*** and signed a contract on a purchase of a generator in April - and told we would have it by August
and signed a contract on a purchase of a generator in April - and told we would have it by August. I keep getting told in 5 weeks Now they do not even reply to my email when I inquire for status. I have paid all the monies owed when asked and on time. To date a little over 12K and we have no generator. They left a hole dug along the house foundation that I had to ask for them to fill. It was open for 3 months. I am hoping no permanent damage occurred to the foundation due to the exposed water. I have asked for either the generator be installed or a total refund and again no response. This order was not a surprise. At this time I want my money back. This is a total disrespect for the consumer - me. I can go to Cosco right now with that money and have one at my doorstep in a week.
I purchased a generator in January 2022, and have been getting no answers from this company on delays
I purchased a generator in January 2022, and have been getting no answers from this company on delays. Putting $9000 down for a deposit and permits i was *** i would have to wait since installations were behind schedule. After paying an additional $1200 for electrical and gas work communication stopped between me and the company. I wrote emails suggesting i would change the size of the unit if that was the problem. I wrote 6 emails and called dozens of times. No response. The city notified both of us that $2500 worth of permits were about to expire. The company did respond that they would extend them..they did notnow all calls go to voice mail. Will the owner is running two other businesss a pizza restaurant and a sports bar. I guess he took every bodies money and put it into those businesss.
Energized Electric installed a generator and in September 2022 three relays they installed went bad their man came over and took out the bad parts now when the generator comes on it trips other breakers. I have placed several calls the Energized and only get a recording and no callback to tell me anything. Did they go out of business. I need this fixed!
Signed contract for 22kw Generac generator on 12/31. All electric work and gas work completed in April 2022. In August was told by the owner that generator would be installed in next 2 weeks; it's now November. Summary, waiting almost 11 months (and after paying $11,000), still no generator or installation date despite numerous calls, messages.
II paid a deposit to Energized Electric in October for a generator installation. Electrical, gas lines and gas tank were installed and paid for inMay, June 2022. Since then I have had difficulty contacting this company. They don't return calls, answer messages and emails.I still do not have a generator. I don't think another company would want to step i after the work that has been done.
Signed a contract on April 9 for the install of a whole house generator which included propane tank
Signed a contract on April 9 for the install of a whole house generator which included propane tank. Many calls, promises - still no tank. On April 9 we signed a contract with Energized Electric to install a Generac whole house generator and a 500 gallon propane tank. The generator was installed in the time frame that was estimated. However it is useless since in spite of repeated emails and phone calls the installation of the tank was not scheduled until last week. The date was changed several times. They were to come July 14, then 15 then 16 , then 20 and finally between 10 and 12 today. It is now 3:42, they did not show up or call. I am attaching an email thread and a log of our attempts to resolve this since it is too long to fit in this space. We have given up on resolving this through phone calls.

In January 2022 signed a contract to have generator installed. Paid them must of the money. They started the work but have not showed up the generator. No call backs when I leave a message. No communication.
Contacted Energized electric for generator purchase and installation, signed a contract, and paid a deposit of $5,000. The company has not returned my phone calls, drove to the business and the doors were locked no lights were on it appears that they are no longer in business. There are 3 locations, called all 3 phone numbers and have not heard from anyone.
We signed a contract on 3/14/2022 for a standby generator (my father is a disabled veteran and we need the generator for his medical equipment to function when the power is out) and we were promised that it would take 4 to 5 months at most. We put down a deposit for $1,000 on 03/23/2022.We are now in November and we still have no generator installed. The only work done in the early summer was to install the electrical box and lay the new lines, after that nothing was done and our calls would go unanswered. Any emails I sent would take days or weeks to get a response and then we would be told to wait for a call, the calls would never come. This is very frustrating because during Hurricane *** the power went out during the night, thankfully we had arranged for my father to stay at a neighbor's home as they had a standby generator and we were able to avoid any health scares. We would like a refund of the deposit and to be charged for the minimal work.

Signed contract with Energized Electric to purchase and install a whole house generator on 5/20/2022
Signed contract with Energized Electric to purchase and install a whole house generator on 5/20/2022. All preliminary work to issue permits, prepare electric and natural gas line, and partially install slab for generator was completed by the end of July 2022. We are still waiting for the installation of the generator and final inspections. We have called many, many times beginning August through the present time. When we were able to reach someone at Energized Electric, was promised return calls with status of generator install. No return calls received. Now unable to reach anyone at Energized Electric and left many voice mail messages with request for return call and still have not received any response. To date we have paid $10,000 and only owe an additional $1890 upon completion of generator install and final inspections.

