Dubai Driving Center review: Request for noc

This was happen, Wednesday January 17,2024 around 12pm in Al qouz Branch.. when i politely request an NOC or Clearance letter. i was follow the procedure as the manager told me to go to account to get the clearance. and the guys from account give me a clearance that im cleared and dont have any unpaid or credit to the to your driving school. so i go back to manager and show the paper that im already cleared. and i was expecting to get the NOC within the day, but the manager told me that someone will calling me for the NOC, but suddenly i didn’t receive any call that day, so i follow up by the next day same the manager told wait for someone to call me, and again i didn’t receive any call and i call again to your branch in al qouz and they said manager is on lunch at 3pm?

and then January 18 finally someone call me and she trying to convince why i need this clearance? and i said my company refer me to other driving school because they are the one who shoulder all the expenses for my license .. as i already explain to your manager when the first day i came to your al qouz branch.. and now the lady said waiting for the approval of the General Manager?

My concern is why you need to force some one to stay in your school, and make complicated to me to get the clearance? if im already clear? it is my freedom to choose? so please i hope for your kind consideration for this matter.. please see photo attached to proof that im cleared
