I am standing in your store from 20 min and still they are not ready to take my order they are busy in the calls and telling me to wait for a while and there while is not finished in 20 min also then they have take my order and i was standing for another 15 min and then also they where telling i have placed the order but not yet punched and not even calling the manager to talk whats the problem is and then again they starred they dont have change of 2000 and it takes me 1 hour to take an order.
food quality, customer service or lack thereof
I ordered two philly cheese steak sandwiches this evening from store # 115 (Marconi Avenue ) in Sacramento Ca ( 9/7/17) They arrived within the prescribed period of time . It went to hell from there. Upon opening the boxes and then the sandwiches there was nothing but charred cheese (the American, particularly, who's blackness was draped over the edges and the "steak" was more like [censored]! In hindsight I wish I'd taken a photo, [censored]! We were starving and picked off all of the burnt crap- basically leaving a provolone and mushroom sandwich. I'm a business owner- I would NEVER allow a product to go out like that! Anyone that would send it would be terminated immediately if there wasn't a REALLY good excuse, ie robbery in progress! I did call the store and ask for the manager who answered and referred to himself as "jevan' or something similar. His response was to send me more sandwiches, which I do appreciate. I simply wished that he could give me the address to send a complaint, which he said he did not have..."try corporatedominos " I guess ". There was no number evident on the store's website. I've been lamenting the loss of my local Pappa Johns for the last year and have given Dominos a very fair shot at taking it's place. So far Roundtable is looking like the winner...even though their pricey. I'd rather pay more and get what I ordered... I strongly suspect this complaint will be ignored, but will continue to hope.
late order and manager made excuses
Last week I ordered 2 pizzas and chicken wings at 9:30pm, the cashier advised that the order would arrive to my house in 45 min. After waiting for over 2 hours I fell asleep to be awaken by a knock at the door at 11:50pm. I then called the store to ask why was it 2 hrs late. To be advised by the manager that I did not even pay for the pizza yet so there is nothing she could do. Her name was Renee. So I told her should she first sympathize with the customer at that point she hung up on me. I called back and asked for the GM number and she told me she does not know, call the 1800 number. As she hung up once more. This made me feel like I do not want to do business with them again.

I was at work, at 5pm I called my mom to see if it was delivered and she said no. I called the store and they gave me an excuse that they we sorry but it would be delivered until 6 because they had a big order, so I ask them if I can pick it up and he said yes he could have it ready at 515 and he told me that he was going to give me credit and he did not. When I got there it look like nobody was there, I took a picture and then it took then 5 minutes to actknowlege me, bad service, never had a problem before

Just want to give a complaint about this store because my order was completely wrong. I ordered wings well done and got undone chicken and all were drums. Second I called back to change my order which I did. The new order ended up being horrible as well.which was the specialty chicken. The delivery driver gave me an attitude after I gave her a 5$ tip.

It took over and hour to be delivered. My Dominos Tracker said Delivery
Time would be approximately 20-30 minutes. My work location is literally less than three miles away...
I called to check on the delivery status and was told that Driver was on his way.
I called back and asked to speak with the Store Manager who said that there were two deliveries mine included on the same route using same driver...
I don't understand...One driver? Multiple Deliveries? Store Manager claimed that the other delivery order was placed the night before and therefore they were delivered first ? Then why have the Domino's Tracker predict 20-30 Minutes. He told me if I need it delivered on Time for a meeting then to order it the night before...Lame...Really Lame...

On September 5th, 2017 I placed an order online for 2 medium pizzas. I followed the tracker it was suppose to be delivered already it said I received it, but I hadn't. I called the store [protected]. I have ordered from this same store multiple times in the past. The person who answered forgot name but it was a male. I was already upset because I have 2 kids and they needed to eat and the only reason I was ordering this night from domino's was because I only had a gift card to pay for anything. I was told first are you sure you called the right store, and I said yes I ordered from you guys several times in the past. After verifying my info He then said that they knocked on my door no one answered. I told him that no one has came to my door. My kids were waiting so that would be impossible. He then said they called but I have no missed calls. I told him that then verified the number. He said it was wrote down wrong. Then he offered a solution that I could come get it or get store credit and no food (which was not possible with my kids hungry) or they could deliver it but it would be awhile. I told him I needed it delivered the other two were not an option for me. Then the phone call ended. I received a call from the driver my phone rang at 8:58 the driver could not find my house which is big and white and on a corner. Although it is raining outside. I was disappointed with the person handling the situation at the store. He seemed to not care that it had even happened and not a big deal. My kids enjoy domino's and its a treat when we can get and was relieved that I had a gift card for dinner, but this was a little stressful because money tight and I didn't have options for tonight dinner. I ordered my pizza and sandwich at 6:10 it is now 8:36 and its still not here. I called the forest hills store and got nothing but rude service mind u it's been 2hrs plus I asked to speak with the manager and they just kept telling me the response time is wrong and it takes 2hrs to deliver. Really cause it never took this long before. This is ridiculous and someone needs to really get this store in order first they take forever 4th enter messed the orders up and don't get me started on these work being polite goes along way oh by the way I still don't have my food.

