I placed an order on 2/7 for 2/13 delivery. I received an email at 12:52 2/13 stating that they attempted to deliver. Recipient received a VM stating that a delivery was attempted to please contact the store for rescheduling. My mom was home at the time they state delivery was attempted. Recipient called store and stated as much, I went online filled out the store form questioning the accuracy of this and requested deliver be made. Both Recipient and I were told deliver was going to be made afternoon of 2/13. No one ever showed 2/13 or 2/14. 2/14 at 3:30 I submitted an online cancellation- requesting a full refund. I also requested a call back via the automated phone system. No one answered the phone all day 2/14 or 2/15. 2/16 my mom calls and says well they just showed up - fruit was wilted, not ripe and looked completely unappetizing. 2/17 i finally got through and requested a refund. I was told none would be given because it was delivered on 2/16. I asked to speak to a manager or owner and I was hung up on.
