They are not the same, today I bought a carton looked the same until you open a pack, the are disgusting, they look different, taste different and now I'm stuck with them as the store won't take them back, I live on a fixed income and can't buy another carton. I want a refund and my regular 305s Gold the way they were. They should have at least say on the carton new and disgusting

I agree! It taste cheap and not full flavor. It looks like a Frankenstein cigar. It looks like you used scraps of other cigarettes and just threw them together. WTF!

My dad and I have smoked these for years. My dad is a carton plus a week smoker. A pack usually last Me 3 days. I live in a non-smoking place and also am trying to quit.. Box would read Manufactured Dorsal Tobacco and TP-FL-762. Now says Distrib Dorsal TP-NC-10533. The filter is now a different color than the cigarette. They burn so fast. They stink and they taste terrible now.

I heard one of their factories caught on fire and they are now buying the cigars from another company to keep afloat until this can be resolved but they shoulda told us cuz I might not have changed brands. Bad move.

I have been buying these cigars from your company for years, the new carton I got the first packed I opened first thing I noticed was that the filter and was changed from the normal brown wrapping to like a light brown almost orangey color, upon smoking these cigars noticed that the tobacco was completely different and it's just horrible, taste nothing like the original product I have been buying ! now what am I supposed to do with the whole carton? Same thing with mine. I did notice the "bad" ones are from a different location. TP NC 15033

305 100 light cigars
I've been smoking 305 light 100 cigars for about a year now and I do like them. I went to my local store and bought a carton this week. When I opened the first pack I noticed the filter paper was lighter gold and they didn't taste the same I even opened a the secondl pack and tried smoking some of them but I did not like them. Maybe there was a problem at the factory and they put the wrong filters on the cigars but I am unhappy and would like to trade them in on a good carton. It seems like no one at the store I went to the new what to do here in Gainesville Florida

They intentionally changed the filter, I literally called and spoke at great length, These cigars now burn twice as fast maybe even 3 times as fast! It's NOW PURE POISON

I'm writing to complain about 305 100 Purple Regular Flavor Cigarettes I've enjoyed using your product in the past but when I bought my last carton. Just about everyone one of the cigarettes in the carton the filter pulled apart from the tobacco as if they were not glued I guess. Never seen this happen before in my life. Very irritating but I could not return because I didn't have a receipt.

Found a feather inside one of my cigarettes. Disgusting. As I was emptying the tobacco out of the cigarette. As I have done for 6 years of using these cigarettes. To think a feather of some bird is inside one of my cigarettes makes me ponder about the quality that is in these smokes. Bad enough as it is to smoke them to then have to think you may be smoking more then what you bargained for!

Why are your cigarettes going out so fast. It's like if you don't take a drag every 10 or 15 seconds you have to relight it. When I smoke one cigarette I have to relight it at least four times. This is getting a little aggravating and it's making me want to switch back to Marlboro because at least they stay lit for longer periods of time. This has just started happening maybe about a month or so ago. I switched to these because they taste much better and they are more affordable but now its becoming an Inconvenient when you have to take light it after every drag. And I smoke a cigarette pretty fast but this is starting to make me want to switch and I'm not the only one I know a few other people who are getting very irritated with the same thing.

Over the past months I buy about four packs of cigarettes at a time I have found that the paper around the filter to the tobacco has an opening in it I've had to throw away quite a few cigarettes because there isn't enough glue or the papers applied poorly. As cigarettes are so expensive I would like to bring this problem to your attention so that it can be rectified I'm not satisfied having to throw away anywhere from four to five cigarettes per pack.

I've been buying these packs for years, recently bought a carton and they were absolutely not same as I'm used to. Thought it was just a mistake, bought another carton and they're same, I complained and was told to send what I had back. I returned 5 packs and received useless coupons to replace what I returned. Nobody takes these, can't use them against buying a carton and if you can use them on single packs it's gonna cost more than what was returned. I tried emailing customer service again but just get totally ignored. I was told there's no change but judging by complaints online many others have found same problem and also being ignored. What kind of customer service is that!

For years I have purchased a carton of 305 menthol gold 100's on a weekly basis. Two weeks ago I did the same. Opened the first pack, it was a white cigarette, lite it, it tasted stale. After looking at it more closely, I noticed it had a green ring at the filter line. Tried to take the 9 unopened packs back to the store. They could not take then back. So, I was out $40.00. I bought a couple of loose packs, which were fine. I did that for the rest of that week. The following week, went to buy another carton. And once again, got stuck with a carton of mislabeled and packaged cigarettes.
I have tried to call, your voicemail box is filled. I have emailed, but have not received a reply.
Perhaps, my next step is to call Tallahassee and report the problem to the State.
I, in good faith, feel that I should be compensated for my $80.00 and also get the assurance that the problem is being rectified.
By ignoring the complaints is not helping your company.

Been smoking 305 menthol gold for 15 years now, recently the cigarettes have changed they now have a green band around the filter instead of a gold band. The green band cigarettes taste horrible! purchased a pack of 305 Menthol Golds 100 like i have for years. They are white with a small gold ban. Today my pack taste wierd and I noticed the ban was green. I went back to the store and the clerk would not exchange them for another pack because i opened them. As I explained to the clerk that the pack conrained full menthol ciggaretts, she still refused to exchange it. I have enclosed a picture to show you and hope you will make it right. Same pack different smokes.
Yep, I also bought two cartons and they are full strength, they taste awful. I wrote and complained and was told to send what I had back. I sent 5 packs, in return they sent me 10 $2 coupons which are virtually useless. I buy cartons, can’t even use one coupon on a carton. Buy single packs and it costs more replacing what was returned. I contacted customer service again and I’ve been completely ignored. Company sucks, cigs suck, time to change brand.
Same here for weeks now and I'm tired of searching for different stores hoping for a better outcome. This is absolutely the worst! I have noticed tho that the green trim cigarettes have a double set of numbers at the bottom and the gold trim only has one.. Thanks 305 for playing games and having cashiers annoyed because I have them sifting around to find the right ones!

Bought a carton and all of them have the filter papers not properly cut, they are an eight of an inch longer than the filter and the tip of the cigarettes are smashed like they have been previously packed and bent. All of the 10 packs are like that. Ridiculous. The also taste staple Lord knows how old they are and I dont understand why because they were sealed. Quality control did not exhist on these consecutive 10 packs. And there's no refund on tobacco. So who do I talk to?

Its hit or miss i have been buying 305 Menthol Golds from my local race track store and thought something was off, they tasted stale, went to another store baught the same cigarettes and the cigarettes themselves were green around the dilter and the other backs were gold. Its like someone is putting in the wrong cigarettes in the packs. This has not happened once this has happened numerous times from different race track locations.

305 Carton of Cigarettes
I purchased a Carton of 305 full flavor 100's Box and every pack I opened had the same issue: When I pulled the cigarette from the 1st pack it disengaged from the filter as did the rest of the 19 in the pack and this was the case with all 10 packs. I went back to the Establishment, which was a Gate Gas Station in Jacksonville FL where I purchased the carton from and they told me that they could not take them back or exchange the Carton. I had to tape every cigarette which I was not very happy to have to do but at $40.00 per Carton I was not just going to throw them away.
