I been tryin to contact them many times 'bout my drone. No response at all. Voicemail box all filled up. I want my drone back, man!

Ordered a DJI mini 2 fly more combo from Drone Nerds and I never got my order. They said it was delivered to me and signed for by J Jones, but there ain't no J Jones at my place. I never got my order or got a refund from them. Their customer service is really bad.

I sent my drone for repair on July 10th and they checked it in on July 14th. They told me they got it and even sent me some pictures. They said it would take 14-18 business days to diagnose. On July 30th, they emailed me and said it would be done in the next 7 business days. But now it's August 25th and still no diagnosis or email about a delay. I can't recommend this company to anyone. They shouldn't give false information to make customers happy. They should be honest. I hope they send my drone back in the same condition it was in when I sent it. I wouldn't be surprised if they purposely messed up my drone to make it more expensive for another company to fix.

I ordered the Mavic 3 using a promo code from Drone Nerds. They put my order on hold and asked for more info, saying it would be cancelled if I don't reply in 24 hours. I replied within an hour on Saturday night. I didn't hear back until Monday morning, even though I contacted them multiple times to check the order status. Then they told me to contact Bolt directly, which cancelled my order and told me to reorder. But the promo code had expired, so I couldn't get the same price. The customer rep said they could give me a discount, but not on the Mavic 3. I definitely wouldn't recommend Drone Nerds if you're excited about buying something. And yeah, you can't post any reviews below 5 stars on their website.

They havent delivered on the repair and wont return my latest request for info. Its been like 3 months now. Drone Nerds is on DJIs site as a recommended repair company. I sent my drone to Drone Nerds in mid-July and got a written response from them saying work would start in 14-18 biz days. I waited 6 weeks and contacted them on August 29th. I hadnt heard from them. *** responded 5 days later and told me that my drone was "still in line" and "we are a few days behind but the next available technician will reach out to you." Again, a long time with no word from Drone Nerds. I reached out to them again today, September 30th. Its been 56 biz days! They havent responded. I fear my drone is lost or used for parts or the company shut down. There are like over 1,000 reviews on their site. Every one of them is a 5-star review. I posted a review today that was less than 5 stars and they deleted it. I tried again and again. Each time my review is deleted. If you look on Yelp, Google, or the ComplaintsBoard.com, youll find reviews similar to this one. BEWARE!

I haven't got my purchase and they won't help. I ordered a pair of DJI FPV goggles from them and they say it was received. I didn't accept anything from them and I didn't sign for the package. Now they won't give me a refund or send me another set of goggles.
