eMag.ro Beware of eMag.ro: The Worst Shopping Experience Ever!

I recently had an experience with eMag.ro and I have to say that it was the worst experience I have ever had! I have never felt so insulted in my life!

At first glance, the website looks good, especially with all the promotions and marketing materials they have. However, I am convinced that this website is just a scam.

The products they send are either broken or used, and when you ask for a return, they just delay the process until it is too late to return the product. It is frustrating when you try to call them for assistance and they provide the same response every time, such as "the request is pending and the driver should come to pick it up tomorrow" or "we will try to call the delivery company and we will come back with a call." But in reality, they never call back!

I find it hard to believe that such a scam exists and that the law allows for it to continue. It's unbelievable that they can just steal people's money and no one does anything! They are nothing but scammers!

I implore you to beware of them, as they most certainly invoke bad karma!

eMag.ro Unbeatable Prices and Top-Notch Service from eMag.ro for Tech Needs

So, I wanted to get a little more oomph out of my old computer - it's a Xeon processor at 3.06 GHz, so not exactly a spring chicken. But I was on a budget, and I didn't want to spend a heap of dough on super fancy upgrades. Luckily, I stumbled upon eMag.ro and found a SATA III SSD that was compatible with my SATA II motherboard, and you know what? It was at a seriously unbeatable price. I mean, I thought it was a good deal to begin with, but when I checked back on the website later, I saw that they had lowered the price even further. And then on Black Friday, they cut the price by almost half! Talk about scoring a sweet deal.

Now, I'm not one to trust just any online store with my hard-earned cash. But I gotta say, eMag.ro really impressed me with their professionalism and speedy service. I felt secure knowing that they take their business seriously and make sure to deliver top-notch products. And speaking of products...wowza, they have a whole smorgasbord of options! I could spend hours scrolling through their pages and finding all sorts of goodies to add to my cart.

eMag.ro Emag.ro: Terrible Customer Support and Misleading Advertising

I've had multiple bad experiences with emag.ro, and I have to say that their customer support has been near nonexistent. If you ever run into any trouble with an order or delivery, don't expect to be able to speak to anyone who can actually help you. All they have is a call center with representatives who seem to be trained to just give you lip service without actually doing anything to address your concerns.

I've had so many problems with emag that I don't trust anything they advertise anymore. And if you're thinking of leaving a negative review, be warned that many of the positive reviews you see are fakes, and they actively reject negative reviews, no matter how valid they might be.

My biggest issue with emag is that they seem to go out of their way to hide their incompetence and mistakes. It's one thing to make mistakes, but they happen far too frequently with this company. And when things do go wrong, they're not transparent about what went wrong or what they're doing to fix it.

Overall, I would say that emag is a company to avoid. Their customer support is terrible, their advertising is misleading, and their mistakes are too frequent to ignore. If you're looking for a reliable online retailer, there are plenty of other options out there that will treat you better than emag ever will.

eMag.ro Disappointing experience with eMag.ro and Daewoo - faulty microwave and useless warranty coverage

with my purchase from eMag.ro. I was so excited to buy a nice microwave for my parents in Romania as a thoughtful gift, but after just three months it stopped working. To make matters worse, I had also purchased the Service Express coverage in addition to the two-year warranty, but it was completely useless in this situation.

When I contacted eMag.ro customer service for assistance, they simply refused to fix or replace the broken microwave citing that "the repair is not worth it and the product does not meet the warranty conditions". Shockingly, they didn't even bother to check the microwave to see what was wrong with it. I wish I could be there with my parents to deal with this issue in person, but I live in the US and don't have the time to argue endlessly over the phone.

What truly blows my mind is that my own microwave at home is over 12 years old and it still works like a charm, even after being subjected to all kinds of abuse. It's outrageous that eMag.ro and the manufacturer Daewoo have made a quick 250RON off of me while my parents are left with a useless appliance.

To make matters worse, Service Express is a complete joke. I paid extra for this coverage, but it appears that it was all for nothing. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with my experience and I'll be looking elsewhere for my future appliance needs.

eMag.ro eMag's Disappointing Customer Service and Hidden Reviews

I gotta say, eMag is just not cutting it for me right now. I ordered something on the 17th of November and it's still nowhere to be found. It's giving me a bit of a headache, to be honest.

