76 District manager

I feel like I’ve been discriminated and retaliated against and just used i put my 1000 % into that job remolded stores only to be used and my store begiving to someone else, its not fair that people are able to hurt people like that i have a family to feed now i don't know how all be able to even tell them I've been fired after never being wrote up once i don't understand why someone is able to just get away with this

76 Charged for air

Hello,

This evening, I got to the 76 on 2400 San Bruno Ave, San Francisco, CA 94134, where a young man worked inside. Initially, we went inside to ask him to turn on the air, and he then said it was broken, even if we paid for it. Running out of options, (as this was the 4th gas station I drove to tonight) I made a payment through ApplePay at 10:12 PM for $2 and would you look at that - air was hissing through the tube!

I appreciate the employee's naivete when I confronted him about his claim that the air pump wasn't working. He mentioned that many customers before myself have paid without the pump working. From what I gather, he never extended a refund to these past customers who paid for something that is legally free. He claimed he wasn't aware of Section 13651 of the California Business and Professions Code that was passed over 23 years ago.

He didn't extend a refund to me, in fact, he insisted that I call the cops or take it up with management. When a simple solution of paying me back my $2 was brought up, he asked if I really cared about $2. At this point, I didn't have the time or energy to try to argue.

It's not the money, it's the principle.

It's important for this company to hold its employees accountable and educate them when they clearly aren't qualified.

76 Lack of customer service from gas pump employees

1/31/2023, 7:26 am; I drive up to get gas. I am in a white United Fire van on MLK side of station - Please check cameras. After the woman worker served the lady infront of me, she comes up to me. The initial transaction was fine. My pump stops and I am now waiting for her to return. I don't know exactly what she was doing at this point but the gas station wasnt the slightest of busy. She then walks up to serve the customer who pulls up to the pump infront of me. (Maybe you have some particular policy for who gets served first, but I would think the first one done should be the first one out... the first one to pull up should be the first one served, etc) I say "excuse me" but she continues to walk to the other customer. I then say "hellooooo"... a little louder and she turns around. Tells me "Don't do that.." Referring to my "helloooo" to get her attention. She then puts my pump back at its station while telling me in some way or the other that I'm being rude. She appeared to be disgusted as she gives me my receipt. I start to drive off and hear her call me a [censored]. Loud and clear that is exactly what she called me.

Another frustrating experience was with a different employee - a man this time. Unfortunately I do not have the specific times or dates of my experiences with him. He is a friendly guy but literally sits in his car and ignores the fact that there are customers waiting to be served. Whenever he decides to get out of his car, is whenever he will do his job. He's apologized about it before but has NO legitimate reason to back it up. After multiple times of this same experience and having to pump my own gas multiple times - I couldn't bring myself not to report this.

And not that these facts have anything to do with the behavior of these human beings - more so to identify who I am talking about - but they are both of African American descent. I do not know their names.

Desired outcome: Hire respectful and attentive employees who can carry out their job successfully. I understand the place gets busy- that's one thing. Disregarding employees who dont do their job or who swear at customers is not okay.

76 Illegal use of customers debit card

76 gas station - 6305 Morro road, Atascadero CA

Hello, not sure who to file a complaint, I just let this gas station, tall white male at registered said debit cards for lotto is not acceptable, only cash. There is no signs posted, he mentioned people filing false claims their cards are being charged. I thought that to be odd, so I told him I’ll go somewhere else. He then stated I can use my card, I don’t carry cash. I purchased $17 of lotto tickets. I had just purchased gas on the outside pump. And kept the receipt. Less than 15 minutes after leaving the cash station. I get notified of $200 from the same location from my bank. I had already made some changes on my card, after the clerk said what he he said regarding charges of debit cards. The 3 people behind the counter, 2 white males and female with long brown hair. The short male had mustache and beard, the taller guy, don’t recall any facial hair. I’m sure there are cameras in the store. This is illegal what is being done, and I will file a law suit if something is not done. I’m sure this has happened to other customers.

I would like a response from someone, confirming someone looked into this matter.

76 Fraud charges

Card is being used in another state , i can not contact anyone to talk too about the money you are going loose !

i have 10 invalid charges, but can not contact you by phone without 1-3 hour on hold.

