I purchased the “10 hour Driving Lesson Pack - Students” for £325 on the 23rd of November. I received confirmation of my payment being taken in the form of an email on the 24th of November. I didn’t receive any option to book lesson dates and times upon check-out and they said they would be in contact after purchase to arrange the lessons. I made two separate enquiries on the website’s contact form asking when I would be able to book my lessons - on the website it states that you will be contacted within 2 hours of submitting the form which didn’t happen upon both occasions. I tried calling them and the phone went straight to answerphone. I received an email from them on Sunday the 26th stating the following: “ Can I take your address please as tomorrow I will be a let to arrange an instructor for you?” I responded promptly giving my address, (which they already have because I had to use it to check out when buying the lesson pack on the website.) I made another enquiry on the website and nothing came of it. I emailed again on Wednesday the 29th asking for an update on them finding me a driving instructor as I haven’t had any communication back from them at all since their email that was sent on Sunday. I have tried calling 4 times and every time the phone ends and goes straight to answer phone. This is extremely poor service especially for the price that I have paid them. I’m unsure as what to do as there are no other ways of contacting them/ getting through to them.

Desired outcome: I would like some communication back as to what my options are with regards to an instructor and lessons. Or I would like the £325 to please be refunded as I have received no service or communication.
