They don't credit the shipping if they make the mistake on a part. I ordered an ignitor based on what they said was the correct part. It had the wrong connector... They credited me the part, but I am out the shipping for both directions. Not cool

I received my order damaged - parts were sent in a bubble wrapped envelope. The parts received were damaged and the bag containing the parts was also damaged. The shipping envelope was not damaged, so It had to be obvious to the person filling the order these were damaged goods, but they sent it anyway. So we called them to report the damage, and we are told the e-mail for return label will be e-mailed within 24 hours. Had to pay for the parts AGAIN and then we will receive a credit once the damaged parts are received by them. They had no problem taking my money and another shipping charge immediately. Still waiting for the return authorization.

Absolutely terrible customer service. While I understand we're in COVID times, their site is plastered with commitments of same day shipping and items in stock. There's no customer service that can be reached in person. Emails go unanswered. I've had to reach out to my credit card company for a refund since EasyApplianceParts has not responded.
I ordered an *** refrigerator that Easy Appliance Parts indicated was in stock and would ship the same day. They immediately charged my credit card, then 2 days later notified me that it was on order but would ship in two more days. I waited thirteen more days ( a total of 15 days) checked and found it still had not shipped. I called them and they refused to answer my status question and simply referred me to their website. I cancelled on the website and they indicated it would take three more days for a credit to be issued. Meanwhile a closer supplier has a limited number of the part needed and I must wait to see IF I will receive a refund from Easy Appliance Parts. This is my first time and last time doing business with them. They couldn't be trusted when they indicated the part was in stock and would ship the same day. They couldn't be trusted when two days later they said it would ship in another two days. They didn't contact me to inform me of additional delays. They wouldn't answer their phone when I tried to cancel. After cancelling on line I found that my credit card had already been charged when they knew they didn't even have the part. I am now still waiting for the charge on my credit card to be refunded. Next stop will be complaints with the Credit Card Bank and Attorney General of my State.

I ordered a part for my microwave on Saturday January 16th at approx. 5:30 pm. That's Saturday evening. The part was waiting for me when I got home from work on Tuesday January 19th. THAT'S 1 FRIGGIN BUSINESS DAY! FANTASTIC! Not only was the part an actual OEM part they were the most inexpensive place in Canada. I am definitely going to be buying my parts from these guys.

Terrible service. Part was supposed to be delivered on 06/28. Then changed to 07/3. Today is 7/7 and still no part or indication about delivery. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Website order status shows incorrect information. Never again will I order from them.
Part came faster then estimated. The oven was unusable without it. Packaged well and looked to be in good shape. Price was significantly lower then what a complete replacement would have been. This is where I'm headed for more replacement parts.

Emails state they are not able to respond due to coronavirus, calling them states they are unable to process inquires over the phone at this time. Basically I am being told I can't ask questions about my order or get an more info. I ordered a *** glass cooktop replacement. 1st they send me the wrong part. 2nd they send me a defected part. They didn't corrected my order the 1st time, just refunded my money. Meanwhile the price of the part went up with $40, so I had to pay more for the 2nd order because of their mistake. The second time they just refunded my money. Not even the slightest try to help, and send me a good part. I just looked for another company.

I ordered drum bearing and bearing slide for my dryer. Some parts were missing. They told me that I had to reorder. I was very upset and ordered the parts from Amazon. They promised me to refund the missing parts. My original order was on Oct 19, 2020. I was waiting for more than a month but I still don't receive my refund. The customer service is very bad. This business is one of the worse businesses I have dealt with. I did not receive the correct parts and after trying to reach customer service by phone I went ahead and did the return request online. I read on the website since they sent the wrong parts that they would cover the cost of the shipping charges that we incurred in returning the wrong parts. I have sent numerous emails asking for this refund and have not received a response. Beyond poor customer service. Would not recommend this company. Stay away!

