On Tuesday, September 19,2034, I ordered a small fruit arrangement and a floral arrangement. The fruit arrangement came as expected.
The floral arrangement I chose and ordered was pictured as having white roses with small delicate flowers as fillers, only. There was an offer for a mylar balloon to be included at no additional charge. Total cost - $59.99. What was delivered were few red roses, white carnations and almost dead hydrangeas. Looks like a funeral arrangement. This was an 1st anniversary gift for a very special couple.
I filled out a survey expressing my displeasure. I received a call offering a refund for the flowers. The guy spoke so fast telling me they only can deliver what the vendor sends. Not my problem. He tells me my refund was $52 not full amount since the balloon was $10.00 WHAT! Said he already entered information into the system and it wouldn't allow him to give me a full refund.
So 2 false advertisements - (1) actual flowers will not be as expected but whatever shows up. (2)Offer for balloon has an actual charge not free in that specific order as shown online. I spent about $120.00 thinking I was giving a
nice anniversary surprise. The surprise was on me!
I have ordered from your company in the past while living in Chicago.
Desired outcome: Full refund. Please do something with your order page, be more specific about what to realistically expect.
