EcoFirst Plumbing is the first plumbing company that makes me feel good about calling for plumbing service. Rob, the person in charge, is friendly and transparent. He accomodates to find a slot in his schedule that fits your own and once he's looked at the situation he clearly explains everything and gives options that benefit you. Then he does a great job resolving the situation. In my case I had a blocked outer drain and he came in and evaluated what he saw. He gave me some options to solve the problem and I chose one that involved some digging and rebuilding. He was very effective and left the outer drain working magnificently and restructured the surrounding area so it looked great. All for a great price. I did some shopping around and he was definitely the most competitive. He also fixed a problem I had with a sump pump. He fixed up the piping so that it wasn't the original mess that my house had and put in a new pump. I asked for a cheaper one and even though he warned me that there could be better options for what I wanted, he didn't pressure me to get a more expensive model. I later on realized the pump I had chosen was more noisy than I expected (it wasn't obvious at first). When I asked him for help he found me a much better model and quickly installed the new one. It felt like getting a friend to help out. I highly recommend EcoFirst plumbing and will be glad to hire Rob's services in the future when we need them.

Excellent job done by Rob! We called him to fix a leak on the pipe. While examining, he found another leak at pressure valve. He fixed all the issues we had with reasonable price.

Rob was fantastic, arrived early and explained what he was going to do. It was so refreshing to have someone who is dedicated to their profession. I will definitely contact Rob again for any other plumbing issues I may have. And I will pass his name and number around to all my friends.

Rob came out on a Saturday, on short notice, to install a bathroom faucet. Excellent work! He was conscientious about Covid precautions (masks), and did not leave until after he had double-checked the install and cleaned up the work area. Definitely keeping his number for future reference!

Excellent service. Rob fit us into his schedule quickly so that our leak could be dealt with before it became a bigger problem. He arrived when promised, was friendly, explained what he was doing, and cleaned up when he was done. We will definitely be contacting Rob for future plumbing needs.

Excellent! I've found my new plumber. Rob installed a new hot water tank when the old one failed. He was very patient when answering my questions and clearly explained everything.He stuck to his estimate even though he had to fix some things that were done wrong from the last installation from another company. I won't hesitate to call Rob for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Rob did an outstanding job fixing several leaks around the house, one major and one minor; installing a new dish washer, and fixing the kids shower. Rob was honest, clean, thorough, and had great communication of his findings and plans prior to fixing. Rob response was fast even though he was busy, and pricing was very good. Rob is now or go to person for any plumbing related matters.

Rob came to replace a hot water tank and install a new pressure valve. The tank was over 20 years old. His quote was very competitive and he explained all the options available to me. I would recommend using Rob because: 1. very professional ( written quote given) 2. knowledgeable, will not advise doing something if not necessary 3. prompt and easy to book, he will work around your schedule 4. cleaned up well after the job was completed ( drop cloths, face mask)

A local plumber who is reliable, communicative, hard working and super knowledgeable. He has already helped me out with a lot of plumbing issues as well as with upgrading the plumbing in the house in various locations (kitchen, laundry, bath & hot water tank). Rob always takes great care to explain the issues and how he will be fixing the problem. Super appreciative that he takes the time to make sure I understood the problem and also answered any questions I had. Great tips for maintaining the plumbing in the house for the future. EcoFirst Plumbing is probably the best plumbing service I have ever used. As a homeowner and property investor over some 25 years I have used many plumbers. Most of them are very competent but they are usually in and out of a house within 15 min, clearing a blockage or fixing a leak, (longer of course), but then sprinting off to the next job. Among the many things I admire about Rob at EcoFirst is that he explains his work as he goes along and he suggests areas where you could improve the plumbing in your house or maintain it better. I'm very glad to have found him on ComplaintsBoard.com. One of his many pointers is that of eco-friendly drain cleaner, 1 cup of baking soda and 1 of vinegar, poured into a drain, then let to bubble for about 30 secs, then cleared with hot water. This is a simple, economical, and even environmentally friendly maintenance routine. Another thing I admire about his work is that he tries to provide a homeowner with a variety of solutions, based on your budget and plans for your house. He is also experienced in numerous related work such as drainage, and installation. Rob is a small businessman, an owner-operator, clearly enthusiastic about his work, and so fast and hard-working, that at times he makes plumbing look like a work-out. His is a small business and ComplaintsBoard.com does a great service in showcasing smaller local outfits like his that lack a big advertising budget, but have a loyal client base because they deliver excellent service.
