Esso station on Danforth Avenue and greenwood Ave, the cashier is rude to the customer, I just her to throw the receipt because I don't need it she reply to me " you pick it up and throw it outside trash can which is simple task .Then I just walk away and tonight I came back and lady who is rude the first time is behind the counter again and this time I told her that " you cannot do that to your customer be nice she said to f...K up " this not what I expect for customer service at Esso after that I just turn my back and walk away then another employee came running after me and follow to my car outside and he's asking g me what's going on, I just find out that's the lady's husband that want involved .
I suggest that train your employees to have customer service
gas delivery
I stopped at the Esso station at Via Domenico Tempio, 54, 95121 Catania CT, Italy to buy petrol to fill up a rental car on my way to catch a flight from Catania Airport yesterday, 17 April 2017, at approximately 1835.
I pulled up next to Pump 4 which advertised unleaded petrol and diesel. I put 30 euros into the machine and selected Pump 4. I then found it was only a Diesel pump. I could not change the pump number or get a refund at the pump. There was no phone number to call and I could not get a receipt.
Your Email Us feature online does not work for Italy. The phone number of the service station does not answer. I am not a happy customer.
Please arrange for a refund of 30 Euros.

Yesterday I tanked up my car in Esso 150 Dupont Street Station with $44 and some cents. But I got surprised when I returned home because the amount deducted from my credit card was $100. This amount is very large because the feul was exceeding half of the tank of the car before I refueled. No receipt printed.

I am complaining about a worker in the esso gas station Canada. I am ten year old kid and I went inside of the gas station to pay money and when he saw me he started laughing and he called me fat and when I insert the card he said hey did you now how to insert and then I swipe the points cards and he said you know how to swipe fattttttiiiii and I was so embarrassed and I was about to cry and the guy name was paran

Wanted to buy a gold peak iced tea marked $2.39. came up at $2.50. switched it for a nestea also marked at $2.39. It came up at $2.69. clerk told me the signs were for other products. The signs named both products. Clerk shrugged and said he didn't own the store. This is illegal and false advertising. It's been like this since they opened and they are rude to everyone who goes into the store. I work a few stores over and it's common knowledge not to go there. This is not good for the community.
customer service and car wash
Cashier was very rude and did not offer me a car wash. I was under the impression with the sign outside that I would receive a free one if he didn't offer. When I mentioned it he was rude and proceeded to tell me that he was rushed and he would not give me a car wash and to leave. 8am April 2, 2017. Corner of Appleby and Harvester. When you post a sign out front of a store claiming to provide something that the cashier does not offer not comply with there is false advertising or a lack of customer service from the individual. I am very disappointed with the man and if he can't be kind and do his job in a proper manner he should not be employed as someone to deal with the general public.
def pump
I filled my 2014 ecodiesel Ram 1500 with the def at the pump, paid and left. After driving 20km or so truck informs me of incorrect def put in, but this is the same pump I used 3 times prior to fill and had no issue. The dealership informed me that the def from the station was probably no good due to bad storage / ### quality . No I'm stuck with the bill to flush the system and line losing a day plus of work as my engine will not restart in 200km and when I came to speak with the store manager at the Trafalger esso station on Trafalgar in Milton Ontario the clerk informed me he could do nothing he just worked and when I asked if he could contact his manager he threw his hands in the air telling me he only works and he can't call his boss, I hope not too many people have filled up here recently as they will have the same problem..very disappointed as my fleet of vans all fill at this station everyday. But it's my problem as I should be able to know what's pumping out of there pump is complete garbage and the customer care is ### at this station!

