I didn't know there was an advanced search, that would have been great to know earlier.
The 15 minutes buy-now offer is great, but I need more time than that. It looks like there actually is more time, but I want to learn how the site works and stuff and make sure things are entered correctly. It does make sure that I'll buy, though.
It would have been nice to be able to review exactly what return policy applies to my order just before I place it, I know you have a lot of good ones but I lose track of which one I qualify for and what the deal is.

If you purchase your frames at another vendor, you will want to come back to www.eyeglasses.com for the best deal on your lenses! Few vendors will install lenses in frames from another vendor. Not the case here...they are a full-service provider. And the best part is I saved $300 at eyeglasses.com on my lenses. And they are crystal clear! So Happy! I feel like I hit the jackpot here! Win/Win! Wish I could post a pic!

Eyeglasses.com The ordering process was easy and straight forward

The ordering process was easy and straight forward. Because the specific frame I selected was not an in-stock item it took almost four weeks for delivery, however the company was very proactive in keeping me informed about the reasons for the delay and changes in estimated arrival time. The glasses fit perfectly right out of the box and the RX was accurate. My only regret is that I neglected to include anti-reflective coating in the lens package and the result is less than optimal vision quality. The four star rating reflects the delay in shipment for reasons indicated but overall my experience was very positive and I would definitely consider making future purchases through eyeglasses.com.

Website exceedingly user-friend; and, live customer service is without peer. Customer Service answered all my questions and concerns in a professional and intelligent manner. This engendered confidence on the part of this buyer that I was doing business with a reliable company that had positioned its customers' interests and questions at high priority. Although, I just ordered my frames along with submitting a Rx, I, of course, I have received the product. With this said, I feel confident I will receive what I ordered. Once my glasses arrive, I will offer additional feedback and information on the overall experience from placing the order to putting on my eyeglasses and determining if they are all that they not only claim to be, but also all that I expected. Thank you.

I like the glasses I ordered, but they took a really long time to get delivered and I didn't even order lenses. The website said 2-3 days for just frames. It took longer than that. It took so long that I thought maybe my order didn't go though. I sent an email asking if they got my order - no response. Then I called and the rudest woman answered. She seemed irritated with me before I even spoke. I told her what day I put my order through and that I was checking to make sure it went through because I never got a confirmation email or an email with shipping details like it stated I should've. So she takes my information and then goes "so what, you want a refund or to return your order or something?" In the rudest voice a person could possibly use. So not only was she rude and not listening to what I was asking, but seemed completely incompetent to do any job for that matter. Once she realized I was just checking to see that my order went through, she was slightly nicer, but wtf I'm glad I didn't actually have a problem with my order. Even though I didn't actually have a problem with my order, my experience with customer service was so bad that I will probably never order from this company again. Because if I actually did have a problem, it seems like it would have been a completely upsetting experience to deal with. So thanks for the glasses, but no thanks on the customer service employees. Hire nicer people. They are the fronts to your company. If they are bad, it makes your whole company look bad. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong with these frames because I really don't want to talk to your customer service people ever again.

INCREDIBLE ALMOST MEMBER'S EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE

Incredibly fast delivery time, even a week prior to the initially claimed schedule!

The extras packed into the delivery reinforced the genuine newness of these Duck's Unlimited frames, named Focus. I researched this frame for a bit before purchasing. These Focus frames carry the Ducks Unlimited authentic logo, and were designed by The McGee Group in Georgia, which has been an American based company in Georgia for the past 40 years. Unlike purchasing at the local opticians, where the frames are already extracted from the original packaging, instead these frames came bundled with all those genuinely new extras, such as:
1... the plastic protective sleeve over the frame's arms
2...the coated cardboard spacer (with the Ducks Unlimited logo proudly visible) tucked behind the lenses, but in front of the folded-down frame arms
3...plastic bag encasing the entire frame
4...the original wonderful Ducks Unlimited zipper case
5...medium integrity foam bag encasing the entire Ducks Unlimited case
6...outer shipping container

So in every detail, the inner packaged frame was completely protected by any unknown variables from causing any harm during any portion of delivery. And the marketing included with the frames provided an almost member's exclusive feel to opening the frames for the first time. All those extras I hadn't expected and rarely even think about, but provided a value-added experience. I continue feeling being part of a greater community wearing these frames, even after having passed through all that initial marketing experience. A portion of my purchase is redistributed to Ducks Unlimited for preserving wetland environments and their ecosystems (including of course ducks).

