overpriced leasing a 2011 nissan sentra base model that has a transmission problem.
I only had the car for 5 months and the transmission is already slipping and the mass air flow has a mechanical problem. I can't accelerate normally from 1st gear to 2nd and ongoing the higher. I kept up with the oil changes and transmission fluids. I want to return this vehicle without my credit being affected. Their service is too expensive as well. I don't understand how drivehere is still in business and allowed to sell faulty vehicles to people.
current account payments with drive here vehicle
No higher authority to speak with aside from one unprofessional ignorant manager named Erika. Repoed my vehicle due to past due account that was set on an arrangement to catch up. Would not released my vehicle due to damage waiver payments in which is no longer applicable to the account(since getting advertising stickers on the vehicle). No stated policy on money due to regain vehicle. My appointed account manager stated that the managers agree to release the car when the finance payment is made in full(without the damage waiver payment, which is a scam to begin with) because I no longer am responsible for any damage waiver payments) It was Erikas personal desicion to not release the car. She would not talk, but rather yell than hang up. They took 215.00(to set up the payment arrangement) than came and took the car anyways.
2006 honda pilot
First of all I have purchase my car in February 2017 and from the beginning I have told them the sunroof doesn't work and they told me to come back when I get my first oil change and let them know. So when I came back to get my oil change no one never ask about my sunroof so when I bring it up in June he hey tell me well we don't fix sunroof you have to pay in your own money then when I get my oil change in June 29 2017 they tell me my battery light is on my battery never had a problem till they got my car today... the service is the worst and most of all why would they lie to the customer. I really need to talk to a manager and when I ask to speak to manager the lady said she was the manager but didn't have a clue nothing about my car or what I've been telling her . The people who work here have nasty attitudes and half of them is family so they think they can talk to you how they want cause they family here to back them up

distasteful product and customer service
I called Drivehere.com about the process that I started online. At this point I had high hopes when I looked at the online inventory per the instructions of the customer service rep... Once I arrived for my appointment, I was immediately disgusted as I was promised that the automall location was brand new.
All of the cars looked ran down, dirty, some with the hoods partially opened. Even though we were told by a maintenance worker that half of the cars were there for spare parts, we still proceeded to speak with someone regarding the cars listed online that were no where in sight. The customer service worker was very nice, but that was about it. Other than a few glances at my wife (disrespectful but I remained calm), no one introduced themselves or offered any assistance. Twenty minutes in, I thanked the service worker for the candy that she offered and cancelled my appointment.

Scam company
Drive here is a scam! I am paying $420.00 a month on a 2004 Mitsubishi Galant which is not worth the money! The people that work for this company are so rude and nasty. I will warn anyone to not do business with these people you will regret it in the long run. Once you get into this situation it is extremely hard to get out. I hope and pray this place goes out of business!
I hope and pray this place goes out of business. Lure people in with the $1 down, which they offer you an old bad car with a extremely high payment. Make you pay an extra damage waiver $100 month which is a complete scam. For a 3 year lease, $420 per month than at the end of the 3 years they offer to you pay 2, 000 and up to own the car which will probly be trash before than. The people that work there are ignorant and claim there's no higher authority or customer service number to speak to.
DO NOT Drive Here
On April 29, 2014 I went into Drive Here with high hopes of purchasing a reliable car for myself and two children. I met with a salesman by the name of Devon. After a short discussion about the cars that Drive Here had to offer me the salesman pointed to a 2004 Saturn Ion which he highly recommended. So with good faith, I decided to test drive the 2004 Saturn Ion. While test driving the Saturn Ion I noticed that the coolant light was on which I then pointed out to the salesman who reassured me that the problem could easily be fixed. After pulling back into the lot and inspecting the car I noticed that there were a few other minor issues; the hood handle was broken so we could not properly open the hood to the car and the car was in need of an oil change. I was notified that the car had an open recall on its ignition switch and that it would be taken care of free of charge by GM. After being promised that Drive Here’s Service center would fix any and all of my other complaints I decided to go with the 2004 Saturn Ion. I was told that I was signing a 2 year lease agreement with the option to buy at the end of the contract.
