Disappointed with Evine's Customer Service: Address Still Wrong After 8 Days
Yo, so I gotta say, I checked out Evine again today and they still got my address all messed up on my account. Like, what's the deal, you know? I talked to one of their peeps yesterday and they said my billing address was right but my address for auto ship was still wrong. They said something about how they're always last to update stuff like that. Like, come on, get it together, Evine!
So get this, I've been talking to them every day since July 18th, 2017 and as of July 26th, my address is still wrong. The billing department updated it but nothing else has changed. And let me tell you, the communication with these folks is not great. They seem like they don't even care that I called on the 18th when they charged me for their product. The bank had to give them my info, not the other way around. I've been emailing and calling every day but my address still isn't updated.
Honestly, I'm so fed up that I want to talk to their supervisor. Like, Brittany, you're not helping me out at all here. I called in time to give the shipper the right info but Evine didn't have the right tracking number or delivery date. It's a mess.
I'm gonna post this review so other people know what they're getting into with Evine. If they actually cared about customer service, they would have helped me out by now. They need to get their act together and start sending out correct tracking numbers and delivery dates. It's not that hard, people!
Overall, I'm just really disappointed with Evine and their lack of effort to help me out. Don't waste your time with them if you want good customer service.
My Disappointing Experience with Evine: Late Payment Punishments and Credit Limit Reductions
I gotta say, my experience with Evine has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. I mean, don't get me wrong, I had a pretty solid payment history with them for a while there. But it wasn't always smooth sailing, let me tell you.
So, here's the deal. A few years back, I had a bit of a past due situation with Evine. And honestly, it was kind of their fault. See, I was paying my bill on time according to what was due on THEIR website, not the bank website. And it was a new account, so I didn't really know any better. But apparently, the payments had to be made directly to the bank. Who knew, right?
Anyway, I ended up being late on one payment because the info on the website was different from what I thought it was. And of course, Evine said it wasn't their fault. But whatever, I fixed it and have been on time ever since. The only thing is, they took away my easy pay as punishment. And they never restored it, even though it's been several years now. All because of one measly $25.00 late payment. Can you believe it?
But that's not even the worst part. In February of 2018, I made my March payment on the last day of February. And apparently, that didn't count as my March payment. So, even though I wasn't actually past due, they said I was. And my credit limit got lowered to $1900, which is my balance due. Plus, my interest rate shot up! And to top it all off, this happened on a couple of my other credit cards too! They told me nothing would be reported to the credit bureaus, but now I'm gonna have to check my credit reports just to be sure.
Honestly, I'm pretty fed up with Evine at this point. They've shown me that I clearly don't matter to them. So, I think it's safe to say that I won't be shopping with them anymore.
Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Delays - My Experience with EVINE
So, I made the mistake of buying a few things from EVINE's TV infoM. It took almost three weeks for my items to arrive. One of the items was shipped directly from the manufacturer, which was out of the country. When I received it, I realized that it didn't come with a return label like the other item did. I called EVINE to ask for a return merchandise code, but I was put on hold for over 40 minutes both times I called. When I finally got through to someone, she was extremely rude and kept interrupting me. She eventually agreed to send me a prepaid label to return the item, but it took two weeks for me to receive it.
After I returned the item, I waited for over a month for my credit to be issued. I called EVINE again and was promised that my credit card would be credited that very day. However, three days passed and nothing happened. When I called back, another agent told me that my credit had just been issued that day. I asked why it wasn't done three days ago as promised, but she didn't have an answer. She transferred me to the credit department, but the agent there told me that it wasn't her job to issue credits. She did verify that a credit had been issued that day, but it might take 3 to 5 business banking days for it to show up in my account.
It's amazing how a company that has a budget to do infomercials can be such scammers. I was so frustrated with EVINE's terrible customer service that I told them I would never buy from them again. The first agent I spoke to compensated me with a $10 credit to buy something else, but that was a joke. I would never recommend EVINE to anyone. Period.
EVINE.com: A Disappointing Experience with Billing, Quality, and Customer Service
So, I gotta tell ya, my experience with EVINE (evine.com) was not so great. I recently found out that they claimed I owed them $18.99 for a purchase I made, but they said it was declined due to insufficient funds. I knew that couldn't be right because I had money in my account at the time. Turns out, they never even billed me for it in the first place! What a bunch of liars!
