing food they was eating over the food they were preparing. Then they would wash there hands never mind drying them with paper towels the used their apron not one of them all of them this is called cross contamination surprised none of your customer's have gotten sick... I have taken a class for preparing food where I work we are tested on (computer) every part of the store and we would be written up for that... And no matter what kind of food we prepare we have to wear plastic even if they put toppings for pizza... And this was my first experience for dominos... If osha or who ever goes in to check food regulations... Would go in there i'm sure u be sited... Just concerned, I think you need better practice for handwashing and eating food while they are preparing... Thank you for your time

I placed an order at the Montgomery xrds Dominos in Savannah, GA. I placed an order online for a pizza and two caesar salads. After tracking my pizza I noticed I put the wrong room number on my pizza order. I called and spoke with Matt or Ryan and let them know the mistake he said ok he would notify the driver. The delivery driver called me and I let her know the discrepancy. She stated that she went up stares and she not going back up there and to meet her by the office I told her I could not I had small children in the room she hung up in my face and I never received my order I'm going to call tomorrow and I want my refund issued immediately this unacceptable and not how you treat your customers she obviously doesn't value her job and if she is unhappy with her job she should find a new one.

Being with Domino's as a delivery driver since 2014, I have always went above and beyond to accomplish my tasks. Several co-workers and I have relocated from the Sunnyside Domino's to the Prosser, Washington Domino's on Christmas Eve due to poor management and poor work ethics of the General Manager. Representing Domino's has been something I always took pride in. I set personal goals and as a result have became the fastest pizza maker in the whole store with 52 seconds for 2 pizzas. Coming in from deliveries I always went straight to hand tossing pizza and topping them as well. There were several times were I had stayed inside to help during the heavy rush hours. Since the new General Manager known as Bailey Read was put in charge, It's no secret to many that she has spent most of her shifts in the office rarely helping at make line only when it was in dire emergencies. Morning duties were being left for evening crew, compounding and making it difficult for the evening crew. There were other crew members who had other commitments such as another job or leisure sports; and they were given the flexibility from the General Manager. Yet they only worked as their assigned duties and rarely dedicated themselves to other stations such as hand tossing, or topping pizza as I did. I on the other hand loved what I do yet that gives no right to acquire another ones duties or responsibilities due to laziness. I was rarely given any flexibility and a desired schedule with how hard I worked to represent Dominos over the years. I was fired on June 9th 2018, recently due to "conflicts" with my domino's work schedule and training for another job in my career field. I had contacted fellow coworkers before and the GM. Bailey got upset and stated thats not how you find someone to cover for a shift yet it was perfectly ok for others to do the same. The day after I had called Bailey and she had told me that I had better find someone to cover for me. Seeing how I was told to not contact my coworkers, now I was being told otherwise and now was being blamed for dishonesty. Across all the jobs I've had, I've been known as being a strong, overly confident, enthusiastic and determined individual and am bold and unafraid to tell you how the way things are. I have several letters of recommendation from other jobs witnessing my outstanding moral character and integrity, in which all are available upon request. I will not degrade myself and adhere to any double standards in which anyone sets among others especially from Bailey Read. Of all my years being with Domino's I had fun the majority of my time and at the same time knowing I had to put my all when it came to work and took pride in it. I never thought a hard working individual like me would be fired due to the emotional instability, dishonest, and laziness of another individual. I truly expected better and had I known hard working individuals and goal oriented individuals are punished, and this was going to happen I would have not wasted my time representing Dominos.

On June 10 2018 @ approximately 12:14am I placed an order online @ 12:53 am I contact the Dominos on Jet wing Dr, And ask where is my delivery I had ordered quite some time ago, the person who was a male placed me on hold for 4 minutes and 34 seconds, until I disconnected the call I then called right back and got a women on the line I asked her about my delivery order and that it has never came she seemed clueless and once again I was placed on hold once again but this time for 2:19 seconds, the worker than disconnected the call.I call back again and this time a male by the name of matt picked up, I explained my dilemma again and was placed on hold again, this is unacceptable and I would like a free large Pepperoni pizza, feta & spinach sticks, three ranch cups and a 20oz coke for my inconvenience

Hello my name is Margie Dunn, My complaint, On Saturday June 09, 2018 around 400 pm or a little after, I went to Domino's Pizza I order 2 medium pizzas and 40 bar-b-que wings. My bill was somewhere between $ 45.00 and $ 50.00. I asked if I could get two extra garlic butter sauces I was told by the first employee I would need to pay and additional .69 cents a piece for the extra sauces. I say I just spent almost $50.00 here you mean to tell me I cannot get two extra garlic butters. He said I cannot give you the sauces without charging you for them and he left and went on delivery. So the 2nd employee brings me my order and I asked him for 2 extra garlic butters and he tells me the same thing as the first employee So I say well I will not be coming back to Domino's ever again I will be going to Pizza Hut. The employee told me I would be back because Pizza Hut didn't taste very good. I said It doesn't matter what it taste like I will not be coming back here anymore. The employee still says you'll be back. Every time I have a taste for pizza I patronize Domino's. And I am really sad that I will not be coming back to Domino's every again. I usually spend around $ 30.00 or more for pizza and wings when I order. But it is safe to say I will not be ordering from Domino.s again.

