After looking at multiple companies to purchase a bulk Father's Day gift, I found Everything Branded USA. I called to inquire about product availability as well as processing and shipping time (as this had previously been a problem with other companies). Rahul "RJ" warmly greeted me on the phone and took his time walking me step by step through the process. He was friendly and cheerful and so efficient! I loved that it was personalized and I got to see the sample with my customized logo before I made the purchase. RJ called me personally to ensure I received the emails and was satisfied with the proof. He also transferred me to the finance department so I could make my purchase over the phone. He made the entire process so pleasant and easy for me. I look forward to ordering from this company again! Their prices are so reasonable too! What a pleasant experience after hours of searching to find a good product for a decent price in bulk.

I was tasked with finding a good company from which to buy face masks for our employees. I looked at numerous different companies and found a wide variety of prices. Some places to which I reached out did not even respond, or responded and but did not provide a follow-up response. My company wanted a specific logo put on the masks and I had to get several bids from the various mask vendors. One of the vendors I reached out to was Everything Branded. I was contacted by Kiran-Bedder. Kiran was awesome. He worked with me for about fifteen days while I went back and forth with the requirements for the masks, decision changes by my bosses, and a plethora of questions. At the end of the negotiation, Kiran told me I could expect a turnaround of about 30 days to receive the masks. Almost 30 days to the day I received 2500 masks as promised and to the specifications that my company wanted. My bosses are very happy. I highly recommend Everything Branded!

Nick & I worked together on & off for about a month (not his fault, we just couldn't make up our minds :) ), redesigning things, adding things, removing things, changing quantities.. so much in fact that I felt horrible for making him work so hard! He was so patient & kind. He gave me everything I needed within a matter of minutes. After what felt like 100 re-designs, quotes & options, he helped me get EVERYTHING I needed on order so we would have it in time for our events. Need help? GO SEE HIM! Ellis (my account manager) helped me source a custom knit scarf for our holiday event. I really didn't expect to obtain the level of quality at my price point- and... it arrived early. (In covid times, that's amazing!) They were a huge hit with our guests & I couldn't be more pleased. I'd highly recommend Everything Branded and Ellis is awesome!

To complete the quote, proof design/approval and payment in such a short amount of the time he connected with me via phone along each step of the process so we could get me merchandise ordered by the end of the day. He was super friendly and kind and I appreciated his dedication to getting my order in with a quick turnaround.
HORRIBLE experience!
HORRIBLE experience! I only gave one star because it isn't an option to leave ZERO stars. I placed an order in January which was never delivered and didn't get them to finally process a refund until May 29th. They claimed in February that some glitch prevented the order from being delivered, then another glitch in March prevented them from refunding my payment. April? a glitch in their service? Then came May... well, needless to say the value of my time spent CHASING and HOUNDING them for my refund, well exceeded the monetary value of the refund, but it was my company's money, so I had to keep going until I got it. There staff were "polite" throughout the process, but inept, did not follow-thru on promises, etc etc etc. I had to continually reach out and pursue getting my funds due. At one point I was certain they were a scam company just fraudulently taking people's money - and frankly until I see the actual refund on our next credit card statement - I am still not a believer 100%.

This is the first time I use EB for promotional products and first time I order using the chat method, it was super easy and fast, no wasted time! Where do I begin...I placed an order with Lewis ***, approved the mock-up and paid for the order. Only to be told a few days later, the item I chose was no longer available, he would find me something comparable. He showed me a picture of an item, but not the color I was going to receive, nor did he provide a mock-up with the new item. He just sent it to production and it arrived at my home. I receive the item and I am VERY UNHAPPY with how it turned out. Being that he never provided me with a new mock-up to approve and I the customer was unhappy, you would think I would not have a problem with a return/refund or even a reprint. Well that was not the case, I was told "I would receive a discount on my next order" was the best they could do for me, as if I would order from them again after this fiasco. You cannot reach a Customer Service Representative or a Manager to discuss your issue, only the Account Manager who was assigned to your order. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The product was a cheaply made product with printing illegible; not what we expected. The company who printed for Everything Branded said "it turned out how they expected"; have you ever had a company want to print a lousy image if it wouldn't work on the product selected? Communicate with your customer and say something needs to change before you print it. They are not "there to help"; they do not have "excellence in customer service"; they do not use "the best proven global supplies"; they do not "go that extra mile"; they do not have "5 star customer service". Don't waste your time on a lousy product and inferior service.
Everything Branded is not standing behind what they advertise and take over 2 weeks to respond to a phone call and won't even respond to an email - our sales rep RS or his manager are ghosting us. zero stars out of 5.

