Bought car at Dutch Miller Kia Nov 5, 2021. Had to call *** twice in 2 months 'bout cheat/fraud/incompetence.
I bot a used 2017 **** F150 from Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte
I bot a used 2017 *** F150 from Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte. The truck was delivered but I saw that one of the tires had a rip in the sidewall and no keepin' air. Plus, when I druv it, I heard some loud noise from the front. So, I put it under local *** dealer's eyes for check up. When they checked it, they told me, "You need left and right front wheel bearings, left and right front IWEs, and a check valve." They also advised to get four tires 'cuz all of 'em were worn unevenly. I made many calls and also dropped some email to Dutch Miller Kia, but they never replied. Finaly, I got hold of the manager on the phone and that dude said, "It was sold as is and for all your problems we have nothin' to offer." I bought this truck from a dealer, not no private sale! Ain't they s'posed to help out when things go wrong? Do not buy vehicles from Dutch Miller Kia, these folks bein' shanky and won't stand behind what they sells.

so I was pretty peeved. But then I talked to Dutch Miller Kia and they totally saved my butt! They helped me get the notice I needed and even got Kia to cover the cost of the repair. Plus, their customer service was on point - they kept me in the loop every step of the way and were super friendly. So shoutout to Dutch Miller Kia for being a lifesaver!

Bad dealership!
Bad dealership! I buy a 2016 Sedona there and they say my car will go up in value- but nope! They get me a bad credit loan. So I swap it for a new 2022 Kia carnival in March. Still got paid coming to me for the old car but Dutch Miller Kia won't give it to me. Call and leave messages but they don't answer or straight-up lie about it. Boo!

Muh mom bought car in June. July, called cuz car cabin smellin like gas. Called lotsa time but no fix. Had to tow to them den car came back smellin even more gas. Not cool! When you buy car, you s'pose to get safe car, not one dat gonna make you sicker. Especially if you got bad lungs or somethin. They should fix it or give new car or trade back.

I went to buy a car at Dutch Miller Kia on 4/23. I had been talking to them about a 2021 Sorento that was for sale for $36,540, but they agreed to drop it to $35,540 and match my down payment because their website was outdated and didn't have the car I originally wanted. But when I got there, they said they couldn't do that and tricked me into leasing it instead of financing it. They said it was the same thing, but they didn't tell me that it made the car more expensive overall. We rushed through the paperwork, so I missed the extra charges until later. Plus, they added a service contract charge, but my signature wasn't on the paperwork. When I tried to talk to them about it, no one wanted to help me. All I want is to finance the car at the original price we agreed on.

I went to Dutch Miller Kia on 10 June hunting for a set of wheels. Found one that I digged and was told that I had to fill out some paperwork and plunk down $250 to hold it. I specifically told the salesperson not to run my credit yet since I wasn't ready to buy at that exact time. I also stated that I didn't want to do financing through them 'cause I had my own connections. They kept on insisting to run my info through some banks and I kept on saying no. Even the sales manager said they wouldn't do anything until I came back to seal the deal. But what do you know, my credit got run through not one, not two, but FIVE banks before I even gave an OK to move forward. Ain't cool. Now I want 'em to take off all that mess off my credit report.

Their offer was much less than the car's purchase price. Depreciation doesn't justify a $7,500 reduction. I questioned my sales agent about the low offer; he claimed a market value increase and a minor market correction of $500-$1000. That's not accurate, and I've lost $7,500. I want the difference between the sticker price and my payment or a 2023 Kia GT Line for $34,000.

I got a car from them a while ago & it still hasn't been fixed. I was in a car crash & needed a new car, so I went to Dutch Miller & got a 2015 Kia Optima with my own cash coz my insurance wouldn't cover it. During the buyin' I saw that the car had scratches & I told 'em. They said they'd fix it. Later on I saw more problems like rusty brakes & window troubles & I told William. I brought the car in but they only fixed the brakes. They said they'd fix the other things but I had to come back. I went in twice but got nothin'. Now, I've been tryin' to talk to higher ups for a month but they're ignorin' me. This ain't good. I've bought two cars from them before but this is the worst. They don't talk right & they don't act right. I either want my cash back or the car fixed 'cause I've been patient long 'nuff.

So, I found a pickup truck on Dutch Miller Kia's website while I was browsing the internet. It's a 2020 Ram *** Big Horn 4x4. I test drove it and it seemed good to me. But when I parked it back at the dealership, I noticed that the rear view camera wasn't working. I told the sales agent and he said that the truck still had warranty and I could take it to a Ram dealership for fixing. I did that and it turns out that my truck might have been in a collision before and the body repairs were done poorly. They said that the repairs weren't covered under warranty, so I had to pay for them myself. I took the truck back to Dutch Miller Kia and talked to the general sales manager. He said he wanted a second opinion and scheduled an appointment with another dealership. They confirmed that the truck was in a collision and the repairs were done poorly. But then the general sales manager said that they wouldn't cover the repairs. I'm frustrated because he was the one who set up the appointment and no repairs were done. All of this has caused me to lose time from work and feel overwhelmed. None of these issues were ever told to me or in the car fax report. If I had known this before, then I wouldn't have bought the truck.