But it gets even weirder. I was looking at my bank statement and comparing it to the amounts they were billing me for, and the numbers just didn't add up. I'm talking cents and dollars here and there, but still. It's the principle of the thing, you know? So I'm gonna go to my bank tomorrow and show them what's what.
And don't even get me started on the quality of their products. I ordered a set of 5 stack rings with sapphire stones, valued at $300.00, and one of them came with a missing stone. But because I was recovering from pneumonia and missed the 30-day return window, they wouldn't give me a refund or even pay for the shipping and handling to send it back. What a bunch of crooks!
I used to shop with them when they were Shop NBC and never had any problems. But now, EVINE sucks pretty much across the board. Their customer service is a joke. I'm pretty sure they hire teenagers who are paid on commission to ignore, lie to, and be rude to customers. I can't even count how many times I had to tell the girl I talked to, "Could you please stop interrupting me so I can explain the problem to you?" It's like they don't even care about their customers.
I've already reported them to the federal consumer commission. Good riddance, EVINE! More like E-lie or Evil. I give them a negative 5 rating.
Disappointing Service and Overcharging: My Experience with Evine
I recently had some issues with Evine, and I must say, I am not happy with their service. At first, I was hesitant to order anything online because I am worried about my personal information being out there. However, my son encouraged me to try it out, and I did. I ordered a few items on value pay, and that's where the trouble began.
As I was going through my account, I noticed that there were so many discrepancies. They took 35 payments in January, 23 in February, 15 in March, 52 in April, 10 in May, 12 in June and July, 13 in August, and 6 in September. I was shocked because I did not place that many orders. To make matters worse, they took all six or four value payments in the same month on items that had been returned. I also noticed that they charged me for a $630 bracelet, rings, and bracelets worth close to $1,000 that I did not order.
In total, they have charged me a couple of thousand dollars for goods that I had returned or did not order. I have spoken to several sales reps, and they have been rude, can't speak English, and have received harassing phone calls starting at 7 am till 9 pm. All this over $12.50, which I will not pay until they pay the several hundred dollars they owe me. I am a little put out with my bank because the 52 charges were all on the same day, and they did not question the charges. Again, for items that I did not have. What am I supposed to do? HELP! I am not that rich that they can just keep my money, and I have maybe seven items to show for it.
I tried speaking to a supervisor, but they just passed the phone off to another rep who could not speak English. I am surprised that the BBB is not checking out the legitimacy of this company and all the wrongdoings. The credit check floors me that they are allowed to do that. They need to get off the air!
Overall, I am disappointed with Evine's service. They have charged me for items that I did not order or have returned, and their sales reps have been rude and unhelpful. I hope they can fix their issues and improve their service in the future.
Disappointing Experience with EVINE: Poor Customer Service and Unfair Return Policy
I recently purchased a PavoPro 360 VR Reality Headset from EVINE for my granddaughter's Christmas present. I made sure to order it with plenty of time to spare, so that it would arrive before the big day. However, I was disappointed to find that I had not received any tracking information on my order.
After waiting for a few days, I decided to call their customer service department to inquire about the status of my order. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with on the phone seemed to be clueless about my order. She couldn't tell me where it was or why it hadn't shipped yet.
I was frustrated and disappointed, especially since it was already the 16th of December, just a week before Christmas. I asked if I could cancel my order, but was told that I couldn't. Instead, the representative suggested that I order another one and pay extra for expedited shipping.
I was incredulous. Why would I order another one when I hadn't even received the first one yet? I told her that I could buy one on Amazon and get it by the 18th, which was sooner than I would receive it from EVINE. I was angry and told her that I would be returning the item as soon as I received it.
Finally, the item arrived on the 29th, three days after Christmas. I called their customer service department again to ask about returning the item. I was disappointed to find out that they would not refund my shipping costs, even though I had paid for it.
I decided to use their return shipping label, but I am concerned that it is a Parcel Select Return Service, which means that there is no tracking information on it once it leaves the post office. This makes me worried that they may not refund my money.
Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with EVINE. Their customer service was unhelpful and their return policy is unfair to consumers. I plan on filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in their state to address these issues.
Evine's Loyalty to Customers is Nonexistent: My Disappointing Experience
I've been shopping at Evine for a long time, like over 15 years. I remember when they were called SHOP NBC, then SHOP HQ, and now they're EVINE. I've spent a lot of money with them, like thousands of dollars. I've bought all sorts of things from them, like two fridges, an expensive 10 thousand BTU portable air conditioner, a Samsung TV, a couch, lamps, cosmetics, skin care, cookware, pots and pans, clothing, gourmet foods, cooking appliances, and jewelry. My boyfriend even got me a ring from Evine for Christmas, but it didn't fit. He ordered a size 7, but I have a size 5 ring finger. I tried to return it, but I was distracted because my 94-year-old father passed away. I sent it back on January 31, 2017, thinking that was the deadline, but they didn't accept the return because they said the item needed to be in their warehouse. They won't give me a refund, even though it wasn't my fault that the ring didn't fit. I'm really upset about this because I've been a loyal customer for almost two decades and I've spent a lot of money with them. Even with a death in my family, they wouldn't make an exception for me. Now they're sending me back the ring that doesn't fit. I feel like they're treating me badly, and I want people on Facebook to know how they treat their good paying loyal customers. I'm so upset that I'm sending a copy of this post to the Better Business Bureau and posting it online wherever I can. I hope everyone will know how shabby they are. Are they human at all? Julie from Los Angeles, California.
Evine's Fake Hoverboards and Terrible Customer Service
So, my mom ordered some Hoverboards for my kids from Evine, and when they arrived, we noticed a couple of things that were off. First, they weren't the brand we ordered, and second, the Lithium battery that was supposed to be Samsung was a "no name" brand. With all the news about these things catching fire, we were understandably concerned. We contacted Evine and the company that made the Hoverboards, Orbit, to try to get some answers.
Unfortunately, Evine was no help at all. They couldn't tell us anything about the product, and when we contacted Orbit, we found out that they didn't even make the Hoverboards we received. Orbit is a company located in Florida that sells boards they call "Waves," which are made in the USA. So, we called Evine back and they gave us the runaround, telling us that the Hoverboards were made by a company called World Toy Tech, which we couldn't find on their website.
All we wanted was a paid return voucher for the fake product they sent us, but Evine refused. They said they only send vouchers for defective products, which is ridiculous since they sent us a fake product. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said they would have to call me back. A few hours later, my mom called me to tell me they refused the return label, even though they were supposed to call me. I called them again and explained the situation, but they told me the supervisor could only call the account holder back. I said that was fine and gave them my phone number, but Joshua told me there was no holding for a supervisor and that they could only call the account holder back. That's just wrong!
I asked if I could leave a message with all the info and my phone number, but they said they would only call the account holder back. Thank goodness the credit card company stopped payment! You can't advertise a product with a bogus company name on it and not expect a reaction. Also, in order to leave this review, I had to hit a star, but this company isn't worthy of any stars. I just needed to get this message out there.
EVINE Review: Mixed Feelings on Product & Site - An Honest Opinion
This here's a review about EVINE (evine.com) and the product they're selling. Gotta say, I'm not too impressed with the site. They don't offer any reviews or a way to make suggestions. Seems like they're not really interested in hearing from their customers, which ain't a good look in today's world.
On the positive side, ordering was easy enough and the product cooks well. I gotta give them props for their payment options though - it's a terrific idea and more American businesses should adopt it. The product also arrived in a timely manner, which is always a plus.
