I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the hair treatment plan I enrolled in on 30 April 2026 at your clinic.
Initially, during the first 10 days of taking the prescribed medicines, I noticed slight improvement such as reduced hair fall. However, after starting the treatment procedures and continuing the medications, my hair condition progressively worsened instead of improving. Despite regularly following the prescribed treatment and medications, I have not experienced the expected results.
In addition to this, I started experiencing severe dry cough issues shortly after beginning the medicines prescribed by your clinic. I have tried different cough syrups and medications, but the cough has continued persistently. I have also observed that whenever I stop taking the prescribed medicines, the cough significantly improves, which raises concern that the medication may not be suiting me.
Due to the worsening hair condition and ongoing health discomfort, I do not feel comfortable continuing with the treatment procedures further. At this point, I may only be able to continue with medicines if an alternative can be provided that does not trigger the cough issue.
Since I am unable to continue the treatment that was enrolled for 12 months and have not received satisfactory results, I kindly request you to review my case and process a refund for the remaining treatment amount at the earliest possible opportunity.