After signing for the vehicle I then made my first appointment with the service center to get the issues fixed with the car as I was promised. After sitting in Drive Here for several hours with my two children I was told that the coolant light was on due to a temp sensor that needed to be replaced. I was then told that they would order the parts for the sensor and the hood handle and that I would be notified when the parts were in. After a week of no phone call I decided to call and check on the status of my car parts just to be told that they would call me when they received the parts. After several phone call and visits to the shop to get the car repaired my request were still ignored. In the month of February 2015 the heat in the car stopped working. I notified Drive Here that the coolant light was still on and that now my car was also beginning to overheat. I was then able to bring the car in for repairs but before I could even drive off the lot I noticed the coolant light was still on and I notified Drive Here once again. The car was taken to Drive Here 3 times during the month of February with no resolution to my coolant light issue.
During the beginning of April 2015, while driving home from work the car began to smoke/ overheat and I noticed a leak in the driveway coming from under the car. I notified Drive Here and was told to bring the car in. After stopping to fuel my tank and replace the coolant fluid, the car would not restart again and I was forced to leave the car at Wawa until Drive Here could get their tow truck driver out to get it. The car stayed parked at Wawa for 3days and after several phone calls with Drive Here I was then told that the tow truck would not service me because I was out of their jurisdiction. I was then notified by the service center to go get the recall fixed before bringing it back to them. After paying for my own tow to GM to get the recall repairs done the car still would not start and was towed to Drive Here for further service. After Drive Here finally repaired the issue I picked up the car and once again the coolant light was still on. I was instructed to drive it a couple miles by Drive Here’s service techs and that the light would eventually go off on its own. At the end of April 2015 I took the car back to Drive Here for a state inspection. At that time not only was the coolant light still on the check engine light had come on as well, but Drive Here let my car pass state inspection regardless of those two very important warning lights being on
In the middle of May 2015 after a long day at work I returned to my car to drive home but the car would not start. I tried getting a jump and after several failed attempts I called Drive Here to ask for a tow and for the car to be serviced. The car sat in the parking lot of my place of work for 2 days before eventually being towed. The next day I was notified that my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. At that time I was stranded in New Jersey with no way to get to the car. I made Drive Here aware that it would take me several hours to take public transportation to get to the car and that I wanted the keys to be left with the customer service center since their repair shop closed at 7:00. After a cab ride, a bus ride, a train ride my fiancée and I finally reached Philadelphia around 7:30 but we still had about a 3-4 mile walk to get to their location. I called Drive Here twice during my walk to let them know where exactly I was and that I was coming to retrieve my car. When I arrived at Drive Here at 8:05 the lights were off, the doors were locked and there was a security guard patrolling. I noticed my car was parked out front and I approached the security guard to try to retrieve my keys. I was then told by the security guard that my car was a repo from New York. I assured the security guard that I had never missed a payment nor did I ever live in New York and that the car was simply there for repairs. After an exchange of words he refused to call his manager/store owner and threatened to shoot my fiancée and I if we stepped foot in the car. My fiancée called the police who arrived quickly and after a long altercation the security guard finally called the store owner who then allowed us to retrieve the car. The following day I was so distraught by the night’s event that my fiancée and I took it upon ourselves to go down to Drive Here and speak with the customer service manager Shantel who in return gave us no comfort or resolution to our ongoing problems with Drive Here.
In June 2015 not only was the check engine light still on, the battery light came on. The car broke down once again. I was able to get a jump to start the car but the power steering went out and the service vehicle light came on. I was told that the car needed an alternator. I was able to get the car over to an auto shop where they then fully charged the battery enough for me to drive it over to Drive Here. When I did park the car at Drive Here it would not start again. I made Drive Here aware that it needed an alternator and I was told the car would be ready in a few hours. I waited several hours before returning to Drive Here to see if my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived there I was told that they were still waiting on a part for the car. While talking to the service reps I noticed that their mechanics were installing a new glass window on the left passenger side of my vehicle. When I asked why I was getting a new glass window I was told two different stories before the Service manager, Juan finally said that they accidentally broke it. After the glass was installed I was told that the car was ready and that I owed Drive Here $40 for a used battery with no warranty. After arguing with the service manager Juan and refusing to pay for a battery that I did not ask for nor agreed to install, I attempted to reach out to the customer service manager Shantel. After the two mangers laughed about breaking my car window the service manger Juan then came up with the idea to then charge me for a $60 diagnostic fee instead of the battery fee. I refused to pay once again because I knew that Drive Here had not resolved the issue at hand. He then told my fiancée to not bring the car back to Drive Here for anymore service issues. After returning to my car and starting the car I noticed the battery light and check engine light were still on which indicated that once again Drive Here did nothing to resolve my issue. I went back in to make the managers aware of the issue but I was once again ignored and forced to drive back home. The following day the car broke down. Drive Here towed it back to their shop and after several attempted phone calls to get the issue resolved I was told that they would call me when the car was ready. It is now July 3, 2015 after 2 weeks of not receiving a phone call from Drive Here I went to check on the car. I was told by the customer service reps that there was no open file on the car and that it had not been serviced. After several failed attempts to work with Drive Here I have concluded that I can no longer afford to continue with my lease.