I write this to with huge disappointment on type of customer service that was offered at 5995 major Mackenzie Dr E, Markham, ON, L6E0G1 (receipt attached)
I live within .6 Km from the gas startion and own two cars so I go there almost everyday. On the night of 2017/03/16 at around 11:10 pm when I went inside the store to pay for the gas, your employee was busy talking over his personal phone (in his language) and did not pay attention to the business at all, I smiled and said "you forgot to ask for the free car wash' that's it your employee just lost it on me and started saying that Esso doesn't do that anymore, when I pointed at the sign instead of acknowledging it he said go complaint anywhere you want to. To that I said fine tell me where I can complaint and I will. He got even ruder and started moving his hands in air (still talking on his phone) I then asked for his managers number which he denied. I strongly recommend you review the video as he continued to call me stupid in front of other customer and it can be clearly seen on video (store video)how he was making fun of me by making faces.
Worst part, he decides to call 911 and two York region officers attended his call. At this point he reflected poor customer service training by saying that I was being rowdy and using slur and being abusive (please review your store video). As the cops were investigating an Independent witness came who was behind me in the line when this all happened and told the cops that all I asked was a question and the cashier was making stories to defend his own case.
I strongly request ESSO to send an official from head office to go see the video that was being recorded and give me an update before I escalate this further as I don't believe in that stores management.
The receipt also contains my aeroplan number to show how much business I bring to Esso and receipts can be provided if necessary.
I am sure the ESSO Policy doesn't describe to call police and humiliate customers if an employee forgets to ask for a car wash, kindly update me on the action being taken.

I put gas at the esso at scarborough golf club rd. And kingston rd.
When i pay at the cashier the guy didnt say hi or hello and as usual i swiped my esso card and gave the man a 20 dollors for the gas. After giving the man the money in gis hand i advised him that he never asked for a luxury car wash which entities me to a free luxury wash but the attendant Mati was rude and said i am asking you now if i want a car wash i told him it was too late and that wasnt fair as i had given the money already. He was rude and i asked him i would complain. He said Go ahead do what u want. So i asked for the owner's name YASO. And i am here complaining to you now. I just put gas 10 minutes ago. I have my receipt. I would like someone to help me in eradicating this type of rude gross behaviour which unacceptable. [protected] is my phone number
car wash did not start and the gas station staff kept blaming me for that
The gas station at Mavis and Steeles in Brampton on March 13th, 2017. I punched in the code and drove into the car wash. The light said to back up so I backed up a little bit, put the car in park and waited for like half a minute and nothing happened. The light stilll said to back up so I backed up some more and waited and nothing changed. I moved forward a little and then backed up again and waited and nothing changed. The light still said to back up. I waited inside for about 3 minutes and nothing happened. It still said to back up even after I was out of the washing zone. I backed out and the car wash door closed, so I went into the gas station to talk to the staff saying this happened and before I could even explain the situation he immediately starts blaming me. His exact words were “you don't know how to use a car wash and that’s why I will not give you another code.” I couldn’t speak to the manager because the manager was not available and the sales rep I was talking to said he wasn’t sure when the manager would be back, just that the manager would be there sometime in the afternoon. I went back to the gas station around 2 pm and the manager was still not there. The wash that I did not get cost me $13. I would like a refund for that.

This is regarding the Employee named NOUR at Esso gas station 1527 provincial road Windsor Ontario. She never asks for the points card and when you tell her that you did as for the Points card she will reply ok i will give you the points and the points do not show up. This is my third time it has happened and i told her that i will be complaining about her she said that is not a big deal nothing is going to happen. I hope someone takes action, i don't expect Esso taking action as usual because i have complained to them for other problems nothing happened but this is is not acceptable. I will never fill from Esso again and will opt for some other gas company.

Washrooms were absolutely disgusting. Fecal matter on literally every surface (toilet seat, walls, sink, floor). Do not look like they've been cleaned in months.
Went to buy cigarettes; they asked me which vehicle was mine (pointed at my truck), spoke to each other in Chinese, then charged me $20 a pack! (Most I've ever paid for this brand is $15. EVER). They didn't scan them, or run it through the till as tobacco. They picked a price, entered it as misc, and called it good.
I find this to be an extremely poor representation of ESSO, and I can assure you I will never be stopping at this ESSO again.
aggressive and intimidating behavior
I was wiping off water to protect hinges to get freez from outside temperature -14 degree celcus. One of an employee so rudely ask me to leave the car wash. I asked him that's how you do the business, that's how you get the people to come to your wash. He said we don't ###ing need people to come you people don't need to come. Then we exchanged heayed words then an other employee intervene and aggressively started pushing me, I got frighten and call 911. RCMP arrived and took our statements and video of incident. I would like the management should look into the matter

