an order, as well as, poor management!
I placed an online order, for, a Philly Cheese Steak Pizza! I have do so numerous times. It does not, come, with Pork. Which, is something I am allergic to! I did not, add the pork. I called your store, and was told, that, is, how the pizza comes! Even if, that were true, I customized my toppings, and none of them, we're, Pork! Go through my profile, you will not, see, one, single Pork order. I am nauseous fifteen minutes into this issue! Since when, do you and your affiliates, not take responsibility, for your mistakes! I have to deal with a day or two of sickness, and I am told, well, that's just too bad! Your company is usually, far better at customer service, than this. I wanted to at least, bring this horrendous service, to your attention. Before, I went and said, or posted, anything on my experience. I sincerely hope, your office, is a little more concerned, about company mistakes, than this store, apparently, is! I am highly upset, and was, already, by discovering hidden Pepperoni under my cheese! The employee actions, only intensified, this horrendous, experience! I ordered a pizza and BBQ Bacon chicken my delivery tracker said that my food had left 29 min prior. It only takes approx 10 from the store to my home I called the store and they informed me that he was at my home and no one answered the door I informed them that my door has been open and porch light was on and I was sitting in my chair 5 foot away from the door on my laptop and no one came to my door. Then she said that they tried to call and no one answered. I told her that my phone didn't ring then she said well he is a new driver and doesn't know the area and was lost She said she was going to give me his cell number and I could call him. I told her that I was not going to call their employees that they need to do that she said she would and they would call me back I waited 15 min and nothing no call from anyone So I called back and told them to cancel the order that I would just make something to eat. She said well he just left the store with your food "what's the point he is just going to get lost again" why lie to me not once but 3 times and almost an hour later? Don't they have GPS? Or a cell phone? Maybe he should download "maps or better yet WAZE" I live in a popular dominos delivering community I see their cars driving through a minimum of 3-5 times a day and if he didn't know the exact location why didn't he ask someone before he left the store or call another delivery driver? This is Ridiculous I can't believe such poor service and now they are starting this new delivery to a "hot spot" location I hope this guy doesn't get any of those deliveries because the customers will NEVER get their food! Does someone that matters read this or is it just a site for me to vent and nothing gets done?

I ordered a pizza. Bbq bacon Chicken piece with ranch. And an posta bowl. My order came. No ranch. My grandmother is very pick. She orders and pay for what she wants and expect that. Called and told them I just done a whole nother order since you all messed up my 1st order. Still have the product not one piece touched. Since your on ur way back here anyways can you re-do that BBQ chicken and make sure ranch is in it and I'll switch it out to you once u get here. I was told no. There not redoing the chicken because of an ranch Sause. Wely grandmother only eats chicken with ranch. It will be cold waiting on an ranch packet so just redo it. Again I was denied. I spent over 45$. Been an loyal customer for an couple years and was treated wrong. I really feel some type of way about this like my money isn't good. It wasn't an problem when they were collecting myoney so why one when you made an mistake.? When I ordered through the mobile app i accidentally put the wrong phone number down so I called the store and the person who answered said no problem its fixed! The issue wasn't that, the issue was the delivery driver who paid no mind to the note or whatever was given to him about the change in number. When he arrived he started beeping his horn angrily & proceeded to question me on why I didn't answer my phone with the worst attitude I've ever received from a driver. (I was waiting outside because the app said he was on his way). He didn't get out of his car and he tried to make me sign a receipt that wasn't mine. I always order from the company and I've never had a problem but the way he acted towards me was unacceptable as customer service.

Simple order medium pizza.. Pepperoni.. Ham and onions with extra cheese... We get a fully cooked pepperoni pizza... With raw toppings thrown on a sitting there already cooked pizza... How pathetic can you possibly be to even dare serve annold pizza with raw toppings... I have a photo of the mess below... Notice the extra cheese that is non existant.. And that a couple slices under all that raw stuff dont even have cheese on them at all... Would have been better off going to the grocery store grabbing some 79 cent frozen piece of junk and ate it frozen... A little kids easy bake oven makes a better pizza than this place.. And sad for them the photo proves it

My brother have recently ordered a delivery to our house but apparently who ever sent this stupid delivery person with our pizza made a terrible choice. I was told to find the person with the pizza at Village Barn and then get told shes not there and that she can't even use a GPS. I wasted my time. Get yourself better delivery employees that actually knows how to navigate with a GPS.

I placed an order via phone for large 3 topping pizza for the price of $7.99. I wanted 2 of them and was told that it would be a different price … I think it was ridiculous and had a argument with the person on the other end … when I got there I asked to speak to the manager …. I was not satisfied as he was not apologetic nor admitted his error … I been buying domino for 18 years.. I would not return to that store again for fear that my pizza might be compromised... My order number is 139432. I placed an order at 5:44pm. I didn't receive my lukewarm pizza until 6:57 pm. By that time, I had called the store and it was answered by the most incompetent person. He didn't identify himself as the domino location. Additionally, when I asked where my pizza was and who was the store manager - he could not answer. He kept asking his coworkers "she is asking for the name of the manager - what name should I gave her?" then, the delivery driver called me at 6:46 asking the location of my apartment. (I have been ordering pizza from this location for over 5 years and never had an issue with delivery) when I called back to speak to a store manager/ manager on duty, the same man answered the phone and kept me on hold for 4 min transferring me to a "manager". A man named christian answered the phone and was making excuses concerning my service. I asked if he was the manager on duty and said no - the manager was occupied. Furthermore, the man who answered the phone was a new hire. I informed him that he should not be answering the phone period. As a customer I should not be aware of these issues and my pizza should not ever be delivered cold and take an hour to be received. Your advertisement prides themselves on customer service and making the customer happy. You have failed! This store location is horrible and dominos should be ashamed!