Good morning, If I could give a negative rating I would. We finally received the part today 9/21 that we ordered on 8/4. We ordered what was supposed to be a NEW part. This part is definitely not new. The part is noticeably used, rusted, and extremely damaged. This part is trash. The label on the box even says that it was sent from the returns department. This has been an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable transaction. We paid over $175+ for this part and I expect a FULL return. If you want this damaged part back, I will not be paying for the shipping of this item. We will not be ordering from Easy appliance parts ever again. This site may have the part i was searching for being that I have an older washer. The problem is I placed my order on Sept 11 and come to find out that this part is back ordered. It did not state that it was on back order prior. Scrolling through some parts did mention it was on back order. I get an email about 3 days later saying the part should be in on the 26th. Well that day came and went with no email update. Finally the 30th arrives and i get an email saying its in stock and has been shipped. What makes this matter worse is I paid for 2 to 3 day shipping and after seeing the deliver date for oct 6 on ***, I called to see what method was used. Come to find out they sent it the cheapest way possible taking 7 to 10 business days. So I was cheated out 2 dollars and it may be only 2 bucks, but the principle of that matter is i was ripped off this part was not cheap and to pay 10 dollars more for shipping. Im glad i didnt pay the 30.

Terrible service!
Terrible service! I placed an order on 30 October . They charged my *** but I never received an email confirmation. After a few weeks, I tried to find evidence that I had placed the order but couldn't so I called. All I got was a message that "due to COVID, they couldn't answer the phone". I placed a second order, thinking that somehow the first one didn't go through. They took my money, again. After a few weeks, I checked the order status. It was back ordered. I called again and got the same message. I emailed. The automated response was, you guessed it, "Due to an increase in call and email volume during the coronavirus pandemic, we are experiencing very long response times for email." That was 9 days ago. I have cancelled my 2nd order but will have to contact *** to get a refund on the first order since I can't talk to anyone at EASY appliance or find it online. I have placed an order at a different Canadian company hoping to get my silverware basket in a reasonable time frame. BTW, the competitor's price was $12 cheaper...so much for EASY Appliance's claim of lowest prices and same day shipping.

So I go online and find my order there to which it says that it's on backorder and will take 10 days to process. No option to cancel overnight shipping which I obviously don't need. They confirmed over the phone that the item was available and would be to them by 9/28 and would then ship to me for arrival shortly thereafter. It is not 10/19 and there is no way to get an update on the Order status aside from the fact that it hasn't shipped. Calling them gets you to a recorded message. The only other option is to cancel the order.

I ordered a dishwasher heating element and 2 washers. The unit showed up with 1 washer and no connection kit - the nuts that held the previous element in place would not fit the new element. When I called on 2/29, they told me to send the element and the 1 washer back, they would send a new element and 2 washers and the connection kit. I called back and they told me they would send me a *** return label by email, which they did not - only sent an address. When I called back about the missing label, they told me to keep the parts, not to return them, they would send the connection kit. It was supposed to arrive today, it has not arrived. All attempts to contact them go thru a phone bank, not the actual company.

The amount was $73.81 They sent me the wrong item. I emailed them on May 11th to explain that they sent the wrong part, and that I would like a refund. The company did not reply to me until May 23rd. Their response was to apologize and ask me to send them the invoice with the part number for a full refund. I did that within an hour of their email. I have checked numerous times on line under order status and it just said it was back ordered. Finally I got a hold of someone via phone and she said it will be sipped out November 23 and we will get an email confirmation. Still nothing from them. The website is not even allowing me to check my order status and no one is answering the phone. "Due to the Corona Virus we are experiencing a high call volume". Yeah ok! Seems a little fishy to me or they just do not have enough staff to do what they say they are going to do. If it is going to be a longer time or perhaps they do not know when they will receive the part I would like a refund as I will definately be going elsewhere for it as I should of in the first place.