Now for the negatives. There's very little information on the product except for the typical marketing hype. The product does a good job cooking, but the design is shoddy. Here are some things any consumer should know before making a purchase:
The housing for this product is okay, but it's a bit flimsy. The grill side has grooves that are way too deep and the tool sent to help clean/slide waste off isn't sized to fit the deep grooves, so it's pretty much worthless. The dial is also small and difficult to read, and it only has one indicator light, which isn't very safe or convenient. The dial doesn't follow American standards either - "lefty=loosey / righty=tighty" or in other words, turn it left to ON and right to OFF. It's backwards. The lid is a great feature, but it just sits in a slot and it takes a bit of adjustment to open and close it without dislodging it or pulling it off track. When it's in the down position, it locks, so grabbing it to open quickly is a bit hazardous until you get in the habit of remembering to pinch/unlock then pull up. And let me tell you, it's not so easy to clean (especially the grill side). It needs to be cleaned more often than it should because grease will roll off the lid and end up all over the housing and on your counter. I've lined the drip pan with foil to help prevent this, but it's not a complete fix. The construction of the whole unit is just problematic. I'm getting tired of grease all over my counter and having to monitor it like a child misbehaving... LOL. Thinking a good old-fashioned large electric fry pan might be easier all in all. Don't NEED grill marks on my food to live well!
If you can adjust to all these little nuisance issues, then owning this product could be okay for you. I can't fault it for cooking though. It heats up fast and evenly - love the fact that the coils are inside the cooking rack. Actually, that was the main attraction for me.
I'm using it, but it's really annoying for me. When I'm done with it, I will NOT be replacing it with the same item - unless Paula Deen people get on their manufacturers to fix this crappy design. Oh, but then the price is likely to go up!
This has really been a disappointment for me, but I've had fun feeling like a short-order cook at home with the griddle side. So there you have it, folks. More information to help you make a better buying decision. Hope this helps!
EVINE's Bella Luce Line: A Scam of Fake Jewelry and Corrupt Hosts
I recently made the mistake of purchasing a piece of jewelry from EVINE, specifically the Bella Luce line. Let me tell you, it was a huge mistake. The jewelry is nothing but a cheap plastic concoction made in a factory somewhere. It has absolutely no value and is 100% worthless. I highly advise against purchasing anything from the Bella Luce line, especially if it's gold plated. If you do end up purchasing something from this line, make sure to get it checked out or check it out yourself with the proper equipment. You'll need acid to find out if you have real gold over the sterling silver or if it's just worthless gold tone plated cheap costume jewelry.
If you're unsure about the authenticity of your jewelry, the kit that comes with the Bella Luce line contains a stone and a small vial of 10k, 14k, and 18k acid. You can take the ring and scrape just a little on the stone to make sure the gold color shows. Then, take a drop of the corresponding acid on the spot. If the color stays a bright yellow, you have 14 carat gold over the sterling silver. But if the acid eats up that gold color, you've been ripped off with gold tone over the sterling silver, not 14k gold as advertised by EVINE.
Unfortunately, EVINE is known for peddling fake gemstones and jewelry made from inferior materials. Everything you see on their website or TV channel is made from mass-produced materials from countries like China, India, Japan, and Taiwan. The quality is subpar, with badly cut stones, scratched tops and bottoms, and chipped or broken stones. The hosts are highly trained to swindle, lie, mislead, and misrepresent the products to lure customers to EVINE.
One of the worst hosts on EVINE is Dawn Tesh. She's been caught faking breast cancer and using her own son for a fake deadly illness. She's mentally disturbed and an unfit mother who should be put away. She's making a fool of herself on EVINE, peddling fake man-made concoctions for real gemstones. She's obsessed with cancer and is a compulsive liar. Stay away from Dawn Tesh and anything she's selling on EVINE.
Another newcomer to the herd of swindlers on EVINE is Matt Wegzyn. He's been trained to rip off customers with fake stones peddled as real stones. He wears clothes that EVINE provides, just like all the other hosts. They don't have their own clothes, and they're all peddling fake gemstones and jewelry for EVINE's falling sales.
In conclusion, buyer beware of EVINE and their worthless trash and junk jewelry. They're peddling fake stones, fake diamonds, and corrupt hosts who think nothing of ripping you off. Stay away from EVINE and their Bella Luce line, and don't fall for their tricks and scams.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience with EVINE: Broken Watch Case for Limited Edition Watch
I just got this watch from EVINE (evine.com) and it was supposed to be a Valentine's Day present for my hubby. But when I opened the box, the case was all broken up into pieces. I was so disappointed and called their customer service right away. They told me that they can't just send me a new case and that I have to turn in the whole watch for a refund. But the thing is, this watch is a limited edition and they don't sell it anymore. I explained this to the customer service rep, but he said there was nothing he could do and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. His name was Donald M. and he was not helpful at all.