I placed an online order with my debit credit card and I'm a loyal customer and never had a problem with this store. But store number 3537 located in Bronx New York zip code 10467 was very unprofessional and very disrespectful from manager to the employees I placed my order around 3 p.m. on a Sunday it showed online tracker that a store employee was checking at 3:26 p.m. and I waited for the delivery for some time by 4 p.m. I called and spoke with the female who claimed she was the manager and never wanted to give me her name so I asked them for a discount on my next order behind me always ordering she said she can't do that so I left it as that it was going on 4:40 and still waiting for my order so I called again and spoke to another employee who was a male and I asked him for the driver's name he put me on hold after telling me the driver came and he said no one was there it's impossible because normally they call my phone number that's on my online account I've never changed my number I even have my bell number on my online account and on my credit debit card that I use all the time when I purchase ordering so I called them back and ask them for the name of the driver cuz he took very long behind the fact he also lied he never called my phone number or never knocked on my door or anything like that they said Hold on and put me on hold for about 10-15 minutes I hung up and my fiance called back and spoke with the female so call manager and got very rude with him and she hung up on him while he was talking to her she hung up on him? I don't think managers nor employees are supposed to treat customers like that at all it's very disrespectful and now I have to reorder a whole new order from another place of choice if these are the employees that you're hiring for Domino's you might as well hire drug dealers off the street!? than these people because they was very disrespectful I don't appreciate being talked to or lied to like that

I have pictures of order. Both came burnt. No extra toppings at all and really nothing that was regular. I keep getting told id have store credit. This time my order was messed up by the manger it even says it on the website tracking my order that he is the one doing this. I love Dominos but I've spent over $100 in my orders that was nothing like what i ordered plus burnt. I order ingredients like no mushroom on my girlfriends philly sandwich because she is allergic. Still comes now she can't eat it. I spend alot of money in different states because i travel for work never had this problem. Its wasted money
cost of gf pizza
Everytime I call my local dominoes ask what they would charge for a small 1 topping gf pizza they want to charge me over $14. I was told by an employee that this was incorrect. But yet everytime I get quoted the same price. This is for a pickup. Dominoes has lost my business once because of this and they have again. Another local pizza place $14.95 lg gf specialty pizza.

My number [protected] also I have my wife number that I choose not to disclose, we live across the street from dominos, this is my third complaint since the new manager took this new store, we never had any issue before, I took picture of the pizza before and I forward that to preview manager, it was embarrassing, we spend minimum 100 to 140 a week in this store, yesterday for the third time my order was very sloppy and the manager my order, specially my pasta dish was half way, I mean half way and all around the foil was burn, my wife shows it to me after eating on bite, and you can see the bottom of the foil, I told here to stop and I took it to the manager with another order we didn't even touch, it was really low, the manager said that's the portion its normal, left very unhappy, specially I was there the entire time, it was no scale using also that manager close was very dirty, am not talking about flour or semolina dust, it was fitly dirty, pasta is very cheap just put the amount require by the company I was ok with that, this store was really great. Am member of this community, we all talking about the change and the quality of this store it went from 10 to 1, to bad, I really feel ripped off. I have 27 years in food and beverage industry know what am talking about please feel free to call me I will explain more if you really care. The store am complaining is walnut grove.

I alway have an issue when I've gone to this place But last night it turned into a worse experience I've had to the point I won't be going back. I went to Walmart n cvs got the things I needed. I got done with those errands n went to go get my food. The Lil guy came up n took my money n then slammed the window after informing me the wasn't even close to being done. Then I just said I alway wait here for my food if there's a time at lunch. Yesterday I made a complain regarding not being satisfied with the pizza & more over my order was changed by Dominos without my permission . I've made an online order at 1:30 p.m., wanted to track my order at 2:17 would still say that it was being checked, I called the store like 7 times no one would pick up the call, I finally went to pick up some food, we ate and the pizza still wasn't delivered. The delivery driver (was nice) call me at 3:45 p.m. to let me know he was at my door, I told him "after 2 hours of waiting, and calling them for 7 times I don't want the pizza anymore", so he told me he was very sorry, that he understand and that management did not even wanted to pick up the calls. I placed an order with the dominos pizza on North Florida avenue Tampa FL. When the driver arrived to my house, she asked my daughter for identification and the credit card. Please understand if that's your policy great but I have placed 7 -9 previous orders and never has there been a issue of asking for this such thing. I called the store twice and told that my order was sitting there waiting for driver and they did not know how long before I would get the pizzas.
I was placed on hold so more orders could be taken which defeats the purpose if it can not be delivered.
I think that perhaps two hours wait is long enough for two pizzas. I can go to Birmingham - Al eat Pizza and comeback to Atlanta on this time frame.
End of story... My son did not get his pizza. It was never delivered, I was never even given an approximate time of when it would be; 30 minutes, 45...who knows.
The night manager and phone people were terrible as well...after waiting two hours you would expect at least a little sympathy.
Now, I taken my morning time and wrote you to know how dissapointed I am. I remember when Dominos delivered in 30 minutes or less...
