I ordered 5 pieces of jewelry, and I was never sent a confirmation email. It also took out money from my accounts so I now think I’m being scammed
I ordered 5 pieces from this company and I haven’t received any information about my order! Even the app “Shop” doesn’t see my order! This company still took out the money but now I’m thinking I was scammed. I have tried contacting them but no response. I really hope they respond or something because I would love to trust this brand and buy more of their products in the future.

I ordered some items from EvryJewels on July 4, and the shipping time said 2-5 business days. It has now been 9 business days, and I have not even received a confirmation that the package has been shipped. I have emailed multiple times and even messaged on Instagram with no response. The order number is #A836286. I am disappointed as I have ordered from EvryJewels multiple times before and never had an issue like this.
Desired outcome: I would like some information about the status of my package and whether or not it has been shipped. If not, I would like a refund or for it to be shipped out as soon as possible.
Provided an email saying my order had been shipped and was on the way.
No Shipping Updates
I ordered from Evry on July 7th, I got a confirmation email with an order number #A833620, but since then I have received absolutely no communication about my order. It just says order received. I've ordered from there once before with no issues, I don't know what's going on this time around. I've emailed and messaged and commented on IG with no response. The shipping time said 3-5 business days and today is the end of that time period. I just need a response I'm being left in the dark here and I really don't appreciate it.
Desired outcome: I would like an update on what's going on with my order, along with clarification about why there has been no communication. If this can't happen, I'd appreciate a refund.

I ordered 7 items on July 5, 2023 and was charged 75$ on my account. I did not receive any confirmation email, order number, or tracking number despite it being a week since this order has been placed, and despite emailing multiple
times a day since and dming on instagram I have been ignored, which leads me to believe I have been scammed even though this company seemingly has good reviews. If they would even have the decency to respond to my issue, I should receive expedited shipping AT LEAST to make up
for the week of me waiting for any information as I ordered this jewelry over a week in advance for an upcoming vacation, expecting it in 2-5 days as listed on the website.
Desired outcome: I would like my order to come in the mail, free expedited shipping for it to come by saturday (ordered over a week in advance to allow it to come before this date), and possible compensation for not answering me yet charging me.
Order not shipped in expected time
I placed an order on June 27th for a gift for a dear friend. It said shipping would take 3-5 business days and I would receive a confirmation email when it would be shipped. I downloaded the shop app to track my order and after over a week, it still says my order has only been placed. I have not received any email notifying me it has been shipped. I need this package by July 7th. Customer service has been really slow and this is terribly frustrating.

I was EAGERLY waiting for my package yesterday and of course it has to be a scam. I spent $75 on jewelry that I THOUGHT I was going to get but never did. When I try to check the "track your package" page it says the expected delivery is February 27, 2022 despite their website claiming they use 3-7 business day shipping. The page also does not display any package tracker history, with no information on where it is. In addition, their website says they use *** but the email sent confirming my order has a tracking number from *** that I can't even input into ***' tracking page. I want to know where my package is and when it's being delivered!

I e-mailed the company and they responded by letting me know there were experiencing delays - with still no estimate on when my order would even be shipped, much less arrive. On December 13 I emailed the company again asking when my order would be shipped. It is now two and a half weeks since I placed my order, 10 days away from Christmas, and it still hasn't shipped. I have not received a response. They do not appear to have a phone number. My order number is #***. If they cannot fulfill orders, they should not take them. They sure took my money as I was charged on Nov. 26.

My daughter's items were late, defective and inoperable. Clasp on a faux pearl necklace is stuck and therefore inoperable. The silver link necklace is bent and will not stay flat - as advertised. I emailed their customer service reporting these issues and was asked to send pictures which I did. I even offered to cover the shipping of the items back to them. Since that last email, dated June 3rd, I have yet to receive a response. I have emailed them SIX TIMES and still, no response. I have been told, that is has left, i have been told that it is in transit, i have been told that it is being delivered today, then i was told it was in transit again I have also been told in nearly every email that it is not their responsibility as the order has left their facility. Evry jewels has provided a tracking number for ***. Tracking of the order through that number tell me it is in transit. Delivery is well overdue on the promise of a 1 - 1.5 week delivery to Australia and I'm guessing the parcel is lost. I can provide the exact timeline if you would like it.

i placed an order on 7/9 and evryjewels claimed to have shipped it on 7/11. on 7/14, still no tracking updates, so i reached out and they claimed my order had shipped. tracking details clearly state the carrier was awaiting the shipment, which i pointed out. they then claimed my order was "lost in transit" which is impossible because it *never shippedand that they would reship it by the following monday. i explained that i was hoping to receive this order before 7/22 since i will not be home after that date, and to please cancel the order since i didn't think it would make it there in time. also, considering they straight up lied about shipping my package in the first place, i doubt my order will ever be fulfilled at all. they of course refused and now i am stuck paying for something i will never receive.

I placed an order weeks ago on accident, I had been sent a coupon for leaving items in my cart and went to apply it to my cart and instead of apply, I hit send. There was no confirmation page, and it went through, so I sent two emails instantly explaining my situation. I never heard back and my credit card was charged, so I sent a follow up email a few days later (even though their website assures they'll respond in 1-2 days). It's now been weeks, I haven't heard back, my accidental order hasn't been shipped, and I don't know where to go from here. If they're sending me the unwanted jewelry, I'm going to give it away as a Christmas gift. I will need it in time for Christmas though, as assured on their website.

After waiting 6-8 weeks as advised, over two months have passed with no resolution. I've had no issues with other international online orders, so this is particularly frustrating. I inquired via email form about the status of my order and they gave me an automated reply on why my order hasn't shipped. Filing a complaint, because this is the second time a delay discrepancy has occurred where I have to contact the business to fulfill an order instead of them already fulfilling it. My prior order with this company took nearly two months to "process", and the same problem is happening again for the second time in less than six months.