I have bought so many Invicta watches from EVINE for my husband in the past, but this experience has really made me think twice about buying from them again. It's just not right that they can't send me a new case for a limited edition watch that they don't even sell anymore. I'm really disappointed and frustrated with their customer service. It's ridiculous!
Evine Review: Poor Customer Service and Payment Issues Lead to Hassle and Stolen Credit Card
I gotta tell ya, Evine ain't all it's cracked up to be. I bought something from them and next thing I know, my credit card was stolen. Coincidence? I don't think so. Then, when they told me my payment didn't go through, I updated my account with new info. But guess what? Two months later, some collection agency was calling me up demanding payment. I had to fork over the dough and then two months after that, they called me again! Apparently, Evine didn't let them know that my account was all good. What a hassle.
And don't even get me started on their customer service. I ordered something and updated my address for shipping. But when it didn't arrive, I called them up and what did they say? "Contact your Post Office or hope it gets returned or forwarded to your new address." Seriously? That's not helpful at all. I'm done with Evine. I'm sticking with HSN or QVC from now on. They have way better stuff and if there's a problem, they'll refund my account or send me a new item. Don't waste your time with Evine, folks.
Beware of Evine's Value Pay Service: They Run Credit Checks Without Your Knowledge or Consent
Yo, just wanted to give y'all a heads up about Evine. If you're thinking about using their value pay service, they gonna do a credit check on you. I didn't even know about it until I checked my credit and saw that they had done a inquiry. Like, what the heck? I woulda just paid for the whole thing if I knew they were gonna do that. And get this, they don't even need your social security number, just your name and address. They use Equifax for the credit check and let me tell you, when I called to ask about it, the credit department was straight up rude. And get this, they used a different name for the credit check than the one I have on file. I just got married and haven't changed my name with Equifax yet, but that didn't stop them from doing the credit check. But get this, I couldn't even see the results of the inquiry dispute until I faxed over a copy of my SS# and driver's license. Like, what kind of shady business is this? So yeah, just be careful and read all the fine print before you buy anything from Evine. I ain't buying nothing from them again and Equifax can go kick rocks.

Evine's Credit Department Pulls Credit Reports Without Proper Disclosure
So, I got this notice from Evine that they pulled a hard copy of my credit report, and it ended up dinging my credit score by 10 points. I was pretty upset about it, so I decided to contact their Credit Department to get some answers. I talked to a lady named Linell, who said she was a supervisor, and she told me that they pull a credit report once a year on every customer who uses value pay. I was pretty surprised to hear this, because I've been a customer of theirs for many years, and I've never heard of this before.
Linell also told me that they inform customers of this on banners that appear periodically on the TV, and also on the Internet. But to be honest, I've never seen anything like that on TV, and when I checked on the Internet, all I found was a sentence that said they MAY check your credit. It definitely didn't say anything about them doing it once a year!
I've been dealing with this company for a long time, through all their name changes, and I've always used the same AM EX card that I've had for over 30 years. And this has never been a procedure that they've used in the past. So, to be honest, I feel like they're not being very upfront about their business practices.
If you're like me and you don't want your credit score to take a hit, then I would suggest staying away from using value pay, or even Evine altogether. It's just not worth the risk, in my opinion.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with EVINE: Payment Not Credited to Account
I had a really bad experience with EVINE. I sent in a payment of $200, but it was cashed and not credited to my account. When I called customer service to explain the situation, the woman on the other end was not helpful at all. She kept telling me to speak to the bank, even though I had already done so. She repeated the same thing over and over again, without letting me speak. Eventually, the call was put on hold and I had to listen to the recording for a while.
When I tried to call again, all the lines were busy. It took me a while to get through, but when I finally did, I was transferred to a third-party collection service. They gave me the EVINE customer service number, but still no one looked for my check that was cashed by someone in the EVINE office.
I feel like I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. My only option is to call and try to speak with someone who might not even care about my problem, or file a claim with the BBB. It's frustrating and disappointing that a company like EVINE would treat their customers this way.