I ordered bulk hand sanitizers, the customer representative Rahul confirmed my order verbally and in an email that there would be a back description label of 75% alcohol plus my front artwork label. The order was late due to the Covid 19, Rahul did not stay in touch with me to explain the delay. I never received my invoice for the order ( in fact, he sent me some other customers invoice with all their details on it) When I called customer service several weeks after the order with concerns as to where my delivery was, I talked with the floor manager Dennis B who was not much help other than tell me the delivery was delayed. I received the order 6 days late, with NO back description of the 75% alcohol ( which was the whole reason I ordered them - anything less than 70% isopropyl does not kill the Covid 19 virus ) The bottles looked home made - when I called to explain this unsatisfactory experience, they avoided my calls, delayed response in emails. I never spoke with the Sales manager and no one in the company helped to resolve this issue.

Placed an order with a specific delivery time identified - items to be used for a conference. When I asked for confirmation of the delivery date I was told it had been moved by a few days. This was due to our taking a few days to formalize the order. I wanted to cancel the order. Rosa told me "that it wasn't possible to cancel and order which had gone to production" although the production itself was a week away? I was then told we could get the order in time based on current production schedule if we went for expedited shipping service. I confirmed repeatedly by email that we needed the mugs by the 4th of December. I was told the order had been scheduled to ship on the 2nd with the original production schedule. I reached out on the 1st and 2nd and today, on the 2nd, was told they were still "in production" and wouldn't go until the 9th. I again tried to cancel the order and was told that THEY had already incurred costs ant that they would see what they could do but after an order goes to production they won't cancel. Rosa also reminded me that I had already paid for the order so there wasn't too much I could do about it!

Artwork Off-Center. First off, note that this company is based in the UK (which is why my credit card kept fraud alerting when I tried to pay for my product). When I finally did receive the product that I ordered (computer calendars), my logo was completely and totally off-center. Like no where close to what I had approved. The top part was centered, but the bottom was skewed left by a mile. I could understand if the whole thing was off, but just half was. This company apparently, in the fine print of page 12 of their terms and conditions, says that they have 5mm of "wiggle room". Well, that's a load of... You spend all of that time trying to get the proof looking perfect only to have them say they can skew it how they'd like?!? I'm a small business and this was supposed to be my client holiday gift. These look terrible and there is absolutely no way I can send them to clients looking like this. Valerie, my representative told me there was nothing she could do to help me. No offer to correctly reprint. No offer of a discount. NOTHING. Hugely disappointed. Any company that doesn't stand behind their product is one to worry about.

I ordered FIVE HUNDRED customized lighters for my business. Upon receiving completely broken, non-working lighters, I contacted the company with multiple video evidence. Their responses were them repeatedly saying that I wasn't using them properly. They even sent me a video of themselves lighting a working lighter, because somehow that is supposed to prove that mine aren't broken. I know how to light a lighter, they are broken. Their final response was, "the problem with the lighters, as evidenced by the videos that you are not pushing down enough on them to activate the CPSC." I would advise staying away from this company if you're purchasing anything more than a simple sticker. My point of contact was Oscar ***, who asked to be named in my reviews. The following is what was asked of me BEFORE receiving the products, I'll let you determine if that seems sketchy: "If it's not too much to ask, would you be able to leave me a review with my name on one of our platforms? It would really help me as your account manager and would be much appreciated. Please let me know which platform you have used so that I can let my manager know." Stay away.

