wrong order
I ordered a large size pizza 08/08. Didn't have any issues with delivery, but the pizza was gross. It was just a piece of a terribly dried out "something". I'm a cheese fan so I asked them to put more cheese than they usually do. But the pizza I got contained less cheese. I also said I wanted many olives on it, but it was the same - there were no olives at all. What part of their bodies do they use when listening to people ordering?
chicken alfredo and chicken carbonara pasta bowls
Ordered the bowls for dinner, easy ordering, received in a timely manner. But when we opened the dishes, they both were dry as a bone. The chicken Alfredo was dry and looked burnt, the chicken carbonara had two pieces of chicken chunk, two mushroom slices, barely any bacon and was completely dry with no sauce! Both pans were half filled, you could push the entire contents to one side and you wouldn't have maybe even half a cup of food. I will never order from here again, you've list a customer. No need in calling the store because the complaint falls on deaf ears, they don't care. I spent $32.84 on food that isn't even worth $2.00. Such a disappointment. hair in my pizza
While I was eating my pizza enjoying every slice appreciating every bite. It was amazing until once bite felt very weird like a hair which I was hoping it wasn't but it was. I took it out of my mouth and couldn't believe it. A hair in the pizza I've been looking forward to this whole day during my lunch break. And I know some other places always assume that we the customers like about it but hopefully you guys are different from them. Please excuse the gross picture I put of the hair. And by the way the only people in contact with that pizza was the person who made it and myself and I know for a fact that it's not mine.
overall experience was not up to standard
My family and I were headed to Nashville to watch the eclipse and we decided to stop at Domino's for a large pepperoni pizza. we called the order in 25 minutes before arriving at the Chapel Hill, TN location. We were told it would take 20 minutes for the pizza to be ready, however it was still not ready when we arrived. The cashier was incredibly untrained and I had to help her complete the transaction. After finally getting my pizza, my kids opened the box to find a pizza with dark crust, incredibly too much sauce, and little to no cheese whatsoever. I am a loyal Dominos customer and I will not continue to support a business that disappoints my family and I. We were very excited about our pizza as we traveled to watch the eclipse but this is unacceptable.
chino hills store customer service
The staffs had mixed up orders and we were told that they were going to re-make it. But 30 minutes later, the order is still not out and looked like they either gave it to a delivery order or actually forgot to make our order. I saw the other staff getting mad and remaking a whole new pizza, similar to what we ordered. We asked for our order but they told us it's coming out. But did not. We ended up waiting for an hour, still with no large pepperoni pizza. We ended up cancelling our order and went elsewhere, where better service and more efficient staffs were present.

I bought 2 pizza on 8th august 2017 on afternoon. I found the both pizza was not cooked properly. On the pizza put to to much tomato sauce. Which was not acceptable. Coutomer service is to poor that day. I bought pizza from this shop 2 to 3 times weekly. Normally customers service is very good but on 8th august the parsons who took my Oder it's a non experience person. No idea about the shop promotion also. Now I bought pizza from Pizza Hut but I like to buy from dominos because we love dominos girlies sauce. Also my children r love to get pizza from dominos.
chicken alfredo bread bowl pasta
I placed an order at my local Dominos Cahill Ave in Inver Grove Heights MN on August 7th at 6:55 PM when my boyfriend went to pick up our order and brought it home both of our pasta noodles we're hard and tasted like the food was left out it was difficult to eat with the noodles being hard but my pasta barely had any Alfredo sauce nor pieces of chicken. I ended up not eating my pasta and called the store back immediately and asked to speak to a manager I told him how our food turned out and asked for a refund he said yes and hung the phone up on me but i have never yet received any refund. I called a week after the complaint and I still had to deposit from my dominos store of the refund. Everytime I call they leave my name and number down and tell me the manager isnt there and they can't give me the refund without the manager there they answer with an attitude and hang up. I'm really upset about how our food turned out but now that I haven't gotten a refund and being treated poorly by the workers and the manager at the store I'm more than upset.
wrong pizza order
I Ordered a large 3 topping pizza from the mission location in Santa Cruz. The ingredients were fine but the crust was very thin and hard. I don't know if they have me the wrong order and gave me thin crust pizza rather than normal crust. I tried to enjoy the pizza since the dominoes Is quite a drive my house however the crust was very hard and burnt.
I am requesting to have a refund or store credit.