I started the process of installing a generator at my residence. I have spent $11,500 so far and have been waiting for the physical generator to be placed on my property. They will not deliver on their promises. I've been waiting since the end of July. When I reached out to the company for delivery, they can't give me any dates and I'm getting the run around.

We signed a contract for a generator from Energized Electric on October 13, over a year ago. Some work was done in February and March for the electrical hook up and fuel tank installation. We were told in April that the install date was 8 to 10 weeks out. In *** left a message that the installation was scheduled for September 28th. No installation on that date but that was the week of Hurricane ***. If scheduled for the 28th, seems like the installation should have been rescheduled for shortly after the hurricane. Since then, no response to phone message left on Energized Electric voice mail - no one answers the phone.
No return phone calls over the last two weeks. Several messages left.Maintenance on generator, as part of service agreement I paid for in advance, was supposed to have been done on October 19th. I was out of town, which they knew. I have no idea if that maintenance was performed, as no paperwork delivered either at home or via email. I have one shed load box not working. It is supposed to be repaired. The other 3 are also to be replaced under warranty. Two months ago, I was informed parts were on back order. I also have one more maintenance due under the service agreement.
On Feb 23rd, 2022, I signed a contract with Energized Electric to replace my existing 10KW generator with a new 10KW (Model #****)
On Feb 23rd, 2022, I signed a contract with Energized Electric to replace my existing 10KW generator with a new 10KW (Model #***). Energized Electric agreed to obtain permits and drawings, install the generator, and provide 2 maintenance appointments and one year of monitoring. I paid Energized Electric a deposit of $3,190.00 for a job estimated to cost $6,795.00. It has been over 8 months since I signed the contract and I have not been able to get ahold of any representative from the company. Both myself and my wife have tried calling them numerous times and have left several messages with no response. I have also had a representative with the *** try and make both phone and email contact with Energized Electric, but they have also received no response. I request an immediate and full refund of my $3,190.00 deposit.
Signed a contract for installation of residential standby generator on 1/14/22
Signed a contract for installation of residential standby generator on 1/14/22. Was quoted 4 months start to finish. Gave salesperson deposit of $4,990. In mid-February, city permit was released. Paid another $4,500. March 7, the electrical work was completed, and gas tank was buried. Paid another $2,600. Then, everything came to a screeching halt. Every time I call, I get the runaround and they blame Generac. In May, they told me it would be July. In July, I was told September. Now they no longer answer their phones or reply to emails and have vacated their *** location. They claim it's due to a "rent hike," but a quick check on the St. Lucie County Clerk of the Court website tells a different story. I just want the generator I've paid for or refund my deposit so I can hire a company that will actually finish the job. This is not the way to do business.
I gave a deposit for a standby home generator back on February 2, 2022
I gave a deposit for a standby home generator back on February 2, 2022. The company has come to my house and have done the electrical work and installed the fuel tank for the generator. Every time they do work they provide me with an invoice which is paid. I have been told since July 2022 that my generator would be coming. Then I was told I would have a generator installed on October 11, 2022 October 11 came and went no one showed up and no calls. I have called the company every day since October 11. I do not get a return call back. I have driven by their physical location and no one is there. I feel that this company has taken advantage of me and they are not going to complete the job that I hired them to do I would like to have a phone call with the manager or owner of the company to either have my generator installed or cancel the contract and I will hire someone else to do this work.

On February 23, 2022, we signed an acceptance of proposal contract with Energized Electric for a Generac 22 kw generator, gas tank and installations. We were told that the generator would be in by June before the hurricane season began. The work commenced in April for the electrical upgrade, the preformed cement slab for the generator, the gas lines, gas tank and inspections through April 26. Then everything came to a standstill. Spoke to manager on May 19 and he said that the generator was backordered for another 8 to 10 weeks (Mid-July to first of August but expected them earlier). Started calling in early August for schedule of generator. Since that time, despite repeated promises of delivery of the generator and having the scheduler contacting us, the generator has not been installed. Other companies have generators in stock; even *** $12,590 has been paid to the contractor. It has been over seven months since we signed the contract and over 5 months since any work has been done. The contractor is not returning my calls or emails.

They took my $5000 deposit, and several days later went bankrupt
They took my $5000 deposit, and several days later went bankrupt. I am one of hundreds of people that they stole deposits from. Check channel 25 news. There is a report on them. Check the complaintsboard.com. There are numerous complaints against them. Check the St. Lucie County clerk website. There are numerous lawsuits against them. Read their response to complaints very carefully. They pretend to be in business, but all of their replies are identical, and lies. Their three locations have been locked and boarded up. No trucks are visible. Their website is up, but that means nothing. Their phone is being transferred to a voicemail and they do not return calls. They say in their replies that they are still working and constantly replying to messages, this is a lie. As the final salt in the wound, they took a nearly half a million dollar pandemic loan from the federal government. It was supposed to go to all 78 of their employees to pay the payroll. The owners one of which is *** stole the money. Check the office of inspector general website. *** has an outstanding warrant against him.

