Don't just cheat people with this fake ads and promises
Pls provide proper support and teach your people how to handle customer support. Pls don't buy their robot vac and they will just come and sell in a day but for service they will not even respond you and just cheated and wasted our money. They will just tell reason like mobile number not registered with this product, another product is registered in this number, product ordered it will come (new machine next day delivery, but parts taking two weeks) their senior is making fun on this. We will ask procedure to change number that also they will not do. If we chat with support also they will just raise a ticket and that's all just waste customer support.
After long days of struggle they will tell parts received but not suitable for this device. Very very very unprofessional company and with unprofessional sales and service team. They are just money collecting agents. My machine still under service for more that 2 months?
Purchase that last year february. Please please dont buy their products and they will come and deliver in minutes but serivce they will not even consider and. I am requested for refund for this product
After this post I will get a call and will tell will clear this issue but it will not be solved.
