Everbuying.net Lesson learned as they will never receive one more cent from me

I had no problem with the shipping since I knew it was coming from overseas so was prepared to wait a bit. I had chosen free shipping bud did indeed get charged shipping and insurance, things I didn't opt for, once I saw the statement from them through the confirmed email. WHen package did arrive two items were missing. I immediately sent an email and they responded with sorry, popular item no longer in stock. When I checked their website they still showed as having them in stock. I had to send many emails to have the items refunded. Next was the cellphone. I tried to charge the phone and after being plugged in for several hours for three days there was always an error message saying charge failed. I then noticed that the part on the phone where you plug the charger in was broken off. I contacted them and they said sorry you take to get fix and we give you 5 dollar. What kind of customer service. I have been in touch with them daily since the product arrived virtually repeating myself over and over again. They did finally get the reimbursement total up to 10US dollars. The caveat was that I would have to send the phone back and pay the shipping charges and then they might send me another phone but I have to pay shipping charges again. I am not prpared to continually pay shipping charges for product that is garbage. In reading the reviews on here the vast majority of people that are satisfied are those who did not buy electronics. I have had no correspondence from them for about 36 hours now. They have stopped responding since I informed them that I was going to report them to consumer protection. The old adage of buyer beware really rings true here. I wish I had done my research prior to buying instead of after. Lesson learned as they will never receive one more cent from me.

Buyers stay away! This is an Asian site that ships junk! I bought a Firefly Pad for my wife for Christmas and it was junk...didn't work. I returned it for replacement and never got one. They just keep stringing you along promising to take care of it but really are only trying to buy time until it becomes too late to file a complaint with PayPal.

yes their customer service and quality of items are quite a turnoff. I don't think the customer service knows what they are talking about. The website said "ship in 24 hours" or "reply in 24 hours" are a joke. I ordered a few things before and realize their service is bad. I had to file a paypal dispute to resolve it.

I placed an order on November 28, when I went to check on the status, it said my order had shipped on July 12. The Customer Service is absolutely horrible and gave me no answers at all. Do NOT use this site, you will never receive your package and so far, no refund!

Everbuying.net I would recommend everyone stay away from this place

Totally crap! I ordered a halloween costume for my son on October 6th. I was told there was an issue with my PayPal account which mysteriously cleared up on October 7th when I threatened to cancel the order. I was notified that the order was being processed. After several attempts to find the status of my order and a tracking number, on October 20th they sent me an e-mail saying the costume needed14 days to be manufactured and several days shipping time. They specifically mentioned that the costume would not be ready for Halloween. I would recommend everyone stay away from this place, and I regret not checking them out before I placed the order.

I ordered a tablet pc in March 2017, and the item never arrived. After contacting the company to tell them, they aksed me to wait a few more days, a the site states it only takes 5-7 business days, it had been 2 weeks at that point. Since then, I have been trying to get a refund, only to have then say they can only refund half of the $72 I paid for the tablet. After a few weeks and never getting the refund, they asked for another credit card number, and upon refusing, I just asked if they would just send something else instead of the refund. I selected an item and qty that totaled about $46 and they aksed me to send more money because the refund didn't cover the total. I explained to them that I had already given them $72 for an item I never received, so just send the replacement item that costs less, and it is now August, and I have been going back and forth with this company since March about this issue, and they won't give a refund or send new items for ones that you never received. It has been one excuse after another evryday for thae past 5 months. They reply to your message with needing more money or an account from paypal, credit card etc. I need to know what can be done about this company, as I pretty sure they have done this to many people and that makes them a lot of free money, so to speak, because people don't receive any items they order, nor a refund. THIS MUST BE STOPPED AND I AM GOING TO DO ALL I CAN TO HELP STOP THIS COMPANY AND OTHERS LIKE IT TO BE PUT OUT-OF-BUSINESS, BECAUSE I AM NOT GOING TO ALLOW THEM TO KEEP NOT NOE SINGLE DOLLAR OF MY MONEY WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES!

This website is a piece of $#*! Not only did it take a month to get my package finally when it was supposed to be here in a week, when i got my items every piece of clothing i got was ripping and falling apart right out of the box! The clothes are very poorly put together! And now I have been emailing them back and forth for the past 4 days trying to get a refund and they are $#*!ing around! Told me that I should keep the crap and they would give me $25... I spent $175! DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! TERRIBLE!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I will never order from them again. It took nearly a month to get both of the orders I placed and the quality of the products was INADEQUATE! My iPod/iPhone charging accessories were falling apart (I literally had to super glue the cords back into the plugs). My computers will occasionally recognize that the chargers are plugged in and occasionally will not. EVERYTHING IS SHIPPED FROM HONG KONG and takes 3 FOREVERS to arrive . . . forget ever hearing back from Customer Service. I thought I was getting a bargain, but in this case . . . I got LESS than I paid for!

