Completed continuing education courses online for RN licensure in two states: Pennsylvania and Virginia. Completion data not submitted to Virginia. Completed and paid for RN continuing education requirements online for both Pennsylvania and Virginia on 08/30. Information for both licenses was submitted in the required fields, Received certificate of completion for Pennsylvania but not Virginia on 08/31. Two phone calls to *** on 09/01, to Alex and Cassidy did not resolve the problem. Alex put me on hold for 10-15 minutes to "someone who could correct problem", but no one ever came on line. Cassidy supposedly messaged her supervisor, but supervisor was not available. Have now wasted almost an hour on these phone calls trying to get credit for the 30 hours if completed online education. Will not be recommending this firm. Their customer service and follow through are egregious

On 4/06, I purchased an online membership through Elite Learning for Behavioral Health Social Worker membership for an all-access for 1 year. The verbal communication I had with customer service at the beginning of contacting elite, and the written the documentation on the website- *** that allows me to choose which format I may take my course in, Video, Webinar, or Live format led me to believe my courses are indeed online courses. On 6/17, when I began to take a course and could not find a video, I contacted Elite and was sent an email today stating all of my courses are in book format. ( case#SPCXXXXXX). I then telephoned Elite again and spoke to Rebecca who told me they only give refunds after 10 days of purchase. Could you offer some assistance, I would love to take the courses if they are indeed "Online" webinar, video, live, taped something besides reading articles. The membership is good until 4/06/2022. Thank You

I completed 30 hours of CEs that was suppose to be submitted directly to the NABP. I was told submitted and would take 2-3 days and still no credit I completed 30 credits purchased as package over 5/2 and 5/3 that was to be submitted to the NABP. I received an email saying that my account was missing my NABP number need to submit which I entered before starting each of the 12 courses. I also responded to the email asking where in the account they wanted me to enter the number. I received an email back from Alisha saying the issue was resolved and was submitted. I received my next email the next day (5/5) stating "Below are the courses you completed and that we have submitted, as well as the states to which they were reported. Please also be aware that even though we have submitted to the state and/or agencies it may take two-three days for them to actually post on their website. Immediately after getting this email, I called because it appeared from the email stated that it was submitted to the board of pharmacy listed on my account and NOT the NABP who handles all of the CE monitoring for the board of pharmacies. The woman on the phone looked through my account and and verified my NABP number and stated that "Alisha had submitted the credits to the PA BOP on Monday 5/4." After quickly correcting her and stating that its suppose to be submitted to the NABP she changed her answer to "yes, submitted to the NABP." I waited until 5/7 to see if anything had been posted to the NABP site before sending another email, which as of today (5/8) has not been responded to. I gave them until 4pm on 5/8 to see if posted before calling again. After a lengthy hold, I spoke with Chad and requested a refund since I do not think the CEs are being reported correctly and therefore had to obtain more credits from another 3rd party. Chad said he would not be able to do this. I then asked to speak with a manager, and after being placed an another lengthy hold, I was told that there was no manager there at this time (no manager during normal business hours?). I asked Chad if he could please review the previous notes to see exactly who Alisha submitted the credits to. He said that he can only see that it was submitted but was unable to see who it was submitted to. Since completing these courses, I have completed courses on 4 other 3rd party CE sites. Every single other course has been submitted to NABP, all which show complete within hours. If these course were submitted on monday there is no possibility that they would not displayed by Friday, which is confirmed by Elitecme own email that says 2-3 days. This package is the most expensive I have seen and does not even include all of the courses to maintain the license even though the website states "Elite Learning offers pharmacy continuing education and a variety of CE courses for pharmacists to maintain professional licenses." Will be reporting this issue to ComplaintsBoard.com, NABP, ACPE, as well as social media and reviews.
