ExecuLink Execulink Internet Review: Unreliable Connection Hinders Education and Work

I gotta say, I've been using Execulink for a while now and I gotta say, it's not the best. The internet is always dropping, no matter what time of day it is. It's especially bad at night, which is a real bummer for me since I'm a distance education student and I need to be online all the time. It's really hindering my education, you know what I mean?

And it's not just me, either. My partner works from home and the internet is always dropping during her shifts. It's really frustrating for both of us. We've called Execulink Support so many times and they keep saying that the internet to our building is too high or something like that. They've sent us three modems and two routers, and they've had us replace all kinds of cords, but nothing seems to work.

I don't know, maybe it's just our building or something, but I'm really fed up with this. I mean, I'm paying for internet that I can't even use properly. It's really not fair. So yeah, take my review with a grain of salt, but I just wanted to share my experience with Execulink.

ExecuLink ExecuLink Review: Decent Service, Terrible Customer Experience

I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough time with ExecuLink. I specifically told them when I signed up that I didn't need a router, but they went ahead and shipped me one anyways. And then they charged me rent for it! Can you believe that? And when I tried to return it, they wanted me to pay for the shipping myself. Not cool, man.

But I will say, the service itself was pretty decent. At least, it was for the first few months. But then the speed started dropping, and now they want me to pay even more money. And get this - they didn't even send me a bill showing the increase! So now I just owe them more money without even knowing why. It's like they're trying to pull a fast one on me.

Honestly, it's just like every other dirty company out there. They could have had my business forever if they just listened to me in the first place. But no, the CEO and owner/manager of this company are just a couple of go-nowhere mindless losers with no imagination. It's a shame, really.

So I'll give them two stars for the reasonable service, but I'm taking away three stars for being such a scrub. Canada deserves better than this, man.

ExecuLink ExecuLink: Irresponsible and Unreliable Cable Installation Company

ExecuLink recently came to my neighborhood to install cable, and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. They dug up yards left and right, and their method of repairing the damage was less than satisfactory. Now, my neighborhood is full of yards with patchy dead grass from their work. To make matters worse, they even damaged my driveway while digging, cracking a patio stone that borders my driveway. Although these stones are hard to replace, absolutely no effort was made by them to even attempt it. I've emailed them at least six times, and while they always respond with a promise that the issue will be repaired, it's been two months and not even an inspection of the damage has been done on their end.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend dealing with a company like ExecuLink. They seem to be incredibly irresponsible and simply don't care about the quality of their work. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take responsibility for their actions and doesn't follow through on their promises. If you're looking for a reliable and responsible company to work with, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

ExecuLink False Advertising and Pushy Sales Tactics: My Experience with Execulink Internet

I recently decided to give Execulink a try and purchased their 50 Mb download / 10 Mb upload service. When I asked if the speed was guaranteed, they assured me that it was. However, I quickly discovered that this was not the case. My download speed has never gone above 25 mps and my upload speed tops out at 7 to 8.

When I contacted Execulink about this issue, they told me that the guaranteed speed was only achievable through a direct connection, which is not how most of us connect to the internet these days. We use WiFi connections on most of our devices, so why advertise a speed that is not achievable through this method? It seems like false advertising to me.

Execulink also told me that the distance from the router can make a big difference in the speed you receive. However, my laptop and TV are both within 4ft of the router, so that shouldn't be an issue.

To make matters worse, Execulink is trying to push their router on me. They won't assist with troubleshooting unless I have their router, and they'll charge me for that service. It seems like they're just trying to make more money off of their customers.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with Execulink. I feel like they misled me about the guaranteed speed and are trying to push unnecessary products and services on me. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for reliable internet service.

ExecuLink ExecuLink: The Worst Internet Provider - Unreliable Service, Poor Customer Support, and Financial Burden

ExecuLink is the worst internet provider I have ever used. I have been experiencing issues with my internet for over a month now and have submitted multiple tickets, but nothing has been done to fix the problem. Every time I call, they tell me that everything is fine, but it's not. I have even requested for a technician to come out and look at my line, but no one has shown up, not once, not twice, but three times. This is unacceptable, especially since I have three kids who rely on the internet for both school and social activities, especially during the winter months when going outside is not possible.

