Cancellation policy
We made a reservation for WizzAir flight in destination Podgorica-Katowice for the price of 519 €. Also, we paid additionaly for possibility to change the date of the flight. We wanted to use that option, their customer service told us that is not possible to that because there is no other flights in that destination. When we bought the tickets, we knew that there was a possibility that we would not be able to travel in the specified time, which is why we paid extra to have the possibility to change the flight time. If we had known then that there were no other dates, we certainly would not have bought the ticket at that moment. And now, we didn't manage to get on the flight, we lost money and the possibility to use the tickets. due to lack oftheir seriousness and giving wrong information.
Desired outcome: Refund our money!!!

I booked a flight on spirit thru ESKY.
I never got conformation thru my contacts given .this was on 07/20. I saw the money come out of my account. today, 07/21 I ltriedto look up mu flight and print a conformation but ESKY said I "had nobooking"
I checked spirit and my trip ws not booked'
I paid $207.31 and got zero service, nothing.
I went to spirit app and booked my own flight today. 07/21 Paid again to spirit

Desired outcome: i want refund for services not rendered
the return flight done by RYANAIR on the 7 th of July from Beauvais to Alicante and booked trough E.SKY (FDGTJM)
The complete booking done trough company E.SKY ( Booking number
[protected] ) was executed by RYANAIR ( flight number: [protected]) on July 7 2023 from Beauvais ( Paris) (Flight FR9035 depart 16.50 h and arrival Alicante at 19.00 h).
We expected from E.SKY that they would have paid for our suitcases witch were brought to Paris (ORLY) in the same booking so that we could be able to carry back our suitcases to Alicante our home.
We were utmost surprised that E.SKY did NOT do this payment and that we were very much bothered at BAUVAIS Airport were we had to pay a surplus for our suitcase of € 107,97
Desired outcome: Next to the bother and great inconvenience would it be a credit to E.SKY (BE)'s service if they would refund us the amount of € 107.97FACT: Furthermore, ESKY should take into account that we paid for five people .
Cancelled flight
I was flying to Inverness LM583 ,Checking was 2pm from Birmingham and then got message at 2.05pm stating flight was cancelled and would have to transfer flight to Aberdeen and then a 3 hour drive to Inverness. I had planned a night out but that was erased and the holiday just felt rushed and also I had faith issues in the company that was going to fly me back. Very poor customer service.
Desired outcome: £200 compensation due to all the changes and length of time passengers were updated. Very disappointed.
Flight booking
Don’t ever use that eSKY website to book your flights. They remove any responsibility for changes in flight schedule despite the fact that you buy an insurance.
I had 2 flights delays in 24 hours. The first flight from Puerto Iguazu to Salta with 1 stop in Tucuman in September 17 2022 was changed with the second flight being delayed in 24 hours which made me rent a car one way from Tucuman to Salta to get to Salta on the day. It cost me another 100 dollars for one way drive. The second flight from puerto Madryn to Buenos Aires on Oct 5 2022 there was a change again with a delay of 24 hours which I had to find it upon checkin. I didn’t get any notification from eSKY just that they have a problem to check me in.
I filled complain forms both to the eSKY service and to their contractor travel insurance AXA Assistance without any real help or appology
Their complain service is useless never give you assistance

Booked flights with them, immediately realised I had made a mistake, tried to contact them by telephone but their contact number is unavailable. Gave the number to my friend and asked her to try but the number was definitely unavailable. So I could not resolve the issue within a timely manner or resolve the issue at all. So I sent a message via the website under the contact information of cancelling within 24 hours with all the relevant booking reference etc. No response whatseover. But all I keep receiving is emails stating I need to pay for the tickets. My Credit Card company advises that the money has left my account on the same day that I cancelled. I have checked direct with the airline and they say I am not booked on the flights in question through the esky company.
My friend/neighbour has helped me on her facebook page and I have left private messages as instructed by them when answering other peoples disatisfaction and their issues - and now left public messages and they say private message them, which i have done previously, I am still waiting for a reply to say that they will refund me and there are copies I have attached some of the information from booking to cancelling and them requesting money which they have already taken from my account and I confirm no tickets have been received now although it states within 48 hours of payment. This is now a week later and I cannot get anything sorted with them.
I have also attached the google search I made, and how I managed to make a mistake.
I am not sure if you can help me to get a refund, I am an oap and cannot afford to lose this money. I have been now to the airport and booked directly with Loganair as seats were limited when i went and made the enquiry about the Esky booking. I would point out that it was over £30 cheaper than Esky and included luggage, meal, drink - which esky did not include in the price.
My friend is doing this for me as I needed help.

Can any one say? is agent site esky-airlinbook.com scam? Agen in esky book ticket without paying money and get commission around 900 rupee. after then they asked to recharge with 10500 rupee to take further booking and commission. is it scam?
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! f I could give a minus star I would! I came down with COVID on 9/7/23, and I had the trip insurance. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY FLIGHT OR CREDIT FOR ANOTHER FLIGHT. THEY APPARENTLY WOULD RATHER TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE PASSENGERS EXPOSED TO COVID. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