I mean, I understand there can be some kinks in the logistics sometimes but this is just ridiculous. It feels like they don't even care. I contacted them about it and they didn't offer any sort of solution, didn't even reply to my email.

What really rubs me the wrong way is that they're hiding negative reviews on the sellers side. That just doesn't sit right with me, it feels like they're trying to sweep things under the rug or something.

In the past, I've had some issues with eMag but they always had my back, ya know? They were on the customer's side. But now, it just doesn't feel like that anymore. It's disappointing, to say the least. I don't want to support a company that doesn't support its customers.

eMag.ro Terrible Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with eMag.ro

This is not the first time I've had trouble with eMag.ro. I decided to give them another chance and ordered Christmas gifts for my parents. Unfortunately, the gifts never arrived on time - this is the second year in a row this has happened. Last year, the gifts were delivered a week late, well after Christmas had passed. This year, I paid extra for delivery and even chose the option for click and collect, which should have been easy because eMag has a shop in my city. However, when the courier arrived, they refused to deliver the gifts to my parents' house. Instead, they told me that I had only paid for delivery to the warehouse, which is on the outskirts of the city. I was baffled - why would anyone pay to have a product taken out of a shop that's within reach and then have to collect from a warehouse so far away? It turns out that's precisely what eMag does - they charge customers for this kind of delivery, and it's outrageous. When I complained, eMag's response was dismissive - they told me that they were busy, and I needed to understand their situation. This is not acceptable customer service, and I won't be ordering from them again.

eMag.ro Nightmare Experience with eMag.ro: Defective Products, Terrible Customer Service & More

My experience with eMag.ro was a complete disaster. I mean, where do I even begin? I had all sorts of issues with their service, and it was just a complete headache.

Firstly, I received a defective HDD from them, and I had to go through a lot of trouble just to get them to replace it. Their customer service was extremely difficult to deal with, and it was almost impossible to get any response from them. I had to call multiple times, and every time, the waiting time was so long, it literally felt like I was waiting for an eternity. Can you imagine? And to make matters worse, they don't even provide an email address you can contact them with. I mean, what kind of company doesn't have an email address? It's just ridiculous.

But wait, there was more. The second order was for a water filter, which was supposed to be quality and expensive. Imagine my shock when it arrived all broken and cracked. I called customer service and sent a picture of the broken filter, but to my surprise, they told me that it wasn't broken enough to affect usage. Can you believe that? I mean, a broken water filter is a broken water filter. Who cares if it looks usable or not? And honestly, the filter was not cheap. This was by far the worst purchase I have ever made.

But the cherry on top was when I placed my third order. I was updating my details, and I mistakenly changed it to my wife's name. The order summary looked fine, so I went ahead and submitted it. But to my horror, the confirmation email contained the wrong names and phone numbers. How do you even make such a grave error? It was just ridiculous.

All in all, I would not recommend eMag.ro to anyone. They have some of the worst services I've ever dealt with. I really hope that Amazon and eBay come to Romania soon, so we can have better options. As for their customer service operators, there is no polite way to say this, they were just plain rude and useless. Honestly, they might as well replace them with monkeys because they would probably be more helpful.

In conclusion, I hope my experience serves as a warning to everyone considering shopping at eMag.ro. Just don't do it. It's honestly not worth the headache.

Yo guys, I just stumbled upon this sitejabber thingy while I was looking for some dope ratings for a Chinese seller. After that, I thought, why not check out emag.ro, our local shopping site that everybody seems to be talking about.

Aaaanddd, what do I see? A ton of negative reviews! Like, whaaaaat? Honestly, I was really surprised, bruh. Cuz all them negative reviews were about things that emag.ro is actually really good at.

Like, for real, I read some reviews claiming that emag.ro’s products were DOA (dead on arrival). But, like, c’mon, that’s almost unheard of! Emag.ro is known for taking care of their customers, no matter what. They even let you return products within 30 days, even though it’s only required by the law to give you 14 days to change your mind! You feel me? So if you shop from these guys, you gotta know that they’ve got your back, dawg.

But there were some negative reviews about emag.ro sending used products. Honestly, I haven't experienced that before. But, like, I saw some peeps on forums saying the same thing. So, I dunno, maybe it's true. I’m just sayin’, personally, I haven’t experienced that with emag.ro.