I was pleased with the service at first but it did not take long for it to go HORRILBLY bad. I reached to Everything Branded and was pleased with the quick service and friendly customer service. I placed my order and began the waiting period. I was told about this part so I am not upset about this part. While I waited, I reached back out to my Account Manager Julien with 4 or 5 different items that I would like to purchase from him. And I never got another quote. By this time I was really starting to worry about my order. I didn't say anything and then my order arrived. It was not what I was promised, it was all the wrong color! I called and the nice lady on the phone told me to take pictures and send them to Julien and I would get a call from him. Well I did just that and no call or email, much like before. I then called again and was told a customer service manager would reach out in 24 hours. Well that was 5 days ago. I reached out again today and I was told they would call right away (after and hour and a half on a online chat) I still have heard nothing. My next steps are charging back my credit card and making a formal complaint through the ComplaintsBoard.com. This company is a scam!
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I was told at first that they didn't have the item I requested, after clearly seeing it on the website. After the rep- Julien found the item I sent a screenshot of, the transaction was finished within the day. The rep promised a status update but never sent one. When I followed up the first time asking for a status the response is "I don't have a status." Then the second time three days before the order should arrive, I still didn't have a shipping notice. Or any status at all, so I followed up and got this "I have just reached out the vendors on this and have just advised me that they dropped the ball on this order. They misprinted the logo and only picked up on it during quality checks today prior to shipping. The issue I have is that happened to be the last batch available in black and they are not expecting more for another 4 weeks. I do have another vendor that can do these but their cost is much higher. I do apologise but how did you wish to proceed?"
I received no alternatives so I demanded a refund which according to Julien can't be processed for a week. So I'm stuck without the product I need for my customers, no replacement options and no time to find a branded alternative. Don't waste your time or money here.

This company has shown its true colors through the pandemic crisis. Here's my story: I ordered $7,000 worth of materials (masks, and hand sanitizers) I was told that it would come from the USA. Well, needless to say it didn't. I received the masks and they are very very thin and misleading in the quality. My representative Josh is not very helpful what so ever. He lies and lies and lies. Might be told to do so ... I asked for a manager and he will put it off by saying they are not available and will contact me ... never have! I asked to cancel my hand sanitizers 2 days after my order and he said it already had been shipped. Issued me a fake tracking number. Eight days later, I called and he insisted that the shipment tracking number was entered wrong on his end. He tells me it was not FED EX but DHL that it was shipped through. I used the number (while on the phone) on the DHL tracking site and it was declined. He then said, it was FED EX again. I tried and it said the hand sanitizers would be delivered the next day. Now it's been 3 days and the status of the order went to Pending and when I called FED EX, I was informed that someone in UK pulled a label (which places it in pending status) but the actual package has not been picked up for delivery. NO SURPRISE HERE! They clearly have done everything they can to avoid me from cancelling the order by offering me misleading information. Needless to say, when I ordered it, I was give a date that the shipment would be sent out. Well, that date clearly passed. BUYER BEWARE! I will never buy a pencil from these guys and will tell the world about my poor service and customer service!

This company has been horrible to deal with. I placed a custom order of t-shirts and sweatshirts 1000 to be exact. After we sent our logo and discussed what we wanted they shipped them and when I received the shirts I was so embarrassed. The quality of the sweatshirt was horrible and the logo they printed on the shirt was like a sticker that when you wash it will crinkle and rip. It was the worst quality I have ever received and I have been ordering things for my business for over 15 years. I called and let them know that we were not satisfied after opening one box and that I wouldn't let anyone wear these shirts so they needed to take them back. In the meantime they sent another shirt with a better quality but still nothing that any professional would want advertised for their business. I said no thank you I am going to have to go in a different direction. He stated they would give me a refund. I ordered these in September and it is February 2022 and I still have no refund. They say they sent it after getting my info in January. Then they say they only process refunds 2x a month and we just missed the deadline so it would have to be 2/14. It is 2/19 and it doesn't take this long to receive. They also do not have checks, what legit business doesn't have checks? Then they tell me the amount being refunded is less $3,000 for the shipping and restocking. I said the company that you outsourced this to should be paying that for the horrible quality and not me. I asked for a manager to speak to and to speak directly to the person who has the authority to discuss this issue and he said they don't have a phone number!? What kind of business is this. Beware as my order was over $15,000. I will never do business with this company again. I have been in service for years and this is not how you conduct an ethical business. I am a small business owner and do not have lots of extra money so the delay in all this has been extremely difficult.

