June the of 2024 I redeemed my codes and I selected the $20.00 visa card and I didn’t realize that it was a virtual card. I have no knowledge on how to retrieve the information to use the card I called twice and have been waiting on someone to return my call I would greatly appreciate the matter taking care of or put the points back on my account.

I’ve tried logging in several times and each time I’m asked to watch for an email so I can verify mine to continue on to the website which I cannot do because they never send the email. I’ve called and after entering in the information necessary to get to the department I’m looking for, it rings once…then nothing. It shows by the seconds into minutes it shows that I’ve bee on the phone but I waited for 15 mi utes with no sound. No nothing. Just the time passing away

I redeemed 29,000 of my marlboro rewards points on. $50 cabelas girt card which I have never received. I've gotten so many different answers to where and why haven't I received my gift cars. Some of the replies they have given me are:
It has shipped, we are currently out of stock on this item, this item is no longer available. So yeah thus has been a year and I still have not received my gift card or my rewards points back.

I was sent an email back in June of 2023 that I had one a $200 Visa gift card. I was told for the last 7 months that I was going to be receiving it. I have never received it. I have made several phone calls. I have sent multiple emails. No one is getting back with me. I have talked to a few people who keep saying that I am going to be receiving it on such and such day but I have not

I was informed by Marlboro through email in June 2023 that I had won a $200 Visa gift card. I am still waiting for it and it is now January 2024. I have called multiple and multiple times and I have emailed even more multiple times. I was getting responses back in June July August and they were telling me different stories that I was going to be receiving it. And now the emails I am sending I am getting absolutely no response whatsoever.

I age bought mutiple pack of cigarettes from the same gas station they all have holes in them at the very top of the cigarette right above them m in marlboro it makes it in smokable and I have to trash the pack beacuse I can not smoke them they aren’t cheap and this is not a good thing for me at all and I would like this issue took care of or I will be switching brands

While traveling through Arkansas, I stopped at the Walmart in McGehee on 09/25/2023 and bought 6 packs of Marlboro 83's. It unfortunately was after I had left the state that I realized that the packs I bought was several years old. 5 of the packs had a date of 2021 with a code of R160 Z14A3 and one pack that had a date of 2019, with a code of D158 Y92B4. To say that they are well past being stale and are unsmokable is an understatement! The taste was so terrible that I thought that I had a cold until I checked the date. There is no way that this should be allowed, especially at the current prices!
Desired outcome: An explanation of how cigarettes that are several years old are allowed to be sold.

Firstly I Must say that have been Enjoying the Marlboro Brand for Years, so thank you for that.
I am from South Africa and Like I Mentioned I have been Smoking Marlboro Cigarettes for a While, but lately it feels to me that we are getting bad Quality Cigarettes in South Africa.
I used to Smoke Marlboro Filter, then Moved to Marlboro Gold. And now I'm Smoking Marlboro Blue Beyond.In every Pack I've Bought from Different stores in the last three months, there always seems to be some kind of Problem. Either the Menthol Ball has been popped already or it Burns very Badly with thick Pieces inside.
I hate to Complain, but I would really like to see the Quality go Back to What it Used to be. I hope you guys can fix the Problem.

$200 Visa card reward has never been received
I have been waiting since June for my $200 Visa card reward. I don't have any other dates other is when I received my original email that I won it. And I received another email that at the end of August they would all be sent out. I received an email that all of those cards will be going out at the end of August this year. And now we are into the first half of September and I still haven't received it. Someone needs to get back with me ASAP

My husband bought a pack of Marlboro light 100’s at our local TownPump this morning 09/12/23. I light one and it put a powdery substance on my tongue and it was hard to take a drag off it. I collected points for months. Put in for my $50 Visa gift card. I never received it. I contacted them 3 times. I kept getting told it just hadn't arrived yet. They said it was mailed on July 10, 2023. It is not September 5, 2023, and it still has not arrived. I told them it may have been stolen by my stalker. They said it just had not arrived. I asked for a tracking number, they said none was available. I can't believe they would not track a $50 item. They are in no way helping me and do not seem to take me seriously. I have received items from them in the past and none has ever taken this long.
Desired outcome: I want my $50 Visa and credit for all the time wasted and being blown off.
Marlboro gold fine cut tobacco
at 12:30 on 03/09/2023 I was rolling a cigarette with your tobacco product when I came across a stick (larger than a strand of tobacco and approx. half a pack of Wrigley's in size.
Had I not noticed this and put the stick inside my cigarette I'm unsure of what would have happened, however as I caught it I immediately thought that there must have been an issue with quality control.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response and maybe some extra tobacco .. I dno what you want from me here .. I dont really make demands

In June of 2023 i entered into the Marlboro " Answer the call" sweepstakes. On June 5, 2023 I Received an email saying I had won the $1000 Cash prize in the sweepstakes. A couple days later I received a email asking me to fill out paperwork and tax forms for the $1000 I had won. I filled out all required paperwork and then waited. It has been almost 3 months and still nothing. I called customer service many times and all I get is the standard you have to wait 10 weeks for prizes to be sent out. It has been 10 weeks and still nothing! I would like to receive what I was assured I would get by Marlboro for winning the sweepstakes!

Yes I've been an avid Marlboro smoker for going over 20 years now I've been keeping your guys's miles and codes and getting stuff that you guys offer on your catalog. I use their website to input cigarette tops for their rewards program. I have not been able to do so for the last 5 days. I called cust. support and she told me to input by text with my cellphone. That takes forever.
Also, when I attempted to call them, I was forwarded to a yacky young woman trying to sell me a senior emergency panic button. I hung up and got her again. I waited and called one more time and finally got thru to a Marlboro cust. rep. I don't appreciate being harrassed by a person insisting I buy something I don't need.
