Edible Arrangements melbourne fl my mom never got her gift and no refund it’s a scam

Ordered my mom a large edible for mother's day and balloons. They have 6 broken promises for delivery and I have yet to get through to owner. Manager promised delivery twice and sat at home all day nothing. Left several messages after no call back no delivery and no refund. My mom even called to try to get to someone for her own gift and was unable to get it delivered. It's sad that they take money like that don't deliver.

Edible Arrangements fruits and customer service.

To whom it may concern,
I am a loyal edible arrangements customer and i've purchased many arrangements and fruit cups (for personal and professional celebrations). Over the years i've had some good customer service experiences and i've enjoyed your products, but i'm also noticing the quality is declining.
Please allow me to share my most recent experience, where the overall quality of customer service and satisfaction was extremely poor.
Last week I called your store located at 1854 hylan blvd. (staten island, ny) at 6:15pm and the employee told she couldn't help me because "they were getting ready to close". The next day I called at 3:30pm and the employee told me she couldn't help me because "they were only doing mother's day orders".
Yesterday I called at 5:52pm to place a pickup order for only five (5) fruit cups. The employee said I would "have to wait a long time because she was at the store by herself". Minutes later when I arrived at the store I was surprised to see a male and female in the back room of the store (since she had just told me she was alone), and disappointed to have the same person I spoke with over the phone come out of the back room only to tell me she "didn't know how to make a fruit cup or how many pieces to put in it". Since I was already at the store, I asked if there was anyone she could call to find out. She told me to wait, she went back to the back room, and finally at around 6:40pm she came out with the fruit cups. The cups were not full and they didn't look like the ones advertised on the store wall, but I figured this was due to the fact that she didn't know how to make it.
A few minutes after I left the store one of the children said the fruits didn't taste good so I looked inside the cup and noticed some of the fruits were spoiled and appeared to be old or something from a left over arrangement (the fruit pieces even had the holes from the old arrangement sticks)!
I would like to request a refund, but please understand this is not only about the money. It is my hope that moving forward the store would make available all the advertised products and provide them to customers during normal business hours (7pm). I would also like to suggest ongoing training for your employees.

Edible Arrangements box of berries

I tried to call the Murray store all morning to get a box of berries that I got for free from ordering a certain amount of bouquets as gifts. The phone went to voice mail for hours - no one ever answered. I went in to get my box that I was going to give to a client. She had beautiful berries in the case and chose the worst of them for me. She gave me a box that would not stay together, so I made her get me another box. I also asked her to replace the bad berries for better ones. Yes... this was a free box, but I was offered this box because I buy enough arrangements. The case was full of great berries! And again.. I was giving this to a client. I left there with maybe 6 good looking berries and no bag for them because she said that she didn't have any big bags. Really? Very disappointing. It makes me nervous about ordering bouquet that I don't ever get to see. Or boxes of berries.

Edible Arrangements moldy fruit in edible arrangement

My name is Crystal Allen I placed an order for an edible arrangement to be delivered on mother's day May 13th from store number 1615. When the arrangement arrived the fruit was covered in mold and was inedible I was very disappointed in the service as the arrangement cost me $81.98. I would like a full refund as store credit would be of no use to me as it was for Mother's Day. I have attached a copy of my payment confirmation containing all my purchasing details along with a photograph of some of the fruit which contained the mold.

Edible Arrangements never received my order

MY daughter placed an order to surprise me for Mother's Day on April 12th to have a big order arrive today. Her order was about $150. She went to the store a few hours before it closed and the woman assured her it would arrive today by 5pm. It is now 6 pm and NO ORDER! She's been really upset because she worked so hard to surprise me with this all on her own and now she's devastated. She was counting down the days to show me her gift. My poor daughter is beyond stressed b/c she feels she should of gone to a different store and made a different purchase. This is SO WRONG and how do you rectify a ruined surprise? She never wants to order from the company again b/c it has left a BAD taste in her mouth and NOW i lost faith in this company too. NOT FAIR!

Edible Arrangements i'm complaining about manager

On Wednesday May 10, 2018 Ms. Goodar received a call on her job from someone name Jeff, last someone month sent one her a gift from edible arrangement to her job. Unannounced to her the person that sent her that gift used a credit card that wasn't there's; Jeff call and threaten Ms. Goodar about slandering the company that she work for and to take her to court if she didn't come up with $160.00. She tried talking to Jeff and he continue threaten her and talk her unprofessional and just any kind of way. I don't know if this is the way you all handle business. Jeff told her that if she didn't give him the $160.00 he was going to have the police come to her job arrest her and other uncalled for threats. She had to go out and borrow the money to pay him for something someone else, instead going to her in a more professional manner and finding out who sent her the gift and going after them which he should have. My personal opinion I will make sure I don't order anything else from this compny