Eyeglasses.com Disappointing Experience with Eyeglasses.com: Poor Quality Frames and Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I recently purchased new eyeglasses frames from Eyeglasses.com and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. The frames appeared to be poorly created as the color was already faded out and it seemed like they didn't use enough coloring when making my eyeglass frame. Additionally, the screws that held the ear part of the lens to the frame were visible and looked unattractive. The frames were also too big for my face, almost two times too big to be exact!

To make matters worse, I had ordered sunglasses lenses at half price due to the bad weather conditions of snow and ice. However, when I received the lenses, they were not up to my expectations and I decided to return them. Unfortunately, I did not receive a refund for the returned lenses at the Burlington Iowa Shopko. This was quite disappointing as I was willing to pay full price for the lenses.

Furthermore, I had ordered eyeglass frames from Eyeglasses.com the previous year and was promised that they would have at least some of the little right size frame for my face that were square frame lens. However, when I went to purchase them, they had none in stock and I was lied to by the staff. Even the doctor was bullied by his staff and had to transfer to a different Shopko store!

Overall, my experience with Eyeglasses.com was not a pleasant one. I hope that they can improve their product quality and customer service in the future. God bless all, Abby Lynn.

Eyeglasses.com Great Glasses at a Great Price: My Experience with Eyeglasses.com

I just got my glasses from Eyeglasses.com and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. I was able to get the exact frame and lens options I wanted for a price that was just right. It was definitely cheaper than my local optical shop, and in line with other online retailers.

It did take about six weeks for my glasses to arrive, which is a bit longer than what I'm used to from a brick and mortar store. But hey, it's not like I was surprised or anything. I mean, my prescription is super high and I need progressives, so I'm used to waiting a while for my glasses to arrive.

What I really appreciate about Eyeglasses.com is that they're one of the only online glasses retailers that carries my prescription. And they even provided the option for 1.74 high-index lenses, which is necessary to avoid that "coke bottle" look in a prescription as high as mine. Plus, I was able to use a sales and coupon code to bring down the price even more.

When my glasses finally arrived, I was relieved to see that they had the correct prescription in the correct frame. And let me tell you, they look great! I'm really happy with my purchase and I'm already recommending Eyeglasses.com to all of my friends with higher prescriptions.

Eyeglasses.com Disappointed with Eyeglasses.com's Customer Service & Communication

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Eyeglasses.com. I placed an order for some fancy new glasses with $400 lenses and $150 frames a whopping 15 days ago, and I still haven't heard a peep from their customer service team. I got the invoice right away by email, but there was no indication that any discounts had been applied for my vision insurance. So, I shot them an email (#1) to ask about it. And then... crickets. I've called, left voice messages, and sent a total of 7 emails, but still no response from customer service.

To make matters worse, 4 days after I placed my order, the status changed from "pending" to "back ordered" without any communication from Eyeglasses.com. I had another question about my order, so I sent another email (#2). More phone calls, voice messages, and emails (#3,4, & 5) followed, but still no response.

Days 13-15 (#6 & 7), my order status finally changed to "in process" - whatever that means. But there's still no expected shipping date, and I have no idea if my insurance was applied to my purchase. I just want to know when I can expect my glasses!

I was patient for the first 14 days, but now I'm starting to lose my cool. It's day 15, and I still haven't heard anything. Come on, Eyeglasses.com!

For the record, my order number is AV-8014, placed on June 30, 2020, with a subtotal of $546.00. And just so you know, my payment was processed within 48 hours.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from Eyeglasses.com. I hope they can get their act together and start responding to their customers in a timely manner.

Eyeglasses.com Terrible Customer Service: My Disastrous Experience with Eyeglasses.com

I gotta say, my experience with Eyeglasses.com was a total disaster. I was so excited to order my first pair of prescription sunglasses, but things went downhill from the start. I reached out to customer support to ask if I could get gradient lenses instead of full tint, and they said yes. But when the glasses arrived, they had full tint. I was so disappointed! I contacted them again, and they told me to return the glasses and reorder. But then they said I had to pick a different frame, which cost extra. Ugh!

