I placed a trial order with this company, the same time I placed an order with two other sites. The order coming from across country arrived before I even received a response to my email from dreamland! It took 7 days before I even received an email from them in response to my request for status on the order. And the email I received was to inform me that one of the items on my order was out of stock! The order finally arrived 7 days later. 14 days to receive my order. By the way, I am in a neighboring state. Yes, you heard right. Calling them on phone was a nightmare. It took forever to get a live person, and each person I spoke to sounded like they were reading a script and none could tell me whether my order had left, or what the status was. They claimed that it takes 2-5 days for shipping. And supposedly that meant 2-5 days before goods are prepared for shipping. Bs!
To add insult to injury, I used a promo code for free shipping and still got charged for shipping! I kept emailing them to clarify and was just given excuses about the order with the missing item was too small to qualify for the promo code when there was no stipulation about order size when I received the promo code.
Will never buy from them again!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I also have never had a problem or always arrived on time and usual in a box...it's costume jewelry folks and it is enexpensive...love all my rings I have ordered.
I have never had a problem with dream land (knock on wood) my rings have always been delivered way before I expected them. They are always beautiful..folks it is costume jewelry and very inexpensive. I love the site!
i have bought from them several times. a very good company. extremely good prices and no complaints. if for some reason something was out of stock after i've ordered it, they have notified me and shipped the product as soon as it was available again or offered to refund my money. i've always chosen to wait for my product though because the wait time was within reasonable time.
I have ordered from Dreamland a handful of times. The first few orders were from their promotions for the free item, just had to pay shippijng. Got them right away. Quality is great! I have ordered and paid for items a few times and same thing. Got the items within the time frame they stated, and they were great quality. I'm going to order some things for Christmas from them. Sometimes things happen. No one is perfect right? Good companies can have things happen. It's just a part of life.
This company has always given me excellent service. I usually get my order within a week. Onece I forgot my promo code. I emailed the company and they immediately added it to my order. I love the jewelry and the company.
I have ordered 3 small charms, a box chain, 3 rings, and have received at least 4 free items, in the span of 2 years (I do not wear a lot of jewelry)... I have received everything in no longer than 5 days after ordering. all that I have is still in good condition, I wear them all of the time. I just purchased a silver band ring with the "you are my sunshine" logo printed on it, it is easily read, it is a slim band. I respect and appreciate dreamland jewelry, and can trust the quality of everything I have received from them... a trust that has been earned here, I would even purchase gifts for someone special, or refer people to this site... and I do not have a long list to choose from. I do not know what to think of these negative comments, but before checking out dreamland today (for another ring and charm, pendent) I saw these bad comments, and decided to look into it... before shopping. I do not voice my opinion on anything, unless it affects me in some way. i'm going to shop now... xo. p.s., I 'm relying on this site to sell me quality products, no matter how small. thank you!
I just made my first order with them so I will see soon if they are yukky or not for me however you do have to remember they make these orders and may have several orders going at one time, but everyone has their right to say how they feel, and I am sorry those that have complained ended up being disappointed!
I am a regular consumer with Dreamland and I have had no issues with them. However, I can understand the frustration when it coms to shipping and getting an ETA for your order but that is something that just happens every now and then with ANY website. Your one bad experience has no bearing on the quality of the store and its items. This store is wonderful and affordable as well. I have yet to have a bad experience with them but I can assure you, i won't be here complaining about it. ### happens.
I have ordered 3 beautiful rings from dlj, one that I actually just picked up last night and am wearing. I have had ni issues at all with them I even had to exchange the first too because I ordered the wrong size. Maybe their site has changed because I think it's a great site for resonably priced great quality jewlery, my mom has also ordered from them with no issues.
i've ordered from dreamland jewellery 4 rings. i live in bc, canada. i was pleasantly surprised by their jewellery and would order from them again. the items arrived quite quickly as well.
I am very surprise to hear about the bad experience that some of you have been having with this company. I have ordered a total of 5 rings from this company and I haven't had not one bad experience with them at all. The rings that I have been ordering come right on schedule. I am sorry to hear about the bad experience some of you been having. I sure hope for the one's who have been having issues with dreamland get there problem resolved real soon

I just need to exchange a ring for a bigger size. I have written 3 emails and no response. I just wanted a return label. Why has no one returned my inquiry
I purchased a size 9 wedding band. There is no possible way that it's a 9. My daughter wears a 7 1/2, and it's tight on her! Trying to speak with a person is impossible, it's all automated. Plus we pay shipping and now have to pay for it to be sent back? When clearly the sizing is off? This is ridiculous.
You're right, I also had a bad experience with Dreamland Jewelry, they sent a completely different product to me, and it was very difficult to contact support. Now I order a necklace with skulls only on this site https://www.bikerringshop.com/collections/skull-necklaces I had no problems with them.
I have been ordering from Dreamland for many, many years, and not once have I had an issue with them. All of their stuff is good quality, comes within 3 to 5 days, always in their blue signature box, and I still have most all the pieces I've ordered, probably 40 to 50 items! All can be worn in the shower, to bed, and continually without taking off and no color changes or issues like many other places, and good prices! I can't believe there are that many people that have had issues with them, or they got the wrong site? I love dreamland and will continue to order as long as they are around!
I also have used Dreamland for many, many years. I've NEVER had one thing to complain about. I love the service, prices as well as the quality of all the items I've ever purchased from them.