The internet blackouts have caused a significant financial increase for me, as I need the internet for my kids' schooling. I have watched my kids break down crying because they have no way to contact anyone or play any games for stress relief. They can't do anything. I'm not only losing out on internet, but all services like Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Crunchyroll, etc. It's just awful, AWFUL, AWFUL. I wouldn't recommend ExecuLink to anyone. It's not worth the physical stress of calling and not worth the emotional stress for your family. To make matters worse, I came in the negative over 300% with not even a month's worth of refund. It's just terrible.

ExecuLink Execulink.ca Review: Frustrating Lack of Customer Service for Email and Router Setup

So, I had to get a new computer because my old one kicked the bucket. I had to set up my email account again in the "Mail" program on my Apple Mac. I've done this before, but it's a bunch of settings that I don't really understand. Usually, I would just call in and they would walk me through it. But not anymore! They don't offer that "service" anymore. Instead, they want me to log into the execulink website every time. What a load of crap! The customer service rep told me that they used to help with this, but not anymore. So, what exactly does tech support offer? Not much, apparently. They also don't help with setting up routers (luckily, I didn't need that).

So, here I am. I was able to set up my email account to receive emails, but I can't send any out. Is this the way of the future? Just a big middle finger to the customers? It seems like there's no more service anymore. It's really frustrating. I hate what the world is becoming.

But, I will say that execulink.ca does have some good things going for it. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a lot of information available. They also have a variety of internet plans to choose from, which is nice. And, their prices are pretty reasonable.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of customer service when it comes to setting up email accounts and routers. But, if you're tech-savvy and don't need any help, then execulink.ca might be a good option for you. Just be prepared to figure things out on your own.

ExecuLink ExecuLink's Terrible Service: Internet Suspended Despite Payment, Ruined My Daughter's Health Call and Christmas Gifts

I am not happy with ExecuLink's service at all. I wish I could give them zero stars, but one star is the lowest I can go. They suspended my internet service even though I paid my bill on time. It's not fair that they shut off my internet and won't turn it back on until their bank deposits the money. I have proof of payment, but they don't seem to care. It's not my responsibility to make sure their bank does their job on time. How ridiculous and absurd can they be?

I needed my internet for a Zoom call about my disabled daughter's health, but it didn't happen because of ExecuLink's negligence. I had to take the day off work to deal with it in person. This happened right before Christmas, when everything is so tight. I have so little to give my kids, and now it's 20% less because of ExecuLink. They have stolen 20% of my kids' Christmas gifts! I am so angry and disappointed.

If you're thinking of using ExecuLink, please save yourself the trouble and go with their competitors. Don't make the same mistake I did. Their service is terrible, and they don't care about their customers.

ExecuLink Execulink Internet Review: Unreliable Service and Frustrating Customer Support

We switched to Execulink because our previous provider was just too darn expensive and they wanted us to sign a new contract. Execulink's month-to-month service seemed like a better deal, but unfortunately, it hasn't been worth the money. We've been having a lot of trouble with buffering on our TV, to the point where we can't even watch anything. We've called Execulink multiple times, but all they do is send Rogers to check the cable, which is apparently within specs. So the problem must be with our provider. Execulink did replace our modem with a used one, which helped a little bit, but the service has started to slow down again.

We finally got fed up and decided to take matters into our own hands. We strung a cable from the router up the stairs and under mats in the lounge, directly to the TV. And it worked! We were finally able to watch TV without any buffering... for a few months, at least. Now we're back to square one. The buffering is back, and our internet is becoming more and more unreliable. We have to constantly reboot the system, which is a huge pain.

We're really frustrated with Execulink. Every time we call them, we're greeted with their "awesome" service statement, which is just annoying at this point. We won't be sticking with them for much longer. It's just not worth the hassle.

ExecuLink Disappointing Experience with ExecuLink: Modem Failure and Poor Customer Service

So, like, I gotta tell you guys about my experience with ExecuLink. It's been a real doozy, let me tell ya. So, like, my modem just up and stopped working after only 4 months. I don't even know how that happened, but nobody could give me any answers. They said they'd send me a new one in 2 days, but without internet, I couldn't do any work. So, I had to drive all the way into Toronto (that's like, 257.2 kms round trip, in case you were wondering) just to finish and submit my project on a secured server. It was a real pain in the you-know-what.