I asked again if I could get gradient lenses, and they said yes. But when the second pair arrived, they had full tint AGAIN. I was so frustrated! I decided to return the glasses and ask for a refund, but they said no - only store credit. I was so angry! I waited on hold for over 45 minutes to speak with a manager, who told me that the Returns department would email me with a final decision. When I asked for their phone number, they said there wasn't one - I had to communicate with them via email. What a scam!

Overall, I would NOT recommend Eyeglasses.com. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. I'm so disappointed that I wasted my time and money on this company.

Eyeglasses.com Disappointing Service and Frustrating Experience with Eyeglasses.com: A Review

I ordered some eyeglasses from Eyeglasses.com on June 22, 2020, and it's been over a month now and I still haven't received my order. I'm really disappointed with the service I've received from this company. Their customer service is really difficult to get a hold of, and when I finally did get through to someone, they weren't very helpful. They told me that my order would arrive at a certain time, but it never did. I didn't receive any updates about my order, so I had to call them again and go through the whole process of trying to speak to someone. It was really frustrating and time-consuming.

When I finally did get through to someone, they told me that they had no idea when my order would arrive. They did offer me a refund, but that doesn't make up for the terrible customer service and wasted time that I've experienced. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company. I've seen some positive reviews on their website, but I'm not sure if they're genuine. In my opinion, this is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. If I could give them a negative rating, I would.

Eyeglasses.com Mixed Experience with Eyeglasses.com: Clear Lenses, Poor Communication, and Anti-Reflective Coating Issue

I recently made a purchase on Eyeglasses.com for replacement lenses for my sunglasses. The website quoted me a price and I agreed to it. However, once my frame arrived at their store, I received an email stating that the price for the lenses would be $40 more due to a drill mounting fee. I felt like this was a bait and switch tactic, but I assumed it was standard practice. I tried to contact Eyeglasses.com through various methods such as leaving voice messages, sending emails, and using their chat feature, but I never received a response from them.

Eventually, I received my sunglasses back with the new lenses installed. The job they did was okay, but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I would use their services again.

On a positive note, I have been wearing the sunglasses with the lenses made by Eyeglasses.com for a few weeks now and I can say that they are very clear. However, they do not block sunlight as well as my other sunglasses. I believe this is because Eyeglasses.com put an anti-reflective coating on both sides of the lenses. While this helps with clear vision, it works against blocking sunlight and actually makes it worse. According to the definition, anti-reflective coating is only applied to the backside of the lenses on sunglasses to eliminate any reflection from behind or a mirror image from the eye. It seems like Eyeglasses.com didn't bother to make that distinction.

Overall, my experience with Eyeglasses.com was not great. While the lenses are clear, the lack of communication and the issue with the anti-reflective coating make me hesitant to use their services again.

Eyeglasses.com Stay Away from Eyeglasses.com: Poor Customer Service and Incompetence

So, I finally got a response from Eyeglasses.com after waiting for 21 days. They tried to blame a spam filter for not responding to my email earlier and then referred to "these difficult times" trying to blame COVID. Give me a break! L I was told that my frames should be coming in the following week, but still, there was no estimated shipping date. To their credit, they offered to cancel my order and give me an immediate refund. I replied to the email and asked about a different frame that was in stock so that my order could be processed sooner and not canceled. However, after another week of no reply, I tried calling customer service again, and to my surprise, I reached someone. The lady on the other end was very nice and helpful. She apologized for the problem and processed the cancellation. I explained that the refund could not go to the card used for purchase. I was told that there was no problem, and I provided alternate card info. I quickly received confirmation of the refund being issued to the card provided on the phone.

However, when the refund did not post to the account, I checked the old account, and the refund was posted to the wrong account. Then I noticed that the refund amount was $50 short. It would appear that they plan to charge me $50 due to their incompetence! I replied to the refund notice about the wrong account and the wrong refund amount and requested a reply with their plan to rectify both issues. I may get a reply next month sometime, and I will update the review when I do.

I would advise you to stay away from Eyeglasses.com. They have thousands of reviews, so the bad ones get filtered down. If there are any glitches at all with your order, you can forget about it.

Eyeglasses.com Eyeglasses.com Review: Threatened to Write a Good Review or Else!