Would NOT Recommend. *Order System Failure *Delivery Date Failure *Printing Failure *Responding To Email Failure *Customer Service Failure *Positive Resolution Failure On May 11th I ordered 250 masks, custom printed that were to take a maximum of 21 days to arrive. The order system was messed up in some way and it took my money, but somehow no order was produced. The expected delivery date was June 2nd according to the account manager for this order. On June 14th I asked where they were. They said they will put a rush on them and I finally received them towards the end of June. I handed a bunch out to friends, family and employees. A few days after I handed them out one of my employees said, hey these are very crooked. I looked at them and they sure were crooked. They were nearly 3/4 of an inch to the right. This may not seem like a big deal, but a mask on your face has a great center point, your nose. It is very noticeable that the masks were crooked when on your face. I planned to sell them on my site, but could not with this major mistake. I contacted the same account manager on 7/2. After sending multiple pictures to prove they were all printed crooked, he said he would contact the supplier (supplier is a Chinese company who prints and ships them to the states). On 7/20 I again contacted him because he dropped the ball again and never got back with me. I was offered a refund, but I needed to send the masks back (many of which I gave away the day I received them). He wanted me to count what was left and return them. At this point I was pretty frustrated and told him I would just live with my order. I had a very poor experience the entire way through this order. Nothing seemed to be right from the beginning. I would never recommend this company for the multiple failures along the way and a poor resolution in the end. I don't normally take the time to review things unless they are very poor or very great. This order fell into the very poor category and they seemed to have little worry about fixing the issue. I am just glad I didn't spend more on this order like some of the other bad reviews I have read. If this would have went well I would have spent many thousands with them over the next few years.

We have contacted them via phone call, email, and chat and they just keep putting us off saying they will investigate promptly and get back to us. We missed our trade show deadline even after multiple follow ups where they apologized for it being late but assured us it would arrive in time for the show. I am sure the only way to get our money back will be to dispute the charge as fraud.

Ordering process was good. Then 33 emails back and forth. They refused to give me tracking, I had to email daily, call, chat, etc. then their system was down, the warehouse was busy, covid, thw tracking came but missing ONE number. Finally I get it today and this was all stall tactics bc they sent 1 week after I was told they did! SO get them today and 4 short! so I called, emailed and emailed headquarters. nobody answered and after 5 mins. it hangs up on you. I was promised 5 days production and 3 days shipping so from order and payment date on 3/16 shouldve been 3/24 not 4/2.

After multiple attempts to work toward a resolution, with little to no response from the vendor, I asked for a refund. No response. Asked again. No response. Then told I would be contesting the charge. These masks were for incoming students and we needed them for September 1st. They still have our money and we never received the product. They were suppose to be delivered by then however I never received confirmation of shipment. I began reaching out 2-3 times a day via phone an email beginning on 8.13.2020 to my sales consultant who ignored my calls. I never received word back. Finally on 8.20.2020 I talked with a customer service rep who said they could not deliver my product and promised a refund back. I reached back out via chat as their phone was not working on 9.1.2020 and have a transcript promising me a refund however they still have not delivered.

Items received were not as described. Trying to get a full refund of $1500.00. Before ordering the cooling towels, I specifically asked on two different emails if the towels were made in the USA. I was told that they were made in Los Angeles. I then placed an order for 500 towels at a cost of $1500.00. I received the towels in two separate boxes both marked China. I opened the boxes to examine the towels. To my dismay, the towels have a label that says made in China. I have contacted Kiran, the account manager, on two occasions and am being told that his supervisor is looking into it. I have asked for a refund and for them to send me mailing labels so that I can return the towels. Can't get a straight answer.