I hope that EVINE can improve their customer service and take responsibility for their mistakes. It's important for companies to listen to their customers and address their concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
Terrible Experience with EVINE: Wrong Item Delivered & Poor Customer Service
So, I decided to buy a couple of watches from EVINE, the 56mm Invicta Thunderbolt & a 48mm Pro Divers on 7/14/16. They told me that it would be delivered to my home on the 25th. But, when the package arrived on the 30th, I was surprised to see that it was an Excursion Twisted Metal. It was definitely not what I ordered. I contacted customer service the same day and spoke to Greg. He told me that the Property Diver was never shipped, but the Thunderbolt would be express shipped and would arrive on Tuesday Aug 2nd. But, to my disappointment, nothing came. I contacted customer service once again, only to be told that the Thunderbolt was packaged waiting for pick up in the warehouse. What the heck! It had not been shipped yet. Furthermore, I was told that the Property Diver was out of stock, which at the time of purchase wasn't the case.
I paid $501.00 for the Thunderbolt and $93.59 for the Property Diver, which means I paid $594.59 in full. But, I have not received my merchandise yet. It's really frustrating. I will never order anything from this shady company again, ever! If you want your purchase on time, you're better off going to the store. Don't waste your time with EVINE!
Frustrating Experience with EVINE's Website and Customer Service
I had a pretty hectic day trying to place an order on EVINE's website. First, I decided to use my credit card and agreed to use value pay, thinking that my payments would be spread out over a few months. However, my order was cancelled after a credit check was done on me, which I didn't appreciate since I had no intention of applying for EVINE's credit card.
I called the order department to re-order the same item, but this time I decided to pay in full over the phone with the same credit card. I also asked the agent about the minutes triple for life plan that I had seen on TV, but she didn't seem to know what I was talking about. I was pretty disappointed that she couldn't help me with that.
To make matters worse, I decided to check EVINE's customer satisfaction ratings and found that they were pretty dismal. I don't want to do business with a company that has such a bad report. I also checked the ratings for Trac Phone, which was the service provider for the item I was trying to purchase, and found that they had a very poor report as well. At this point, I simply didn't want to do business with either company.
I quickly sent an email to EVINE to let them know that I didn't want them to ship my order. All of this happened in one day, and I was pretty frustrated with the whole experience. I asked for a refund on my credit card, but as of today, I haven't been charged yet. Overall, I don't think I'll be doing business with EVINE or Trac Phone anytime soon.
EVINE: A Total Fraud - My Experience with ISOMERS Skin Care Products
I've been a customer of EVINE (evine.com) since 2005 and have purchased a lot of ISOMERS skin care products from them. I've also bought other expensive items like computers and shoes from them. But let me tell you, this company is a total FRAUD. They checked my credit score without my permission, even after my credit card was stolen and I had already given them the new one. I explained everything to them, but they still messed it up and sent me to collections. Can you believe that?
I tried to update my credit card information on their website, but their system wouldn't let me. Now, when I try to make a purchase, it only gives me the option of value pays. It's like they don't even care about their loyal customers. I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars on ISOMERS products over the years, but they don't seem to appreciate it at all.
To make matters worse, EVINE jacks up the prices of ISOMERS products compared to other online shops in Europe. I mean, they charge $300 more for a serum! That's just ridiculous. It's like they're trying to take advantage of their customers.
I used to be the most loyal ISOMERS customer, but now I'm not so sure. I might start ordering directly from ISOMERS in the future. We'll see. It's just so sad that a great brand like ISOMERS is associated with a company like EVINE. They don't value their customers at all.
Evine Review: Terrible Company, Harassment, and Privacy Violations
This company, Evine, is just plain terrible. I mean, seriously, they are the worst. I started getting these annoying hang up calls and it turned out to be them. So, I called them back and they accused me of not paying my bill. Can you believe that? I had plenty of money and my card was working everywhere else. It took me forever to figure out what was going on. Finally, I found out that my bank's fraud department had flagged them for fraudulent activities and wouldn't process my payment to them. Can you imagine?
