Scam website with inferior products based on China. Filed a dispute with PayPal to try and get my money back. No item has shipped but money has been taken. No communication from customer service about resolving my issues. I have emailed at least five times now ! They have zero accountability and zero customer service skills. Buyer beware this is a scam website! If you do some digging you can read hundreds of horror stories from these con artists. I should have done my research before spending $130.00! Lesson learned!

From my extremely bad, frustrated, and unpleasant experience with ericdress, I believe all good reviews shown in their website are fake.
I ordered two blazers from ericdress.com. By the way, I am a small guy and always wear 36S size. From ericdress size table, I picked the Medium size because the shoulder and bust dimensions seemed to be similar to the 36S size. They charged me more than $15 for a regular shipping manner (actual cost they paid was less than $5) from a city that only few miles away from me. Two blazers (each costed more than $40) were stuffed in a small cheap plastic bags. The cloth quality was very poor and similar to quality of a cheap shirt sold at a Walmart store. But the worst part was those medium blazers were TOO SMALL. I couldn't even slide on arm in. My youngest kid (9 years old) tried them on and they fit him perfectly, lol.
Anyway, I contacted them for an exchange or refund. I am not sure if they don't understand English well enough or they tried to avoid answering my question because for only one simple question, they replied my email with some nonsense and irrelevant responses. I finally got the appropriate response after one week. They charged me $13.53 for shipping fee (that was what they stated) but the fact is I paid for shipping fee for the returned items by myself. I guessed they meant "re-stocking fee".
I will never ever purchase anything from ericdress.com again. Do not believe good reviews on their website. I think the way they make money is from all "shipping fee/re-stocking fee" when people return items because they can't use them. Don't become a victim to this website.
dress ordered but came not as pictured...
I ordered a lovely, custom made Dark Royal Blue evening gown for a cruise. Everything was fine until I received the dress. It was not solid blue like on the web site. The dress had crazy white netting up the side with dark blue appliqués on it instead of being solid blue. So now the dress has a big white, WIDE vertical stripe up the bottom of it. The entire side is now almost see through to my hip. I contacted the company and I asked for a replacement or refund. I sent them pics of the dress. They said the dress fine according to the "quality inspection department" but they want to offer me $10 USD. I asked if they were crazy or blind because that was not the dress that I ordered. I told them I couldn't have it fixed or sent back for $10 and that it was not satisfactory. I then received another email offering me 40% back. 40%? For their incompetence? I then emailed them back that I did nothing to cause this problem with the dress so I should get more than that back. Measurements were good and I paid promptly so why should I have to a)be stuck with a dress I didn't order or b) pay 60% for dress I won't even have or wear - all for a dress they screwed up! I don't expect to see 100% back but I am planning to see about going after them for fraud with my credit card, reporting them to the Attorney General and giving them a special shout out on social media if they do not make this right. All I wanted was the dress - as pictured. Now I'm pissed and just want my money back.

bridesmaid dress
Do not purchase anything bridal from this company! I purchased one bridesmaid dress to make sure I liked it before we bought all of my dresses, just in case. The dress was awful. It was beautiful in the picture online, but once it arrived, it honestly looked like a ballet costume I wore in a recital when I was 4. Their website says nothing about return policy, just that it can be returned; however, when you try to return it, they tell you it was custom made (Even though it is just a standard sized dress) and they can't refund you the full amount. It then costs $30 to ship back, making it so that you get roughly $40 for a refund on a $120 dress. Obviously not worth it. I am selling it on ebay.
shoddy workmanship
I ordered a number of dresses and 3 arrived that had holes in the garments. One had the sleeve of the dress (at the elbow) sewn to the shoulder seam. I complained and they were only willing to give me $8.00 to fix them. What a joke. To return them I have to pay the shipping cost back to China which would cost about 25.00. Just poor customer service and I will never buy from them again
I ordered 3 pairs of sandals where is the 3rd one I got two. when is the other one coming? this is for a graduation. please help me.
Ordered 3 pairs of sandals took a while to come now I only have 2. Emailed the merchant no response as to where what or why to the 3rd pair of sandals that never came. I would like my money back because I have a function this weekend for the sandals that was ordered so no longer needs the item. I want a refund and merchant is not cooperative and not answering any emails. I need a speedy response and resolution to this delicate matter.