I just called your Lafayette Indiana location and the guy on the phone said they deliver to my house which is 2.1 miles from my house. No turns one road straight to my house from that location. The guy was gonna let me place my order but I wasn't ready so I called back to place my order and the second guy told me you don't deliver to my house. I explained what I was told and he said he won't deliver to my house. So I will no longer be a customer from dominos any more.

I ordered online last night and the order took over 1.5 hours to be delivered and when it came it was cold and the delivery driver would not leave my house and disturbed the neighborhood by talking loudly on his cellphone outside of my apartment and would not leave until i threatened to call the police. All of this is AFTER i'd already given him a cash tip and asked him to leave. I had called the store 3 times before the order finally arrived and asked them to cancel it and refund me. The manager would not get on the phone, said he was busy and refused to call me back. He had a store employee call me and say my order would be half off, but they charged me full price. I will never order from this place again. The pizza was cold and stale when it arrived, the wings were cold. It was a poor meal altogether and it disrupted my family's Friday night. NEVER AGAIN...
medium cheese pizza
I ordered two medium pizzas as part of the two for $5.99 deal. I paid $13.33 after tax for my two pizzas. Unfortunately I did not check the boxes until I got home but it was at that point that I was disgusted. My cheeze pizza was burnt and an employee of your company thought it was an acceptable product to provide a customer.
Pictures are below in case you think I am blowing this out of proportion, I am not. This is the pizza I was served after being told it was made fresh and that I needed to wait 15 minutes.
Unless the issue with this experience is adequately resolved, I can assure the dominos chain that you have permanently lost a once satisfied customer. There are too many other options to choose from, other places where I can spend my money and know I am recieving a quality product.

Today, on my girlfriends birthday (8/18/17), we ordered a thin crust pizza with chicken, onions, and green peppers from Dominoes in Bay City Michigan. However, the pizza tracker did not register anything. Because of this, we waited well over a half hour before calling and finding out our pizza had been sitting there. Because of this the pizza crust and toppings were quite dry. I usually have a good experience eating food from the Dominoes at 1213 Kosciuszko Ave, Bay City, MI 48708, and I will probably continue to eat there. chopped hair on pizza
i walked into dominos today to get the small 5.99 carry out deal. I ordered a small with pineapple and pepperoni... as I was eating my second last slice I noticed there was a large clump of what looked like freshly CUT hair grouped on to a pepperoni. It wasn't like a single hair that had fallen. This was a purposely cut and placed group of hair placed on my pizza. I'm disgusted and will never eat from that location again.
pan pizza had no sauce
Today I ordered a pizza from my local dominos, as I do fairly frequently, and I ordered 2 Pan Pizzas with Pepperoni and Sausage. When I received them today, I bit into a piece, and there was no sauce! All of both pizza's were like this. I can't eat pizza's like this. I would really appreciate a full refund on my order. I really do like my Dominos here but this is really frustrating to me, had to change lunch plans for my whole group.

Every month I place an order and one month they deliver the next they refuse and say that they don't deliver after 6:30! They assured me months ago that this issue had been resolved. It happened again so I made a complaint. 3 days later, no response! Much to my surprise, I called corporate to inquire. They pulled up my account and stated that there are notes indicating that I was contacted the following day, which is a lie! I assure you that no one has contacted me. I've never had any other problems with any other location EVER. Boycott the location at 6316 North Main, Columbia, SC!