I had not received these items by June 27 and called numerous times to find out more about the order, but was told through a recording that, due to COVID, delivery schedules are not normal. I sent an email on June 27 after the attempted calls were not successful. That same day, June 27, I received an email from Easy Appliance Parts thanking me for my patience and that they were experiencing long response times. After almost 3 weeks, I cancelled the order on July 16 and requested a refund from Easy Appliance Parts. I received a response email that same day, July 16, that explained that the order was cancelled and that my credit card would be refunded in 2-3 business days. I had ordered an Ice Maker replacement on Oct 21, 2020. I have had no communication with this business since the day we ordered it , saying that it was delayed due to the fact it was out of stock. Easy Appliance Parts. But, that occured on the very same day. All the while advertising same day service. I paid for the item $101.86 they had no problem taking that out of my account the very same day. I have tried numerous times calling the only Telephone # they have, even if they give you another # to call it says the same thing, due to heavy calling they no longer are accepting inquires over the phone. Two months now, I feel is long enough, especially if they do not have a number you can actually get a person to answer your questions...I feel something other than heavy voloumn calling is not right! I feel in order to get your item they say they have it , then they send you this foolish excuse of it being out of stock! I am angry, I want the icemaker, but, don't know how much longer my patience will hold out. I am also doubtful of getting my money back even if I do give up and ask for a refund, something isn't right.

On 3 July I ordered a heating element for my dishwasher, the website stated the part was IN STOCK. I received an email the next day stating that the part would be shipped on the 10th of July. The 10th came and went and there was no change in the status of my order on the website, so I emailed the company and was told the part was going to be shipped on 23rd of July. On the 24th the order status had not changed, so I emailed the company again to get an update. They said the part would ship on the 30th of July. Once again it did not ship and I emailed the company again. Not surprisingly they gave me another date. This time the 9th of August, which I knew was a flat lie since warehouses do not ship items on a Sunday. Throughout the entire time period, every time I checked the status of my order it was IN STOCK. At this point I no longer trust the company to provide the part and have canceled the order. However, I also do not trust the company will actually cancel my order #[protected] and refund me for the part, shipping, and tax in the 2-3 days they stated. Which brings up another issue, as the website states they provide same day refunds.

On 8/20, I ordered parts for a certain refrigerator from EASYApplianceParts.com
On 8/20, I ordered an Inlet Valve and a Refrigerator Ice and Water Filter from EASYApplianceParts.com for my refrigerator, model # [protected]. The sales rep confirmed the parts' numbers, EAP11753250 and EAP11701542, respectively. After receiving them, I compared the new Inlet Valve with the original and found a mismatch. I took a photo and tried to contact customer service but ended up sending the part back with a note for a refund. I packed the Inlet Valve, noted the model mismatch, and requested a $90.30 credit via the Self Service Returns. Despite their 'Easy Returns' policy, EASYAppliance has not issued the credit.

Still unable to communicate with the company directly through email or phone. 3 months waiting on 1 part is not satisfactory. I did recieve the shipping refund, but I would like to have the part that I ordered 3 months ago! Would not recommend purchasing from this company! First Complaint: On September 24th I ordered an Top Bearing (Part Number: EAP1766010) and Drum Slides (Part Number: EAP755842 and Part Number: EAP6447706) for a *** Dryer. Order #: ***. I received the drum slides a week later but still have not received the Top Bearing (Part Number: EAP1766010). I attempted to call the business but was directed by a recording that they are not taking live calls due to the pandemic? I sent emails to their customer service on October 30th and November 14th but have not received any response. I currently have a dryer that squeals when turned on and is getting worse and due to the fact that I do not have the top bearing is causing further damage to my dryer. My credit card was charged, yet no communication or response from the business. Pandemic or not, there is no excuse to experience such a lack of customer support or communication regarding a purchase. Company's response only after intervention from ComplaintsBoard.com: Checking on your order the Top Bearing ordered was not a stocked item. We had to place an order with the manufacturer they are taking longer then our estimated 15 business days. Currently the estimated time of arrival is 12/01. We have refunded you the shipping cost of $9.99 plus tax of $1.50 for a total of $11.49 for the delay. You will see back on your credit card in 2-3 business days.

Placed an order on March 28 and was told the item would ship within a week. Waited until May 26. No shipment, no communication whatsoever. I had to cancel the order and received a refund. Don't waste your time with these people.