I called Dominos on 9.4.2017 @12:04pm to place an order for delivery, I spoke with a young man to place the order the first time I called. I order Medium Pizza with two toppings and Chicken Pasta bowel with Extra Chicken and Becan. My order came up to $17.87.
I received call at 1:02pm to tell my order was down stairs in front of my home (1396 Herkimer Street, Brooklyn, NY 11233). When I got down stairs to the driver, inform me that he only was given the Ticket but no the food on the ticket. He inform me I needed to contact the store to resolve the matter. So at 1:15pm I called the store and ask about our order not being delivery. I didnt get a real answer and ask to speak with a Manager, The woman on the phone told me she was the manager and that the driver was given the ticket and forgot the pick up the food. she inform me that my order was going out with 5 minute from hanging up the phone with me at 1:20pm.
So I waited until 1:45pm to call the store back and ask what was the status. I was told that order hasn't gone out. The order left by the first driver was cold and they were making a fresh order at 1:45pm. I ask why no one called me to let me know that order was going to be another hour or so. The manager on duty told me that she had a number of orders and she was short staff that they were only her and two other employees working.
Well sad to say that my order didnt get to me till 2:45pm cold and I refuse to take and pay for that order. I live 10 minutes away from the store and it took 2 hrs and 45 minutes to get a order... That was horrible services.

So on Sept 4, 2017 at 8:14pm I made a online order of a medium pizza and a 8pc wings from my local dominos in Downey Ca. I received an email stating it should take 33-44 min to get my order delivered it took almost 2hrs the driver did not get to my door until 9:50pm.Before he arrived i called the dominos and ask to speak to a manager her name is Jackie they put me on hold for about 10 min until she came to the phone I told her I had been waiting for my pizza for almost an hour and half she was really rude and said they were really busy and the driver had to deliver 4 other orders and I had to wait because she didn't know what time he was gonna deliver my order at no point she apologized. I told her to cancel my order because the pizza was gonna be cold by time it got here she was like well? I asked for her name she hesitated a bit to give it to me.Finally the driver got to my door at 9:50 pm I told him I had cancel my order that I was sorry but it was too late I told him I called the dominos and spoke to a rude manager he said no one called to him to let him know the order had been cancel and that one of his other orders had been canceled as well because it was a very long wait . I always order from here won't be doing that ever again!

Monday 9/4/27: I ordered from our one local store here in Nipomo, CA through the website. We are regular customers and were very disappointed with the way things were handled. We ordered the same thing we always order light cheese extra tomato sauce. We got our order without the coke we ordered and it was with very little sauce well over an hour later. The driver complained about being over worked and apologized and said he would go get our soda. I called the store and spoke to a very frustrated sounding employee who said they would make a new one. I told her no it would be too late to eat it but asked if she could send sauce back with the driver. She said she would. Driver showed up...no sauce...I understand being busy and overworked, we are all sometimes, but this sort of thing has been happening a little too much lately.
incomplete order
I placed an order and did not receive my order complete. When I called to inform them the manager told me he wold get it out to me as soon as possible... I called back a hour later and the same manager told me he completely forgot to send the driver. That it would be about 1-1/2 later. Springdale, AR. Location. This has happened about 4 times already.

No cheese on half side of pepperoni pizza and. Also pizza crust was burnt on bottom. The manager was rude and hung up on me people do not have to deal with employees like this and when you pay for a pizza you expect good good.so it seems someone needs to correct this problem and soon. I had to call this order in to get delivery to the house I was at so I was unable to select the 6$ mix and match deal online. When I called my order in I specifically confirmed I was getting the 6$ mix and match deal, when he said the total on the phone for my two med pizzas and chicken it sounded like $24 which sounded right and it was $34.notCool
2 wrong bases
Orderd a phone order at aprox 2.40 name chris on 4.9.17 at westlakes Adelaide aus. We orderd 2 thin creme base pizzas and got 2 classics we had to catch bus back and ate 3 pieces on way back and he refused to replace with thin bases we had the classic pizzas with us to replace. Worst cusromer service ever in the end took 1.5 hrs... the photo is from my previous experience with westlakes store.. port adel store is always good

So it's my 18th birthday and I ordered 40 wings a medium pizza a large pizza cinnamon sticks and garlic sticks totaled at about 85 something my mom had a 100$ bill and gave it for the pizza. the delivery driver manager started complaining about the 100 dollar bill when you only had to give 15 bucks back? She started being nasty and rude we got our food but my mom tossed change at the driver only because of how rude she was to my mom and at my party. we are very very frequent customers are highly disappointed

On Sept. 1st, at 7:40pm we ordered pizza from Domino's Pizza (Domino's Store (3956): 352 Anderson Ave Cliffside Park NJ 07010 | [protected]) to be delivered at 9:30pm. As the order was not delivered, we checked the domino's tracker on line and it said they only started making pizza at 9:45pm. At 10:00pm I called the store and was told that they had some technical issues. Unfortunately, no one called us before to apologize and to ask if we wanted to cancel the order. At 10:45 the pizza was not yet delivered. As our children already fell asleep tired of waiting, I called again to cancel the order that didn't come after more than one hour of agreed time but no one picked up the phone at the store. Feeling very disappointed and upset with the service.

Upon walking in the store the cashier was rude and served a customer who walked in after me. Secondly when I notified her of my concern she ignored me and asked someone else to take my order. Typically I have my order delivered but today was the first time I walked in because I was excited about the store upgrades. After placing my order the second cashier voided my order causing money to be withdrawn from my account. I asked to speak with the manager about solutions to resolve this concern he stated there's nothing I can do the bank has 30 days to resolve the void. I was truly displeased with the customer service and sad to say my experience in the store with the upgrade was disappointing due to the interaction.