Edible Arrangements product/service non delivery

Order was placed on April 26 for a store in Salt Lake City UT. I called on the 27th to make sure that everything was correct and would be delivered on time. This was for my boss to say thanks. I never got a answer from the store. I called customer service and was advised they couldn't get hold of the store either and they would call the owner to try and get someone in the store, was also told that I would get a phone call back and never did. Called 2 hours later still no one was able to get ahold of the store. I asked for a supervisor at this point I was made aware that the store my order went to was closed due to health issue in the store. Was giving new phone to the new the new store it went. No answer at that store either called back at this time my boss had already left for the day. Per policy devilry would be there by 5pm. Got a email stating at 7:10 pm delivery failed. My boss left at 3:30pm. Called customer service again due to store still no answer than I found from customer service that the new store my order went to was also closed because it was the same owner. Was also told that the owner was not returning corporates calls. I was told at the end of the call that a supervisor would call me the next morning by 9:00am. So around 11:00am on the 28th still no call so I called them back and they said due to not able to contact owner corporate would send a refund check. It would be sent out on Monday the 30th of April. Called today on May 7th to make sure everything was good to go and was now told it would be 6-8 weeks before I got a refund. Horrible service and will NEVER order agin from them!

Edible Arrangements product not delivered and not reason was given

I ordered a Blooming Hearts set along with a Valentines Day balloon from store number 1706. I placed this order a month before Valentines Day just to make sure it would not be last minute and even paid the extra fee for it to be delivered on valentines day. The order was never made or delivered and I was issued a refund the day after with no explanation. Even HQ couldn't get in contact with the store via their phone number. That's a big day to miss a delivery and I am very dissatisfied with how everything was handled.

Edible Arrangements chocolate covered strawberries - one dozen valentine's day set

My wife sent a dozen strawberries from the Spring Lake, SC location to my hotel. I picked them up and they were delivered on time, but only half of them in a box only large enough to fit half of them. Not happy at all, and it'd be really nice if my wife could get a refund for the whole ordeal. She even tipped extra to make sure it'd get delivered directly to my room, but they even messed that up. I had to go down to the desk and request it and by that time she told me what she was getting me so I could ask them, and the whole surprise was ruined. Severely taken aback that a company with such great reviews could do this to us. I've eaten 5 of six now because strawberries are perishable, but one is frozen because the hotel put it in a refrigerator.

Edible Arrangements they took payment and never delivered goods on st valentine

On feb 12, 2018 I place an order online for St Valentine gift for my better half. I wanted to make sure he would have it on time for the 14th of feb, 2018. Payment is taken. I take the time to follow up on my order on 14th of Feb. @ the [protected] number to make sure they have my order. The woman couldn't give me a time of delivery and said my order was being prepared and it would be delivery by 9pm. She also suggest i call the store in Arizona Scottsdale on 8776 East Shea blvd. Suite 103 @ [protected]. I waited 1/2 hour on line before being answered. and spoke to woman and she gave me the details of my order and said it will be delivered by 7 pm the latest and that they would call him before delivering and she gave me his number to make sure they had the right number. . At 7 pm i call my better half and ask him if he received anything and he said no. I called customer service after getting upset because they could tell me if it would be delivered by 9 pm, they told me they would ask the store to call me back 24 to 48 hours later... what a joke... It is the feb. 15th, 2018 and My husband never received the gift . I called the store spoke to a Tracy she said the order was made there and shipped to another store for delivery 15530 North Tatum Boulevard, Suite 140 Phoenix, AZ 85032 . So I called there and I spoke to Britney and she said Mme do you want us to deliver today and we will add a box of chocolate or something... or we could reimburse you... What that is all I get? I asked her to get a manager to speak to me... I am waiting for the call. No i don't want it delivered I will have to make it up to him and it will cost me more... So I am waiting for someones responds on this asap

Edible Arrangements delivery was not complete

I ordered a Get Well Arrangement #5161 small with a Mylar Balloon the balloon cost me extra but when it was delivered there was no balloon attached I called the Howell, NJ store and they credited back my account that's not the point I wanted the balloon with my fruit arrangement order your orders are not exactly cheap so I figured they should of sent the balloon and an extra one to compensation for the missing one

Edible Arrangements refund policy

Went to the edible arrangement in Benton Harbor, Mi.. I placed my order paid for my order and was asked if I had a punch card.. I had forgotten that I had a filled one.. which allowed me to receive a free smoothie.. I asked the associate if I could get a refund and use my free card.. she said it would be best if I use it the next time.. she told me the system was complicated... I will use my free punch card at some point.. but I won't shop at the store again after that... I feel that it shouldn't have been that hard to do.. the associate just didn't want to do it... customer service is important to me.. I frequent this location often.. and they just lost a customer.

I placed an order for my parents anniversary last week and though my mother thanked me for it she also advised me that for the most part,
the fruit was terrible.
The chocolate covered apple, the apple was bad. the melons were hard and sliced at the core. My mother said it was a disgrace and you
should be embarrassed sending that out.
I would personally like a refund. Guess I will stick with flowers.