But, that's not even the worst part. In the meantime, Evine started collections and started calling and harassing my poor 80-year-old parents who live in another city. They told them I'm a deadbeat and not making my payments. Can you believe that? That is a violation of my privacy and totally illegal. I don't even know who else they called. It took a few days to get everything paid off on another card then I asked them to remove my information and close my account. They closed my account but will not remove my private information.
I mean, seriously, just read the reviews here and on their Facebook page. This company is one of the worst ever. It was ok before it became Evine but now it has changed. They don't care about laws. They just do whatever they want to. And they really do not care about customers at all. It's definitely not a good idea to shop there.
So, let me tell you, if you're thinking about shopping at Evine, don't. Just don't do it. Save yourself the headache and the hassle. There are plenty of other places to shop that actually care about their customers and follow the law. Don't waste your time or your money on this terrible company.
Terrible Experience with EVINE - Missing Order, Rude Customer Service, and Recurring Charges
I placed an order with EVINE on April 23rd, 2016. When I received my package, I was supposed to receive two orders in the box, but I only received one of them. I contacted customer service, and they treated me very rudely on the phone. After emailing back and forth, they wanted me to fill out a "loss prevention" form and were supposed to be mailing that form out to me. Well, it is now June 8th, and I still have not received the paperwork. They are still charging my card for a purchase that I never received. So, I called my bank and had them stop the recurring payments. My bank is dealing with them now. I don't have time to deal with stupid people! Thank God I have only paid $19 and some change so far. That's all they are getting from me. My total order came to $44 and some change. I am writing a complaint to the BBB, and I am also going to blast their name all over Facebook and every social media page I can think of. I am sick and tired of these overseas companies "ripping people off." When is it going to stop? Anyhow, if you're having a problem with them charging your card when you didn't get your order, just call your bank and have them stop payment on your card for any future recurring fees. The bank will handle it from there. I have never felt more like a victim of theft before in my life, and it's about time someone puts a stop to it! Don't buy from this company, or you will be sorry!
Online ordering
Evine.com change their name to shophq.com. I asked what is hq means since evine is a very nice name. But people are rude.
First, I wanted to let the public know, the company value pay is disgusting. They use the credit report for me is the lowest to approve for credit for me to buy thing on their website. I have three score, 650, 700 and 4, and they dare to use the 4 credit to do the analyzed for my credit online purchase request application request. And yes, they set me rules and being very rude to me.
Secondly, I finally have purchase an order over $900 for a computer that use their value pay for 6 installment. And they are like crazy for the 5th installment I was let two weeks to pay, they called every day like for a five days. I meant I already paid over $600 can they just give me a break.
I called to pay for the fifth payment and asked for rececipt and confirmation number. And they said they do not have it. And said something you no way to understand and asked you to check three days later?!
And the website portal is just great. I NEVER CAN LOG IN AFTER I HAVE PURCHASE A PRODUCT. My username and password is totally correct. And this is digusting. And with all that together with the strange english the woman talk about. It seems and look like she/he has stolen customer ID and tried to level them. They have no customer service at all. It is more like an operator, and they wanted to sounds like jail guard in military/jail or something. And this is humilated and disgrace. I wanted to return the item but it is too late to find out that they are like a scam. If later problem exists, I probably will file a report to 3Bs and efile a police report. SO, PLEASE STAY CALM AND RELAX. And wait for my next time comment and follow up on this website for online family store shopping.
And again, please do not buy from them, I thing they are scamming.
And have a nice and wonderful day!
Will not recommend to other about this online store at all.
Mac book air
This is in reference to order # [protected]. I received the above order and called Evine on 12/6/18 because several of the accessories were missing (128 SD card and keypad cover). I was told that they were sending a request to the manufacturer and I should receive my accessories in 7-10 business days. I called back in about a week and was told to give it a few more days. Today (1/10/19) I called to follow up on the status and was told that the manufacturer has yet to respond to Evine about the missing parts. This is unacceptable as it has been over a month since I reported this. Since the item was purchased from Evine, I feel that more needs to be done on your end to ensure that the customer receives the items that they purchased.in the event this doesn't happen, Evine should take full responsibility and accountability and implement some level of service recovery for the customer. I do not feel that my needs as a customer are being met and Evine is not taking this matter as seriously as they should.in addition, my husband ordered the same product on the same day (order # [protected]) and he is missing the 128 SD card as well. He also called Evine and was told that a request was being sent to the manufacturer. He has yet to receive his SD card also.
evine live credit card
I'm really upset with Evine live. Every year they do a hard hit in my equifax credit report. I applied for the credit card which I understand there will be a credit inquiry but annually for no reason. I paid my card on time never late don't carry a balance. I closed Evine live credit card on August 1, 2017 for that reason. On August 18, 2017 and September...