Sold a lemon and very rude
Purchased a 2005 Kia Sorento in 1/13/13. I put down 2, 000 dollars. The car needed to be jumped when we first test drove it. After we got it home a few days later. I noticed that the interior lights didn't work the remote they gave us didn't work the door locks didn't work the rear windshield wiper didn't work, there was no owner's manual. Every few months the headlights would blow and I had to keep replacing them. Last year the key switch in the steering column broke, now I have 2 separate keys. Also the rear door handles broke off. Then finally this January of 2015, I can't get my car inspected because the rear axle mounts broke, I have to get them welded or the whole rear axle replaced. They were rude when I tried to get some compensation for all the things that were wrong on the vehicle. I can't trade the car in because of all that's wrong with it and I still owe 4500 on it. Plus I have pictures of the broken axle mounts taken by my repair shop.
I reported fraudulent use of my credit card Drive Here or one of its customers - still haven't gotten matter resolved.
s*y cars
This is the worst company ever to deal with. I swear, the service and lack of customer service is beyond f*ing words. For starts I should have kicked my own # for going to them a second time after the "manager" victor con me to come in for a damn car. Listen I bought a f*ing lemon twice from these frauds, who refuses to honor their warrenty commitment. I bought a hyundai from these jokers. Got home and my check engine light came on. I put $4000.00 into a car that was worth 495.00 when I pulled the carfax report. They will call you and call you for the payment, act like the wanna help you then take from your checking account without your permission. I replaced the alternator in the car after having it only a month. I paid for a brand new one, these mutha f*as put a used one in my card then lied about it. They have a bunch of f*ing mexicans working in the garage that are theifs. Don't let me get on the so call manager of service. If I am under warrenty and my engine is having problems, how do you tell me that it cannot be covered. I promise anyone who read this that lives in philly/delaware/nj/and ny, don't buy a f*ing key chain from these stupid sorry sons of b*es!

Horrible Company
My husband and I went to drive here about 3 months ago because our car that we had at the time blew up on us driving home one day. I had to get to work that night and we knew it was going to be a pain trying to get two kids plus a new born on the bus all the time so we went to Drive Here. BIG MISTAKE! .. We got there and were told us that both of our incomes together wasn't enough to lease a car from them. So my husband and I were talking out load about how this place was a joke and we should probably just go because we didn't understand how having two incomes was getting us turned down. Unfortunately my credit isn't the greatest and my husband doesn't have any credit. This was really our only option. We decided to stay and hear what this guy was trying to offer us. He came back to us and asked if we had "more pay stubs that were higher that would help them be able to help us". We gave them three months of pay stubs and told them that that was all of the ones we brought with us. He went to talk to his manager again and came back for the third time and told us that they usually don't do this with people who have bad credit and not what they considered a "high" income but they would take their chances. That should of been a red flag right there. But we were desperate so we stayed. He again went to talk to his boss and came back for the fourth time. He told us there was only a few cars on their lot that we could get because of our credit. ( So it was a little shady that first they tried turning us down and when my husband and I were getting ready to leave he told us "wait let me see what I can do". ) So any way. My husband wasn't getting very good vibes about this place and neither was I honestly. But like I said before this was our only choice really. So the first car that he so kindly picked out for us was a 1999 ford explorer. Firstly, the car looked like ###. Not only was the side of the one door messed up but it was making a horrible sound. He pulled the car up with the radio blaring so we couldn't hear it. I stayed behind while my husband drove it because we had our daughter with us. While he is driving away i'm hearing this aweful sound. We get back in