Anyway, so the new modem finally arrives, but it's been sitting outside my door for 4 hours in -11 degree weather. Not cool, man. Then, I had to wait on hold for 23 minutes just to talk to tech support. And when I finally got through, it took them 20 whole minutes just to set up the modem. And then, get this, they tell me it could take anywhere from 1 to 24 hours for my internet to start working again. Like, what the heck? I feel like they don't even care about me as a customer.

So now, I've been without internet for almost 3 days for no good reason. And I almost lost a contract because of it. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have to make that 257.2 km drive again tomorrow, all because of this stupid modem. If only I had internet, none of this would have happened.

Honestly, I don't think ExecuLink is gonna reimburse me for any of my expenses or even take into consideration the fact that I've been waiting around for 2 days (and maybe even more). But seriously, anything would be better than this.

ExecuLink ExecuLink's Poor Customer Service: Cable Still Unburied After Months of Waiting

We signed up with ExecuLink on December 5th, 2020, but unfortunately, due to the early start of winter, they were unable to bury our cable. The locate flags remained in our lawn all winter long, which was quite an eyesore. We waited patiently until March 2021 to contact them about a date for burial, but unfortunately, we have been contacting them repeatedly with no commitment.

Our lawn requires cutting weekly, and it has been a major inconvenience moving the cable around each time. The danger exists of possible damage due to exposure and loss of service. Furthermore, we have some major landscaping changes we were planning to do this summer, but we are on hold until they complete the job.

We have been advised by various customer agents that ExecuLink hires an outside contractor to complete this task, and therefore the matter is out of their hands. Our latest promise completion date is the END OF JUNE with no solid commitment date. This can't be good for cable!

We feel the company should give priority to existing customers ahead of signing up new accounts. ExecuLink is certainly not living up to their commitment to excellent customer service as they advertise! We are growing more frustrated and disappointed with each passing day.

We understand that things can go wrong, and delays can happen, but we believe that the company should have a better system in place to handle situations like this. It is not fair to the customers who have been waiting for months to have their cable buried.

We hope that ExecuLink will take our concerns seriously and prioritize our needs as their existing customers. We believe that excellent customer service should be their top priority, and we hope that they will work towards improving their services in the future.

In conclusion, we are disappointed with the service we have received from ExecuLink. We hope that they will take our concerns seriously and work towards improving their services in the future.

ExecuLink Unreliable Service and High Restocking Fee: My Disappointing Experience with ExecuLink

ExecuLink is a company that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I tried their service for a month, but it was a total disaster. I could only connect to the Internet three times during that time. It was a frustrating experience, and I decided to cancel my services and return the equipment. However, to my surprise, I was charged a restocking fee of 72.01 for a rented modem.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from ExecuLink. The Internet connection was unreliable, and I couldn't use it when I needed it the most. It was a waste of my time and money. I was hoping for a better experience, but it turned out to be a nightmare.

The worst part was the restocking fee that I was charged. I didn't expect to pay such a high fee for returning the equipment. It was an unnecessary expense that I could have avoided if the service had been better. I felt cheated and frustrated with the whole experience.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend ExecuLink to anyone. The service was unreliable, and the restocking fee was too high. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through it. If you're looking for a reliable Internet service provider, I suggest you look elsewhere.

ExecuLink ExecuLink Review: Poor Internet Connection and Overpriced Packages - Not Recommended

ExecuLink is not a good service, I only went there to save some money but it's nothing but problems. The internet connection is always lagging and I keep losing connection. I thought upgrading to the best package with 1 gig downloads would solve the issue but it's still the same. To make matters worse, they charged me $389 for one month compared to my usual $120. It's like they're trying to scam me or something. I would not recommend this place to anyone, it's just garbage.

ExecuLink ExecuLink Internet Review: False Advertising and Disappointing Speeds

So, I decided to give ExecuLink a try after hearing about their supposed fast internet speeds. They promised me a whopping 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds. But let me tell you, I was sorely disappointed. I hate this so much! The speeds were nowhere near what they promised. It was like false advertising or something.

And to make matters worse, every time I called to complain, they would tell me to restart my router. Like, seriously? We called them 8 times already and did the same thing every time. It's not like we're idiots who don't know how to restart a router. And even when we did restart it, it would only boost the speeds for like 5 minutes before going back down to the same slow speeds as before.

I don't know what's going on with ExecuLink, but they need to get their act together. I'm paying good money for this internet service and I expect to get what I was promised. It's frustrating and annoying to have to deal with slow internet speeds all the time. I hope they can fix this issue soon, or I might have to switch to a different provider.