I had to take my car to Dutch Miller Kia dealership on December 7th 'cause the engine was acting up again. They fixed it up once already last year, so I thought they would take care of it again. But boy was I wrong! They told me it'd be ready by December 12th and then called me to say the part ain't coming in until next Thursday. How am I supposed to get to work? They didn't even offer a rental, just told me I should be grateful they're fixing it under goodwill. Plus, there was this letter from Kia saying they'd cover anything wrong with the engine up to 120,000 miles, but they don't wanna honor it. They keep makin' excuses and don't give a hoot about their customers. Finally, I called corporate on December 14th and someone told me I'm eligible for a warranty and rental. After all that, I still ain't got no updates on my car and had to reach out to 'em. When I finally got it back, blinkin' check engine light and slow engine speed, just like last year. It's now at their door and they ain't got no solutions for it. Dutch Miller Kia don't know nothin' about customer service!

I had an oil change at Dutch Miller Kia and it was messed up. When I was driving on the highway, my car made a loud sound and started smoking. I had to tow it to Kia of Concord and found out that there were bolts missing from my oil pan. The oil leaked out and messed up my engine. I called Dutch Miller Kia of South Blvd in Charlotte and they told me they didn't do anything wrong and wouldn't help me. I trusted them to do my car work, but they didn't do it right and won't take responsibility. They didn't even say sorry or offer to help me pay the $7500 to fix my car. Dutch Miller Kia has bad customer service and doesn't take care of their customers.

We wait 2 months for them to send our floor mats. We gots a cheap pair after lots of calls and a complaint to corporate. On Saturday, December 5th, we drives to Charlotte, NC from WV for a car my wife wants for a good price. We spend 4 hours at the dealership then leave headed home with the promise of gettin' floor mats sent out on Monday. They said they was "outta stock." With it bein' Christmas we knew shippin' may be slow. On December 14th, we ask the salesman and he said they was gonna be sent. We still ain't gets our key fob or license, so we called 'bout it all, includin' the floor mats. Everyone we talk to says they's sent, but no tracking numbers. We call, text, email, and file complaints, but still no mats. Finally, on Monday, January 18th, my wife sent in a formal complaint to the Kia corporate office. They gets back to us in a few days, but even the sales manager don't know 'bout no floor mats issue. Three people from the Kia Corp tell us the sales manager would call, but he never does. Today, we get a box from the dealership with some cheap mats that ain't even the right ones. They's folded and creased, and they ain't even gonna fit right. All we wants is the mats they promised us, the real Kia mats that come with the car. We been waitin' patiently for almost two months now, and our new car is gonna be ruined without 'em. We wish anybody who buys from here waits 'til they get their mats before leavin' the lot. We live 4 hours away and can't just run over there anytime. Can you please help us fix this?

I went to Dutch Miller Kia with high hopes of getting a car, but ended up disappointed and frustrated. They approved me for financing, but then stopped communicating with me. I tried calling multiple times, but no one ever called me back. When I finally spoke to someone, they were not helpful and refused to do anything to fix the problem. As a result, I now have multiple credit inquiries and no car. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to help has left me feeling angry and cheated out of my time and money.

so I gotta tell y'all about my experience with Dutch Miller Kia. They straight up won't give me back my down payment after the car deal fell through. Every time I ask about it, they give me the runaround. My name's *** and I bought a new 2021 Kia K5 from them on October 17th. I traded in my 2015 Kia Optima EX which was financed through Founders Federal Credit Union. My salesman's name was DC C, the finance manager was Garrett A, and the internet sales guy was Shomari H. Anyway, I went to check out the new Kias and filled out a credit app which was then approved through Kia Finance. I signed all the contracts and stuff, and then Shomari asked if I could put down $1500. I said no way, but he then asked if I could do $750 and then another $750 on October 30th and I said alright. So I paid the $750 down payment.
But then DC C asked for a utility bill and my paystub, and I didn't have them with me. He suggested I go print out a paystub from my employer and I said I could, but not at that moment. So I left the dealership in my new K5, but when I asked for the second key, DC C said he couldn't find it.
Long story short, I went back to the dealership on October 28th to get the second key and Garrett A told me that I was gonna have to give back the K5 because my paystub wasn't a 40 hour paystub. He even knew that the paystub I gave him before wasn't a 40 hour one, but he still went ahead with it. He also said that I was financed through 8 other banks which was hella frustrating cuz each time they pulled my credit, it lowered my score. Anyway, I already tinted the windows and stuff so when Garrett said I had to return the K5, I was like nah.
He started harassing me and threatening me with repossession so I was forced to return the car. I have all the signed contracts and stuff from Dutch Miller Kia and even the receipt from Sun Stoppers Window Tinting where I tinted the windows of the car. I just want my down payment back, man. Can y'all help me out?