the office and he is trying to talk us into numbers right off the bat. We told him that the car was making noise and that it was excelerating on its own. The guy looked shocked like he couldn't believe that one of their cars was so messed up. (Second red flag). So we told him we didn't think that we were going to go with it because it was to much money for a car that looked like it needed a lot of work done to it from the gate. So he then jumped up out of his seat and said just one second I'll see what else we have. So he tells us to go around the side of the building and look at the 2002 ford escape that was there. We go out start checking everything. The wipers, windows, radio, air, heat ect. all worked. So he came back asked if we liked it and had us test drive it. Everything seemed fine. He kept the price the same as the other suv that we test drove. A little weird but what ever we needed a car. (Let me add in here that the only reason he was showing us cars is because we put down 3000$$ and traded in the car that blew up on us for a 1000$$. So in total gave them 4k for them to even think about letting us look at cars). Previous to this experience I heard good things about this place. Granted it was only from two people. (my fault for not doing my research). But ne way. Every body seemed like they were nice and all but they also just wanted my money because I was getting ready to drop 4k on them. We went with car because we needed one and 300$ a month was something that we were able to go with at the time. So about a week after we had the car the radio started acting up on us. It was like it had a mind of its own. Changing stations with out us telling it too and also the cd player wasn't working any more. It keeps spitting out the cds or flipping threw the radio stations. Not only that the breaks are going. Now this is a car that they told us they just got in and was just inspected by them when they got it. So somebody please tell my why a car that you just got inspected is having break problems already. We don't drive the car far at all and we don't use it every day. WTF! They don't want to do any thing about that of course. Also trying to call them and make payments is a joke. I called (no lie) 6 different numbers to make a payment on the car and every single one of them was out of service. So i said f*** it and stopped calling. I was going to make them call me for the money. Car isn't worth 300 any way. So the next day they call us 100 times while we were at work and left 3 messages on the answering machine an hour or so apart from each other hounding about this money. We are only going on maybe 20 hours from when it was due. When I got home from work they called again. I talked to them and told them what was happening. They made it seem like it was my fault that I couldn't get threw that I wasn't paying attention to the lease agreement close enough to find the number. At this point I was getting extremely pissed off. I told them I got both numbers off of the lease and went online for the other numbers. Still couldn't get threw. He took my payment (of course) and I told him I wanted to change my bank card because we had gotten a new one. He told me he couldn't do it over the phone that he would mail me the paper work. That was going on three weeks ago. Need I say that I'm still waiting on the paper work and for my next payment they charged my old card. The one that I told them that wasn't in use any more that needed to be taken off of the record because it wasn't going to have any money on it. Our payment was due friday (this is our first payment that we are late on) we called and talked to them. Told them our situation and had to beg and plead for them to wait 5 more days to get their money. Not even another month just 5 days and they told us that they can't do that. Once you set the payment schedule you can't break it. Is any body getting a class lawsuit against them? If so please let me know! email me at [protected]@gmail.com I want to get in on it. They have been nothing but rude and ignorant this whole process. No body should have to deal with this for a crap ### car that your paying thousands of dollars over the value price of it.

Their cars and the workers are full of ###! I had to cars from them and its been nothing but hell with them since day one. They have no respect or anything! I'm ready to call the lemon law and new channel on them!
poor service/poor cars/poor repairs
where do i begin, this place is a nightmare!