ExecuLink ExecuLink's Poor Customer Service Leaves Me Frustrated and Without a Solution

I've been trying to get help with my TV from ExecuLink for a while now, but it's been a real struggle. I've called them multiple times, but they never seem to call me back to assist me. It's a really lousy system for help, and I'm not happy about it at all. I finally managed to get through to them two days ago, but my problem still hasn't been fixed yet. I'm starting to think that they've blocked my number or something, because I can't even delete my taped programs anymore. I've maxed out on my time, and I can't even record anything new. I've called them numerous times, but they still haven't called me back. I'm really frustrated with this whole situation, and I'm starting to think that I need to find another supplier.

ExecuLink Avoid ExecuLink: Terrible Service, Outdated Equipment, and Poor Customer Service

ExecuLink is the worst internet provider out there. Their service is constantly freezing and it's a toss-up whether or not I'll be able to access the channels I'm paying for on any given day. The equipment they provide is primitive and outdated. And don't even get me started on their customer service. Every time I've tried to get an issue resolved, I get the same stupid response. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

I've given up on trying to get anything fixed because they know they're the only game in town. It's frustrating to have to deal with this kind of service, but what can you do when there's no competition? I wouldn't recommend ExecuLink to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go with a different provider.

ExecuLink ExecuLink Review: Unreliable Billing and Inaccurate Internet Packages

I used to be a customer of ExecuLink, but I'm about to leave them. They always try to charge me for my bill in the middle of the night, around 1-2am, even though they said it wouldn't happen until 6-7am. This has resulted in extra fees for me, which is not cool.

Also, their internet packages online are not accurate. I thought I was getting the "Gaming package," but it turned out to be a disappointment. I paid $125 plus tax for only 9mb download speed. That's not what I expected at all.

Overall, I would advise you to stay away from ExecuLink. They're not worth the money or the hassle.

ExecuLink Unstable Internet and Hidden Fees: My Experience with Execulink

I started using Execulink about a month ago and I gotta say, I'm not too impressed. The internet connection is super unstable and keeps disconnecting and reconnecting all the time. It's really frustrating when I'm trying to stream my favorite shows or get some work done online.

To make matters worse, I was charged a whopping $65 admin fee for switching over to Execulink, even though their website says they waive the fee if you're coming from another provider. I tried to get them to waive the fee like they promised, but they wouldn't budge.

I did have a pleasant experience speaking with Michael, who was very friendly and tried to help me out. But then I got disconnected and had to talk to another associate who was just plain rude. Not cool, Execulink.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Execulink to anyone. The internet is too unstable and the customer service is hit or miss. Save yourself the headache and look for a different provider.

ExecuLink Disappointed with ExecuLink's Customer Service and Communication

I've been using ExecuLink for a good 15 to 20 years now, but I recently had an issue with my internet connection. I called their office and was greeted by someone with an accent, which made it hard for me to understand what she was saying since I'm over 80 and have trouble hearing. My daughter had to call for me, and it turns out that I had underpaid my bill by $11. ExecuLink then decided to close my internet connection, even though I've never missed a payment in all these years.

I have to say, this was not a good experience for me. I understand that I made a mistake with my payment, but I don't think it was fair to cut off my internet without any warning or notice. It's not good public relations, and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Overall, I've been happy with ExecuLink's service over the years, but this recent incident has left me feeling disappointed. I hope they can improve their customer service and communication in the future.

ExecuLink Execulink Review: Poor Service, Dishonesty, and Bad Customer Support - Avoid!

Execulink is not a good choice for internet service. Their service is not good and you will have a hard time getting a good signal. The CEO is not a good person and should be fired. In fact, they should be shut down because they are not honest about their internet service. They will tell you one price and then charge you more on your first bill. They don't have good customer service and their employees are not very smart. If you want good internet service, don't choose Execulink.

ExecuLink ExecuLink: A Waste of Money and Terrible Customer Service

ExecuLink ain't worth the money, man. They don't care about their customers at all. They switched to a paperless system, which means they can cut off your service the day your bill is due. No grace period or nothing. And when the Rogers outage happened, my internet speed was slower than a snail. I called them up and was on hold for a whole hour, only to get hung up on. They didn't even give me a discount or nothing. Their customer service is straight up garbage. Luckily, there's a bunch of other ISPs out there that actually care about their customers. Don't waste your time with ExecuLink.
