Unauthorized Charge to Credit Card - apparently unauthorized renewal of spyware package purchased about a year ago. NO contact from the company requesting renewal authorization! "Disputed Charge" case opened with credit card company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

You just took a payment from my credit card without authorization from me. I do like your product, but I don't like you taking out payments without asking me first. I'm 71 years old and disabled so money is tight. Because you didn't request or ask if I wanted to keep your product is wrong I really like your spy removal, but not without you asking if I still want it. Because of this I no longer want you or your program. All you had to do was ask me if I wanted to keep this program and I would have OKed it but because of this I don't trust you anymore so please return my money and discontinue my membership.