Signed a contract in April 2022 and now its October 2022 for a whole house generator system
Signed a contract in April 2022 and now its October 2022 for a whole house generator system. On June *** the propane tank and partial installation of the electrical system was done, which the company removed the single plug portable generator system I had installed. Generator replace was said coming in July, August, September and now its October. Besides that since *** knock out electric for 17 hours and I no longer had my original system, I could only plug in one refrigerator, and had no electricity to the house which I would have had except for my AC units if my original system was in place put me and my wife who was recently diagnosed with dementia in jeopardy. Beside not having the work the two owners refuse to return calls and unfortunately their frontline employees take the brunt of angrier and frustration of my phone calls. I have payed this company *** and only have *** outstanding because of no generator yet the keep advertising and selling them with no accountability to the customer. Their business practices are deplorable and now it seems they just down right lie. I want them to finish the job by providing me the generator as well as a satisfactory final inspection.

Complaint against Energized Electric, Contract 34981 for Installation Services
Complaint against Energized Electric, Contract 34981 for installation of a generator at a cost of $10,550 and an underground gas line for $1,945, signed on 1/4/22. Despite being told generators were in stock, the installation date was set for 2/28/22. After paying for additional gasoline and a sub panel, we were informed of an 8-week wait for the generator. Nine months and numerous unreturned calls later, we still have no generator. Contact was made in July, with a promise of delivery by August's end, but that did not materialize. Last contact was with a new office manager who failed to provide a follow-up call or information. As of today, after paying $10,515, we are without the generator, and others who signed contracts after us have received theirs according to Complaintsboard.com.

I am a disabled Marine Veteran who stays inside with my service dogs who depend on the A/C to stay cool and I cannot be surrounded by too many people - so I'm inside with my service dogs. Having lived in South *** for the past 22 years, I have experienced a lot of power outages and hyper vigilance during no power. I contacted Energized Electric from a recommendation from a co-worker at Palm Beach *** since this company provides the generator pad, electric hookup and gas hookup so I wouldn't have too many contractors. My wife saw a WPTV report in which a homeowner has been waiting for almost a year and only had the pad, electric and gas hookup but no generator. This caused my wife to become alarmed and asked me if this was the same company and I acknowledged that it was.I called both the office at *** (PBC), *** (PSL) and salesman *** at *** to inquire about permitting since the *** approved the contract. There was no answer at the office or response from ***. I left both a message for the office and text for *** on November 2, 2022.On November 7, 2022, I received a text from *** from an earlier text this morning in which he said that he will call me. I had to call *** at 3:45pm since he did not respond to my text from 8:53am. *** told me that he was no longer with Energized Electric and that the company is not delivering services. After disconnecting the call, I called the office and realized the voice is from the answering machine actually belongs to ***The amount paid is $10,285 with a balance of $4,000 remaining for a 24KW standby generator that I don't foresee having in the future that would alleviate my anxiety.