i purchased a car rom them almost three years ago, and everything was fine at first. i was involved in an accident and had it towed to there shop, they were instructed to have the car wait for the the guy wjo hit me insurance adjuster to come and ### the car which they did not, they decided they were going to go on and fix the car so needless to say the insurance people did not do anything because they could not ### the damages little did i know this was the beginning of a hellish nightmare! from there they kept my car in repair for two months! after i finally got the car back i was taking it back every week sometI'mes two tI'mes a week because of issues withe "repairs " they preformed. until i just finally got worn out and drove and unsafe car, until the last straw was the engine went out. at this point I'm paying for a car i don't have because they wanted to charge me $1050 to repair an engine that very well may have been damaged in the front end collision accident. no way! after speaking to almost everyone that must work there i found a nice young lady who tried to help me best she could and as a result i was put in a new car (of course with a brand new three year contract) but at least i was driving again; well after seven days of driving this car the transmission went on the car, they told me at first it will be a couple of days to get a new trans and after that one day to put it in and one day to test drive it, yea right it has been 12 days ; i mean they have had this car longer then i did with no estI'mate on when it will be fixed. i just have to wait and i still have to pay, since the engine went in the other car i have paid a total of three car payments and I'm not driving.. do not do this to yourself, they charge you as if you have brand new car, so you matters well get your credit together and go to a new car dealership.
If you are looking for a reliable vehicle you will own do not do business with drivehere.com.
I "purchased" a vehicle from this facility a year ago. At the time I was desperately in need of a vehicle because my car had to be sold due to a faulty head gasket. My credit was far from perfect and I was aware my chances of obtaining a loan were slim to none. Before my visit to Drivehere I researched them online. First I visited their website which made me a little skeptical. The reason being that the vehicles displayed all had over a hundred thousand miles on them. Also the cars appeared to be banged up and of low quality. I also browsed the web and read consumer reviews. While some of the reviews were positive the negatives definitely outweighed the positive.
Though I remained skeptical of Drivehere after my research I decided to go there anyway. The salesperson was a Spainsh speaking young woman who did not seem at all knowledgeable about cars. After having my credit ran we proceeded to the sales floor. The only car I felt looked decent was a 2002 Ford Taurus. When I asked the salesperson to test drive the Ford she said that car was out of my price range, got bad gas mileage and that her supervisor would not approve of the purchase. She then proceeded to show me two Hyundai's which she said would be in my price range and get better gas mileage. I was not impressed and thought they looked like junk. The first one had stains and holes in the upholstery. My assumption was the previous owner smoked in the vehicle. The second one was all dinged up and appeared to me as something that should be sold on Craigslist for no more than a grand. Unimpressed by these cars I went back to the Taurus and again asked the salesperson to test drive it. Finally she spoke to her supervisor and I was granted permission. To make a long story short I was impressed by the car and it seemed to be mechanically sound.
The last thing was to look at the Carfax. When I asked for it the salesperson sneered at me and said I'll get it. So we started filling out the paperwork and twenty minutes later I still did not have the Carfax. Again I asked and she finally got it. Why she did not want to give it to me I do not understand because it was clean. I was confident I was purchasing a good vehicle; however, I knew from my experience with the salesperson that this was a bad company to get involved with. But being desperate I signed the paperwork and drove off the lot. Something I will regret for a long time.
In the year I have had this car it has been very good to me; yet, having to deal with these people has been grueling. The day the payments are due is the day the harassment begins. If they can not automatically deduct the payment from your bank account they start ringing. On the day that a payment is due I've received anywhere from three to five calls in the same day. Lets say you get a new job and your pay date changes. Well that doesn't matter to Drivehere. You can tell them a thousand times, show them pay stubs as proof and they still will not do nothing to change it. I had this issue and told them repeatedly to change the payments. Didn't matter. They did not care and did everything from raise their voices to hanging up on me. They do not cover any repairs on the vehicle. Though they claim to cover the engine and transmission components. Don't be fooled by the "warranty" though. Once you visit the service center the slums of New York City will seem better than that. It is dirty and smells. Let alone the garage only holds two cars at a time. Now Drivehere being a big dealership one would think that they would have a sizable service center to better assist their customers. Not the case..
Then there is the price of the vehicles. These cars are prices two to three times above what their value is on Kelley Blue Book. For example, my 2002 Ford Taurus was worth 5, 200 dollars according to Kelley Blue Book (source: http://www.kbb.com/ford/taurus/2002-ford-taurus/ses-sedan-4d/?vehicleid=3923&intent=buy-used&mileage=126000&category=sedan&upsellpath=b&ref=http%3a%2f%2fwww.kbb.com%2fford%2ftaurus%2f2002-ford-taurus%2fses-sedan-4d%2foptions%2f&condition=excellent&pricetype=retail). Drivehere has me paying them 10, 000 dollars. This does not count the 1, 400 dollars I would have to pay at the end of the lease term if I choose to purchase the vehicle from them. Also if you can not obtain full coverage insurance they make you agree to purchase a damage waiver. Now when I got my car I was under the impression if I got into an accident they would repair the vehicle and I pay my 500 dollar deductable. That was another misconception. The "Damage Waiver" only applies if the car is in an accident and they deem it a total loss. I pay them 500 dollars to close the account. In conclusion, I know I made a bad decision purchasing this car. I am paying 400 dollars a month for a ten year old car. People have 400 dollar a month payments on brand new vehicles.