Customer representative agents at Esso Ajax / Salem (Canada) are extremely rude and they have no sense at all how to treat with customers Today night... i went there and ask for 2 quick wash for my 2 cars and they give me 1 luxury wash. Later i ask them that i ask for 2 quick wash but you give me 1 luxury wash... and they refuse to give me my 2nd wash. And many times they didnot put points in my points card. Once i checked that i didnot get points and told them to add my points but they refused to did that.
These people working over there are totally non professional.

I went to the Esso gas station located at Chingcousy and Williams pkwy in Brampton. I did not receive my car wash due to a mechanical issue and the sales rep refused to assist me. After 20 mins of waiting to speak with a manager the sales rep became disrespectful when i asked again to speak with a manager. Instructing me to leave the store . An argument ensued, an the rep proceeds to call my wife a ####. Other customers stepped in to settle the matter but to no avail. The manager was no help when he came as he said i would not be getting a car wash, i would not be getting my money, i would not be getting my receipt and that i should go back to my country. My wife subsequently called and spoke to the manager to discuss the matter and the manger threatened her when she cited that she will be making a formal report to the Esso head office and then hung up the phone. At this point i am reporting the matter to you for a review of the video tapes to be done and for my monies paid to be return to me. Additionally, my wife will be making a formal report at the police station about the incident.

The server Paul did not provide very good customer service.. when I placed my 2 pound coins on the counter he sighed and rolled his eyes as he wanted me to put the coins directly into his hands.. when giving me my change he then plonked the change into the counter in my eyes to make a point. This annoyed me very much so I said to him why did he have to be so petty.. I will not be going into esso at Chester le street again and giving them my money with having terrible service!
I never usually complain but I am a nurse and I think communication and service is the most important thing in a job very let down

Yesterday I was going to get gas. Location: Canada, Alberta, NW Calgary, Country Hills Blvd. I pulled up to pump #4 and pulled out the lever and it was gushing out gas. I had not yet pushed any buttons or started the process in any other way, other than pulling out the nozzle from your machine. It was already gushing out gas. The left sleeve of my jacket got drenched, which soaked through to my underlying sweater, and splashed onto by suede boots. The assistant manager was very kind and agreed to take all three peices, jacket, boots, and sweater, to be dry cleaned at your expense; telling me head office had already approved same. I was very thankful for this action on his behalf. What I am very upset about is the fact that I still had to pay for my gas and carwash that I had originally gone to your location for. I realize that you are fixing what you wrecked, but my time was lost filling out the report and giving my details to the assistant manager, and having to go back to work with no jacket, boots, or a sweater, in the middle of February, in Alberta!
I am requesting that I be reimbursed for my gas and carwash which was a luxury wash and the gas was $39 and change.

I visited the esso location at Markham and Sheppard in Scarborough Ontario.
I wanted to get orange juice the Tropicana brand and all of them were expired.
Today's date is February 15th 2017 and the orange juice had expired on January 2017 and another flavourful was expired in a December and another in August. the whole row of bottles were expired.
Car wash maintenance
Yesterday I used the albert & parliament avenue esso to wash my car,... The bays (All of them) were filthy, as is common practice. The vinyl curtains separating the wash bays are so tight, it is nearly impossible to not make contact with the dividers, separating the wash bays. While the lighting is what it is,... It makes it difficult to see how the car is cleaned.
When I entered the wash bay, the wash brush was on the mucky floor,... Do I really want to scrub my car with a brush that has grit on it?
I had to pay in excess of $12.00 for a car wash that still left my car looking dirty. Worse than that, my coat was coated with grime from making contact with the vinyl curtain separating the wash bays. I suspect my dry-cleaning bill will be close to $30.00.
Looking around,... Paint is peeling, the steel access doors into the retail area are corroded and rusting.
I can't speak for other esso retailer and carwash bays, but this one needs some desperate tlc before I will ever use it again.