I ordered badge holders from Everything Branded on November 11 on invoice number: ***. The badge holders (***) were to have both a belt clip and carabiner clip on it. The product was received in office in early 2020. Once I reviewed the product they did not have the belt clip on the back. I called Everything Branded to see about getting the correct product as this would not work for our organization. After calling over 10 times to get a hold of Jenny, my case was escalated to Alex. He has constantly said he would get back to me and each time I have to reach back out to him and he still does not have my answer. They have refused to correct the order or refund my money ($685).

refund pending and have been given the runaround I had placed an order with one of the representatives and apparently he no longer works there so someone else took my over my order I went over the order with him and he made assumptions on what I wanted. I asked him to send me images of order and when he did advised it was incorrect. Stated I couldn't change order. I spoke to several people including Charles my first rep , Nick who messed up order and Alex manager that has been avoiding me after 4 emails and about 5 calls including today. After informing them I needed call pulled to verify I provided him correct info on my order and he assumed different they advised a refund would be issued in 30 days. I have emails to provide with verification on messages back and forth of order. No problem but at this point I have been told already 2 weeks straight it's processing and it won't be ready another week or so. I wanted to speak to Alex to get refund clarification and he has been avoiding me. I shouldn't have to be calling more than twice a simple courtesy follow up would be nice but call and email avoidance led me here.

Out of the 10,000 mugs that we ordered 5,300 were branded crooked requiring us to dispose of them. Customer service was unhelpful in resolving. We ordered 10,000 coffee mugs with branding on two sides in January for a delivery by mid-March in ***. I ordered from EverythingBranded.com, from an employee based in Nevada, but had to deal with problems with headquarters in England. The manufacturing was done in China. I had no idea that EverythingBranded.com was a foreign company and was manufacturing in China (during Covid!). The order was supposed to be received in *** by mid-March. I received an email on March 20 saying, "The goods have been moulded and produced, they are being packed and ready to ship. During production of the items our factory was closed for an amount of time with minimal staff due to the Covid 19 virus which was an unforeseen circumstance and out of our control." I was promised the mugs would still arrive on April 13, one day before the start of my conference that the mugs were for. They weren't delivered until the end of May . In addition to this I had to pay to have every mug opened for inspection. 4,700 were acceptably produced, leaving 5,300 rejected. Defective mugs had the logo printed on a crooked angle and even upside down. The company claimed the variance was allowed because it was within the 5mm variance per the contract. That would have been acceptable had the logos been applied straight, but the 5,300 rejected mugs weren't printed in any way in a level fashion. The company reimbursed me $1,300 for my "inconvenience."

Refund promised and never issued. September 24, placed order and was charged $540.75 *** - never received merchandise or refund. September 24 - placed order for headbands and debit card was charged. ***. December 2 - emailed Jasmine *** that we never received tracking information for the order and it was never received. December 4 - Jasmine replies that she forgot to submit the order. Asks if we would like to submit the order now for a delivery date of December, 20 2019. We reply to Jasmine that yes, we would like the order and some type of compensation in either a discount or waiver of shipping. Jasmine offers a full refund or a delivery of December 20. We reply that we want the order. January 23 - We contact Jasmine for a status as the headbands were never delivered. January 28 - Jasmine replies that she will check into the status of the order. Jasmine does not get back to us with a status. February 10 - We contact Jasmine and tell her we will need the order in hand by February 12. Jasmine replies that due to product availability and pricing changes, the February 12th date cannot be met and she will issue a refund that afternoon. February 11 - We speak with Jasmine's supervisor, Alex to complain. He offers a refund that he says will not be processed until Friday February 15th. March 2 - We check our credit card statement and no refund was issued by the company. We contact another supervisor, Dennis ***, who promises that he will check into it and promises to call the following day. Dennis never calls back. March 10 - We leave a message for Dennis to call and he never returns our call.