Homeless allowed to use the bathroom. Drugs, Loitering, Trash, Graffiti. Bathroom is for customers is disgusting. No one seems to stop the non customers in back to gather. The power outlet is used to charge phone, computers. This is stealing power from the station. Urine smell. Prostitution

I come to this station as a paying customer. Not to personally deal with the condition of this gas station. I will take my business elsewhere

Desired outcome: I would like to hold the management responsible for providing and allowing the station to be over run my non paying customers

76 Never had this kind of treatment

I was at the 76 station on Atlantic and Whittier and I come to the 76 station everyday I ride my bike to this gas station from my house get something to drink and I ride back I pulled up today and I flipped my bike over and the associate Martha came out with a very aggressive look on her face and yelled at me in Spanish and she ran back inside and I said hold on cuz she asked me to move my bike away from the door and I did so I immediately and unless you ran in and then I said hold on is this okay because I had moved it about 10 ft and she said no get out of here she told me to get out of there she told me to leave the property and I go I just wanted something to drink and she was very aggressive and she was talking to me like if I was a child I didn't don't and didn't think and I shouldn't have been treated like that I've never been treated like that ever in my life by associate a store associated a gas station attendant for no reason whatsoever I'm sure if you review the video you will see exactly what I'm talking about this occurred at Saturday 7922 at 1:30 p.m. that woman needs an attitude adjustment she shouldn't talk to people like that there's no cost for it all she has to say was please or shouldn't even have to say please she could have just said move your bike and that's it she didn't have to provoke or yell at me or talk to me like a child and and in Spanish and and give me a some bad facial expressions that can provoke some something from someone I hope this doesn't affect me being able to be your customer I'm not blaming 76 I think 76 is one of the greatest gas stations in the world for NASCAR I'm not going to let one person you know make it bad for a 76 but if if I see her working I'm sure I'm not going to go over there because she asked me to leave the premises and and going back or would she can have me arrested that's how I'm taking it so you guys pretty much lost the customer for for no reason just the other day she lost some money for 76 Martin needs to go to a counseling session or a manager needs to readjust their attitude anyway thank you my phone number is [protected] if you need to contact me [protected] my name is Antonio okay goodbye

76 The employee said to me get the [censored] out.

Around 14:30 between 15:00 at 1830 Solano Ave, Berkeley, CA 94707 76 gas station. I just asked cigarette marlboro and he said 10$ only cash, and he wants to see check my id, and i show it to him then asked only the receipt, he gaves me the receipt only 10$ in it, and i asked is there nothing provement on it i buy cigarettes then he act and yelling to me get the [censored] out of my face asian something like that, i feel very upset when people do racist. i 100% for sure this situation, the employee name is shelby i guess. and i asked the manager he dont say anything to me

76 Employee made a threat

Store#5686 United Pacific 1401 Munras Ave Monterey, Ca 93940

On 2/15/22 at 4:19pm went to get gas at #3

Heavy set older lady working with glasses did not get her name, she seemed frustrated by front doors not locking, and with the customers. Miscommunication about amount of payment. I told her $20 and she rung up as $30, became very irate and argumentative with me. Locked the front doors on me so I couldn't get my change. Another employee opened the door named Freddie who claims he was a Assistant manager. He did not nothing to deescalate the situation just stood there and watched the lady point her finger in my face, curse at me and I responded back. She also threatened to go to her car and get her taser so she can tase me. this was all said in front of your Assistant Manager, I also contacted Monterey police about the incident. I hope your store has cameras so you can see what type of people you hire at your store and how customers are treated. I wish I had my cell phone to record how she was talking to me!

Desired outcome: she made a verbal threat to a customer, she could not control her anger or frustration she needs to be terminated.

One what happened to costomers is always current?
Number two how in the hell can you kick me out when your store ripped me off? I want the employees that work at chevon 76 off south 6th Street in klanmath falls Oregon fired... Or repermanded for stealing my money...oh and the black little girl boy working here should lose his job for going after your customers violently

76 Gas station attendant

Hello my name is Rita Hermiz it's about 10:10 p.m I live right down the street from this station I always use this station to fill my car with gas. As I approach the window there's a sign stating there's a shift change so it will be closed for a few minutes as I'm patiently waiting the young man on shift says I'm going to be closed for 40 minutes when clearly he's not following the protocol because the sign is stating otherwise and that's false information posted up. I've been here before when they've had a shift change it takes less than a few minutes. This guy told me did not even apologize tells me well I'm going to be close for 40 minutes and he's on his phone. 76 Customer service

This is the 3rd time I have written to u about the out right rude women that work in this particular location, it sets in a small shopping center where I work in a hair salon, it has gotten to where myself or co workers won't go there no matter how bad we need something i'd rather drive elsewhere than be ignored or treated like crap at this one! Please help!

76 Service

I got gas at your station in Hillsboro Oregon- 5063 Tualatin Valley HWY on 5-1-2021 at 9:33:06 am...The attendant (he) made a comment that I found very rude and concerning...my little dog who was wearing a bark musse l was with me and while I was telling the attendant what I wanted she started to bark at which point the attendant said and I quote ...

" maybe I should pour gas on her so she'll stop barking"

This comment was rude and uncalled for the attendant had no idea what or why my dog was barking...I have a Chihuahua who are known for their barking so I use a bark mussel to quite her down some.

the gas station on werner rd has many employees who stand outside and smoke their weed pens, they also have many people show up on a daily and nightly basis that sit outside in their vehicles and employee vehicles and smoke weed...employees name is Ami and she has even had people sleep in her car outside the store. They need a sheriff to sit in their parking lot every night. Will never go to that location again!