Now I am in the process of looking for a new car so I can surrender my Taurus back to Drivehere. I am not making any more payments to these people. Their marketing technique is clear. Take money from a disadvantaged, struggling population. Lie to them and make them think they are improving their credit while purchasing a quality vehicle. Make the payments astronomical so the customer will not be able to afford the vehicle for the duration of the lease term. Once a payment is late harass the customer by calling them incessantly. If that does not render a response humiliate them. Call their job, family and friends to inform them that the customer is late on their payments. Once all that has been done repossess the car and resell it again leaving the previous customer in debt without a vehicle. Whomever reads this I hope you will learn from my experience. Even if you are desperate for a car DO NOT go to Drivehere. You are better off getting a ride from a friend, sharing a car with a spouse, seeking public transportation or saving a small amount each month. A car is not worth a million worries. These people are liars, scammers and con artists taking advantage of vulnerable people.

Customer Service
On Saturday I brought a car from Drivehere.Com. I only brought this car because my job made a new policy stating that if you catch public transportation you can no longer leave without your shift being covered. To a long 4 days short, I had to take the car to be serviced on Tuesday. Well the antifreeze was coming out the cap with was making the car smoke. Then the left turn signal was not working so my question is how did this car pass a pa inspection?, not only that but the check engine light is on again how did this car pass inspection? Now they are telling me that the problems are not happening. They said they drove my car to South Philly and the antifreeze didn't come out the top, they said they reset the check engine and it didn't come back on. Mind you I went to Auto zone and had a test done. He told me that the code was old, What! How can a code be old. either something is wrong or its not.

SCAM
I purchased a 02 Hyundai Elantra at Drive Here. We decided this dealership was an ideal option for us, due to my lack of credit history. My experience was very unprofessional but we needed a vehicle immediately. We had a very limited selection to choose from. The saleswoman insisted that due to my credit level we only had a select choice of vehicles. Despite their claim that "no one would be turned down, regardless of credit history". We indicated to the saleswoman that we were starting to have second thoughts and then she proceeded to use "high sales pressure tactics". She assured us about the quality of the vehicle, asked us to come out and look at it again, trying to rush us into a decision. She constantly insisted, it would raise our credit score. I asked for the car fax, and she seemed reluctant to give it to me. We finally received it after 30 minutes! Then I took it upon myself to investigate the Kelly Blue Book of the vehicle on my smartphone. According to KBB, the total market value of an 02 Hyundai Elantra was $3, 019.00- $4094.00. The vehicle was in fair condition, and they charged us 3 times the value of the vehicle at 9, 000.00! When I brought this to her attention, her response was, "Oh no, we don't go by Kelly Blue Book". We were reluctant, at that point the saleswoman said since I didn't have any credit, we didn't have ANY other options to fiance a vehicle other than Drive here. She continued to inform us on how financing this vehicle from them would raise my credit score. We were then sent to the financing associate, to whom we were to sign the papers. We rationalized that we really needed a vehicle, and we really felt we had no other options. We figured $150.00/mo payments were within our means, so I signed the documents. Immediately after we left, we pulled across the street to a local pizza place for dinner. When we tried to leave the car would not start! We only had it for 20 minutes! We tried to call over to Drive here but they'd already left for the night. Luckily, an employee from the pizza joint gave us a jump. We tried to return the car the next morning, but they insisted, "No, no, it's nothing, just a bad battery, don't worry bring it in" We were on our way to take the car, and it wouldn't start again! The vehicle was stuck at our residence so to avoid towing costs, we were forced to buy a battery to drive to the dealer. We were very discontented with our experience and insisted we wanted to return the car. They refused our offer to return the car because they said we'd already signed the papers. They even refused to reimburse us for the cost of the battery! I then noticed the exhaust was malfunctioning, so I notified them and they instructed us to bring it to a second location on the other side of town to have it repaired (Norristown, PA). Our experience their was very unprofessional, and time consuming. The facility looked like someone's residence basement/garage. The receptionist was very unprofessional in her communication skills, and had 4 children running around the "office"! They welded the exhaust which I later found out from my personal auto mechanic, to which he insisted was just a "band aid repair". My mechanic's opinion of the car was fair, he indicated we would have frequent problems with the vehicle. We voluntarily surrendered the vehicle 2 weeks after purchasing. We realized we had been scammed into an unfair contract.Pablo Martin refused to compromise and threatened to/and did put this on my credit.