I have had tablet for not even 30 days and I have only been able to use two or three times. The battery dies down very quickly and the charger was faulty that was sent by ever buying. first the wireless internet would not work ever when sitting right next to modem. Finally after multiple manipulations were were able to get it to work. Then as soon as that happened the charger went out. The charger does not light up or even charge the product. It is a specific type of charger that is not common in US, so we have not been able to find it in local stores. I have made multiple attempts to contact everbuying regarding this problem and they are not helpful. they offered to ship new charger finally, but then tell me that I have to pay $2.00...ok fine I will pay the money, but please ship express and not china post. They never respond with pay details or whether they will send express. I am VERY unhappy with product quality and customer service of company and will never purchase from them again!

I ordered a GPS unit. It came without software. They would repair, or refund if I sent the unit back. Cost to return it was more than half (44.50) of the cost of the unit (83.50). All of my communications with them indicate they are a shady business, including false advertising, false names, false evaluations, and non-posted evaluations, etc. I ended up losing my entire investment. And, PayPal would not force a refund. Wash your hands carefully after you even type the name of the company, and, stay away from PayPal.

"Pls do not ever think of buying anything off this "company"...they are not legit !.You will NEVER get anything you ordered and if you did...they only send out fake/toylike products. They don't do refunds either!. Their products i.e phones, tablets etc are so crappy that you are better off buying toy phones/tablets from toysrus. Complete scam!.The worst customer care i have ever come across, they pretend they can not understand you and when they see you ar not relenting, they cut you off during chats on their website. This people ought to be reported. Never buying anything from China ever again."

Should have done my homework. Had I only looked at the photos other buyers posted of the coat I ordered, I could have avoided this whole mess.

Ordered a jacket for $14 on 11/13/12. I've never ordered from China, so I was open minded to how long it could take and, to some degree, the quality of the product i'd recieve. I noticed the price of my item somehow went up a couple bucks between putting in my credit card information and pressing "submit." Order didnt ship out until 11/28 which, again, I was fine with. So as you can see, plenty of little red flags already.

Sent messages periodically asking how long it may take to recieve my item, how to know if customs had it, who to contact, etc. Pretty much every response back has been some variation on "You wait longer. Can take long time. Wait longer and then contact us if its been long time." Then the ticket is promptly closed.

My tracking number with USPS seems to be working, and the last notated movement of my package is "processed through sort facility in ______, Peoples Republic of China." That was logged 12/8, and nothing since. So it appears they sent it, and I've now contacted the post office to see if they can shed some light on its apparent dead stop.

Icing on the cake was going back a few days ago and looking at my item I ordered again, and only then noticed photos other buyers had posted: The coats in their photos look NOTHING like the one worn by the model in the photos. It looks like a thin, grey sweatshirt not a big full fluffy jacket with a fur lined hood.

All in all, i'm not happy with my experience so far, and suspect that feeling will intensify upon recieving my "jacket"...assuming I ever do.

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Ordered a Mophie cell phone charger/ case. When it arrived my son tired to charge it and it wouldn't charge unless he held the case at the bottom. I contacted the company, and they suggested i repair the case?!?!? Since the co. is in China, you could tell they were typing a response into a translator...because their reply didn't make a lot of sense. Multiple requests for a refund or replacement went unanswered, making me go past the return/dispute deadline for PayPal. I am now working with my bank to try to get the purchase refunded. I have a feeling I'm out the money. BUYER BEWARE! I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN!

HORRIBLE COMPANY and PRODUCTS.. Two tablets broke within 5 minutes. I've been trying for two weeks to get a refund and am being COMPLETELY IGNORED! I'M NOW OUT $170.00 and I've already returned the tablets. Imagine that! I thought Chinese were respectable businessmen. They should be ashamed of themselves! I wish I read the prior reviews before purchasing!

Got a 7 inch tablet. Did not recieve charger or English instruction book. They offered me a $5 discount on next order, then $5.00 to buy a $24.00 charger. A paypal complaint was filed. Everytime I contacted Everbuying they said they would fix the problem if I withdrew the Complaint. Shipped item back to China with a tracking number throuigh USPS. Come to find out the tracking number deadends when the package is turned over to the Chinese postal system and you can not verify delivery. Of course Everbuying claims they never got the package. Try writing a review on everbuyings web page. If its bad the will not post it. This is a very poor company to do business with.