I am a financial struggling college student who makes money from babysitting. We constantly order pizza there with no problem until this time, when we decided to order pasta. when we reviewed the pasta, we ended up getting half a tin with pasta and cheese only. The kid who I babysit even looked at me and said "is that it?"and I agreed with the question. If I knew that we were going to get that little for that price then I would not have ordered it in the first place.
pizza touched by naked hands, cheating in recipe
I am complaining about bad service, using naked hands on pizza and cheating on backing process at Umar Bin Abdulaziz branch road, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
I ordered one large cheese pizza with black olives only and a chicken fajita.
The backer forgot to put olives on the pizza and when placing in the box, the other guy realised that olives are missing.
Then asked to wait some more time as olives were missed. I thought they will bake another Pizza with olives. But, here is how they cheated me...
The guy (who took my order) just placed olives in the oven and heated them in a bowl, then the guy used his naked hands to pick olives from bowl and placed on previously backed pizza, he was pressing olives by his naked fingers inside the cheese... this is cheating to me as they didn't followed recipe to bake all ingredients at once and try to make up my order, and used his naked hands touching my food for my kids...
I am looking forward to have your strong action against 2 defaulters in this incident and penalise them by removing them from business as they are high risk to health of your customers.

I 1st call another near by dominos before calling dominos on 5545Robinson Rd Ext but i was told they store was the only one's that could deliver i order around 11:15pm as my order was being taking i notice it was the manager Chris disguising his voice as i was saying how I'd like my food he would tell the cook i ask whom i was speaking with because im receiving great customer service I'd like to let the store manager know he replied Mr Jackson i ask for the 1st name as well he said it's just Mr. As him & other co'workers laughing in the background finally my pizza arrived his greetings was very unprofessional i said Chris how are you i finally see your face reminding him of a previous accident he & i had i payed with 2 different debit cards the rest in cash which was change in a clear zip lock bag i handed it to Chris he looked at me asking WHAT IS THIS my response my money what you mean sir he said is it the full $12 i said yes would you like to count it or do you take my word standing in my door waiting on my food he act as if he wasn't going to give me the food i was willing 2 help him due to alot of change he said have a good night turning & walking away leaving me standing in the door still with food in hand in a utter shock because im always giving change when my food arrive I've never felt so uncomfortable in a customer service setting due to how im paying im disable & have no job so maybe the change came from my piggybank i feel discriminated as a mother whom was only trying to feed her child after Chris arrived back to the store he called my personal cell phone screaming i was a $1 short before i can say i due apologize asking him is he sure it was a full $1 and not maybe 10cents off i can admit maybe there were a miscalculated counting i was letting him know i thought i maybe added extra change in the bag he told me i should of wrapped cause he didn't have time to count it i replied i never nor do i ever wrap my change & its always accepted he said well i see you have a problem being technical after him yelling at me i told him Chris really a $1 i was about to order another object to allow him to use my debit card to get the $1 but he hung up in my face i most definitely have the right to ask for a full REFUND of my purchase because i feel my food will be tainted with since I'm always complain against this store i don't have to order from anywhere else because workers should take pride in their jobs and treat customers according i just can't believe he wouldn't take my order on the 1st accident because it was 20 or 30 min before closing but can call my phone after closing hours how dare him that's so unprofessional he need a couple days off to think & work on his professional skills because he's a bad asets to the company i don't want a store credit nor free pizza i don't trust them anymore this has accared to many times i want my money & I'll no longer be a dominos pizza customer...i can be contact by email Sharmelk.[protected]@gmail.com cell phone [protected]

I ordered a pizza at about 7:25 pm, they confirmed delivery at 8:30 pm. I didn't receive it on time and called them. The guy said they were having technical problems, but right now my order judging by his words was about to leave the store. I never got my order. Because it wasn't confirmed. and when I called back again, their service and the store itself were already closed. What kind of service is that? If you have issues like that then just make an effort and call your customers. Now I have to wait for my refund to come and on that note, I'm sure I'm done with Domino's forever.

I called the Dominos on S Tryon in Charlotte and ordered chicken alfredo. I also ordered Garlic Twist and Cinnamon Twists. When the ordered arrived it was missing the garlic twists and cinnamon twists. I called to find out that they didn't take my order correctly and the gentleman on the phone acted like he could care less. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy tried to stall so I would change my mind but demanded to speak to the manager. The manager indicated that the order would be replaced. The replacement ordered arrived, and you guest it, no garlic bread or cinnamon twists but I did get the chicken alfredo once again. I didn't even waste the time to call back. It was obvious no one cared enough to listen