Service
Ok I just left a complaint about a month ago and still my car is not fixed right. I originally took the car to the drivehere service center which they had for four day. The work that was suppose to get done was the following tighten the rear view mirror, fix the crack driver side mirror, exhaust leak, gas gauge not working properly and fix the molding on the driver side door. Well let see for four days of service they told me that the rear view mirror was as tight as they can get it, they tighten the exhaust system, he fixed the molding on the driver side door and the fuel sensor they ordered the wrong part, because they had the wrong year ([censored]es). When I had picked the car and drove away the car stalled out on Ridge Pike with the check engine light on the rear view mirror immediately fell off, because there was nothing to tighten it was actually broken, I still had an exhaust leak which I took to midas and found out the there was a cracked exhaust manifold plus the cat converter was held on by a rubber hose clamp. The right side mirror they refused to replace even thought they guarantee inspection, but I have to wait until July to replace the mirror and the driverside door was never even touched. Then the owner set up an appointment at Carvision to fix the manifold leak which they had overnight and the mechanic drove the vehicle around and the service center at carvision told me that the car was good and there were no leaks. I picked up the on a Saturday afternoon since I dropped it off on a Friday and to this day it still has an exhaust leak which I have to drop it off again this Friday. If you ever needed something done right you just need to do it yourself, because these ### don't know there ### from a hole in the ground.
Selling BAD Cars
My contract with them was a 2003 Chevy Venture. The first day I bought the car and took it home was the first sign of how this company is so UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to bring the vehicle back because they put the tags on the vehicle. They informed me it need to have a truck inspection tag on the vehicle( still to this day I never seen a Chevy Venture van, needing three inspection stickers, even on trucks, I only seen two inspection stickers), they gave me some BULL that it depends on the cargo weight of the vehicle, so to save myself a mind blowing headache, I agreed and took the vehicle back. I also mentioned that the driver side door was off track, and the ABS sensor came on( all this within a few hours of taking it home, I don't even think it was a full 24 hrs yet at that point). They told me for the door, to take to one repair shop, when I got there, I had to wait because the mechanic for the door was not there yet, and was informed to handle my ABS Sensor first, and then return. So I did just so. I went to this FILTHY, little HOLE IN THE WALL GHETTO shop, to get my ABS sensor fixed. When I got there, there was already three people waiting on their vehicles to get fixed. As I sat there waiting, we was talking among ourselves, and the horror stories they were telling me was MAD CRAZY! One woman was In the same situation I was in, she just got her car, and the engine was overheating, and something was wrong with the radio. Another woman, said ever since she had her car, every week she has been back at this shop getting things fixed. Honestly, I forgot what the third woman was there for, but I do know she was there for about 3 hours and counting. That was the second red flag for me. Needless to say, I waited for 4 hours, for the ABS Sensor to get fixed( DID I MENTION THE SOFA/COUCH THEY HAD FOR PEOPLE TO SIT AND WAIT ON WAS SO DISGUSTING THAT I WOULDN'T EVEN LET A PIG/SWINE COVERED IN S**T, ROLL ON IT! IT WAS SO FILTHY, THAT I THINK YOU WOULD HAVE TO CHISEL THE FILTH OFF OF IT!). THE ABS Sensor was fixed at no cost to me( I think that was the only good this company provided). I went back to the shop to fixed the door, and I was informed that the mechanic had left for the day and for me to come back on Monday( did I mention I live 30 miles away?). A week later my ABS sensor light came back on.(POOR REPAIR SERVICE- I didn't want to deal with this company`s BULL!). I went to my mechanic and got that fixed.