I ordered an adult size costume form them. They asked for my and claimed it would be made to fit. They sent a childrens size costume that was used. It had blood stains on it and was very, very cheap. Nothing at all like th picture they showed. I sent pictures to them and asked for a reiund. They said no. So, if you order from this place, expect the worse...

I purchased an android tablet from these dodgy guys about 3 months ago, and it turned out to be faulty. I posted it back at my expense. They have received the unit after I chased them up for a refund. It has now been almost 2 months of constant emailing to them and their help(less) desk person named Elena just keeps reypling saying that the refund is coming soon. How hard can it be to issue a paypal refund! Idiots!

Do not purchase from these guys! There are plenty of other good reliable Chinese retailers out there like ChinaVasion and Light in the Box.

Again - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EVERYBUYING.COM - THEY ARE DODGY!

this company is running a scam. They tell you to wait over 2 months to receive an item, (after its paid for and you cannot cancil), and then it never shows up. They keep putting me off and asking for the address over and over again.
DONT WASTE YOU MONEY, JUST A PHONY CHINESE COMPANY RIPPING US OFF!

yeh i bought jackets and dresses in Everbuying before. They claimed it's made in Wool but when you received the items it's clearly not wool. it is some type of cotton or some material that didn't feel like wool at all. Even the measurements are incorrect. They are either too small or too big.. it's weird. I was mad. I ended up donating or giving them away coz they don't fit me and they 're not good enough for winter. I would not trust this seller anymore.

I purchased a gemei g9 10" tablet reconditioned for about $100 from everbuying - a good price. The screen is excellent high resolution and the touch seems pretty good.

My opinion is that everbuying although cheap has drawbacks even though I am satisfied. First shipping is much longer than anything I have ever received. More worrying to me was the fact that they would not respond to any emails. Until I open a claim with paypal no responses to 6 different emails. Further once shipped the tracking doesn't appear until the tablet arrives making tracking useless. Shipping was the minor problem.

The tablet arrived with Chinese software and text and came with a manual in Chinese. Further switching to English didn't change all the Chinese letters and I was left guessing for the shift and return key on the display keyboard. The real problems started with apps and google play. No matter where I went I was not allowed to download anything and reject due to a error. I eventually found out it was due to settings within the tablet. I went through deleting all personal data. This did not help though. I went through and deleted anything that had been downloaded into the tablet post factory but that did not help either. Having a programming background I knew about placing the machine into developer side to force a closer look at this point the machine completely froze with nothing working for approximately an hour. After this the machine was completely wide leaving it like it came out of the factory.

The next hour was spent searching the web trying to find out how to change the language to English. Everything was in Chinese. The time still doesn't work right because there is no setting for timezones in north america just Asia Europe and Africa are listed. Further the dictionary highlights every word as incorrect - I suspect it is Chinese.

It was an ok deal but not for the average consumer. Advertising definitely promoted the idea it was ready to go loaded with apps which it was not. For surfing the web, word processing, and as an ereader I have purchased software that runs fine.

Their service is not good and product quality is a doubt after all. I bought some clothes before on their site. i.e They claim the jacket is made of wool blended, but when the shipment is in your hand, it's obviously not made of wool but made of some other unknown. You paid for a price of wool but get some junk unknown material. I take risk because they are cheaper than stores thinking worse to worse it would end up to trash or donation. Also some items would say 'ship in 24 hrs'; but they won't ship on time until you keep asking customer service day after day. Then one time they tell me one item is out of stock but taking a few days to answer you that. it is misleading that while a product is out of stock be described as 'ship in 24 hrs';. Last time they all of a sudden cancelled my order without my knowledge, after i filed a dispute for non-shipment for weeks. Ironically customer service said a day before that they are going to send shipment. So you can tell they don't know what they do and get the customer so confused with their response as they keep talking nonsense. Thank god i got refunded, which didn't take too long. But it is by far the worst online shopping experience i'd ever had.

I order a android tablet on the 15 th of Feb, .I am still waiting on the tablet, an email that gives me more information about where my order is .The tracking # keep saying processing its been over a week.I am under standing of being busy, but they were not to busy to retrieve my money for the item now all I want is what I paid for or my refund so I can look else where for better service...

I agree, they keep you at bay with countless e-mails with .19 cent questions to wear you down into giving up trying to get what you paid for. Chinese Gyp Joint. Will never deal with them again. Tsunami would be to gentle for them.

I am a businessman, i have many orders from this everbuying website, i have meet several this problem before, and all problem has been solved, give them time, they will solve the problem, the after-sale person in everbuying company seem very busy, they always told me they have thousands of orders in one day, so sometimes i have to remind of my problem several times, then they will solve it . you dont worry, and email them again, i think they will refund you .
