Terrible management, they try to push to make one more test
Im not satisfied of the system, I try to pass my mock up test, extra levels, and system was stack all the time, it took long time to pass test again, after that I called to book my knowledge test, and assistant told me, you can't pass, you need to make 7 levels (350) questions from beginning. Irregular classes, unprofessional instructors, worst management
Hi there,
al Ahli driving school is worst school in UAE management, schedule, classes, instructors, everything. if they cannot manage, control, fulfill the requirements of students, if they cannot provide on time classes as per student’s schedule, then better they should shut their business, in every stage till final RTA test they wasted my around 60 days, I wasted such a long time, especially in UAE where every minute has value.
2 times I made my learning permit renewal.
I will not refer any student to visit this school.
Unprofessional Assessor
Dear Al Ahli, I would like to complaint about your assessor her name is Fauziah. She is very unprofessional because she is very rude. When she do assesment with student she is very rude. The way she talk make the student stress and depress. Even we doing good she will say bad because maybe she don't like the student. It's very bad put personal felling for the assesment test. Attitude is very important.

driving assessment
First of all would need information on the speed regulation. If it's a 40km road is it MANDATORY not to go in a lesser speed than 40? On an assessment today the assessment instructor advised me that if it is a 40km road you should never go less than 40 instead above that. I never learnt of such thing from anyone yet. Everyone one who drives say that you should never exceed the speed limit.
Is this the quality of al ahli driving instructors are? If yes then I should 're think of continuing here where I get wrong learning advises on driving.
the internal egyptian male examiner
Dear Al AHli,
I am so frustrated with the unprofessionalism of your Egyptian male internal examiner.
He was so busy using his whatsapp during my exam, and he will only instruct last minute because he is so busy messaging someone on his whatsapp.
Is that acceptable? Is he even serious with his job? Please do something about it, students are not paying for useless and very unprofessional people like him.
Now we need to pay again for exam, can you tell him to focus next time on his job and phone shouldnt be allowed during internal exam. That was my road internal exam and I am really really frustrated!
customer service & money looting
I tried to open the file I think from may 28 till now file not get open for LMV. Before 3 years I got motorbike license from Al Ahli driving center at that time customer service it's ok,
now I experienced very very bad customer service when ever I calling marketing department always busy if they answered they keep say I will call you over and over enough of hearing. Hence it's took too long and didn't get file open due to that reason I request refund on yesterday they said very rudely NOO REFUNDS! The Customer service supervisor Whel don't know how to treat the customer and doesn't have sense. Specially need fire this Whel from the company My worst nightmare and today they said will give refund but we will charge 420AED without doing anything just stealing my hardly earned money.
They don't have any terms and condition according to this these all are hidden terms.

transportation charges
I booked for pickup and drop services for my driving classes. Initially i was told AED350 where as in my account i was charges AED450. 7 days prior to commencing my driving classes I was told that first day i will have to come on my own so i asked them to cancel the pick and drop as Taxi was more convenient. Al AHLI driving school refused to cancel my pickup drop. I had made all the payment for my driving classes but had not paid till that time for the pick and drop but they threatened me that they will not give me driving classes and forced me to take pick and drop service. The pick and drop was 2 times costlier than taxi.

driving classes
Hi,
I have started driving classes on AlAhli Driving Center, AlQuoz, Dubai. The problem is, If we have training class for one hour(2classes), most of the instructors starts class late by 5to10 minutes and finishes class before 10 minutes of the scheduled time. We have paid for each class and if we do not utilize this completely what is the benefit? Moreover, the learning lessons are written in the book and the instructor has to record the progress of each lessons in the time sheet given to the candidate. But without completing the lessons, the instructor is writing on the time sheet that even the unlearned lessons are trained by him. When test comes, this candidate cannot do anything. Actually for these things there should be proper controlling system like verifying each instructors' activities in training and evaluate that whether the training has been given properly. Most of the candidates are not ready to complain because they are afraid of like, if another instructor does not give proper training.