On June 10, 2018 I placed an order the app. I did the same thing two weeks ago and I paid online. I show up at the store and they tell me I owe, no I paid online, give them the total and I show that it has cleared my bank so NO I don't owe but they refuse to give me my order. They have two orders for a Don and a Dawn but never ask to spell the name, phone number, address or anything two weeks ago the woman manager just gave it to me when o kept repeating my order, total and showing the bank information. This evening the same thing happened to my son who went to pick up the order, again was only asked name and told he owed, he called me and I said no told the person the same thing but he said no it is not paid, I asked to speak to a manager and he did the same thing finally I spelled the name and he was oh yes, he said no sure why I was getting so upset really... ask the customer more information to clairify an order is not the employees or the managers job and you ask me why I am upset and then he hangs up as I continue to ask his name. I called back and he answered the phone and was a jerk and a said his name was Chris maybe the store needs to spend some time on training their young high school and college students on customer service. I will not order nor will my family from them again.
store 5481 very rude delivery driver
A delivery driver by the name of Anthony Lumpkin, out of the East Ridge Tennessee location, store #5481 Delivered to my home on Saturday 6-9-18 in the evening, when he arrived me and my 7yr child went to door. The driver, smelled VERY strongly of alcohol and was VERY rude and unpleasant, just down right ugly. Then when my child went to hand him the tip ( which my son is special needs, and loves to give the tip!) He then berated my child stating "Wow, thanks for the 3 dollar tip, you little [censored]!" To say I was appalled was an understatement, but I didnt wanna say anything to him ( due to the fact that my husband was not home, plus i was afraid of what I would say to him, bc I was furious!) I attempted to call the store numerous times to speak with a manager but was put on hold 3 different times! Then I wrote about the incident on social media, and Mr.Lumpkin had the nerve to comment, calling me a "[censored]" and my child a "[censored]" . I want something done about this immediately! I have the messages and Im also going to show them to my family attorney as soon as I can be seen Monday ( tomorrow) this is the kind of po eople you hire to represent your store? Insulting a loyal customer, and their special needs child, strongly smelling of alcohol ( while driving a vehicle?!) I want a response back immediately and I will NOT be ordering from Dominos again, due to such a senseless, immature act. I want him terminated! If I have to take legal action, I'm more than willing to do so.

The customer service at the Domino's in London Ontario on Fanshawe park Road and Hyde Park.
It's ok to make mistakes, but they didn't even try to fix it. We went to the store and ordered a pizza and they had not put in the order. So we waited for half an hour until they noticed.
They said they would make it after that and we waited another 15 min until we asked. When we asked they hadn't even started making the pizza.
I don't understand why this would happen. Is it perhaps because I am black. I feel that it was very disrespectful and that they didn't care about us as costumers.
They did not even apologize about the mishap.
I finally just asked for my money back. Hopefully, they will be better with other costumers.

I ordered a chicken pizza through mobile app to the Beaverton OR store on 6/8/2018 at 11:44 AM PST it was to be delivered within 30 mins. I could see from the tracker that it is ready for delivery at noon but it was not out till 12:15 PM. So I called the store and the call was answered around 12:24 PM. when I told the person about the problem he rudely said there is nothing he can do as driver is not available. I felt I'm asking for a favor by opting for a delivery.
I decided to cancel the order. I'll never order from Dominos again

Ordered 2 medium pizzas w/added olives. I picked them up from the store & took them to meet my husband 1/2 way from his jobsite. I once again did not get what I ordered & my husband was crunched for time but I called the store. They wrote I asked for onions, my husband dislikes onions. No, I didn't. They offered me a liter of soda & remake the pizzas. They actually wanted the pizzas back so I took them. For my trouble of having to drive back to the store, wait for the other pizzas after a long day of work plus my husband stressed over missing work, i did get cinnamon twist. The pizzas should have been free after all that. They did not think so. Disappointed customer. I'll try papa John's. Thanks

I ordered my food at 10:35 pm. The confirmation e-mail was sent saying my order was in. I couldn't track my order what so ever. An hour literally passes and my order never arrived. I called literally 15x's and every time the phone picked up there was no one on the other end. Store number: 5226 and my order number:592835. I want mu order FREE. This the second time this happened.