So, I'm back with another review for eyeglasses.com. I had previously given them a 4-star rating and mentioned that it was tough to get my questions answered. However, I must admit that my experience with them took a turn for the worse. I was threatened by one of their representatives who told me that my frames order would be cancelled if I didn't write a good review by Monday. This conversation happened on a Friday, and I was given the weekend to "get rid of the bad review and write a good one."

To be honest, I was confused about how to get rid of the "bad" review. I thought that what I had rated and written was directly to the company, and I even provided my phone number. I didn't know where that review had ended up. So, I decided to write a review on Sitejabber because it gave me a place to provide a review of this company. I gave in to the threat because this was the only place where I could get this frame.

Now, I want to make it clear that I appreciate that the company has these frames. Even with the problems I had, if the person calling me had apologized, explained they were busy (which I understood), and asked how she could help, I would have ended up happily giving them 5 stars. Ultimately, they would have behaved as a company dedicated to doing right by their customers.

However, since I was threatened and forced to write a "good" review, I can only say that the frames are exactly what I've been looking for, and I greatly appreciate that this company carries them. But I can't, in good conscience, leave a review on this site that was coerced without revealing the truth about my first review. It's important to share this information with future customers so that they can make an informed decision.

In conclusion, I hope that eyeglasses.com takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service. It's not okay to threaten customers to write good reviews. I hope that they can learn from this experience and make changes to ensure that their customers feel valued and respected.

Eyeglasses.com Terrible Customer Service and Delays: My Experience with Eyeglasses.com

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with my experience with Eyeglasses.com. I ordered my glasses on May 20th and was expecting them to arrive in no more than two weeks. I picked out frames that were "In Stock" and my prescription is just a basic single vision one. I filled out all the forms online and gave them all the info they needed. But then, three weeks later, I get an email from them asking for my prescription information. What the heck? I already gave them that when I ordered the glasses. So I put in the info again and waited a few days. I even sent an email to their "Contact Us" address asking for an update, but I never heard back from them. So I decided to call them up and see what was going on. But when I called, I got a message saying that their "Customer Service Phone line is not accepting calls" at 9:30 in the morning. Seriously?

Finally, I was able to get through to someone and they told me that they had to order the frames because they weren't actually in stock. What? They didn't even bother to tell me that there was going to be a delay. And then, after the frames finally arrived, they had to redo them because they didn't pass inspection. But did they bother to tell me any of this? Nope. I had to keep calling and emailing them to get any kind of update. And even then, they didn't seem to care that I was getting frustrated and angry.

They promised me that the glasses would be ready and shipped out with one-day shipping, and that I would get them no later than the following Monday. But Monday came and went, and there was no sign of my glasses. I tried calling them again on Tuesday, but no answer. And then on Wednesday, I finally got through to someone who told me that my glasses would be delivered on Thursday. But guess what? Thursday came and went, and still no glasses. At this point, I was beyond frustrated and sent them another email threatening to report them to the BBB. And what do you know? Suddenly a shipping label was created and I got a tracking number for a Saturday delivery.

I did finally get my glasses, but it was such a hassle and the customer service was terrible. They didn't even offer me anything to make up for all the trouble I went through. I will never order from them again, and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to buy from them either. So if you're thinking about ordering glasses from Eyeglasses.com, be warned: it might not be worth the trouble.

Eyeglasses.com Disappointing Experience with Eyeglasses.com: Delayed Shipping, Inaccurate Information, and Fraudulent Product

I ordered my glasses from Eyeglasses.com on December 9th. After waiting for over a week without any updates, I decided to reach out to their customer support team via email. It was already 1 AM EST, so I didn't expect a response until the next business day. However, to my surprise, I received an automated response tailored to my specific order within 60 seconds. The response stated that the frames I ordered from Ray Ban would arrive in 3-4 business days. Although the response was automated, it was still helpful to receive an update on my order.

However, I found the whole situation a bit concerning, especially after reading negative reviews and learning that the Better Business Bureau had revoked their accreditation. To ease my worries, I decided to call their customer support team. The woman who answered the phone repeated what the email had stated. When I asked why I was charged for something they didn't have on hand, she told me it must have been a mistake or glitch. I explained that I was frustrated with the delay, especially since the Crizal Sapphire coating I paid for would add even more time to my wait. She assured me that they already had my lenses back from the place that does the Sapphire coating and they were just waiting on the frames. She also offered me free overnight shipping for my trouble, so I decided to wait.