Feb 11 2022: met with salesman; signed contract for generator
Feb 11 2022: met with salesman; signed contract for generator. *** stated it could take as much as 5 months to be installed due to back orders from mfr. OK.Apr 5, 2022: Electrical work was completed and approved.May 17, 2022: Propane tank installed and approved. May 23, 2022: Received call from someone at Energized telling me I was behind on payments. (At contract signing, salesman was to send me forms for financing the sale. I never received them, so I was unaware of payment schedule.) Was told if I didn't make payment, I would lose my place on the schedule. Arranged to meet at office and make payment next day.May 24, 2022: Met at Energized, made a larger payment then was requested, and was told I would keep my place on schedule. Was also told they had a limited number of generators, IN STOCK, and they would be enough to install mine. Was told I should expect it to be installed the week of June 13, 2022.June 20,2022: *** was told they had no generators, they were on back order, they had no idea when I would get mine. Aug 2022: Spoke to ***. He apologized for delay. Said they had delays due to mfr back orders, but were beginning to get shipments. He was expecting a "truckload" of generators soon. Asked for my patience. OK.Oct 24, 2022: Eight months after salesman promised delivery in, "on average 5 months". Four months after a promise of installation. Two months after a further promise of "soon". I STILL HAVE NO GENERATOR. 1) It's my opinion Energized rating should be changed from A+ to whatever the lowest rating is. How are they staying in business?2) I'm beginning to think about breach of contract lawsuit.3) How many more false promises must I endure?4) I want the job properly completed ASAP.
9/29 Met with Energized at my house for generator install quote
9/29 Met with Energized at my house for generator install quote. Total quote for generator install was $10,695 and 500 gallon *** tank install was $4495. Paid deposits totaling $3990. 11/2 paid $4500 after permits. 11/8 paid $1350 for electrical work. The next steps were to be delivery of the generator and *** tank installation. Despite Verbal and written communications to the company-- too many to count-- we have not received our generator nor the *** tank. When we first called they said there was a supply issue, then it was that we owed $400 that was not part of the contract (which we paid just to move things along), then it was that paperwork was misplaced, then we were scheduled to receive the generator but no one showed up on the date, then we called and no one knew what happened but were given another delivery date but no show again. We have spoken to the owner and to everyone that works there and no explanations. The last delivery date that came and went was October 26th, 2022. At this point, no one is returning calls or texts. We drove to the *** address on their website and that location is closed - apparently a year ago but they did not update their website. So far we have paid this company $10,240 and have spent OVER A YEAR waiting and have no generator or *** tank. We need a generator due to the fact that my mom is on 5 liters of oxygen 24/7. When the power goes out this creates a medical crisis. We have shared this info with Energized who apparently does not care. This is obviously unacceptable and must come to an end. Either the generator and tank need to be installed immediately, our money refunded, or we will proceed with legal action. If they don't finish the job and we have to hire someone else, all of the work will need to be redone as another company will not rely on what was done by Energized. This company is either extremely disorganized or running a very organized fraud.

I contacted their office by telephone on September 23rd, at 10:20 am
I contacted their office by telephone on September 23rd, at 10:20 am. I spoke to the receptionist ***. I voiced my displeasure with the service i received from Energized Electric/Generators.I requested to speak with the manager, ***, but I was told he was unavailable. I completed a contract with the company for the installation of a generator on March 7, 2022, in good faith. I was told that the generator would be installed by August at the latest, especially because my additional payment of money ($1,500) for express installation. As of Friday, October 7, 2022, the service has not been completed. I have documented the calls made to the office about scheduling and addressing damage (Rain Bird Bluetooth external automatic sprinkler controller, sprinklers, damaged metal pipe) caused during the partial installation. There are unmarked pipes projecting up from the ground that were installed that are causing a significant hazard to me and any visitors in my back yard. The 250 gallon tank that was buried and not capped, is filling with sand and also causing a significant hazard in my back yard. The cement pad that the generator was supposed to be mounted on is sinking into the ground at an angle, The front and back lawn is destroyed due to the incomplete installation and the destruction of the sprinkler system. this prompted me to purchase a manual watering sprinkler in front. I asked the secretary to have *** call me before 2:00 pm and it is evident that he did not intend to. I made it clear that I would move forward with additional action to have this issue resolved. I have paid several thousand dollars so far for the service and attempted to work with the company for the completion of the contracted job, with negative results. The company has failed to actively communicate with me, honor the contract, and rectify the problems stemming from this incomplete installation that continue to get worse. The receptionist confirmed my contact information.

Signed contract with Energized Electric To install generator. They took our money and never installed the generator. We are now in the legal process of getting our money returned.
Signed a contract on 4/18/2022 for a $18,000 full house generator. Deposit of $5000 was given on signing. Subsequently on 6/14/22 and 6/15/22 electrical work was started. On 7/6/22 additional electrical services were performed and completed, On 7/25/22 in ground propane tank was installed, and additional monies were paid for all of these services. Was told generator would be installed by late September. Since then we have emailed and phone multiple times looking for a date of completion. We did get a manager on the phone in early October who said it would be another 3-4 weeks, and we would have a phone call the following week with an installation date. Silence since then despite numerous attempts to contact them.
On 7/12/2022 My wife and I signed a contract for a new 22kw Generator along with a 500 gallon propane tank . We gave a $1,000.00 deposit (check #*** ) to our salesman *** stated the check would be held until the job was started . Energized Electric cashed the check. *** from the office moved our installation time blaming Florida Light and Power for the issues . The final date given was Nov 8,9, 2022. And we have not heard anything from this company. We would like our deposit refunded please and we will move on . Thank you ***.
On August 3rd 2022 we paid $30,000 in full for a generator to be installed with the assumption that it was in stock per Energized Electric. To date I believe permits have been approved for installation but there has been no contact from Energized Electric to schedule installation. We have called and emailed several times to no avail. I am concerned now that they are going out of business.