Overall, if you ask me, emag.ro is as trusty as they come, fam. If you get any iffy vibes from this site, then you probably just trippin’. Plus, emag.ro is not just a big deal in Romania, it’s a really well-known and respected online marketplace in Bulgaria and Hungary too!

eMag.ro eMag.ro: A Terrible Experience - Do NOT Buy From Them!

I've had a pretty terrible experience with eMag.ro recently and if I could give them less than zero stars I definitely would. It seems like they have no idea what it means to run a successful business and satisfy their customers. Their customer service is completely useless, and I spent over 45 minutes trying to get in touch with someone, only to be transferred to an answering machine - not very helpful!

Here's my story: I purchased a Samsung A3 2017 phone from eMag.ro on August 11th, and I asked the seller multiple times if I would be able to use an Egyptian Orange SIM card with the phone since I live in Egypt. I emphasized this point more than once, and the seller assured me that I would be able to use any SIM card with the phone since it was the "international version" and not locked to a specific network.

However, as soon as I got back to Egypt and tried to use my SIM card, I got an error message: "Phone is locked. Insert sim network unlock code." I was extremely upset - I had paid 300 euros for a new phone that turned out to be completely useless to me. It's essentially just a piece of plastic sitting in my desk drawer now.

I spent a week trying to get in touch with eMag.ro about the issue, and finally got a rather unhelpful response: "Saad, you can return the product within 30 days." To be honest, I'm not even sure if they understand English very well - their grammar and sentence structure is pretty poor.

I really don't understand how a company like eMag.ro manages to stay in business if this is the kind of service they offer. I'm giving them one last chance - either they send me the unlock code I need to fix my phone, or I'll be reporting them for stealing my 300 euros. That's all I have to say about that.

eMag.ro Emag.ro Review: Messy Website, Incorrect Products, and Terrible Courier Service!

emag.ro ain't good, guys. The website is a mess, and they can't even get the product colors right! When you select something, you gotta double-check a hundred times to make sure they're not gonna mess up your order. And don't even get me started on the courier they use, Sameday. They're ridiculous! I even have proof, I took some printscreens, showing that they change the history of your order so they can take their sweet time. Like, c'mon, I don't think their driver can cover 60km in less than a minute, do you? And when you call them, they put you on hold and then cut you off! How rude! I was expecting my package by Thursday or Friday, but nope, they said they'd bring it on Monday. So if you're like me and you've been shopping online for ages, do yourself a favor and avoid emag entirely.

That scale I purchased from Emag is not working it came with roasted batteries and defected! ! I started a return process and found out that is very difficult to get to the right person for help!

I get the filling that this is done by purpose, so to make people tired of empty conversations with chat agents!

eMag.ro Stay Away from eMag: Refusal to Accept Returns, Even Against the Law

I dunno what's up with eMag.ro, but they ain't playing nice with returns. I ordered an expensive tablet and it turned out to be a dud. So, like any sane person, I wanted to return it. But noooooo, they refused. And get this, it's against the law in Romania. So now I'm on a mission to get the local consumer agency involved. Ain't nobody messin' with my rights as a consumer. I tried to get some help from the manager in the return department and the callcenter dudes, but they were useless. Seriously, steer clear of eMag. It's not worth the hassle.

eMag.ro Disappointed with emag.ro's Delivery Service - A Costly Mistake

So, I had this issue with emag.ro. I was excited to get all my party supplies delivered by them but unfortunately I have to say it was a big disappointment. I had to sit at home all day waiting for my delivery only to find out that it wasn't even going to arrive in time for my party. I was not happy with their service at all.

I called their customer service line 3 times, but unfortunately, it took a lot of waiting and struggling to talk to someone who could actually help me. Finally, after speaking to a manager, I found out that my order wouldn't be arriving for another week. I was really angry and frustrated with this response.

It's a real pity that such a large and popular online store like emag.ro couldn't be more reliable and efficient in their deliveries. I had spent over 800 lei ordering food for my party but unfortunately, it never arrived. What a joke! I was so disappointed and angry with their service.

I hope that in the future, emag.ro can do better. I don't think anyone should have to go through what I did with this failed delivery. It's such a shame that their lack of communication left me without options for catering my party. I won't be ordering from them again. I can't trust them to deliver on their promises and that's simply not acceptable.

