On Sept. 18, 2023 I booked a return ticket from Phnom Penh (Cambodia) to Bangkok (Thailand) for 22 September 2023 there and 24 September 2023 back (Friday/Sunday).
The reservation came through and I got a booking confirmation. However, something must have gotten messed up, because the confirmation came for 22 September 2024, indicating that this is a Friday (that day is not a Friday in the calendar) and 24 September 2024 indicating that this is a Sunday (it is not a Sunday in the calendar). It must have been a problem with the software, as my ticket confirmation shows 22 September 2024 - FRIDAY and 24 September 2024 SUNDAY. It is not possible to book a year ahead, and I did not book for 2024 but for 2023.
I only noticed the problem at the airport in Phnom Penh, where I had to buy a return ticket to Bangkok on the spot for 305 USD.
Esky.com sold me an invalid return ticket for days that does not exist (22 September 2024 Friday instead of 22 September 2023 Friday and 24 September 2024 Sunday instead of 24 September 2023 Sunday), and I had no other option but to buy a new valid ticket at the check in counter at the airport.
Your website now shows that my booking is invalid, so I can only send you the screen shots from the confirmation email I recieved from Esky.com. I am also sending the confirmation recepit for the ticket I had to purchase at Phnom Penh airport on the spot (305 USD) for which I am requesting the refund.
Desired outcome: I am requesting that Esky.com returns my payment of 305 USD - the price of the return ticket I had to purchase at Phnom Penh airport to be able to fly to Bangkok.