This company is a disgrace. I ordered 2 jackets and I went of the size guide on the website. I was an xl 40 chest 1 of the jackets was a 35 chest and the other was 37 chest. I couldn't even put the jackets on they were that small. I have been contacting costumer service for the last 2 weeks and I haven't had 1 single reply. Don't deal with this company
I wanted to exchange my ordered wedding dress and this Ericdress emailed me the address to ship to which turned out to be non-existant! I exchanged more than 46 emails and each time they seemed not to understand every single English word I said! They ignore everything you ask or write about. All they are after is your money. They pretended that they never got their package back nor did they even attempt to use all the tracking information I have them. These guys are plain bogus engaging in daylight robbery. I have since lodged a complaint with my credit card who have now suspended payment to Ericdress till the issue is resolved.

Were do I start, I ordered a dress received it beads had been coming off before I even tried it on and had thread sticking out every were on the top of the dress.
Sent them email after email told them it would cost to much to fix sending the stupid dress back, they told me it had to be postal mail and needed a tracking number. So found the best price and sent it to them through dhl which cost me $128.00 canadian got a tracking number sent it to them and notified them how much I had to pay.
Waited dhl called me and sent me an email they didn't get a response from eric dresses in china notified them of the problem customer service email then finally made a complaint on site jabber finally got a response they told me they would not accept it since they had to pay to much duties and takes they would only refund me the price I paid the dress and I would have to fill out a form to get a coupon for the shipping that they will not pay for the shipping.
I have ordered of many sites and never had a problem like I did with this company had 39 messages and emails and live chat and no resolution until I put a formal complaint on the site jabber before a manager she told me she was contacted me.
They will not refund me and expect me to take a coupon and shop on their site again after all the problems I have had, I tried to fill out the form they asked me for a return order number didn't have it took 9 emails and making the complaint and still don't have a number. I feel that it is their fault for me getting something used and sending it back was my only option I notified them from the beginning how much it cost me to ship it and feel they should pay for it.
I have got nothing but a run around with eric dresses regarding this and they still say sorry we can't pay for your shipping.
Dont ever shop on that site people, read the fine print about the shipping and they will never pay for it they will give you a coupon thats if you can get on that form to acutally get one.
refusing refund when wrong product sent
As a repeat, very happy customer, I wrote to Ericdress before placing my daughter's prom dress order to ask about which material is used in this dress so we could order the correct color (we wanted dark purple). The dress description only mentions "tulle, " which is obviously the top layer of the skirt and a material for which there is no color grid. The written reply I got was that I should use the Matte Satin color grid. So we did so when placing our order on 3/8.
Not only did the custom order dress come much too small, but it was the completely wrong color! Understanding that mistakes happen, I wrote to customer service telling them that they accidentally sent me the wrong dress (I included pictures of the dress). After they assured me they sent the right one, & offered $12 to alter it, I sent another picture of the Matte Satin color grid and my daughter's dress.
Six communications later, they insist that they sent me the right dress, that it is "fine" and "beautiful, " and offering nothing more than $12. They have not acknowledged the fact that they advised me to use the color grid that I did and that the dress is very obviously not even close to what we ordered. A mistake is understandable, but I have never dealt with a company with such horrific customer service. Buyer beware!

I am very unhappy with this company. I wish I would have googled reviews before purchasing. I did not see anywhere on the site that I couldn't return the dress after I purchased it. It arrived several weeks after purchasing and when I took it out of the bag (it was stuffed in a plastic bag and was very wrinkled) the button on the back of the dress immediately fell off. It was very poor quality and I instantly contacted the company to ask for a full refund. They informed me that they do not offer refunds! HELP! What can I do?

Horrible company! Run from these scammers! We were ripped off by ericdress.com! We are stuck with a shoddy dress that is unraveling before ever being worn and it cannot be worn because it does not fit! Our dress came in a plastic bag and jammed in our roadside mailbox! If you want to return a dress you will have to pay return shipping and you may only get half of your money back! Do yourself a favor and buy from your local dress seller. At least you have some control of your circumstances. Please, please, please learn from my and others mistakes! We purchased a real dress from david's bridal that actually fit and does not look like a 4th grader made it. You get what you pay for people!

This company are thieves and fraudsters ! Ordered a coat from a supposedly us company. Its was an extra large mans coat.
When it arrived it didnt even fit my 13 year old son. The quality was poor, it stunk like plastic and sewage (only way to describe the awful smell) all of the invoice was in chinese including the returns address.
Emailed the company everyday for 4 days and got nothing back at all. Spent £35.00 on this abomination and now stuck with it. No way to get money back as they won't even acknowledge me. There must be something or somewhere I can go to try and get a refund? So disgusted I don't even want the coat in my house anymore! Do not use this company!

