This has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They call me at 7am to tell me my address is incorrect. Which it is not. They even said they couldn't run the charge through..but sure enough, it came through anyway after order was cancelled! I have documentation via their voicemail and email saying my order was not processed..so now I disputed this charge. I may sue them for my wasted time in small claims court in Kansas..I went to college there and have lots of friend lawyers! Also, order person on the phone was EXTREMLY RUDE (Jeri?). You wasted my time. I’m the customer. Your customer service order person said the same thing. That I wasted his time. Are U kidding me? I also reported them to Amazon since they had one of those sneaky external site links. Epic also gouges you on shipping charges. 2-3 day delivery for my item cost is only $5.95 via USPS. But they charged me $17.77. I had to have these gloves for my son..but cancelled they order and decided to buy more expensive gloves at $#*!s Sporting goods. "

I registered with them because I was planning on purchasing items for my nephews sports team, but elected to shop somewhere else. I never submitted an order, but money was withdrawn from my account in an amount not even close to what I was planning on purchasing. Don't give them your information.

This company has left me with a very bad taste. I can not believe their conduct and - yes - lies when confronted through a third party arbitrator regarding why I paid money and received nothing. They basically and underhandedly, ripped me off for $300! Despite my attempts at recovering my prepayment for an I did not receive, I cannot sit back and do accept their total disrespect. My advice? Run in the other direction!

This has been a completely nightmare ordering experience - the customer service rep was completely rude, and I have no clue where my order is at. I do not understand how this company is still in business - they claim that the manufacturer is drop-shpiping my product and part of my shipment was back-ordered. I was able to go on amazon and order those items (also had them drop shipped) - and I got them in two days with free shipping. Stay away, not worth the 'savings' you 'think' you're going to get...

Don't buy from them unless you are positive you will keep the item. After all purchases you will find out they have a 20-50% restocking fee. Yes I found out too late. A $380.00 piece of baseball equipment did not fit my son. The very next day I go to return it and got hit with a $68.00 re-stocking fee plus shipping to send it back. I have not had this experience with any online stores before. I will never buy from them again. They have killed any chance of me being a repeat buyer. Shame on them. They had a nice sale and a new customer and they could have been more up front with this policy before I gave them my credit card number. I will NEVER go their website again!

Very louse return policy with huge restocking fees. I bought 2 jammers for my kids and they turned out to be too small, the refund they were going to give me was 50% of what I paid, shipping on top of it is expensive too. Other sites have much better customer service.

I would never deal with this company again. It takes 4 weeks to get something that was their fault (false advertisement) to straighten out.

You can hang on their phone line for hours and hours.

This company is the worst! I tried to buy 100 baseball tees and socks for a week and they wouldn't respond to my email request.

1 star is the highest rating I could give this company. We ordered a uniform for a kid on our basketball team that's original uniform was the incorrect size. While ordering on March 28th we selected 2 day shipping (Delivery on April 2nd) for an additional $24.68. We received the shipping notification that the order was shipped on the 28th, which would have been amazing if it shipped. After reviewing the tracking for the next 2 business days, it still hadn't moved. We contacted Epic Sports on the 3rd business day (April 3rd), and they told us it was lost and they would have to reach out to the warehouse.

2 additional business days later we haven't heard from them and had to call back. After waiting an HOUR on hold, the rep said he would contact us back with tracking information once he received it. 2 additional business days later (we're now 8 business days past the expected shipping date) we still haven't heard from the rep and I called back waiting an additional hour on hold to find out the order is now being shipped.

If the original order shipped out the same day, why couldn't the replacement order for their mistake be shipped out in the same time frame? Unacceptable! Ridiculous customer service! Ridiculous ownership of the issue! We will NEVER be ordering from this company again after this poor experience. We still do not have the uniform as I'm typing this review.

Order #: xxxxxx purchased 51 pairs of the Champro Youth Scorpion Football Shoulder Pads. Upon taking inventory we removed the tags and the plastic and noticed that the padding was too thin and the overall Shoulder pad was going to be a safety risk if we used them. We made our decision to purchase on the reviews on Epic sports but we quickly could see that they were not informative and must have reviewed a different product. I boxed up the pads in 4 boxes and took them to UPS to ship back and they said the price was $420.00 We are a nonprofit and can afford to lose $420 because of a product that could get our youth sport football players hurt. We have 14 teams in our league. I have bought Thousands of dollars of equipment and also has the other teams in the league because I have always promoted Epic sports. I have over 100 kids that are waiting on this return to find out if we can play the season because of a return situation. My ask is can you help with the shipping and will there be a restocking fee? The kids never tried them on just the board members removed the tag and the plastic to take inventory. Also do you have a warehouse in California? Please help!

This company needs to be sued... It is frudulatent

EPIC fail should be the name of this company!

Absolutely worse company ever! Buyers beware! Pathetic, at best customer service. I have come to the conclusion they are crooks. Chances of you getting what you ordered are slim to none. All they do is shift blame if something is wrong. RUN and shop elsewhere.