Unfortunately, the glasses didn't ship until December 28th, a week after I was assured they would. I assumed the delay was due to the holiday season and was just happy that they were finally on their way to me. However, when I received the glasses, I noticed that they didn't have the Sapphire coating that I paid for and was assured was applied. The Crizal Sapphire coating has a distinct blue reflex color, but these glasses had the same purple and green reflex color as my old glasses with standard anti-reflective coating.

Overall, my experience with Eyeglasses.com was disappointing. They took my money for an out-of-stock frame without notifying me ahead of time that they didn't have them on hand. They were less than honest with me about the status of my order and sent me an inferior product that was not what I ordered. This can only be classified as fraud. I have yet to receive a reply from them, so I will have to call my credit card company and initiate a chargeback. I encourage anyone else who has had a similar experience to do the same thing.

Eyeglasses.com HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Think twice before ordering glasses from this company. I ordered my glasses on 5/20 and expected them in no less than two weeks. I ordered "In Stock" frames and have a basic single vision prescription. I filled out all the online forms and entered in all the required information. 3 weeks later I get an email saying "Please provide prescription information". WHAT? That was initially provided when I ordered the glasses. So, I entered the information AGAIN and waited a few days. I sent an inquiry on their "Contact Us" email and asked for an update. NO RESPONSE. So I call them and "Customer Service Phone line is not accepting calls" It was 9:30am (NOT ACCEPTING CALLS). COMEON! I finally get in touch with someone and she told me that they had to order the frames as the were not in stock... WHAT? NO EMAIL, NO NOTIFICATION, NOTHING on the delay. Well, she said the frames came in and after "Quality Inspection", they had to re-do them (all while not receiving any updates from emails I sent asking for one). Since they did not pass inspection, they will be ready and mailed out and you should get them no later than the following Monday (since you have 1 dat shipping). Monday comes, NOTHING!. I call back on Tuesday and NO ANSWER! (Of course, because reaching someone on the phone during business hours is so far fetched right?). So I call on Wednesday and get in touch with someone and she said Thursday they will be at my door step, Thursday comes, NOTHING. At this point I am beyond frustrated and sent another email telling them I would report them to the BBB. Well what do you know, a shipping label was created on and tracking number for a Saturday delivery. I did finally get my glasses but the hoops I had to jump through and the lack of customer service and responses, I WILL NEVER order from them again. I will also tell anyone I know not to buy from them. They offered nothing to compensate me for my troubles. BUYER BEWARE!

Eyeglasses.com Impressed with Eyeglasses.com: Quality Glasses at a Great Price!

So, I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with eyeglasses.com. This is my second time ordering from them in just two weeks! My little one needed a new pair of glasses, but our dog decided to make a snack out of the first pair we ordered. So, I had to order another set and I paid extra for next-day shipping. I'm hoping this time our furry friend won't get to them!

Now, I will say that it's been a bit of a challenge trying to get ahold of someone at eyeglasses.com. Their phone hours are kinda weird and they don't seem to respond to emails. But, I will give them credit for shipping out our first order within a week and it was exactly what we ordered. Plus, the price was a major bonus! I paid about a third of what my eye doctor was charging for the same glasses.

All in all, I'm pretty happy with my experience with eyeglasses.com. Sure, it's a bit frustrating trying to get in touch with them, but the quality of the glasses and the price make up for it. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Yo, I just gotta say, I got my glasses from Eyeglasses.com and they're pretty dope. Like, I'm happy with the product and all that jazz. Eyeglasses.com Good Glasses, Bad Website: My Frustrating Experience with Eyeglasses.com

I gotta say, I've bought glasses from Eyeglasses.com before and they were pretty good. But man, their website is a hot mess. Trying to enter my address during the payment process was a nightmare. There's no button to finish entering a new billing address, and the shipping address section doesn't even have a field to set the state. What gives?

The only way I could figure out how to get around this was to enter my billing address from the "My Account" section of the website before I even started the purchase. That's just ridiculous.

I mean, come on, Eyeglasses.com. You gotta do better than this. Your website design is the worst I've ever seen. If it weren't for the fact that your glasses are actually pretty good, I'd give you a measly one star.

Seriously, though. Fix your website. It's a mess.