I have purchased two items from EricDress and received my order only after 5 weeks of waiting. I opened the package and realized that one item was missing. I contacted their support service right away and demanded some explanations. Their rep was very lazy and wasn't interested in helping me. He said that they probably forgot to send it or that it was no available. So he wasn't even able to tell me the actual reason.
He said they'll contact me back later and never did that. Second item is still nowhere to be found and they really don't care. What a waste of money and time. I will not buy from them again!

on December 27 I made a purchase and they charged my card and never send me email that item is out of stock, but never refunded my money. I also purchased 3 jackets from the men's dept and received kids size. I emailed them and was told I had to purchase the right size and they are ignoring my emails requesting a return address. I lost over 70 dollars. I will NEVER purchase from them.

This company is a total scam. Do not order from them! Item will never come and they will lie about shipping. They need to be shut down immediately. Dispute has been elevated to PayPal( who have been very cooperative). They will bombard you with emails and pretty pictures. Ordered a dress early November for Thanksgiving - it is Dec 13 and still no word on its status.
terrible service
I bought a dress from www.ericdress.com company and delivery took way longer than I expected but still I was very happy when my dress finally showed up. When I tried it on I felt that it did not fit be, later I found out that it wasn't my size. When I tried to pull the zipper I could not do that because it was stuck. I pulled again and it broke!
I sent them a message and attached pictures. They replied in a rudely manner and asked me what I want them to do. They said that they will do nothing because I broke the zipper and they will not accept the defective dress back. I will not buy from them again!

I ordered a pair of high heels for my girlfriend for her birthday on the 24th August. They never arrived, and still haven't now on 10th October.
I contacted Ericdress to ask where my order was and was asked to wait a week to see if it arrived. It didn't.
Then I was asked to contact the delivery company who didn't have my parcel. Then I was asked to check with my local post office, they didn't have it either!
Then I was asked to wait while they were closed over a national holiday.
Then I was asked to wait 2-5 days while they checked with their logistics department, this took 2 weeks and got me nowhere as their own logistics department couldn't track the order!
I have now had to open a case through Paypal to get my money back which I've found in the past is way harder than it should be.
So, if you'd like to find yourself out of pocket, involved in an endless and repetitive email conversation, and wondering why you ever bothered in the first place, then I suggest you order from Ericdress.
If, on the other hand you would like to have a nice, friendly, stress-free online shopping experience I would go elsewhere.
Avoid these money-grabbing, ignorant, con artists at all costs.
Hi. I ordered six items from EricDress. I am a real customer who lives in Northern California in the U.S. The thing that made me think this company was wishy-washy was the unusual confirmation e-mails they sent me for my orders. They noted that my payments had been confirmed, they would get to my order as soon as they could and that I should continue to follow-up with them regarding the processing of my order. I don't really know of companies billing before the item ships. I wanted to call their customer service, so I looked for the number on the e-mail. I noted it was a foreign number. I sent them an e-mail instead and called my credit card company. Credit card said they couldn't do anything unless I never receive the orders. So... lo and behold, the items start coming in a very reasonable amount of time. They are just as pictured on the website (very beautiful) and great quality. The issue I had was sizing with two pair of shoes. I ordered 8.5 US and learned after receiving my boots, that I ordered in US 9, that in EricDress shoes, I need to order US 9. So, I am a very happy customer.

Couple weeks ago I ordered 2 casual dresses from ericdress. I got 2 items which is not as shown on website. The order number is 807642. The quality is horrible! It is not wearable in any cases. I connected with customer service and they apologized and proposed me to buy another staff with discount or they will return me 8 dollars even though I Paid 58US. It is a fraud company!

on Aug 30, 2016. I ordered a skirt from this company, I have yet to recieve this merchandise. For the last 2 weeks I have requested a refund. But I get the same message to wait 3 Days and contact the Post Office. I was directed to a site that was written in a different language. June 6, 2016, I placed an order for 4 blouses and 2 dresses. One item was never sent and the other 5 items were extremely small and I could only get one item on as it was buttoned. Nothing was worth keeping. I contacted the company and they said to return. My original order was for $121.85 and the freight to return to china was $73.00 with no guarantee that I would get credit. It is now September, 2016 and I am still dealing with the credit card company. Ericdress offered me $20.00 to end the dispute and told me to give the items to my sister or a friend. This company's website should be forced to state that they are China based, explain in detail the cost to return unwanted items and make it very clear that all their items are very, very small. All credit card companies should be alerted that this is how this company works and consumers should be advised. All the items have been donated.
This company is a sham. I lost my money but I hope this will help someone else not loose theirs.
wish I read this first I have just ordered two weeks ago and paid for the quickest freight, it still has not arrived. I emailed their services and never got a reply however when I signed in checked the order it is no longer in my account they deleted it wihout telling me. I emailed again hoping to get a reply. Too bad I only thought just now to see the reviews...I lost just under a hundred NZD but still very very angry at myself and then at them now.
