Let me start by stating: THIS IS A COMPLAINT. I booked a glow party package for my son's 11th birthday at this location. And while the theme and staff were nice, the facility WAS NOT. Ticket switch last minute, not a upgrade as they claim they have the right to do. A downgrade, they should not have a license to resell.