Al Ahli Driving School is the worst service provider in UAE with terrible ways of extracting money from students.
I had a two years old Indian driving license which Al Ahli verified and while applying for UAE license, it helped me in reducing the number of classes to 30.
After failing me in Assessment Test multiple times and giving me extra classes for no reason, I went onto RTA final road test which I passed very easily.
Now, after passing the final road test they want me to produce my native country driving license to issue me UAE license. My Indian driving license is in India and there is no way that I can get it now!
If I do not produce the driving license then they want me to pay extra money for the 10 classes which they only had reduced after verifying my license.
This is just a way of extracting money from people, HOW CAN WE GET OUT NATIVE DRIVING LICENSE WHICH IS IN OUR HOME COUNTRY?
And now there is no one at home who can courier it to me, so I guess I will have to suffer silently once again for yet another devious way to extract money from students at Al Ahli Driving School-Dubai.

When I decided to make a driver license, I called Al Ahly driving center because it is the nearest center to my location in ALQUOZ. I called the number which is provided on their website on Thu 23Aug. someone called Ahmed answered me; he was very nice and gave me the requested information. I asked him if there are evening lessons he told me yes, we provide evening lessons.
On Thu 30 Aug, I went to the main office in ALQUOZ to register. Carel is the one who helped me in registration, she informed me that there are no evening lessons and Eman the woman which is setting beside her confirmed the same info. They were complaining a lot from the wrong information which is given by the call center. Eman was very much insisted to let me making a complaint in Ahmed in call center for his wrong information regarding the evening lessons. But I refused to do so.
On the same day, Carel asked for the Emirates Card, I thought that it is the company which is Emirates airline card to give me the discount. I told her that it was at home. She advised me to send it by E-mail to her, and I sent it on the same date as per advice.
On Monday 3Sep. I called them again to check about the training permission; Ahmed the same guy from the call center informed me that it is pending due to incomplete document which is Emirates Card. My question is “why their staff waited until I called on Monday to tell me that there is an incomplete document? Why nobody from their side did not follow up with me to tell me that I sent the wrong document?”. Also, I called many times on that day and I resent the required documents by E-mail on the same day. Mr.Ahmed and Mr. Mohamed from the call center answered me on that day and they assure me that they will get back to me and it did not happen.
On Wednesday 5 September, I called that morning to check for the training permission was done or not, the same guy “Ahmed” answered me and he was very aggressive. He told me that I’m the one who made the mistake and I shouldn’t have registered without the complete documents. And it is not his issue it is customer service issue. Actually I could not understand what is the difference between customer services is and call center in their institute ?.
What was more irritation is I called them many times and cost myself so much phone calls to let anybody transfer me to the manger but they were not answer sometimes and the other time is hanging up the phone in my facee .
On Thu 6 sep i went to take my theory lessons and book my practical lessons. After finishing the first 2 theory lessons, I went as per advice to the counter in room 107 to get my schedule. The employee there told me that no available lessons till end of October, I refused this ### and went directly to their Manger Mrs. Faten, she was very nice to me and she advised the employee to create me a schedule, I took my schedule and went home.
On Sep 12, I called them to remind them with the service which i paid for which is picking up service. Someone Arabic speaker refused aggressively to give me his name, and promised me to get back to me, but he didn't. I called again he the same guy answer me and as well refuse to give me his name and hang up the phone in my face.
So this is the service, which I paid for in AL AHLI DRIVING CENTER.
I strongly do not recommend anybody to go their, they are ###ing ###.

is there any mistake of mine? my time is wasting. institute should arrange my class. why my class is cancelled after 2 weeks without any authentic reason?
Instructor is sleeping
I fully agree with you, Al hali driving center is complete ###. First, they hook the customers through vouchers and then keep failing them through parking test and internal assessment just to make money. On top of my surprise, I had to pay full fee after initial 30 classes but I was not able to get 4 classes together as I registered through voucher. The people are very unprofessional, mostly from Egypt and having no sense of customer service. The customer service in-charge doesn't entertain walk-in customers, you have to take an appointment which is normally not the same day, meaning you have to take another trip and spend your hard earned money in taxi just to register your complaint with manager. My case is still hanging with Alhali since nov 2012 as they have failed me 3 times in internal assessment. I have already completed 56 classes without even taking RTA test. There should be some responsibility in psss/fail to the competencies of the instructors. NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO AL AHLI...stay away with this institute !1