Edible Arrangements unprofessional behaviour

We order a fruit arrangement for my daughter's birthday and while over the phone with her, a message showed in my phone saying something like " product successfully delivered" so we asked my daughter, did you received the arrangement? so she said, No I haven't. So we called the store in Montreal Quebec( order W0002515274-1) and they answered unkindly " well my driver said, no one answer the door bell or the phone so he left it with your neighbour, " we are not a pizza service" So we thought if the driver had access to the neighbour's why he didn't came a bit farther to my daughter's door? ( My daughter's place is so tiny they called studio apartment, the door is six feet from her sofa, kitchen or bed) we could have hear the bell if they would have rang the bell.
This made me very angry that I said, the least you can do is to tell me which neighbour? so he said I'll ask my driver, give a moment and I'll call you back.
A good half an hour passed so I called again, he said my driver is not answering the phone, so I will send you a fresh arrangement tomorrow, so I said Ok to not damage any more our birthday experience.
Next day they delivered finally asking my daughter why didn't you asked your neighbour to give you the fruit? They never said to which neighbour they delivered, maybe they wanted my daughter to go door to door looking for the neighbour that had it ?
We are not even sure that they left it with the neighbour, but we are sure this was our last experience with " Edible arrangements"
by the way the company sent us a present of 10 pcs of chocolate because we reached three orders. I will never collect them, I just want to forget about them for good.

Edible Arrangements customer service is rude, racist and negligent!

BUYER BEWARE! Terrible, horrendous, negligent customer service! Our order was to deliver by 5pm yesterday and after several calls they advised me they could deliver only the next day by 10am. Well, my friends birthday was YESTERDAY and today it is past 10am and NO delivery! I called them to confirm and they told em that no one promised me a 10 am delivery... what liars! What kind of bogus business is this? I am calling now to check and they put mt on hold then hung up and now they don't answer my calls..
No apologies, no offers, no nothing. I suggest to NEVER purchase from this location. HUGE DISAPPOINT ! BUYER BEWARE !

Edible Arrangements Edible fruit was terrible especially for the price.

You will see my receipt that will give you all the information that you will need. I order this arrangement for my elderly Parents. The melon was so hard they couldn't eat it, the cantaloupe like carrots it was so hard. The strawberries were pretty but so sour you couldn't even eat the chocolate covered ones without puckering up. I was very disappointed all I ever heard was you had the best fruit. This is the first time I order from your company. I could of gone to Aldi's and got better.

Edible Arrangements false advertising on website

I was very excited to sent an edible arrangement to a friend of mine, when I was checking out on the website, a ribbon came across the top saying "LAST DAY TO SAVE 20%...ENTER CODE ... I entered the code and a message came up that the code had expired on 5/29/17. Eleven days ago. I hit the chat button and asked why they were falsely advertising a discount. The chat person said that I needed to give them my telephone number and have their customer service rep contact me to use the code. If I wanted to order over the telephone I would have called in the first place. She then said that the code was put up by mistake. I am not that naive. After going back and forth with the Chat person, they finally disconnected the chat. This is a terrible way to do business and I will never send or recommend them again. This company should be reported to the Attorney General for false advertising.

My daughter ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day and it was delivered at 10:10 p.m. Last night! I was outraged at someone at my door that time of night! I didn't answer it, for I had all lights out and had gone to bed. My daughter was very disappointed and wanted to surprise me for Mothers Day. I couldn't believe it! Someone at my door that time of night! How can you make it right?
My daughter wants her money back.

Edible Arrangements horrible service

The worst service i've ever expecrienced. The worst edible arrangement location! I live in ny I ordered an arrangement for mothers day 2 days in advance. I called to just change the apartment number. Not only could I not get through to anyone because the line kept saying "this number is not receiving phone calls at this time" but when I did get a ring it went to a voicemail. Finally after a day of calling I got through to someone and told them the change, mother's day comes and they never delivered the arrangement, no notification or anything. Now that I want a refund the customer service is telling me it's at the store discretion if they want to refund my money. How?! You can't deliver a mother's day gift after the fact and if the arrangement could not be delievered for any reason the customer should be notified so they can take the necessary steps. Mind you I am still trying to get a hold of someone for my refund. I've been a loyal customer of the franchise and have never experienced such distasteful service.

Edible Arrangements non delivered item and poor customer service

I ordered for the 1st for Mother's Day and the 1st rep told me my order would be delivered by 8pm then put me on hold for a 2nd rep to get on the phone and after telling more lies, I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and she stated she was the manager which was another lie. According to there delivery policy, they could deliver as late as 9pm, well needless to say, my mother never received her package! This was my 1st and LAST time ordering from this place. Fayetteville, NC location or any location!

SAME thing happened to me. I ordered for my mom in VA, and she still has not received her package. I called several time when it started to get late, but got no answer. I've ordered Edible Arrangements before and never had a problem, so this is very disheartening. I will call in the morning to see about getting a refund because this is ridiculous. I will not be ordering from them again.

Edible Arrangements delivery product price customer service

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my mom for Mother's Day. They were suppose to be delivered Friday i called to get a tracking number the lady told me she could not provide me with one. I spent my whole Friday trying to get answers but all I got was bad customer service they gave me over 10 different numbers to call I then asked for a refund and they take me thru another hoop like I will never order from them again my first and last time. The package arrived when the business was closed to the chocolate being melted and the fruit rotten like this was too much money for this awful service I feel they need to be shut down and reevaluate the meaning of customer service it's like no one cares any more about the customer just the money and that is so unfair