I had a really solid payment history with Evine. It took me a couple years to fix a past due that they were the cause of. I was paying my bill on time according to what was due on THEIR website not the bank website. It was a new account and when I made the payments it was always accepted just fine. Turns out it had to be made directly to the bank. I was late one payment due to the info being different on the website. They said it wasn't their fault of course. OK so I fixed it and have been on time ever since. My punishment was to take away my easy pay. It was never restored. Apparently even though it has been several years one late $25.00 payment and I lost that forever. I built up to a line of credit of $5000.00. In the month of February 2018, I made my March payment on the last day of February so it did not count as my March payment therefore I showed past due!
I was not past due. I called and They told me no problem they would fix this because it clearly showed my INTENTION was to make the March payment. Then he said no payment would be due until May. Well now my credit has been lower to $1900 which is my balance due and my interest rate shot up! And because of whatever they did this happened on a couple of my other credit cards as well! They told me nothing would be reported to the credit bureaus. Now I am going to have to check my credit reports. The only way my other companies would get on the band wagon is if the did the very thing they said they would not do. No more EVINE here folks!. They have shown me that I clearly do not matter!
If I could give 0 stars I would. They did me!
collagenesis
I ordered Collagenesis a few months ago. I called to complain that I couldn't get the top of the bottle off to use the product. Afetr 20 minutes of pulling on it, it finally came off.
I didn't use the product right away, so now months later I thought I would try it. Now the pump on the bottle doesn't work.
I had called when I first received the product and they told me they had had numerous packaging problems.
I asked that my bottle be replaced with a bottle that actually works. They said they won't do anything and it is past 30 days. No refund, no replacement.
If Evine doesn't stand behind their defective products, I will never shop here again!
I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT SHOPPING AT EVINE. They don't care about their customers. Period!
inaccurate credit inquiry
I’ve never used your services and I recently received a credit inquiry from this company. I need to speak with someone about that. Ive tried customer service and they couldnt assist me. Who should I contact?!
Update* when I tried to disputed with the credit bureau they told me to contact you. I called your customer service line and they couldnt find my name on the system. Never have an account with this company.
evine live billing
Changed new credit card #soon as I received it, had couple open value pay payments, had not perchased for awhile, since May when I gave them new credit card #, they still tried to use my old card, did not work, I did not know, they gave it to collection agency, they say O owe $57.00, Levine says I owe less, will pay when I know what I really owe.Two of them really DISRESPECTFUL, I stayed nice, mannerly.
fees
I ordered shoes and when received them they didn't fit. The delivery wasn't free. Just like return. I decided to buy another pair and they asked for more fees for delivery not counting that what they sent previously was their mistake. I didn't get any discount. I paid too many fees for nothing. Don't want to order from you again, I think it's not worth it.
payments
I received a letter saying that my account was all paid up. I received a refund check for $40 made out to Evine Live and not to me. Then I get an email stating I am past due. In 2 places on my online banking, it said it was paid. The person I talked to advised me to call my bank just to be sure; I guess the 2 places wasn't enough proof. Not to cause too much trouble, I called my bank and talked to Tiffany and she advised me that IT WAS PAID ON 8/11/2017.
I want to know where is my order
Bought a handbag from www.evine.com and my order was placed back in November. I received a confirmation message stating my order was shipped. It was never delivered and customer service don't reply to my messages. Status of my order says that it was delivered but I did not receive anything, so there was probably a mistake of some kind. I would like to know where my order is and when will I get it.
I'm no sure what is going in and I need them to contact me as soon as possible. My only advice is - avoid!