I continued to make timely payments, and keeping routine checkups. A little over a year the alternator went, without warning, while I was on the expressway with my children! I replaced that. A few months later the engine started to over heat, and I had a mechanic to take a look at it, he told me to take it back to the company and also informed that that the transmission is messed up as well! So I call Drive Here and informed them of the problems. After getting passed around the world( about 3 weeks later-POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE)someone in customer service told me that, I would have to pay for the engine to be repaired, and that they would finance me for the transmission for get fixed. I told her I would sign off for a voluntary repossession. That I would give the vehicle back. ANYONE THAT HAS OWNED A USED VEHICLE KNOWS THAT THE MAJOR COMPONENTS THAT MAKES A CAR OPERATIONAL IS THE ENGINE, THE TRANSMISSION, and THE ALTERNATOR. THAT THERE IS NO WAY IN LESS THAT A YEAR AND A HALF, WITH ROUTINE CHECKUPS, THE VEHICLE SHOULD NOT BE THAT MESSED UP! I understand usual wear and tear, but that is not usual! The customer service rep sent me to which was suppose to be the owner.
The owner was concerned that I was a good customer and never missed a payment( in fact I called them when they was late getting the payment from me-POOR PAYMENT SERVICE!)(During all this, I had to go out and purchase a vehicle to get back and forth to work). He asked that I come down there, to select a new vehicle, and that there was so many cars to choose from. I made an appointment, like an idiot, and went down there a few minutes before my appointment, and viewed the lot. The selection of cars was the WORST! ALL LATE MODELS AND ALL HAD HIGH MILEAGE! The car selection was mostly 96 -99 Saturn, Malibu`s with off the wall high mileage. I think they had a 99 Jeep Cherokee, which I would possibly be remotely interested in. My husband was furious at this point for the insult. A woman of my word, I kept my appointment. I was a few minutes early, and waited patiently, until the owner was over 20+ minutes late( VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!) !I walked out pissed! He called my cell phone about and hour later and apologized for being late and had the NERVE to ask why I left?! I informed him that I looked at the selection, and let him know it was the WORST! He asked me to spare him few minutes as he went thru a list of "new vehicles." The new list was even more INSULTING. I told him I will be down to sign the voluntary repossession papers-( THEY F**KED UPTHAT BAD!). I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! THEY ARE FAR FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL! EVERY DEPARTMENT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND GHETTO AS HELL!YOU SEE THIS NAME YOU SHOULD RUN!

These Complaints below are from 2010 - they had different management in Norristown back then - new managment bought in 2012 in Conshohocken and they are wonderful - the details about the car are explained up front - the cars are older because if you have bad credit people dont normally qualify for newer cars and cant afford them. So be lucky to get a car via credit and then as you would with any other older or used car you have to maintain it; they have a warranty just like newer dealerships for engine - fix your credit get the better cars until then I am happy drivehere.com could put me into a car with very little money down and my low credit score
Omg I have a car from here and have many of these problems. My questioned is when you returned that car did you still have to pay the rest of your car off? I was told I did and I really want to return It
drivehere killed my credit
I bought a car from drivehere. I gave 500 down, and 200 for in insurance. I had my car about one month and 3 weeks before it broke down. I had drivehere tow my car to their shop in norristown. Were I notices that the people fixing the cars was not real skilled on what was truly wrong with my car. At this time the guy who towed my car. Asked me if this was a repo. And at this time I told him no. When I fanilly got driveher. On the phone they had my car under a repo n put it on my report has that. They kept the car for 10 days and said they fixed it. But they didn't and they never took it off of my report. Then 2 1/2 weeks later it broke down in the middle of me doing a u-turn and the wheel locked up on me and I couldn't drive no more. It took drivehere about 5 days to pick it up. Then they said I had to pay my monthly payment n pay to fix it. When it was their fault. Now the got that same unsafe call on their lot. Still to this day. I talked this one women who said if she will take it to another shop. And fix it right if I wanted it back. They called for 4 months after that asking me if I still want this car. I do have records of everyting.
