The installation team arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The staff was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. The Enlite team that helped my family with solar was super professional and friendly. They listened to our specific needs and delivered on everything we agreed on in a timely and efficient way.

These sales people came to our door twice. Last night, I was home to see how inappropriate their tactics are. My husband once again told the young man to leave our property, but he not only refused, but also stood *** in my husband's face. I was shocked at how inappropriate and deceitful this company is. This company is really good, and their equipment is great. It works really well and I'm saving a lot of money by getting solar. I've had solar for about a year now and I haven't had any problems with the equipment or any unexpected bills. I'm really happy with this company. I also want to thank someone named *** Staped for knocking on my door and showing me this solar system. He was really patient and was able to explain the installation process, how the solar system works, and how much everything is going to cost in the end!

A couple of young guys from Enlite Solar came to my door wanting to talk about solar energy. Initially skeptical, I became intrigued as they explained the program. Frustrated with my high utility bills, I decided to try it out. Now, I'm reaping the benefits. My most recent bill was astonishingly low, a far cry from the usual $300 to $500 range. I'm extremely satisfied with the results! A big thanks to the team from Enlite Solar!

was really convincing without being too pushy. She explained how Enlite and Sunrun could make my house completely carbon-neutral and it wouldn't cost me a penny, all while reducing my monthly PG&E electric bills. Keep in mind, I had already bought solar panels 6 years ago which had already halved my electricity consumption. So, the idea was to add more panels to my setup. In the end, it just made so much sense for me to go ahead with installing the additional panels. I reckon it's one of those situations where the government's environmental policies and incentives made this choice a no-brainer for me.

This company got some real pushy ways when it comes to getting customers. They keep showing up at my door, saying they ain't selling nothing, but then they keep on insisting that I listen to what they gotta say. And guess what? It always ends up being about them tryna sell me them solar panels! I mean, come on now, either they're lying or they just don't know what they're talkin' about.

And here's the kicker, if I say I ain't interested, the salesperson has the nerve to ask for another person in the house to talk to. Like, seriously? When I say no, I mean no! This company must teach their employees to ignore when people say no, or they just keep on askin' until someone gives in. That's just plain wrong, man. They shouldn't be allowed to keep goin' door-to-door with these shady tactics.

This company is terrible. Their sales guys use dishonest sales tactics with fake names and when we said we weren't interested, they insisted on speaking to other household members using names we had never heard of. When we denied access to our meter, the sales guy refused to leave. Even after we warned him for the last time to get off our property, he stood right in front of me and said, "What are you gonna do?" It was like he wanted to fight me just because I told him we weren't interested. Thankfully, my wife stepped in after hearing the commotion and yelled at the guy to leave herself. If she hadn't intervened, something worse could have happened. This company needs to be stopped before they try this at the wrong house.

My family revisited the idea of solar energy after a few years and found significant improvements in the technology and purchasing options. With rising utility costs, we did thorough research before deciding. The consultant was instrumental in addressing our concerns with patience, ensuring a beneficial agreement for us. I signed up to get solar with this company on May 7th. They finished putting up the panels on May 27th. They took out $23400.00 from my checking account on May 12th. I needed an electrical panel, and it took 2 months to schedule it. Finally, that's done. But they messed up the stucco and haven't fixed it yet. They said someone would contact me to fix it and get the inspections the next week. But it's been since August 9th, and I haven't heard from anyone. I texted my sales guy and his boss, but they haven't responded at all. This is so not okay. They promised I'd be up and running soon, but now summer is almost over, and I've lost all the money solar would've saved me.