So, I was trying to get in touch with Eyeglasses.com through their customer contact telephone number, but it seems like they're not available by phone. The automated message told me to try emailing them instead. However, the email address they gave me was different from the one listed on their website for customer contact. This made me feel a bit uneasy about ordering from them, but I really needed a pair of glasses with specific measurements that I couldn't find anywhere else.

After some searching, I finally found the perfect frames on Eyeglasses.com. They had a 52 mm lens, which was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the frames I wanted only came in a 48 mm lens. I was a bit disappointed, but I decided to settle for the 48 mm lens anyway. I ordered some new lenses for my glasses from Eyeglasses.com on December 28th. I was really excited to get them, but after a month went by with no word from them, I started to get worried. I decided to reach out to them to see what was going on. When I finally got a response, they told me that the first set of lenses didn't pass inspection and that they were being remade. They said it would take another 5-7 days.

I waited patiently for another two weeks, but still heard nothing from them. I decided to call them again to see what was going on. This time, I spoke to a woman named Stephanie. She told me that they were canceling my order and returning my glasses to me. I was really disappointed and frustrated.

When my glasses finally arrived, I was shocked to find that they didn't include my original lenses or the case that I shipped them in. I was really upset about this. I tried to reach out to Eyeglasses.com again, but they were unresponsive.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with Eyeglasses.com. Their customer service was terrible. They never communicated with me unless I initiated contact, and when I did, they were rude, sarcastic, condescending, and uninterested. On top of all that, they stole my property. Eyeglasses.com Terrible Service and Dishonesty: My Experience with Eyeglasses.com

I had a really bad experience with Eyeglasses.com. I sent in my rimless frames for lens replacement and never heard back from them. After trying to contact them several times, they finally got back to me and told me that my frames were broken. I was really surprised because my frames were in perfect condition when I sent them in. They claimed that they look over every frame before working on them, but clearly they didn't do a good job with mine.

When I finally got my frames back, I was shocked to see that both temples were removed and one lens was out. It was really disappointing to see my frames in such a terrible condition. I have a very small face and these frames were perfect for me, but now they are completely destroyed. I paid $250 for these frames and now they are useless.

I tried to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but Eyeglasses.com lied to them and claimed that my frames were already broken when I sent them in. This is not true at all. I can assure you that nobody would have sent in frames in the condition that they were returned to me in.

I have had my lens replaced once before with another company online and they did a great job. My frames came back in perfect condition and I was really happy with the service. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Eyeglasses.com. They did a terrible job and I would not recommend them to anyone. They should be shut down for their dishonesty and poor service.

I recently received my glasses from Eyeglasses.com and I have to say, they're just okay. They're not the best for reading, which is a bit disappointing. However, they're suitable for driving and other activities. I spent quite a bit of money on these glasses, so it's a shame that they're not great for reading. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning them, so I'll probably just go to a local store next time.

I had a really bad experience with Eyeglasses.com. I ordered a simple pair of single vision lenses and a frame for my son who is currently taking his exams. It should have been an easy order, but it turned out to be a nightmare. It's been over a month since I placed the order, and my son still doesn't have his glasses. He's been struggling to see properly for over a month now, and it's affecting his studies.

I reached out to Eyeglasses.com to find out what was going on, and they couldn't even give me an ETA for when the glasses would arrive. They told me that the glasses haven't even been dispatched yet. I was absolutely furious. How could it take so long to dispatch a simple order like this? It's an utter disgrace.

To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. Every time I contacted them, I was met with sarcasm and a "couldn't care less" attitude. They kept blaming Covid-19 for the delay, but I don't think that's a valid excuse. Other companies are still able to provide good customer service during the pandemic, so why can't Eyeglasses.com?

I gotta say, my experience with Eyeglasses.com was pretty terrible. I was trying to find some flexible frames, but when I selected the "flexible" category, only a few options popped up. It was super frustrating, so I ended up just searching for "Flexon" specifically.

Another issue I had was that I wish they provided more info on the different types of lenses. I ended up going with their recommendations because I didn't have enough info to make an informed decision myself. It's not like it was the best choice for me, it was just the only one I had enough info on.

I did some online searching and was able to compare some lens coatings, but not all of them. It would have been nice to have all the info in one place. Overall, I'm not super impressed with Eyeglasses.com.