When I tried to return it, they made it difficult and I had to wait a long time for them to process my request. I finally got a replacement, but it had a scratch on the screen. The website itself is also not user friendly, sometimes it takes forever to load and the search function is not very helpful. The prices used to be competitive but now they are just average. If you are looking to buy something, I suggest looking elsewhere first.

eMag.ro Mixed Experience with EMAG: Faulty Phone & Good Customer Service

But then, after a few days, my phone just died. I tried to turn it on but nothing happened. I was really disappointed because I needed it for my trip. I contacted Emag's customer service and they told me that I had to send it back for repair. I was really angry because I paid a lot of money for this phone and it was not working properly from the beginning.

However, after a week, my phone was repaired and it was working perfectly fine. I was really happy with the result and I started using it again. I must admit that Emag's customer service was really good and they were very polite and helpful. They even gave me a discount code for my next purchase as an apology for the inconvenience.

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase from Emag. They have a wide range of products and their prices are competitive. However, my experience with the faulty phone was not good and I hope that they will make sure to sell only products that are in good condition.

eMag.ro Disappointing Service: eMag.ro's Careless Response to My Faulty Machine

I's a little bit funny that the machine which I bought from eMag.ro, started to leak water right out of the box. I mean, I know that sometimes things like this can happen, but it was still a bummer. I had to send the machine all the way to Romania, where eMag.ro's service center is located, and it feels like a million miles away haha.

Anyway, after one week passed, they emailed me and said that my machine had been tested and there was no defect found. What? Are they kidding me? It was so obvious that the machine was leaking water. I don't think they even bothered to check or ask me any questions about what was wrong. It's like they are some kind of robots without any emotions.

Overall, their behavior was careless and robotic, and I wouldn't recommend eMag.ro to anyone based on my experience.

eMag.ro EMAG.ro Fails to Deliver: Poor Customer Service and Delivery Experience

I ordered something from eMag.ro and I've been waiting for 12 days, but the delivery hasn't come yet! The delivery company doesn't seem to know where the address is, even though it's on the main boulevard in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. They were also really rude when I called them up to ask what was going on. It's been really frustrating, especially because I've sent numerous emails to emagbg and they haven't bothered to respond at all!

Honestly, I don't think I'll ever order anything from eMag.ro again. It's just not worth the hassle, and I definitely wouldn't recommend their services to anyone else. It's just ridiculous that when you call them, they go on and on about how important customer service is to them...clearly, that's not the case at all!

Overall, I'm just really disappointed with eMag.ro. Their delivery and customer service have been really subpar, and I'll be looking elsewhere for my online shopping needs in the future.

eMag.ro eMag.ro Review: A Marketplace Plagued with Fake Feedback and Customer Service Woes

Man, let me tell you, eMag.ro ain't the best place to be a seller. There's just too many fake feedbacks and orders getting claimed as not received. And the worst part is trying to get some help through the message center. You could be waiting for half a year or more and still not get a response. It's just plain sad that these folks have such a hold on the marketplace in Bulgaria and Romania. And to top it off, things just keep getting worse and worse over time.

Now, as a buyer, you're gonna have some gripes too. Like, why can't you see what shipping company they're using? And why can't you choose which delivery office to go to? I mean, come on, it's been like 10 or 12 years and they still can't fix that. It's just not a smooth experience all around, ya know?

But look, I'll admit, they do have some good deals from time to time. And I guess if you're willing to put up with some of the annoyances, you could save a few bucks here and there. But for me, I'm just not sure it's worth all the hassle.

eMag.ro, what a pain in the neck! I've had to deal with so many deliveries where I got the wrong items. It's like they don't even care about getting it right. Plus, they charge a separate shipping cost for EACH product you order. Like, seriously? Who does that? And don't even get me started on their Genius shipping program. I paid $100 for it, thinking it meant I wouldn't be charged for shipping on multiple orders. But nope, they still charge me. What a rip-off!

And to make matters worse, they can't even process payments for my orders with my Canadian credit card. But somehow, they have no issue charging that same card for the annual Genius program. What gives, eMag.ro? You bunch of jerks. I'm done dealing with them, and I suggest you do the same. Don't waste your time or money on this mess of a company.
