This device does not work at all. The device has been paid for fully, and we were monitoring it for the last 6 months realising there are no difference. After watching carte blance tonight I want my money back. Please advice.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I agree with the above comment because after installation the unit does not work it cuts it self off and we sit with cold water when we need it. Biggest rubbish that we bought from them, but no more thank you
I was also caught with this junk they just change the name Tecno Save, the company that supply it is Electro Smart. The loaning company CT International call me today and tell me that they going to blacklist me because I do not pay my installments, I complaint that the system is not working. I told them that I am going to the newspapers to ask if there is any client out there that have positive experience to call me. I ask the company also for names of clients who are satisfied in the Bellville or Kuils River area, they told me that they cannot give out the names without approval. I ask them to obtain approval, when I call back a week later they told me that the satisfied clients in my area do not want to be contacted by me, very strange!
